Welcome to the next chapter of The Magic Knight, before starting the story. Let's answer some reviews:

DxDLord: Thanks. Well, Rizevim was an idiot for taunting them without knowing anything about the ExE world. Because it was horrible knowing that their three strongest Evie Leaders is stronger than even the Draconis Deus' apex dragon among apex dragons, one of them saying he wasn't a challenge and two of their strongest warriors are on par with Great Red, and their leader is even said to be unkillable. But, from Life. END Those who bring destruction, it appears that there are some reasonable people. I think that Issei, Vali, and the other more prominent fighters need to be at least Dragon God-class to stand even the slightest chance against the top gods.
Kaiserguardian: Thanks for that. I also appreciate the support on that, there are some things that people have their own personal views on and I can understand that. But, when there is a Main Character who can cause miracles after miracle using breasts as his motivation, then it makes you feel as if you can also do various things with yours. I already wrote Issei being Issei in the previous one The Twin Dragons and the current one that I'm working on at the moment DxD – The Last Amagiri and thought that it would be a nice change of pace.
The Final Assault!
In the skies, Lance was floating up holding up his arm as magic power started to radiate from his entire body with the Avalon Syntax shining brightly in his eye. All the Gremory Team, in addition to Yumi and Jeanne, were facing off against Hati who continued fighting strongly against them. The members of the Vali Team and Yuuma was all almost if not finished with their fight against Sköll, their united abnormal strength was overwhelming even one of Fenrir's sons, but the wolf continued on fighting.
Both Rossweisse and Tannin were around Lance who still focused on his "Plan C", then raised his hand upwards towards the air. In the air, a large, no enormous magic circle started to be drawn in the air, which seemed to gain the attention of Loki and several others.
"W-What is this?"
Loki stared at the magic circle wearing a shocked expression for one of the first times unable to recognize either of the patterns or symbols. The presence that it was giving off almost felt unreal as Rossweisse and Tannin even looked on wearing a shocked look.
"What is this spell that he's planning on releasing?"
Rossweisse asked herself recognizing some of the symbols that were engraved on it and Tannin stared at with a wondering expression on his face.
"I expected abnormal magical feats from the descendant of Merlin, but this is something incredible."
"If possible, I wanted to cut down the casting for this spell using the Avalon Syntax. But, since I'm not even close to mastering it, I still need a magic circle to release it and it takes a lot of magic power."
"Don't be worried, we'll protect you until it's completed."
Rossweisse declared feeling confident that she and Tannin could pull off protecting him until it was prepared. At around the same time, Issei seemed to be freaking out about something based on the expression that was on his face at the moment after using Bilingual on Akeno.
"O-Old man!"
Tannin heard Issei called out to him, which caused the former dragon king to stare at his former student.
"What! Did something happen again?!"
Tannin sounded a little worried about what could make Issei freak out like that, which Lance also seemed to be a little bit interested in.
"Which mythology God does the Chichigami come from!?"
Hearing that question from Issei whose faced was reddened from the embarrassment of mentioning caused said dragon to open his mouth wide and caused the people around him to stop fighting for a moment.
"Pffffttt! Hahahahahahaha!"
In response to hearing that Lance seemed to almost double over wanting to hold his stomach after hearing that, but needed both his hands in needing to cast the spell.
"Rias-ojouuuuuuuu! Can you heal that guys heaaaaaad!? It's criticaaaaaal!"
Tannin seemed to believe that Issei suffered a head injury after hearing the question about the existence of the Breast God from him. Rias also seemed to share the same opinion and looked concerned for her pawn.
"Ise! Get a hold of yourself! It's an auditory hallucination! Aaah, how can this be! Fenrir's poisonous fang might've affected his mind!"
Rias called out worried as even his friends and comrades appeared to be worried about his mental state, causing Asia to place her hand on his head.
"You are mistaken! Akeno-san's oppai definitely said that it's an oppai seirei!"
"You….! You're telling me that my daughter is so absurd…!? Damn you, Oppai Dragon…!"
Barakiel shouted angrily glaring at Issei.
"Hahahahahahaha! C-C-Chichigami! O-O-Oppai Seirei! T-This is the first time that I h-heard about something of that nature!"
Lance continued laughing about what he was fearing from Issei.
"Lancelot, you need to focus on the spell. Ise-san, please don't make him laugh at the moment!"
Rossweisse had called out as Lance seemed to be losing more focus on the spell after hearing those words from Issei about the Chichigami and Oppai Seirei. But, at the same time, he realized that Issei wouldn't make up those kinds of things to make people laugh more so in the middle of a life-and-death battle. However—
"Even if what he's saying is true. I can't stop laughing about it!"
Lance tried holding in his laughter and focus more on the spell.
[N-No everyone, listen to me. I certainly heard the voice of the so-called oppai seirei as well…. I can sense power from another world that I don't know. It's certainly an unfortunate result, but this guy attracted the attention of a god of another world.]
There was silence from the battlefield as Ddraig attempted to ensure everyone that Issei wasn't losing his mind in this situation and it was the truth. But, it didn't go as planned.
"Impossible!"
Yuuto called out.
"It can't be!"
Van added.
"Ddraig also took damage!"
And Rias finished, which sent a shock to the heart of the fearsome dragon renown as the Sekiryuutei.
[Uoooooooon! Nobody believe the words of the Oppai Dragon! This isn't my fault! It's my partneeeeer!]
Ddraig started crying after hearing the response from the people around him, which started hitting his pride. Asia also seemed to be attempted to heal Ddraig by placing her hand on the Scale Mail armor's jewel.
"Everyone, calm down," Lance said calming down from his laughter. "Neither of them are the kind of people who would make something like this up. Something like this about gods from another world is interesting and hilarious at the same time if there is a Breast God, Chichigami exists and came into contact with Ise-kun. So, when this is all over, I want to bring Ise-kun into my lab and scan him."
"Don't you mean experiment?"
Issei questioned wondering if Lance would experiment on him to find anything interesting.
"I wouldn't do that until I have formal parental and patient consent," Lance said causing Issei to stare at him with an expression that sounded as if he was serious. "I'm not Azazel, experimenting on someone without their formal permissions sounds like something that he and Grigori would do. Well, it's not it would be life-threatening."
"Lance-kun is right. We at Grigori don't…."
"Now's not the time for the warning from different scientist enthusiast weirdos!"
Van called out launching another attack at Sköll who seemed almost done in a couple more attacks.
"We'll finish this first and talk about the…Chichigami later."
Lance still seemed prepared to laugh at the mention of that name, but everyone took his advice and continued with the battle. Issei and even Ddraig silently thanked Lance for believing in them as Issei continued to utilize his Bilingual on Akeno. Soon enough, the spell that he was preparing to use on Loki seemed to be almost completed as a bright light seemed to be released from it.
"Tch, I can't be concerned about the Sekiryuutei at the moment. I need to kill that Magic Knight brat!"
Loki raised his killing intent directing it toward Lance who was being guarded by Rossweisse and Tannin, then he started calling more and more mass-produced Midgardsormr who started aiming their fire breath at them. Tannin in response to this unleashed his powerful flames, protecting him from one side and Rossweisse created a series of magic barriers that protected him from another side.
Lance focused more on completing the magic circle that seemed nearly completed, noticing this Loki held out his hand behind them causing the space to distort behind him. Loki sneakily activated a magic circle behind his back so that neither of them could see and were distracted by the mass-produced Midgardsormr.
[Lance!]
Avon caught his attention.
"Huh?"
Likely because, he was too focused on completing the magic circle, Lance didn't realize that Loki had activated behind him until the last second.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Gah!"
Lance spat out blood as he was hit with multiple magic attacks behind him, which tore about the upper portion of the clothing he was wearing, and blood to spill from his back.
"Lancelot!"
"Dammit!"
Both Rossweisse and Tannin turned around to see Lance injured from behind, which caused him to fall forward, but maintain flight with Rossweisse assisting him in remaining standing.
"Are you alright?"
"Y-Yea, but I think that he destroyed the phoenix tear that was in my pocket too."
Lance groaned as Rossweisse stared at the wound caused by Loki's attack, which didn't appear life-threatening, but it didn't appear the cease the magic circle.
"Hahahaha, I can at least respect your determination, not ceasing the magic circle despite being injured, but…!"
Shine!
Loki was stopped as he noticed that there was a bright light being released from the jewels on Issei's scale mail armor and Mjölnir, which surpassed the power of everyone there. Seeing this caused Loki to stare at Issei with a stumped expression on his face.
"I can sense the pulse of a God-class power that I'm not familiar with. Chichigami from another World? It appears as if the Sekiryuutei of this era is full of mysteries!"
Loki shouted turning his attention toward Issei with a more look of urgency realizing that if he could wield Mjölnir, then it would result in a dangerous blow. He raised his head into the air causing all the mass-produced dragons to turn their attention to the most dangerous people among them.
"Great, if he keeps summoning more mass-produced dragons then it could waste whatever stamina everyone still has will be exhausted. Ise-kun won't be able to wipe all of them and continue fighting against Loki afterward," that was the open thoughts of Lance as he noticed the others were almost exhausted from fighting against Sköll, but the Vali Team still seemed raring to go. "If anything happens, then we can still rely on the Vali Team. Huh?"
There was a magic circle that appeared beside Lance's ear, which caught Rossweisse's attention.
"What's wrong?"
"I don't know, hello."
Lance said as a familiar voice reached his ear.
[Is this Lancelot-kun? This is Shemhazai, the Vice-Governor Grigori. I wanted to inform you that Genshirou Saji-kun's training is completed and we will be sending him there at any moment. But, I wanted to warn you before we send him over.]
"I don't like the tone in your voice at that part. Why did you…?"
Before Lance's question would be finished, there was a black figure that appeared from a magic circle located in the middle of the battlefield. He had narrowed his eyes noticing that it was in the shape of an eastern dragon that was covered in a dense black ominous aura, releasing flames from its entire body, covering all the Midgardsormr clones and Fenrir's sons.
"This abyss-black aura is!? Is that Vritra!?"
Tannin seemed to recognize the aura as belonging to one of the former Dragon Kings, the Prison Dragon, Vritra, which caused Lance to continue his conversation with Shemhazai.
"Please tell me that you guys didn't do what I think you did."
[If you're referring to us implanting the rest of the Vritra Sacred Gears into Saji-kun, then yes. As you know Vritra was split into four halves and sealed into four sacred gears, one of them being the Absorption Line that Saji-kun has. We retrieved the Blaze Black Flare, Delete Field, and Shadow Prison, then implanted them in him. Since absorbing Issei-kun's blood, it awakened Vritra's consciousness so Azazel believed that implanting all the Vritra sacred gears into Saji-kun would awaken Vritra entirely.]
"Even Azazel should know that implanting a sacred gear even if it is compatible with him should be handled more delicately since something like this might happen. I'm guessing that in the middle of his training, Saji-kun ended up going berserk, then you teleported him here."
[Talking to you has shortened things. But, Saji-kun's consciousness is still there and should respond if either you or Issei-kun using either Avon or Ddraig as a medium should bring him back. I wish you all well in battle.]
Shemhazai stopped the conversation there, then Lance directed his attention toward Issei.
"Ise-kun! That black dragon there is Saji-kun, who turned into that after Azazel implanted the other sacred gears related to Vritra inside of him, then went berserk. So, we need you to talk to him using Ddraig. Make it quick as it appears as if this form won't last long. Everyone else, neither Hati, Sköll, or the mass-produced Midgardsormr will be able to move as long as they're being bounded like this. So, finish your rights quickly!"
[Right!]
Everyone responded to Lance's orders, then proceeded to fight against their individual opponents. Issei didn't get the full explanation but understood that he needed to assist Saji in regaining his mind in this apparent state. And at the same time, he returned Mjolnir to its giant hammer form and didn't feel the same heaviness from before as now it felt as if it was, in fact, as light as a feather.
"I'll be fine, Rossweisse. Just continue with the battle."
"Are you sure," she asked but noticed the confident look on his face. "Alright. I shall defeat all the enemies of our Chief-God, Odin!"
She declared after moving aside from Lance before unleashing a barrage of magic bursts in various directions at the bounded Midgardsormr clones who were unable to use their powers, which was being drained. Everyone all fought against the bounded Hati and Sköll as well, while Loki was covered in the same flames and snakes, which entrapped his nephews and creations wearing a truly stumped expression.
"Ku! These black flames and these snakes, I can't move! Ngggh! My powers are gradually being taken from me?! I-Is this the power of that Dragon King, don't tell me it's that black dragon!"
"Don't sound all disappointed," Lance had said before flying up a little so Loki could see him. "You brought this all on yourself by attempting to start Ragnarok by killing Odin using Fenrir. You should have known that he would've gathered various people just to stop you."
"Y-You. You're just a damned child that shouldn't exist!"
"Well, I think that it is about time that we settled this."
Lance raised his hand into the air, as intense flames started gathering from the magic circle that floated above all of them, which continued spewing out as if bought directly from the netherworld. All of the flames started spiraling around, amassing into a single spot before forming an enormous sphere, which pulsated as if it was a heart that was beating. It was then that the sphere exploded, giving birth to an enormous creature, a horned fire giant that stared dangerously at Loki. The creation of this creature caused several reactions from the people around them, Loki himself stared at the creature wearing an almost terrified expression.
"What the hell kind of spell is this?! I've never seen this spell before."
"Of course, you wouldn't have heard about this one since this is one of the original spells that I thought about for situations like this based on a forbidden spell I learned," Lance had explained before pointed at the fire giant. "I'd like you to meet the Infernos Colossus, Ignis!"
"Graaaaah!"
Ignis let out a massive bellow that seemed to shake the air before it descended, aiming its giant fist at Loki who was still unable to move. However, he managed to create several defensive barriers in an attempt to defend himself, but they weren't at full strength since his powers were still being drained. As such, Ignis broke through all the barriers and slammed against Loki who felt the flames from the giant, which burned his body.
Ignis continued pushing Loki into the ground causing a notable impact, which caused a massive quake all across the battlefield. It didn't end there as Ignis allowed another bellow to escape from its mouth before exploding as an enormous fire pillar, scorching the ground around it.
"So, does anyone else not want to fight him at some point?"
Van said feeling stumped after noticing what happened right in front of his age as everyone else felt the same but Yumi and Jeanne were merely impressed about the feat. As all of them were finished with their battle against the child of Fenrir who laid slumped on the ground.
"Hahaha, I wouldn't expect anything less from Lance-kun, right Jeanne-chan."
"Yep~"
Ariel who was still riding on top of Arion alongside Asia and Percy stared at him with stars in her eyes.
"Ah, an original spell! That was amazing!"
"Hahahaha, I already knew this, but my King's insane!"
Ariel and Percy laughed after noticing the explosion caused by the fire giant, which dissipated after being used.
Lance who was still flying in the ground felt a little unsteady as his magic power seemed to be drained from using that spell but still did his best to maintain his flight.
"Hah, I still haven't gotten used to using that spell. Well, it's not like I've used it in a fight before. So, that's pretty much what I can manage right now."
He breathed out feeling exhausted of stamina and magic, but soon enough there was a disturbance in the smoke as Loki flew up in the air. Much like himself, Loki was breathing a little heavier as most of his noble clothes were all burned up and there were serious burn marks on his skin, it was the most damage that anyone has been able to do on him since the battle started.
"Huff! Huff! Y-You, you little bastard! Who do you think you are doing this to a god! I have the power to eliminate all of you with just the mere flick of my finger! And I'll start by wiping you off the face of this…."
"Huh? And here I thought that gods were supposed to be more graceful than that."
A new voice that neither of them recognized aside from those among the Vali Team, which caused all the people to stare at a magic circle giving off a brilliant light that kept one figure as a simple silhouette. Standing on top of it was Gilgamesh who stared at Loki with his red slit eyes staring down at him.
"Huh, who are…?"
"Balance Break."
Those simple words left his mouth, several golden ripples appeared around the injured Loki who wore a curious expression on his face. Soon enough, from the ripples appeared several golden ornate chains aimed at Loki as if they had a mind of their own. Noticing, an odd pressure from the chains, Loki activated a magic circle in an attempt to defend against them. However, the chains altered their course avoiding all the possible attempts at stopping them and wrapped around Loki's arm.
"W-What is this?"
Loki felt intense pressure from the chains as he couldn't remove them using magic as more and more chains starting to wrap around him, which restricted his movements. He was unable to amass the power of any kind as all of the chains wrapped around him leaving himself almost helpless.
"Wait, is that sacred gear?"
Lance recognized the golden ripples produced by Gilgamesh who stared as the gold chains wrapped around Loki who was unable to do anything as if experimenting with something. But, he was starting to lose his balance due to the injuries that he was unable to heal with phoenix tears until another figure appeared from the golden magic circle, then caused unique flame wings to appear from their back. It was the silver knight who appeared right next to Lance holding him up.
"…."
The Silver Knight didn't utter a single word as Lance looked up staring at the wings and recognized it too. Before a single word could be uttered from him, he was covered in vermilion flames causing an immediate reaction from Yumi, Jeanne, and Yuuma who merely witnessed Lance being engulfed in flames. Yuuma using her own balance breaker to appear at the location using lightning-speed and emitting killing intent directed at the silver knight, but stopped after realizing something odd.
"Huh?"
Yuuma could see his back because Lance's back was facing her and noticed that his injuries were being healed by the flames. After his injuries were fully healed, he was able to stand on his own and stared at the Silver Knight wearing a more gentle expression on his face.
"Thanks for that, but what're you doing here?"
Yuuma could hear that based on his tone and question, Lance knew who the knight was, but she was incapable of sensing anything from the knight.
"…."
The Silver Knight didn't give a single response and he instead turned their head before going in another direction before flying off back toward Gilgamesh.
"Huh, I can't tell whether it's because of the previous injuries, but it appears of if these chains are effective against Loki," Gilgamesh said as little to no actions performed by Loki could free himself as the Silver Knight arrived right beside him. "Did you enjoy the reunion?"
"…."
The Silver Knight remained motionless crossing their arm.
"Fine fine, I can see that it's personal. You might want to defeat while you still can, Sekiryuutei."
Issei couldn't understand what Gilgamesh's purpose was, but a single nod from Lance's head caused him to just proceed on with their assault. Holding Mjölnir in his hands, he rushed toward Loki who was being bounded by the golden chains giving them the greatest possible chance to strike.
"Oryaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! My style Mjölniiiiiiiiiir," Issei had shouted as he readied to activate his powers. "Let's do it, Ddraig!"
[Yeah!]
[BoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoostBoost!]
[Transfer!]
Issei multiplied his powers, then had transferred it inside of Mjolnir, which was now radiating with an unbelievable amount of thunder. Loki stared at this unable to do anything to rescue himself as the hammer was being brought down on him and felt the tremendous impact head-on, releasing the lightning at close-range. An immense shock wave was released from the impact, then the golden chains were released from Loki and sent him downwards to the ground crashing into it covered in smoke.
"…C-Could it be that the Biblical God had left behind the phenomena called Balance Breakers…and also the weapons called Longinus to defeat gods without getting rid of them entirely…. D-Did he knows something like this would occur in the world…? Why did he leave humans a method to kill a God…?"
Those were his final words as he felt unconscious completely defeated alongside his other creations as everyone looked on feeling the same sense of relief about the battle being completed. Under the light of the full moon there laid the defeated evil god and above stood their helpers bathed in golden light. Both Gilgamesh and Lance found themselves staring at one another before the latter smirked; the latter turned around with the Silver Knight taking a single look at him before vanishing.
"Lance-kun who was that knight?"
"Someone I never thought that I'd meet again like this."
Lance replied as he merely descended on the ground, taking a deep breath after going through the long battle for their lives against their first god-class being. Soon enough Arthur also arrived on the scene with both Kuroka and Bikou following behind him.
"Arthur, that Silver Knight…."
In response to that, Arthur merely nodded his head unable to say anything else, but Lance could tell that he knew their real identity.
"Hah, there are so many things that I want to investigate. There could be new gods from another world. Saji-kun has been implanted with all Vritra Sacred Gears. And now, there's the Silver Knight. This is one of the times that I really need to get some sleep."
Lance said letting a long yawn escape from his mouth, causing Kuroka to laugh seductively before taking a seat right behind him.
"Well, if you want then I could use a more 'special' treatment to alleviate all that exhaustion and then other things that could cause exhaustion."
Kuroka spoke in his ears seductively, which caused a faint blush in his cheeks from the suggestion before turning to the side feeling the killing intent radiating from Yuuma who stared coldly at Kuroka.
"Uh, I think that there are still things that I need to do before getting into bed. And I think that you guys have some things to do yourself. So, let's put a pin on that."
Lance said before standing up again.
"Like what?"
Bikou questioned wondering what else he could be doing.
"I'm going to collect some things."
Lance said before summoning a magic circle bringing forth a couple of items in his hands and smirking a little as if a new experiment appeared before his eyes. He glanced in another direction noticing Barakiel was standing before Issei who was being healed by Asia seemingly apologizing as Akeno stood by laughing lightly.
"Well, it seems that the mother and daughter were able to make up. That's good."
"Yea, Barakiel-ojisan was devastated about what happened. And Akeno-san acted the same as I did, so I could tell that her hatred for him wasn't genuine."
Yuuma said feeling relieved as well.
""Lance-kun!""
"Lancelot!"
"Hahaha, that was an awesome right. I'm glad I joined you all!"
"That was amazing!"
Lance noticed that his Brave Saints counting Ariel arrived to join him as Rossweisse and Tannin were both busy restraining Loki who passed out from his injuries. Seeing that everyone was busy with their own things Lance decided that it would be good that he complete his own business. From there, everyone received all of the proper treatment from Asia who continued working hard despite her own exhaustion.
"That was the longest night ever."
Lance found himself sitting inside of the massive bath in his home, the temperature washing away all the tension, which accumulated throughout the entire battle. Beside him was Xenovia who forgoing a towel revealing herself to him entirely without shame.
"It was a good experience facing off against Fenrir's child. But, alone or our current team, I fear that I wouldn't fare well against it."
Xenovia said recalling the fight against Hati alongside the Gremory Team and could recall the pressure, in which it released from its body. Although, Hati wasn't as strong as his parent, his pressure, physical abilities, and battle instincts far exceeded even that of Kokabiel who she previously fought in the past. Xenovia held up and stared at her hand as it seemed to be shaking from recalling the sensation of the battle, which was exciting and terrifying.
"Well, we were able to win in the end," Lance said as she wrapped an arm around her waist pulling her closer to him causing Xenovia to faintly blush. "Our team was able to prevent Ragnarok, so that should lead to us attaining some recognition among all the other factions. But, I wouldn't want to fight against another god anytime soon."
"Well, it would be good to think about bringing more members into your brave saints. I believe that Ariel would be a good addition. As the daughter of one of the Four Great Seraph, she has high potential."
"I was thinking the same thing. But, I don't know what her reaction would be," Lance said recalling several other times where she overreacting to some things. "I mean she catches on fire whenever we do some menial things, if I did ask her, then she might end up burning down a section of the house."
Lance commented that last part jokingly already thinking about her reaction.
"Well, I believe that could wait for another time. But, I believe that a reward for the battle would be appropriate."
Xenovia smiled before moving in front of him wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling herself closer to him in an affectionate fashion. Both of them pressed their lips against one another equally affectionate, their tongues soon started invading one another's mouths and started wrestling against one another. As things progressed she could feel his erection starting to press up against her stomach, then his hand grasping her butt causing her to let a moan escape from her mouth.
"How about this night before going to bed, we…."
Xenovia uttered in his ears before gently smiling at him.
"Well, it seems that both of you are having fun."
Hearing a familiar voice from behind them caused Lance and Xenovia to separate from one another surprised.
Standing behind them was Sona who wasn't wearing her glasses, Yumi, Jeanne, Irina, and Yuuma standing behind Ariel covering her eyes; all of them were wearing a towel to cover their important parts. He realized Sona was the one who spoke up catching their attention.
"Not that I don't mind being affectionate with Lance-kun, but there is an innocent angel among our group. And not unlike your brave saints, she can fall."
Yuuma pointed out like an older sister would as Xenovia took her advice and placed on her towel as Ariel stared inside the large bath.
"What was this about being affectionate?"
"Nothing that you need to concern yourself with right now."
Ariel didn't respond as she was patted on top of her head before being led by Yuuma to wash herself off before getting inside of the large bath. Once all of them were finished, everyone entered the hot bath feeling the perfect temperature washing their tension away.
"This feels great especially after a long stressful day."
Yumi groaned as she stretched her arms.
"But, Lance-kun was bold doing something like that with Xen-chan."
"Although, it is a good thing that the magic circle at the bottom of the bath cleans the water every single night," a relieved sigh escaped from Sona's mouth as she felt the same sense of relief. "I'm proud that my pawn was able to achieve something like holding back Fenrir's children, mass-produced dragons, and even Loki for a time. But, it looks as if that dragon transformation puts a serious strain on him."
All of them could hear that Sona sounded truly proud of Saji's accomplishments in the battle against Loki.
"It was a good thing that nothing serious happened to him," Lance had pointed out. "Even if the individual sacred gears had Vritra's soul in them, it would unsafe implanting those three sacred gears that originally didn't belong to him. But, Saji-kun did do an amazing thing during the battle."
"Is there anything serious that would happen to him?"
"No, the most dangerous thing would be the implanting process. I think that Saji-kun would be fine if he manages to achieve synergy with the three other sacred gears that belong to him. If he manages to use them like that, it'll be easier to enter that transformation and it could even lead to them fully merging into one. Who knows what will happen since he also ended up recording information from the Boosted Gear and affecting his body."
Lance explained feeling more and more interested in the unique situation that Saji was in.
"It seems that I'll need to come up with a more special training regimen for him."
Sona said smiling lightly about the ideas that started entering her mind about training her pawn.
"Well, I believe that Gen-chan will be looking forward to that."
Jeanne laughed nervously at Sona's expression.
"But, Lance-kun what do you think happened to Fenrir?"
Yumi questioned recalling that Vali had transported himself and Fenrir to another battlefield that was prepared for him in advance, which caused Lance to cross his hand behind his head.
"Vali definitely took Fenrir instead of killing him."
[What?!]
Everyone aside from Yuuma replied shockingly about the response from him.
"Yea, that sounds like Vali-oniisan."
"Wh-What makes you…?"
"He told Kuroka to teleport him to an allocated location meaning that he planned on getting Fenrir from Loki from the start. And Arthur has Excalibur Ruler meaning that it wouldn't be odd for them to be able to tame Fenrir using it to dominate his will. I mean, Azazel likely realized that Vali took Fenrir. It even sounds like someone he'd do," Lance answered Irina, but everyone could agree about Azazel likely doing the same. "I can't really blame him. I did collect Hati's fangs and claws that Arthur sliced off, then collected their souls."
"You and Vali are two different things," Sona pointed out worried about what Vali would do with Fenrir. "The Vali Team were already composed of dangerous foes, but now one of the strongest beings are among their ranks."
"Not necessarily. To subjugate something as powerful as Fenrir, it is likely that Vali and the others have to also seal off portions of his original power. However, he still has his god-slaying fangs and claws."
"Was that why you also collected his children?"
Ariel pointed out.
"That's part of it. I don't particularly like how Loki was treating them as pawns instead of his family and besides it would be dangerous if someone found them, then resurrected them again. I already told, the Three Factions that I had them and they said that it was fine."
Lance explained the situation regarding Hati and Sköll, which the others nodded their head.
"Well, we might as well relax in the bath together."
Xenovia said as she leaned back in the bath.
"Hmm, I wonder where she is."
"Who?"
"Whoa, this bath is…waaah!"
Another familiar voice belonging to Rossweisse appeared behind them, which caused Lance to reflexively turn in her direction. She was also wearing a towel that covered herself body despite that, he could still tell that she had an incredibly slender body complete with massive breasts and beautiful legs, which could be described as being a beautiful work of art. Rossweisse's face was bright red as she made more of an effort to cover herself. She was staying the night waiting for Odin to arrive the next morning to get her after completing his meeting with the Chief God of the Shinto Faction.
"What's wrong, Rose-chan?"
Jeanne questioned.
"Neither of you told me that Lancelot would be here too!"
Rossweisse stated blushing deeply.
"Of course, he'd be here, this is his house."
"B-B-But…."
Rossweisse stammered wondering what she should do next since she wasn't planning on being seen like this, which caused them to laugh at her reaction.
Tomorrow came and everyone was talking about the upcoming school trip and the eventual school festival inside of the Knights of Chivalry Club room, which would be coming up afterward. He was hearing the comments from the others from the girls about various things with Percy being interested in seeing Kyoto. Some of them were all even thinking back to the large-scale battle they have been apart of the other day. However—
"Uh, Lance-kun what are we doing to do about…?"
"Uwaaaah! I'm doomed!"
Rossweisse was sitting in the corner bawling to herself about one important thing, which broke her entire world.
"I heard from Tou-sama that Odin-sama left to the Norse Faction without Rossweisse-san. I can understand the reason that she's upset like this."
Yuuma pointed out as Irina seemed to walk beside her and started patting her on the back.
"There there, Rossweisse-san, I don't think that this means the end for you."
Irina attempted to soothe her worries and sadness as she continued letting out her sorrow.
"Uuuuuuuuu~! Horrible! Odin-sama is so horrible! To leave me behind!"
As Irina and even Jeanne joined in consoling Rossweisse who was left behind by Odin, everyone else inside the room gathered in a spot where neither of them could be heard.
"What happened? Wasn't he supposed to come and get her?"
Percy asked.
"It's likely that he forgot that she was here."
Yumi replied.
"That's horrible. How could Odin-sama forget that his bodyguard was here?"
Ariel added.
"Well, should we contact Odin-sama to come and get her?"
"That would be an awkward situation," Percy replied Yuuma before starting again. "How're we supposed to tell a Chief-God that he lost a whole person? Besides, what kind of trouble would Rossweisse get in for going back to the Norse Faction without Odin being together with her."
Percy brought up a good point since it was her obligation to be by Odin's side at all times no matter what, but at the same time, Odin returned without her.
"Fired?! Does this meant that I'm right, right?! I worked hard for Odin-sama and he left me behind in Japan! It sounds as if he believes that I wasn't doing my job properly! Of course, I'm a virgin woman whose age equals the number of years that I haven't had a boyfriend!"
Rossweisse shouted as she continued sobbing, while the brunette and blonde continued to pat her on her back.
"There there, Rose-chan is a beautiful woman who can have whatever man she wants."
"Sniff Sniff, Really?"
"Sure, I mean think about all the good qualities that you have!"
Irina tried boosting her morale right after Jeanne, causing Rossweisse to brush aside the tears starting to form at the corners of her eyes.
"W-Well, I graduate from school in my homeland earlier than others," she started to explain calming down. "I also have the qualifications to teach students in school. So, I believe that I don't have to be worried about getting a job teaching students. I could start my own business teaching women to become valkyrie."
"See, there's a lot that you can do without Odin-sama."
Jeanne stated as she comfortably rubbed her back.
"Lance-kun can even get you a job here."
Irina added causing Rossweisse to look more hopeful about the fact that Irina brought up Lance, which caused the silver-haired to turn in his direction. Lance felt as if he were staring at a cat giving him the pleading eyes.
"Lancelot could you really assist me?!"
In almost a couple of seconds, she appeared in front of him holding onto his hands causing him to look directly into her aqua blue eyes. Lance couldn't deny that she was adorable in this instance, but he looked directly at her then smiled genuinely.
"I could talk to Rias' father who is an administrator for Kuoh Academy, but it shouldn't be difficult getting you a job here," Lance replied before an idea popped into his head. "As a matter of fact, Rossweisse-san would you want to act as a consultant of some kind for the Ambrosius Household concerning Norse Magic?"
Hearing his suggestion caused a stumped expression to appear on her face at the suggestion, but he continued with the conversation.
"What do you mean?"
Rossweisse questioned tilting her head slightly.
"Among the Ambrosius Household, there are several departments that researches magic and I recalled that my uncle mentioning that he wanted someone from the Norse Faction who was an expert in norse magic," he started to explain before summoning some papers in his hands. "He said that since I have a habit of running into people, then I should attempt to offer them that position if they happen to specialize in norse magic."
Having been handed the papers in her hands, Rossweisse started going over them meticulously, reading through every single fine print and symbol written on them.
"E-Ehhhhh," Rossweisse allowed a shocked breath to escape from her mouth as she finished reading the papers in her hands. "I get paid this much, the insurance and even tax refunds…leaving alone the basic wages and this is far different from that of the Norse Faction! And I can even use assist and research magic as an equal worker without acting as a maid."
"W-What was Odin-sama making you do?"
Yumi questioned after hearing how strongly Rossweisse felt about the 'maid' portion.
"It could even be possible for you to achieve your desire of opening a business that trains women into valkyries in the future. Of course, you would have assistance from my uncle or me if you…."
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I'll never forget this kindness as long as I live."
Rossweisse continued to thank you several times wrapping her arms tightly around Lance causing a surprised look to appear on his face. Everyone in the room stared at the silver-haired young girl as she seemed to be nearly on the brink of tears, but this time, it was more joyful tears. Neither of them could blame Rossweisse for this sudden reaction not even the girls considering the situation, so they just allowed her to do this.
"I wanted to also offer her a spot on my brave saints, but that can wait later. I'm just going to let her enjoy this for now and find the right time to ask. It wouldn't right of me to ask her that when she was just abandoned."
Lance smiled as he started petting the silver-haired young woman on her head comfortably.
"I feel that it was destiny that we met," Rossweisse declared smiling brightly at him. "I promise that I won't let fail to meet your expectations. Lancelot."
"I know you won't."
Both Lance and Rossweisse extended their hands, then shook hands as a sign of agreement between them.
A/N: And there goes chapter forty-five of The Magic Knight, this was the long-awaited end of their battle against the Evil God, Loki, and Fenrir. Lancelot revealed a new self-invented spell that he brought against Loki and laughing about the reveal of the Chichigami and Oppai Seirei but became interesting in the reveal of another world. In the end, it went as intended, Odin forgets that Rossweisse was in Kuoh Town, then leaves for the Norse Faction without her, but Lancelot offers her a job that fits her interest.
An additional note, I decided that I would remove Griselda and Yasaka from his harem, as well as started thinking about the removal of Liu Bei in this story. To be honest, I was attempting to do several things in this story, but after a long time, I started thinking that several things didn't fit in this continuity for a long time similar to what I thought about for the Twin Dragons and DxD – The Last Amagiri.
I'll be thinking about what to do next.
