5. An End Not Expected

I stumbled on my way home, everything was grey, nothing made sense, I didn't know what to do. All this time I held it in because I knew that I could wait, wait for him to come back but what do I do now? Where do I go? Suddenly a hand grabbed me from behind and yanked. I gasped frightened.

"Noona! It's okay! We don't know anything yet! They can't even confirm if he was on that plane! He might still be fine and just hasn't been found!" I stared at Joon finally something sinking in.

"We have to go to the airport-No we have to go to the hospital-police station! NO! We just have to go and find him! Hurry Joon-Ah we have to go to the Hospital he might be there! Hurry! Hurry!" Joon grabbed me by the arms as I started to turn down the streets to catch a taxi.

"Noona!" he shouted "Noona!" trying to catch my attention which was only focused on what I could do next. In my periphery I noticed Ah Yong's blanched face with fear shaking every inch of her body. But no, I couldn't focus on that, I had to find him.

"I have to go to Taerang, his father will know, his father will know what happened, his father can find him." I muttered trying to break free from Joon's hold. But Joon just held on tighter finally shaking me but I couldn't stop.

"Let go! Let go! I have to go! Let go!" I started to scream at the top of my lungs.

"Seol-Ah!" and suddenly everything just stopped. It was a call that cut through my chest. The only thing that could have grabbed my attention in a time like this. The only voice that could ever matter.

I turned my head towards that voice, my eyes landing on a tall figure in a long, grey coat. I figure that seemed to haunt me every waking moment, a face that hadn't changed since the last time I saw it.
