Indra's bloodline [Sharingan, Rinnegan, Rinne-Sharingan]

Asura's bloodline [Nine tails worth of Chakra, Yin-Yang, Wood, Sensor]

Genin Team: Team 8, Jonin Kurenai Yuuhi with co-Jonin Anko Mitarashi, Gening Ino Yamanaka, Naruto Uzumaki and Tenten.

Source based: The Animus of Assassin Creed is used for Naruto to relive the life of his ancestors. Naruto is a direct descendant of his ancestors and through the memories, he gains the experience of them. The only appearance of Assassin Creed is the Animus look alike but through the use of Hashirama cells and seals was the same machine build in the Naruto-verse.

Forbidden: Team Seven canon, [Sasuke Uchiha gaining Rinnegan, Rinne-Sharingan, Blessing of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, Sharingan controlling Bijuu.] Sasuke and Sakura accepting and becoming friends with Naruto. Naruto helping Sasuke or Sakura. No Civilian Council. No Naruto x Hinata pairing.

Introduction of the story: Bleeding Effect

Naruto Uzumaki at the age of three was kicked out of the orphanage. Losing his only place of warmth and comfort. Alone now, Naruto trudged through the streets of Konoha. Lifting his head slightly to look up into the sky, dark clouds gathered. Lightning flashed through the night and thunder wasn't far behind. Large swelling of water gathered under his eyes and the boy released his first tears. His tears were quickly joined by the rain that erupted above the Village Hidden in the Leaf. While the rain mixed with his tears, Naruto in his sadness didn't hear the near-silent footsteps closing in on him. What the boy didn't miss was the pain in his neck before his consciousness slipped away and fell face-first into the wet ground. Standing behind the boy, a shinobi with a blank mask loomed over his now unconscious body. Bending through the knees and reached out for the child, this shinobi effortlessly pulled the child of the street before disappearing from the street. The pair footprints were washed away by the rain and Naruto Uzumaki disappeared from Konoha.

In a secret base, a boy was held unconscious up in the air. A white limb that came out of the wall was attached to the boy. A circular glass that spanned completely the line of his eyesight, covered his eyes. This glass was engraved with seals that forced to read the boy's memories when they play. His glasses sent a signal to a computer that sent out signals to the projecting light that was around the room and his memories will be projected. Hanging in the air with his body completely bereft of any clothes with the exception of ANBU-Root pants is Naruto. The boy, for the last five years, was held captive in this room by one of the Advisors of the Hokage, Danzo. In these years, Naruto had relived the life of Kaguya, Hagoromo, Ashura and Indra. He learned about their life, how to manipulate his chakra and the bloodlines that came with them. Unknown to Danzo, he had only witnessed the life of the founding fathers of Konoha but that was enough for the Hokage advisor to start the last part of his plan. Namely conditioning Naruto to obey his commands. There was only one small problem, namely that the boy was still living the life of one of his ancestors.

Naruto was reliving the fight between Indra and Ashura, however the Will to protect was strong inside him. Hashirama and Ashura had influenced Naruto a lot through their experience. It was the boy's instinct that he felt that the Advisor and his small army of loyal shinobi was a threat to innocent bystanders. Naruto's overwhelming chakra that he inherited from all his ancestors, making him the equivalent of the Kyuubi. He released all his chakra, causing the Zetsu arm that Danzo used to drain the chakra out of Naruto before it can be channelled into a jutsu. This time the quantity of the chakra was overwhelming and was too much for the Zetsu arm, causing the white cells to explode.

Danzo did not trust anyone. Not his own shinobi, nor the Hokage and his force of Shinobi. His Root Shinobi are all stationed in the underground network of Konoha. Having all his men near him gave the old Advisor a secure feeling. This time, it won't. Naruto's chakra release caused many things happening at once. The first was that his abnormal amount of Chakra caused every shinobi and even civilians to feel the weight that suddenly blanked Konoha. The Civilians were pressed into the ground, their heart beating like that of a rabbit. As for the Shinobi, only a few could bear the weight of this chakra. Hiruzen reinstated as the Third Hokage jumped out of his tower and jumped towards the roof. His old, but alert eyes searching for the cause of this ridiculous large chakra release. Standing on the roof gave the Third Hokage unobstructed view of a miracle happening. On top of the Hokage monument, something remarkable happened. A tree sprout grew out of the soil and rapidly grew in height and size. Easily towering like the largest skyscraper on a planet called earth, this tree barely managed to jump with head and shoulders above his siblings. While the three grew to an impossible height which amazed Hiruzen, within the underground network was a different story. Every tunnel that turned and twisted below Konoha was suddenly pressed like a high press machine that tried to turn coal into a diamond. Every force of Root found his death below Konoha, buried and impossible to recognize as a human being. This wasn't the same for the chamber in which Naruto and Danzo occupied, who had a few of his loyal Root shinobi with him. From Naruto's body, hundreds of tree roots erupted, piercing the bad roots of the Leaf village. Danzo hadn't yet the chance to replace his missing arm with that of Hashirama cells, nor had he the eye of Shisui Uchiha. The Advisor of the Hokage could only watch how his men died to the monster of his own making.

Hiruzen and a few of his Jonin Shinobi were speeding towards the feet of the large tree. The men were searching for the cause of this legendary bloodline when a young girl with purple hair started to shout for attention. The Hokage jumped towards one of his shinobi and was surprised that such a young girl could carry the weight of this chakra. She was pointing with her finger at something and Hiruzen followed the finger to where she pointed. There was a tunnel between the roots. And the Hokage didn't know where this tunnel would lead him and his men. Without no other option, Hiruzen entered the tunnel and his shinobi followed. They reached the other end of the tunnel after a small half-hour and there the Hokage found the boy that had been missing since he was three. Shouting out the boy's name, Hiruzen rushed forward towards the Son of the Fourth Hokage. However, the Hokage was stopped when one of the roots formed a clone that looked like a younger version of the First Hokage.

The First Hokage told the story of what had happened to the boy under the inhuman care of Danzo. It was when the name of the Advisor was mentioned that the other Shinobi noticed the dying man. Danzo gazed at them with a strong, yet insane look. The man laughed while speaking to them how proud he was that he managed to create the ultimate weapon for Konoha. Those were the words he spoke with his dying breath. All attention returned toward the wooden clone of the first Hokage who explained that Naruto was a direct descendant of both himself and his rival, Madara. They were told that the past years, Naruto had lived the life of his ancestors and need help to find his own way in life, like the Hero of Konoha Naruto Uzumaki.

Naruto was rescued from his imprisonment. Hiruzen wanted to know what had happened when he was trapped and called Inoichi Yamanaka to perform a read on Naruto's mind. Through Inoichi, and several tests. Hiruzen found out that while Naruto has extremely good reflexes, chakra control and a ridiculous amount of Jutsu that put his own to shame. The boy's muscles were weak, having for a long time no nutrients to grow in strength. Then was that the boy switched between several different personalities that he had lived through. None of these personalities was that of the boy he once knew...the boy known under the name of Naruto.

For any challenger who likes to write this challenge, I wish you good luck. This idea of mine appeared after I had seen the movie Assassin Creed. The machine in the movie is changed so that this will fit into the Naruto world.

I always was surprised why Sasuke got everything and later some kind of bullshit that he is a descendant of Madara and Indra. In this challenge, Sasuke will be an average shinobi. No special power-ups with the exception of when he abandon Konoha and get the Orichimaru nature seal.

In this challenge, Naruto gets everything but I hope that you can balance him out. Naruto will struggle with the bleeding effect, seeing sometimes things that aren't there in his reality. This can perhaps happen when in a battle. He will have personalities swings and his new genin team of Team 8 will try to help Naruto to find himself in all the chaos. Naruto has all the experience of his ancestors, their knowledge and their chakra reserves adding to his. But his body is weak because of the poor care he got through life. The boy will slowly recover and hope to see him back to health when we reach the start of Shippuden.
