"Wow. The American Museum of Natural History. I've always wanted to come here." Donatello says as he, Alexis, and Leonardo are looking around inside the Museum.
"Quit screwing around Donnie. Thirty seconds till the cops are at the door. Donnie..." Leonardo says as he is walking around.
"Whoa. Boo-yah. Shredder and the mutants were definitely here. And I'm detecting traces of neutronium. The critical ingredient required for creating a controlled black hole. Which is the only thing capable of rupturing the space-time continuum. And you know what that means!" Donatello says excitedly as he looks at one of the displays.
"Not really Donnie." Alexis says.
"It means Shredder may not be as nuts as I thought. From the data I just collected, I'm surmising that what was inside this thing may help Shredder open that portal to another dimension." Donatello says.
"Okay what I want to know is if a portal's gonna open up what's coming through from the other side?" Leonardo asks.

"Oh hey Mikey. What's up?" Donatello asks as he picks up a call from Michelangelo while he, Alexis, and Leonardo are riding on the top of a subway train.
"Mayday mayday mayday!" Michelangelo shouts.
"What's wrong?" Alexis asks.
"What's going on?" Leonardo asks.
"The Foot Clan have the purple ooze! We need backup at police headquarters right now!" Michelangelo shouts.
"Hang tight Mikey. We'll be right there." Donatello says.
"We're on the move." Leonardo says as he, Alexis, and Donatello leave.
*Timekskip*
"Raph what are you doing with that?" Leonardo asks as he, Alexis, and Donatello break through a window to the police headquarters while taking down a couple Foot clan soldiers and see Raphael holding some retro-mutagen.
"Wait! We're the good guys!" Michelangelo says as the police are threatening to shoot while they run over.
"Somehow Mikey I don't think they're gonna listen." Alexis says as she looks at Michelangelo.
"What are those things?" A man asks.
"They're monsters. They're monsters!" Another man shouts." Another man shouts.
"We're not monsters." Michelangelo says.
"No! No! No! Don't shoot! Stop it! No don't! Don't shoot. Don't shoot." Casey and April shout as they run over and get in front of Alexis and the brothers.
"Go. Go now!" April shouts.
"April! No I don't wanna leave her!" Alexis shouts as Leonardo tries to get Alexis follow him and the brothers.
"We don't got a choice. Grab her and let's go!" Leonardo shouts as Donatello quickly grabs Alexis as she is struggling to get away from him before the group quickly makes it away as April and Casey are arrested.

"It is all over the police scanner. They are hunting you. What happened up there?" Splinter asks as the group arrive in the lair.
"Tell him Raph. Tell him how you broke rank, got us all exposed, and got Casey and April arrested. For the most selfish reason." Leonardo says as he looks at Raphael.
"The Foot were gonna get their hands on it. You didn't know that!" Raphael says.
"Stealing from police headquarters... There's no scenario where you wouldn't get caught." Donatello says.
"Maybe if you hadn't lied to your own flesh and blood..." Raphael says angrily.
"You mean like how you lied to April and Casey and as a result they are not taking the fall for this? We may never see April or Casey again for this. I may never see April again for this. The only family I have known for years. What were you two thinking? I understand being angry but there is no excuse for this." Alexis says angrily as she looks at Raphael before he walks off.
"I'm so sorry Alexis. Raph and I never meant for this to happen." Michelangelo says as he looks at Alexis.
"Regardless of being sorry that won't get them out of police custody. If they get out at all. I know you're sorry but that won't change what's happened. What's done is done." Alexis says.
"You should've seen the looks on their faces. They weren't just scared. There was... actual hate." Michelangelo says.
"It will be all right my son. People fear what they do not understand. You can't walk away from this." Splinter says.
"I told him Master Splinter. But Raph he never hears a word I have to say. Now I knew they couldn't handle the truth about the purple ooze and you know what they proved me right." Leonardo says as he, Alexis, and Splinter walk away from the others.
"Leonardo." Splinter says.
"I don't know what to do! Donnie's nose is in his computer, Raph's brains are in his biceps, and Mikey's head's in the clouds! I can't get them all on the same page." Leonardo says as Alexis walks off to sit by a wall.
"Guys? I got something!" Donatello says as the brothers go over to him.
"Talk to me Donnie." Leonardo says.
"The computer's pinpointed the isotopic signature of the purple ooze. I can track Bebop and Rocksteady's exact coordinates. I got 'em. They're at 36,000 feet traveling at 490 knots." Donatello says.
"Wow. They've achieved the power of flight! Good for them you know." Michelangelo says as Alexis walks over.
"They're on a plane Mikey. It looks like our mutant buddies are headed to Brazil." Donatello says.
"How do we get there?" Leonardo asks.
"We sneak onto the next cargo plane from JFK." Donatello says.
