"Last time on Magical Girl Island," Chris narrated, "Ladybug had to fight the three remaining Guardians one on one. While she lost against Irma and Hay Lin, she won against Taranee by covering her in fire-retardant form and preventing her from conjuring up fireballs. That must've been some magic foam, and it was hilarious seeing Taranee covered in it. Anyway, since Ladybug lost the majority of her duels, she was the loser. Now that the three remaining contestants are all Guardians, they will have to battle each other. Which girl will be voted off? Find out now on Magical...Girl...Island!"
Theme Song
We were ordinary teenage girls,
Then we got powers to save the world,
We used to have secret identities
Now there are no more mysteries
Now that we are famous
We ran out of monsters to defeat
So we can't wait to compete
It's Miraculouses vs. W.I.T.C.H.
And one of us will end up rich
Now that we are famous
Now that we, now that we
Now that we are famous!
Now that we, now that we
Now that we are famous!
The three girls were quiet at breakfast. They were going to compete against each other, and as best
friends, that was incredibly awkward.
Confession Cam
Taranee: I'm nervous. Sure we're friends, but each of us has a best friend. Irma and Hay Lin are best friends and will no doubt gang up on me.
Irma: I'm in the final three! I hope we won't have to fight each other because that will be super awkward, especially since Hay Lin and I are best friends.
Hay Lin: This is so exciting! I do hope Irma and I will be the winners since we're best friends, but what if we have to fight each other in the final round? That will be so hard!
"Alright," Chris said when they were outside, "let's start with the challenge. Part of being a successful hero is strategy and using all your abilities. You each have various abilities besides your elemental ones, and for this challenge you'll be fighting each other and using all your abilities, including flight. Since you'll each be fighting two people, you'll have to have a strategy as well. This is a fight to see who will be in the final two, so no holding back. Holding back or refusing to fight will automatically get you eliminated. Now start!"
The three girls started softly throwing their elements at each other, causing Chris to clear his throat and glare at them. The girls started fighting more seriously, but it wasn't until Chris wondered out loud who to eliminate that they really started.
Taranee was throwing fire at the other two with such speed that they hardly had time to get out of the way.
"The challenge is to fight each other, not burn down the island!" Chris exclaimed as Chef ran by with a fire extinguisher to put out the small fires. They actually did make sure that the island would be fireproof, among other things, but they weren't taking any chances. At least, Chef wasn't. "Chris and his harebrained ideas, letting little girls with magical powers run amok on the island," he grumbled.
"I heard that!" Chris yelled indignantly, then yelped and ducked as a chunk of ice that Irma conjured up came flying right towards him.
Confession Cam
Chef: A lot of crazy things have happened on this show, but this takes the cake. These kids could destroy the island if they're not careful! And what if they come back for another season? I don't think I could handle another season of this!
Hay Lin whipped up an extremely strong gust of wind that sent the others flying backwards.
Irma countered with a deluge of water, and though the others were able to avoid it, all that water splashed onto the island and drenched Chris and Chef.
"It's a good thing we waterproofed the island," Chris said with a shiver, "but maybe we should have them fight over the lake, just to be safe. Time for a break!" he ordered, and the camera faded to black.
"Okay," Chris said as he smiled into the camera after the break, "the battle continues, but with some slight changes. Now they are fighting over the lake, and they can only use their elemental abilities three times in a row then they must use their other abilities as well. Once they use one of their other abilities they can use their elemental abilities again for three times in a row, and failure to follow the rules will result in a penalty. The first girl to be knocked out or otherwise incapacitated for ten seconds loses. Let's continue the battle and see who loses."
Over the lake, the battle continued. Taranee threw more fire which the others deflected or put out.
She threw fire three times in a row, so she used her telepathy to read Irma's and Hay Lin's minds and to avoid their attacks, elemental and otherwise. She then started draining the heat from the other girls to weaken them.
Hay Lin countered with blasts of cold air, and with Taranee distracted, Irma was able to turn her into a frog. Hay Lin used air to catch her then flew back to the island, where Irma turned her back.
"Taranee loses," Chris announced, "obviously because she got turned into a frog. What a way to lose! Again, we won't have an elimination ceremony because it's pointless, and we'll be watching clips of Taranee instead. We will also be doing something new now; you will interact with your fans!" He took out a remote control and pressed a button and a TV screen popped out of a tree. "We can only do this with you today, but if we have a second season, we will do this every episode. Our first fan is… Lindsay?" Indeed, Lindsay, one of the original competitors on the show, was smiling at them.
"Hi guys, I'm big fans of yours, especially your outfits!" she exclaimed. "I love the color scheme and the wings! I even made my own version!" As she babbled on and on about how she designed her Guardian outfit and where she got everything, the girls looked at each other in confusion.
"Moving on," Chris said, and instead of showing Lindsay's face the screen showed a little girl's face. "Lily from Washington DC, do you have anything you want to ask the Guardians?" he asked.
"I just want to say I wish I can become a Guardian when I'm older!" Lily exclaimed.
"That's so sweet!" Taranee said with a smile, but internally, she and the others were freaking out. There were probably lots of little girls who wanted to become Guardians, and how were they going to deal with that?
"Moving on to the last fan," Chris said, and the screen stopped showing Lily's face and showed a teenage boy's face.
"Stephen!" Irma squealed. Indeed, the boy was Stephen, her boyfriend.
"Hey babe, it's crazy that you're on TV! Anyway, I wanted to wish you luck!" he said as he blew her a kiss.
Chris groaned and shut off the TV.
Confession Cam
Irma: So we're the last ones standing! This is so exciting and terrifying at the same time! I have wondered who would win in a battle between Hay Lin and I, and we might find out tomorrow. Whatever happens, we'll still be be best friends, right?"
Hay Lin:(who was also in there) Of course we'll still be best friends! The real question is, what will the winner do with the money? If I win, I'll use it to start my own fashion line!
That night, they watched clips of Taranee and ate s'mores. When that was done, Taranee hugged her friends and boarded the Boat of Losers. Chris then smiled at the camera and said, "tomorrow is the last episode! Which element will be the most powerful, Water or Air? Find out next time on Magical...Girl...Island!"
This is the second-to-last chapter! Thank you so much to everyone who read and reviewed, and I hope to publish the last chapter later this week or next, and I plan on writing a one-shot on how their secret was discovered. I tried making the fight scenes long and interesting, but they are best friends and wouldn't want to drag it out too much, and they are experienced fighters. I did like Total Drama Aftermath but I didn't want to write a whole chapter with that, but I will include something like that in the next chapter. Please read and review my other stories!
