"You want me to help you, with what?" Barb asked Poppy, sliding her black and orange headphones off her ears, as it was a few days later, and the female hard-rock troll was feelimg better, much to her dad's relief along with her people along with Carol and Poppy.
"Guy asked me and Branch to watch Tiny for a little while, and I figured it might be fun, if you joined us." she told Barb.
"I don't know, as I might not be good with little kids, you know?" Barb replied to her.
"How do you know if you don't try?" Poppy said to her making Barb relent, going to Troll Village with her, seeing Branch with Tiny as the infant glitter-troll was playing with Mr Dinkles because Biggie had asked him, to watch his pet worm again so sas teaching Tiny about pets makimg Barb impressed by Branch's teaching style hearing Poppy suggest, that she let Debbie come out too.
"Debbie might scare the kid, as your friends aren't used to her being around, plus she's taking an nap, because we were rocking out all night." Barb said to her seeing Branch surprised that she had brought Barb to help, seeing Barb a little anxious, noticing Tiny was the same around Barb, giving Poppy an idea on how to help break the ice seeing Tiny hiding behind Branch, making Barb sigh.
"This reminds me of when we used to be scared of Bergens, and hide everytime they tried to find us, but after Uncle Branch and I went on that adventure to rescue your dad, along with your aunts and uncles, we became friends with them, which is good, and yss, Barb did take the six strings of musical harmony, turning everybody into rock zombids, it was because she did not know about friendship, so we should give her a secobd chance." she told him.
"Okay Aunt Poppy, if you trust her along with uncle Branch." Tiny replied impressing Barb.
Poppy was relieved by this, seeing it was almost time for her nephes to take an nap, like Guy Diamond had told her and Branch, only Tiny was a bit riled-up makimg Barb chuckle, getting an idea, tuning up her guitar playing a soothing lullaby, impressing Branch, that it was working, along with that Barb could play that gently seeing Tiny out like a light seeing Poppy wrapping a blanket around him gently, letting him be.
"You didn't put him under a trance, to get him to take an nap?" Branch asked seeing Barb shake her head.
"Poppy smashed the one that had the six strings in it, this is just an normal electric guitar, the song I played was something my dad would play, to make me sleepy at that age, when I did not want to nap." she told him impressing Poppy, as she was feeding Mr Dinkles, seeing Debbie come out nuzzling Barb's shoulder making her giggle surprising them, seeing her feeding Debbie.
"Wow, she's really gentle, aren't you afraid she'll bite you?" Branch asked Barb, seeing Debbie freaked o.
"It's alright, Branch is a little unsure, but once he gets to know you, he'll understand, which is why I didn't want Tiny to meet her, in case she scared him after you helped break the ice." she assured her pet.
They then saw Guy Diamond back, surprised that Barb had helped Poppy and Branch look after his little gem, along with getting Tiny to take an nap stunning Barb, that Poppy's friend was not scared of her, seeing hercurious about Glitterade, makimg Guy stunned.
"We have Lavade at home, which is like orange soda." Barb said impressing Branch, making him curious, if there was lava in it seeing her shake her head makijg Poppy face-palm at him while they were having snacks, seeing Barb trying Glitterade, liking it, belching making Branch laugh hysterically and surprising Poppy.
"Didn't you learn any queen skills, before your dad made you queen?" she asked Barb.
"You and I do things differently, plus my dad said, I could be my own queen." she replied seeing Branch agreeing on that.
Plus being the Giver which only Poppy knew about, he was mentally putting Barb and her people on his lit's, since the Harvest moon would be here soon enough, and Poppy had encouraged him, to give gifts to the other tribes, not just theirs and he liked the challenge.
"You alright, Barb, you seem a little distracted, plus you drank Glitterade?" Barb heard Riff ask her, after she had returned from being with her friends at Troll Village. making Barb roll her eyes in reply.
Plus there was going to be a music festival at Troll Village with the othertribes particpating, so Barb and her band were taking part which excited the hard-rock queen making her dad proud of her, knowing she would make him proud in a few days hoping she wasn't feeling any pressure about it, because it was supposed to be fun, so they could bond.
"She's still the same Barb she's always been, just because she h friendship in Queen Poppy doesn't change that." he said making Barb smile a little, making Thrash relieved, along with Debbie who was watching from inside her mohawk, knowing Poppy and Branch were helping her sister out, knowing she was excited about the music festival, knowing she was going to blow everybody away.
"Thanks Debbie, as we like hanging out with Poppy." she said to her.
