Sophie's eyes blurred with tears. Her first match was Fitz Vacker. She would have some haters. But who cared! OMG! No way.

And it kept going like this until I got to number 32 which said 32. Linh Song.

Fitz was so excited he looked at Sophie and it looked like she was crying. He gave her a hug and took her scroll. Why was she crying? When he looked at her again, more closely this time, he realized that he was crying with tears of joy. He then handed her his scroll and she laughed. Her laugh is beautiful. He kissed her with so much passion that he was afraid that he wouldn be able to talk for 4 months. Just in time to say his vows. He smiled at the thought. Sophie poked his chest and he realized, It was official. I was getting married to Sophie Foster

He was getting married to Sophie Foster. Sophie poked his chest again and he realized they had an audience. Keefe looked furious. Biana looked giddy. Marella had a look that said I told you so. Linh looked so disappointed. And Tam, Tam looked mildly disgusted. It was a sight to see. Finally, they all traded scrolls. Apparently; Biana and Tam were each other's number 1. Keefe was Marrella´s number 1. Marella was Keefe´s number 2. Dex was paired with some girl that I probably should know but didn't. And Linh was paired with Wylie.

And of course they were so overjoyed they couldn't believe it.

Linh's POV

I am furious. How is it possible to be number 32 on Fitz's list? Sophie, is number 1! Seriously. Though, I do get Wylie. But really. Come on. And to make me feel worse, they sat on the couch smiling and kissing each other. Asif they don't do it enough already. Ugh, how am I even supposed to tell him how I feel now. I mean it's not like I have any chance. They have liked each other forever. The only way I could ever get him was if he hated Sophie. Ugh!

I looked at Wylie with a shy look on my face. He blushed and I couldn't believe it. Maybe me and Fitz weren't meant to be. but if not then maybe Wylie and me are. For the first time I saw the beautiful guy for what he was and I had decided that that was who I wanted to marry. He was the one. So I went and sat by him. At least it's a start. She then asked Wylie to come out onto the patio to talk. He said yes and she led them onto a swing so they could watch all the scenery. Wylie then turned to her and asked Will you be my girlfriend please? Linh said yes and then they both walked back inside smiling.

Fitz and Sophie looked at each other and immediately knew what had happened out smiled to each other and walked away and then they announced that they were going to the matchmaker office to make their match official and everyone also said that they had some business to do there as well so they called out Atlantis to the leap master. Then they used a whirlpool and jumped in. They dried off and then Sophie grabbed Fitz's hand, Marella grabbed Keefe's hand, and Linh grabbed Wylie´s hand. Then, they walked to the Matchmakers Office. The whole way Sophie kept saying Fitz are we there yet? My legs are tired! Fitz offered to carry her but she said no and just kissed him. Everyone was walking at their own pace and Sophie this once managed to avoid concentrating on all the stares she was getting. Fitz and her arrived there first as Fitz had carried half the looked at each other before opening the door hand in hand and plunging into the room. They walked to the front desk and asked if they could get an appointment. Of course since they were Fitz Vacker and Sophie Foster, the most talented Telepaths ever, they were put at the front of the line and Sophie couldn't help feel bad for the people that had been waiting for hours on end. A matchmaker walked out and took them in. Hello! How may I help Mrs. Foster and Mr. Vacker? Well, we would like to register for our match. Sophie replied squeezing Fitz's hand tight. Yes ma'am. Alright. The matchmaker named Marlene said Matchmaker Lists please. Ok perfect. Let me put it in the database and you will be on your way as a happy couple. Ok! Sophie and Fitz waited and then she was done. Ok you are done. Please head outside. Once they were outside waiting for the others Fitz kissed Sophie and Sophie couldn't help but marvel at how she could be engaged to the sweetest guy and he was also a Vacker. Aaaaaaaa! She was mentally screaming. The reality crashing down like a wave onto her. She realized soon she wouldn't be Sophie Elizabeth Foster, she would soon be Sophie Elizabeth Vacker. Shelooked up at Fitz. He had teal eyes and they seemed to be glittering in the sunlight. She realized he was crying but didn say anything.

1 week later . . .

Sophie was sitting on her bed mindlessly petting Iggy and daydreaming about her wedding with Fitz. How could she be so lucky. She heard a knock at her door. She yelled for them to come in. It could be Biana and Linh. Or simply Grady and Edaline. But best possibility, Fitz. She sighed. And yelled for them to come in. Now she was excited. But, none of those people showed up. Keefe did. She said ¨Oh, it's just you. Ok, come in.¨ He did not look happy about what she said. He went to sit on the bed but she shook her head ¨Uh, uh. That spot is for Biana, Linh, Grady, Edaline, and my fiance, Fitz.¨ He practically hissed and those words but instead, sat on the floor. Much better. Keefe looked at her. He grabbed her hand that was hanging off the bed. He said ¨Sophie, this is really hard for me to say. But, here goes nothing. Sophie Foster, I have liked you since the day I met you. But now, I think, I think, I think I love you.¨ She just sat there staring with her mouth hanging open. He tried to kiss her and she tried to pull away but he was too strong. He pulled her in. Then Fitz walked in and he saw her struggling. He immediately saw what was happening then he tackled keefe to the ground. Fitz punched Keefe. He was definitely going to have a black eye after this. Then Keefe slammed fitz. His ankle rolled an unnatural way then I heard a bone pop. At this point, Sophie was crying and screaming for someone to come help. Fitz then punched Keefe's arm giving him a broken arm. As payback, Keefe smashed his elbow against the bedpost breaking several tendons and bones in Fitz's hand. Finally, Sophie had enough. On her boyfriend, she inflicted love, peace, trust, hope, and forgiveness, in an attempt to dull the pain. Then she inflicted fear, pain, disgust, hate, and unforgiveness on Keefe. She hated doing it but she had to. Sophie rushed for help as the boys were too heavy to lift. Then she levatated them to the top of her room's ceiling and teleported. When she arrived in the Healing Center, Elwin had lots of questions and gave Sophie a sedative so she wouldn't suffer more trauma. When Sophie woke up, Fitz was receiving his crutches he would have to use and getting his hand wrapped up. Sophie ran to him and told Elwin she would take care of Fitz and then she light leaped Fitz and her to Everglen. Sophie kissed Fitz several times before telling him they should probably go inside because his mom had probably heard what had happened. She also inflicted just a little calm towards everyone. Especially Fitz. Then, she walked in. Della ushered them in and Biana was in a corner. Probably mad at Keefe but with Biana, you never know. Alden told Fitz and her to sit on the couch and Della brought in some mallowmelt. Then, Grady and Edaline appeared. Grady looked red as a tomato but he turned a slightly less red once he saw that Sophie was injury free. He then turned more red at the sight of Fitz's injuries. Grady and Edaline sat down but instead of explaining, she simply inserted the scene in their minds. Grady kept muttering something about ¨that boy¨ Edaline continuously gasped and Della broke down in tears. Alden kept patting Fitz on the back. Apparently that was a father's way of telling his son ¨good job¨ But none of that, could even slightly compare, to the anger that was simply floating throughout the room. It was painfully silent for a moment then everyone turned to Fitz who said ¨Guys, seriously, I´m fine. Though I think we should ask Sophie how she feels.¨ She was very very disappointed, no ANGRY with him. Sophie replied ¨I mean, I do have a fiance and I'm very lucky to have him.¨ She smiled at Fitz and mouthed I love you. They would definitely have some time to themselves later in Fitz's room with the door locked. Everyone smiled and hugged them. She told Grady and Edaline she was gonna stay the night then she helped Fitz to his room. Once they had entered, she led Fitz to his bed and then locked the door. Then she laid down on the bed and she kissed him. Then,they just laid there in silence. Sphie wasn't sure how long they stayed there but eventually someone knocked on the door and said that dinner was ready. She got up and said they had to go and then she helped Fitz down the stairs. They ate a green globby soup looking concoction that tasted like ramen. On a cold winter day, it was winter. So it was perfect for the occasion. Her and Fitz sat and talked but she didn't pay attention. as she was lost in thought. Her soon to be husband was talking. She stared at him most of the dinner, then deciding they should have a sleepover together tomorrow with the whole group. Except for Keefe. She headed back to Fitz's room with him and then she dozed off while watching a movie in fitz arms

The next day,

¨Can we have a sleepover? With everyone. Except Keefe. Please Fitz! We don't have to invite Keefe! Please Fitz!?¨ She gave him a pouty face and Fitz laughed. Her favorite sound. He said ¨Fiiiine, it's not like I can resist that face anyway.¨ She hailed Linh and she immediately agreed. Fitz said that he would tell Biana but then she popped into the room and she yelled so loud they probably heard her in the Forbidden Cities. Fitz wrapped his arms around Sophie protectively while Biana was laughing her face off. She half asked half screeched ¨How long have you been here?¨ She looked smug and said ¨All night!¨ Fitz looked horrified and disgusted at the same time. Biana invited Tam and hailed Linh and told her to invite Wylie. Biana suddenly exclaimed ¨OMG! This is going to be a couples sleepover.¨ She seemed so excited. Sophie sighed. This was going to be a long night.
