Alright so here is the chapter 2 of Jaune becomes a FATHER!? Again I don't own RWBY, but oh sweet baby Jesus I wish I did nor do I own any other character that will be introduced from other franchises. The only characters I own are my Ocs, who will be introduced today. At least a few will.

Jaune woke up in a white room that smelled sterilized and hopped out of bed in a panic, until he remembered what had happened a few hours ago. He looked around and found Crocea Mors and his armor laying on a table next to his bed. Looking down he saw he wasn't in a hospital gown thankfully, deciding to find out what happened to the baby first he put his armor on and strapped his sword to his hip, before making his way out the door and came face to face with the headmaster.

Jaune jumped in surprise and ended up tripping over his own feet when he tried backing up, falling on his back in a heap. Jaune rubbed his head when he looked up to Ozpin offering him a hand, Jaune gratefully took it and pulled himself up. "Mr. Arc while I'm glad to see you're feeling fine, please refrain from injuring yourself so soon after waking up" Ozpin said with a smile. Jaune rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment suddenly very glad that his sisters weren't here to tease him about his clumsiness.

"While I know you probably want to check on the child you saved I need to hear the full story of how you came to meet our young charge." Ozpin said as he made his way to the chair by Jaune's bed and waited for the explanation. Jaune simply nodded and took a seat on the bed before retelling the events from that morning including the Grimm he ran into at the clearing. Ozpin paid close attention to every detail making note to check the cameras they had set up in the forest later.

When Jaune finished he asked the question that had been on his mind since he first woke up. "Sir how is the baby is she ok?" Ozpin looked at Jaune for a few minutes before handing him a small slip of laminated paper that he realized was a birth certificate for a Akemi Namikaze. "Her name is Akemi she's 19.7 pounds and 28.7 inches long. She got a full check up while you were unconscious the only problems the medics could find was a light diaper rash and that she was ferociously hungry." Jaune let out a breathe he didn't know he was holding and smiled. "I'm glad to hear that sir, could I possible see her?" Jaune asked as he stood up.

Ozpin smiled and nodded before leading Jaune down the hall towards what seemed like an infant ward, though it seemed to be rarely used as shown by the skeleton crew that was at the front desk. As he followed Ozpin Jaune could hear the sound of Akemi crying getting louder, before he'd even realized it he was walking ahead of the headmaster and was at a door that he could hear Akemi on the other side of. For some reason he felt anxious to get through and opened the door with more force than was probably needed. When walked through the door he saw Akemi being rocked by a familiar female nurse who was trying her best to calm the crying baby.

Jaune walked up to off his armor and gloves before gently taking Akemi from the surprised nurse and gently wiped the tears from her cheeks and smiled. Akemi feeling the rough skin of his thumb brush across her cheek calmed down and looked up. Jaune looked down at her and smiled when her Violet irises locked with his blue. Akemi instantly smiled back and freed her little arms from the blanket reaching up for his face.

Jaune took a seat held her close to his chest as he rocked her gently. The nurse looked at the scene and couldn't help but picture a father holding his child as he gently rocked Akemi to sleep. "Well it seems you didn't forget everything your mother taught you about taking care of babies." Jaune chuckled and looked up at the woman who had Short black hair that barely passed her ears and green eyes. "How could I forget I had four little sisters to practice on after all. After that it basically became second nature and now I don't even have to try and remember. Thanks for taking care of her Jade how have you been doing?"

"Oh so it just takes you being rushed in unconscious for you to come and talk with me?" Jade asked sarcastically but smiled and ruffled Jaune's hair even though he stood a good few inches taller than her. "I'm doing well Jaune thanks for asking, by the way you should call Bleu sometime you know. She makes a show of not being worried about you running away, but we both know she's just as worried as the rest of your family." Jaune rubbed the back of his head and sighed at how he wanted to deny it, but knew Jade was right. Bleu always was willing to let him follow his own path, but worried herself sick if he did something overly reckless.

"Alright Jade I'll give her a call tonight." Jaune said quietly suddenly feeling terrible at the thought of his elder sister worrying about him. It was easy to distract himself with his friends and all the things going on here at Beacon instead of how much he probably hurt his family at resorting to running away while they were all away and only leaving a note. Jaune stood up and gave Jade a half hug while saying "Thanks for always taking care of Bleu Jade, we couldn't have asked for a better partner for her." Jade smiled and hugged him back before rolling her eyes and slapping his shoulder playfully. "Careful Jaune if you speak like that with all the girls you'll have to beat them back with a stick" she said and giggled when she saw his cheeks burn a bright scarlet.

Ozpin cleared his throat to remind the two that he was still in the room which made both blush this tike at the headmaster seeing the small display of affection. "Sorry sir I'll give you two the room since I'm sure you need to talk more with Jaune." Jade said as she quickly made her way out shutting the door behind her. Ozpin shook his head and smiled as he made his way to an open seat and motioned Jaune to take a seat as well. "I nearly forgot Jade was on a team with your sister when they attended Beacon. How is your family doing Jaune? Your grandfather still leading the Militia in Arcadia?"

"Jaune sat and moved Akemi to a more comfortable position in his arms and smiled before replying "They are doing well sir and yes grandfather is still leading the Militia in the city." Ozpin let out a chuckle at hearing the news. It had been years since he had last seen his old friend Julius in person. "That's good to hear, I have to show you something that we found in the basket with Akemi Jaune, so here." Ozpin reached into his coats inner pocket and handed Jaune an envelope simply labeled savior. Jaune raised an eyebrow but took the envelope reluctantly giving Akemi to Ozpin to hold while he opened it.

"To the person that's reading this my name is Kushina Uzumaki and you have my daughter Akemi. I'm sorry to ask this of you but please raise Akemi in place of my husband Minato and I. As I write this Minato is outside buying us time to escape. In her basket you'll find a letter addressed to Ozpin the head master of Beacon and a statement handing over all assets we posses to you until Akemi comes of age. We also left letters from each of us to her that we wrote in the worst case scenario that we both perish. Please give out daughter all the love in the world in our stead. I pray to the brothers that she finds a good home as lives a long happy life.

Jaune read the letter aloud and noticed that some of the lines were damaged by tear stains. He looked up and saw the look of sadness on Ozpin's face as he looked down at Akemi. "I'll call a social worker to pick her up and take her to an orphanage in the city so don't concern yourself too much Mr. Arc." Ozpin said as he stood up to leave with Akemi but was stopped by Jaune grabbing his arm and standing up. "That won't be necessary sir I'll be taking care of her from now on." Jaune said as he took Akemi the now awake Akemi who smiled when the first thing she saw was Jaune. He smiled and gently stroked her head being careful with her sensitive ears.

"Mr. Arc the council won't accept a child taking custody of an infant, not to mention the astronomical amount of time you'll need to devote in caring for her while also balancing schoolwork, training and your duties as a team leader. How would you even afford all the necessities for her?" Ozpin asked with a raised eyebrow and waited for an answer.

"With all due respect sir the council can shove it, under the peace treaty that all four kingdoms signed after the Great War that established the Academies students are considered adults as soon as they enter one. Not to mention that by Valean standards I'm already of age to be considered an adult. I have the Lien my family put away in my account for emergencies that I added to when I had a part time job in Arcadia, not to mention the academy give all student parents an increased stipend. As for time management some of the classes I can have Akemi with me and for times I can't I can just get the notes from my team. I can ask Jade to take care of her on days I test if she's not busy or I can hire a sitter."

Ozpin stared at Jaune for a few minutes testing to see if he'd falter in the choice he made, and was surprised to see Jaune staring him down eye to eye. He smiled and just nodded his head telling him he'd get the appropriate paperwork. As soon as Ozpin shut the door Jaune collapsed into a chair and took a deep breathe to calm his nerves. 'What the hell was that?! Where was all that confidence when I was asking out Weiss!' were the thoughts in Jaune's head until he felt a small hand pat his chin.

Jaune looked down and smiled at Akemi who returned it and raised her arms reaching for his head he leaned down and softly kissed her forehead which elicited a small giggle from the baby. "Well looks like you'll be an Arc now Akemi you ready to join my family? We're a little weird and fight a lot but I promise you won't go a single day without love." Jaune said to her. He stood up and looked out the window at the bright blue sky and smiled. "I swear an oath on my name as Jaune Arc next head of the Arc family to raise your daughter into a woman you can both be proud of. May the brothers embrace you and lead you into happiness in the afterlife."

Ok guys that's all for this chapter sorry it's so short but I didn't wanna unload a whole lot in just this chapter.
