Alright guys I'm back with a new chapter, because y'all showed lots of love for this story and someone gave me a pretty good idea for a future chapter. Guys I started reading a story called Light in the Fog it's a Jaune x Emerald fic, I gotta say guys it's really good so far. Props to EvenAtDaysEnd for writing it. really love that y'all like this fic and honestly love reading the reviews. So I'll keep making chapters and trying my best to make them better, for y'all. Jaune opened his eyes and noticed both Coco and Akemi missing. He sat up and looked around before his eyes landed on a sight that he immediately engraved into his mind. Coco was sat with Akemi at his desk wearing a pair of his pants, with his hoodie on while feeding Akemi. He sat and watched her for a few minutes noticing her still wet hair and the water droplets that ran down her neck before disappearing past the collar of the hoodie. Coco looked up and noticed Jaune looking at her before giving him a wink and teasing smile. "Well how do I look blondie?"

Jaune blushed at being caught staring before standing up and walking over rubbing Akemi's cheek softly with his finger which made her smile as she ate. Coco smiled at the way he interacted with his daughter, feeling her chest warm up at how they would probably look to an outside observer. Akemi finished her bottle before being handed off to Jaune so he could burp her. Coco smiled as she watched Jaune burp the little red head, she stood up and stretched her arms above her head causing the hoodie to rise up, exposing a bit of her toned stomach that Jaune glanced at out of the corner of his eye with a blush.

"Hey Coco would you like to accompany Akemi and I to the city today?" he asked with his cheeks still having a light dusting of pink. Coco looked to him and thought the question over in her head for a few seconds before agreeing since she had no plans for that day other than maybe hanging out with her team. Jaune gave her a small smile that made her chest warm with it's sincerity. She was used to guys giving her cocky smirks when they tried and failed to flirt with her, only receiving sincere smiles from her two male teammates that she viewed as the brothers she never had.

Coco smiled and took Akemi from her fathers arms gently before shooing Jaune away to shower while she took Akemi with her to her dorm so she could get a change of clothes. Coco smiled and gave Jaune a quick peck on the cheek before leaving the blushing blond and making her way to the second year dorm. She and Akemi attracted a few stares and surprised looks as they made their way through the halls that were occupied with the few students who decided not to sleep in. Once she made it to her dorm she unlocked the door with her scroll and walked in to be greeted by an annoyed looking Velvet standing over an unconscious Fox and Yatsuashi laying on the floor.

Coco froze and widened her eyes like a dear caught in the headlights, when the bunny girls annoyed look turned on her the door closing alerted her to her presence. "H-Hey bun how did you sleep this morning?" asked Coco while she glanced at the two unconscious males on the floor. Velvet smiled overly sweetly with a tick mark visible on her forehead while answering, "I would have slept perfectly fine if someone had decided to call or send a text that she'd be out all night. I had to keep these two from arming up and marching to Jaune's room all night before I finally lost my patience with their constant pacing and debating. So how did you sleep and what exactly happened for you to be wearing his hoodie?"

Velvet listened to Coco's explanation with a feeling of jealousy at how she had slept curled up to the blond with Akemi in her arms as he sung them. She blushed at the mental image of her and Jaune cuddled up in bed with an older looking Akemi laying between them and a blonde bunny eared infant in her arms. She shook her head and finally noticed the little red head Coco had in her arms completely forgetting her annoyance at the lack of sleep caused by her team leader, as she took Akemi from Coco and began cooing softly to her letting her play with her ears.

Coco seeing her chance quickly grabbed what she needed and ran into the bathroom to get ready while her best friend and partner watched Akemi. Fox and Yatsuashi regained consciousness and began to slowly pull themselves off the ground in an effort to keep Velvet from knocking them out again. When they noticed Jaune's daughter in her arms they began to play with her as well tickling her belly and rubbing her cheeks softly this earned them a smile from the mini Faunus and a nod of approval from Velvet. Fox was about to say something when he felt a weight knock him to the ground when he opened his eyes he was greeted by a set of violet orbs staring at him and a set of tiny teeth closing in on his face.

He did what any sane man would do in this situation and hid behind Velvet leaving Akemi on the ground, with a small pout from her prey escaping. Not giving up she began crawling after fox as fast as her small limbs could move her. She was intercepted by a pair of small but strong arms, her prey was forgotten in favor of snuggling into the warm embrace of the bunny Faunus. "Aww she's already hunting for her first kill! Your so smart, you went right for the weakest one and even went for the head." Said Velvet with a smile as she tickled Akemi's belly.

Yatsuashi rolled his eyes before walking away to sit on his bed with a still scared fox hanging ontp his back with a death grip so tight his knuckles were white. Velvet giggled at the rare scene of Fox being afraid of anyone other than herself and Coco, before turning when she heard the door to the bathroom open. Coco stepped out of the restroom still wearing Jaune's pumpkin Pete hoodie, hip hugging black jeans that were tucked into a pair of black heeled boots. Her hair was done in her usual style with her signature beret and sunglasses in place, she hadn't put much makeup on since like Velvet they really didn't need to enhance there natural looks.

She took off her sunglasses and smiled when she saw Velvet with a smiling Akemi, making her way over she plucked Akemi up from Velvet's arms and smiled nuzzling the little girl softly. Velvet watched hearing a little voice in the back of her head wonder if the sweater had Jaune's scent. She remembered how he smelled like rosewood and that scent she couldn't quite pin down that made her cheeks and chest warm. Velvet decided to ask what she and the boys had been wondering. "So Coco what happened last night and why did you show up wearing Jaune's sweater, with Akemi?"

Coco paused in her nuzzling of Akemi and slowly started to turn red when she thought about last night. *Jaune felt really warm especially with his arm around me* thought Coco with her slowly reddening cheeks until she was snapped out of her daze by her gasping team. "You did that, with Akemi in the room!?" all three shouted as they pointed at her accusingly. Coco stuttered as her brain tried to process what exactly they were accusing her of and looked down at Akemi as if she could somehow help explain, but was greeted by the little red head conveniently fast asleep.

Coco looked at Akemi and muttered traitor under her breathe before she felt an ominous presence coming from her teams direction. She turned and was greeted by a smiling Velvet cracking her knuckles. "Please do explain Coco."

20 minutes later

Coco was blushing after telling her team an edited version of last nights events so she wouldn't have to tell them about Jaune's past without his permission. Velvet was smiling but on the inside of fighting back a wave of Jealousy over her partner sleeping with Jaune and Akemi. Yatsuashi and Fox were on the ground tied up after they tried to leave to talk with Jaune after Coco mentioned waking up with his arm around her. A knocking on the door caught their attention, Velvet rushed over to answer the door.

Velvet opened the door and was greeted by Jaune wearing a white t-shirt underneath a Black and blue plaid button up shirt, with black jeans and his usual sneakers. His hair was still a little wet from his shower with droplets visible at the tips of his hair. Jaune smiled at seeing Velvet making her blush at how handsome he looked in his new outfit. "Hey Velvet how are you doing?" asked Jaune with a grin.

Velvet blushed and slammed the door in his face. Coco looked at Velvet wide eyed while said bunny girl looked at her just as horrified. "What the hell was that bun?!" asked Coco frantically making her way over to the door and opening it. Jaune smiled awkwardly and asked "You're not gonna slam the door in my face too are you Coco?" Instead of answering him she looked him up and down before slamming the door in his face as well.

Velvet gave her friend a smug smirk, while Coco blushed after realizing what she had done. She mumbled under her breathe before grabbing her bag and opening the door stepping out with Akemi in her arms. "Hey Jaune ready to go?" asked Coco with a light blush. Jaune cautiously nodded before taking Akemi and laying her in the basket she'd been found in. He carried it in his right hand smiling down at her before he grabbed Coco's hand with his left, making his way to the bull head docks dragging a blushing Coco along.

Once the pair had boarded the bull head Jaune set about securing the basket Akemi dozed in to the seat next to him and Coco. He smiled at how Akemi let out small purrs in her sleep when she held one of his fingers in her strong grip. Jaune took one of the pills Ren had given him before the break to help with his motion sickness stating that the side effect was a mild case of drowsiness. Coco noticed Jaune's head begin drooping before shooting straight up again and rolled her eyes before looking around at the empty bullhead.

When she was sure no one was inside she had Jaune switch seats with her before forcibly making him lay down with his head on her lap, which made said blonde blush crimson. She refused to look down at him in an effort to hide her blush. "It's just so you don't wake up with a sore neck so it's fine this one time." Jaune nodded still blushing but felt the medicine taking effect again and was soon fast asleep with Coco absentmindedly running her fingers through his hair. Coco nearly jumped when the sleeping blonde began letting out deep purrs in his sleep from her fingers ministrations. She giggled when she finally figured out what was going on and smiled as she continued lightly grazing his scalp with her nails.

One 30 minute flight later

Coco softly shook Jaune awake as the Bullhead touched down, and the pilot opened the doors to lwt them off. He stood with a stretch and picked up the basket with a now awake Akemi looking up at him with a smile. Coco stepped off the bullhead stretching her arms above her head and Jaune followed with his eyes looking up at the clouds while blushing. Coco turned around waiting for the blonde knight to catch up. "So Jaune what exactly did you invite me out to the city for today?"

Jaune smiled and lifted the basket with Akemi up to his chest before answering. "I wanted your help picking out clothes for Akemi since everyone knows you're Beacon's resident fashion expert." Coco smiled widely at the praise for her fashion sense and nodded agreeing with his words. She wordlessly grabbed his free hand and started pulling him towards downtown where the shopping district is located.

Coco dragged Jaune in and out of stores carrying Akemi in her arms combing through racks and racks of baby clothes, then she searched for shoes and accessories that went well with said outfits. Jaune was glad his mother had dragged him with her so many times to go shopping when he was still at home, seeing now that it was her training him for when he got a girlfriend. *Woah! Wait a second what did I just think? Coco is just a friend helping me look for outfits for Akemi. Besides Weiss showed me that no girl would ever want a guy like me.*

By the time Coco was satisfied with the amount of clothes they had bought she was carrying Akemi in her basket while Jaune carried dozens of bags, and his wallet was a few hundred lien lighter. Jaune motioned Coco to an Ice cream parlor they were passing and walked in to order for them setting the bags at an outdoor table. Coco sat picking Akemi up and sitting the little red head on her lap where she leaned into the older girls chest getting comfortable, holding onto a fistful of Jaune's hoodie. Jaune walked out of the parlor holding two sundaes.

He set a chocolate sundae in front of her and sat taking a bite out of his strawberry. Coco took a bite of hers noticing Jaune holding a small spoonful up to Akemi who took a bite and widened her eyes. Jaune held up another to her lips that she happily devoured. Coco giggled and offered her a bit of her chocolate sundae which she ate even quicker than the strawberry. Jaune let out a chuckle and scratched the back of his head. "Guess she likes chocolate more than strawberry."

Coco smiled and motioned for him to giver her a bite of his strawberry. Jaune held a spoonful up to her lips that she ate smiling and giving him a wink that caused him to blush. Jaune was about to speak when he heard a voice that froze his blood in his veins.

"I hope I'm not interrupting your date am I?" asked a deep voice with a teasing edge to it.

Jaune sighed and turned around missing the blush Coco had dusting her cheeks. He smiled weakly with a bit or nervousness seeping into his voice answered. "This isn't a date Grandfather."

Ok I'm gonna go ahead and leave it here sorry it took so long to come out this chapter had me stumped for a good amount of time but I hope y'all like it.
