Hey guys I'm back with another chapter of Jaune Becomes A Father I know the wait was longer than usual and I apologize but Spring Break on South Padre is a pain to work.

"Speech"

*Thoughts*

Jaune motioned to Ruby who stepped up next to him and gave a nervous smile with a small wave. Jaune wrapped his arm around her shoulders and smiled. "This is my first and best friend from Beacon Ruby Rose she's a bit awkward around people but she's really the best. She's nearly as fast as you Bleu though she's hard to lose track of unlike you." Ruby smiled "It's nice to meet you." Ruby shyly said which earned a round of awes from the family.

Jaune walked over and grabbed Yang's hand gently pulling her to the front of his family. "This beautiful fire cracker is Yang Xiao Long the funniest woman at Beacon also our resident brawler." Yang blushed at being called beautiful and at the fact Jaune still held her hand. *I never noticed how big his hands are compared to mine, they're rough and calloused. He must have been training a lot lately, they're completely different from when we first got to Beacon.* Yang looked at Jaune's hand and felt the callouses that contradicted her soft skin so well. Jaune missed the blush and subtle glances Yang shot his way as he kept a soft yet strong grip on her hand. His father and grandfather watched with smiles as they plotted their revenge on the young Arc for his earlier comments. His mother smiled knowingly, hugging her husbands arm. Bleu smiled softly at the scene imagining herself and Jade in their places.

"Hey I'm Yang it's nice to meet you, I'm Ruby's big sister sorry if she's a bit awkward she's not the most social of people unless you're talking about weapons that is. She's a total Weapon's nerd, honestly it took me by surprise when she made friends with Jaune." Ruby retaliated to these claims by tackling Yang from behind causing the two blonds to stop holding hands. Jaune knowing what was going to happen stepped to the side to avoid the moving dust cloud of flailing arms and legs as the sisters bickered back and forth.

Jaune's parents and siblings began laughing as they watched the sisters roll past and somehow drag Alex into the fighting as well. Jaune just shook his head and felt a tap on his back, turning to see a pouting Coco who in his opinion looked absolutely adorable. Jaune smiled and pulled her forward wrapping an arm around her waist which immediately caught the attention of his family. Coco blushed and subtly leaned more into Jaune who remained oblivious to what the gesture inferred.

"This is Coco Adel the resident fashionista of Beacon, she's a team leader like Ruby and I except she's a second year. She's a lot like you Rouge she's always watching out for her team and keeping them in line when they get out of hand like you did when we were younger. She's beautiful but isn't afraid to step in to defend her friends especially when it's for something they have no control over." Jaune balled his free hand into a fist when a scene of Cardin pulling on Velvet's ears flashed in his mind. This gesture didn't go unnoticed by the older half of his family who immediately narrowed their eyes.

Rouge gave Coco a once over before nodding her head with a small smile gracing her face. "A pleasure to meet you Ms. Adel." Coco smiled and held her hand out for a shake that Rouge took immediately. "Coco is fine my mother is Ms. Adel." Jaune's parents followed their eldest daughters lead shaking the fashionistas hand.

Julius gave Jaune a look that told him it was time to introduce the newest Arc. He made his way to his grandfather and took Akemi from the elder Arc, Akemi smiled and immediately snuggled into his chest, while her fox ears began to twitch in excitement. Jaune stood before his family with all of their eyes glued to Akemi with curious looks. "Well guys it's time for you to meet the newest addition to the family." Jaune's family gave him wide eyed looks when he held up the little red head for them to see. "This is the newest Arc, my daughter Akemi."

Julius and Vlad quickly stepped away from the Arc women and did their best attempt to blend into the background. Rouge and bleu nodded to each other and moved to where they blocked the door while Alex shut the window with a quiet click. The two sets of twins looked between Jaune and their mother nervously. Joan stood and smiled at Jaune sweetly as she crossed her arms. "Jaune please explain."

Ruby hid behind Yang who herself looked nervous at Joan. Coco moved closer to Yang feeling safer when she was out of view of the Arc matriarch. Jaune took a seat on the bed and motioned for his mother to take the spot next to him. Joan sat and looked Akemi over before locking eyes with her son who began his explanation. He told her how he'd found her alone in the forest while hunting grimm and how after the fight he'd woken up and talked with Headmaster Ozpin and Jade.

Bleu perked up at the mention of her partner and rolled her eyes when her sister Rouge sent her a knowing look. Vlad and Julius had moved and now stood on either side of Joan who looked down at Akemi sadly after the story. Akemi reached up and patted her cheek softly which earned a smile from the woman. Leonie and Mia sat on either side of their mother so they could get a better look at their niece. Velvet and Sapphire stood in front and looked down at the little red head who giggled at seeing the new faces.

Rouge and Bleu gave a quick glance to their little sister Alex who nodded and made their way to the rest of the family so see their new niece. Ruby made to move closer to the family but was dragged away by her elder sister while Coco followed along as they left the family to catch up on lost time.

3 hours later

Jaune stepped out of his dorms restroom with a towel wrapped around his waist and a giggling Akemi wrapped in a towel in his arms. He smiled down at her. "Glad you finally met most of your new family Ad'ika. Just wait till you meet your Uncle Ren, Auntie Nora and Pyrrha you'll love them. Nora can be a bit crazy at times but she's got her heart in the right place, plus she keeps Ren on his toes. Ren can be a little quiet but he's really smart and always gives the best advice. He and Nora make an incredible team now if only Ren would stop being scared and finally give a relationship with Nora a chance. Honestly the poor girl couldn't make it anymore obvious how much she loves him." Said Jaune as he dressed Akemi in a onesie that had the Arc family symbol sewn onto it courtesy of his sister Rouge who had made it out of two other onesies.

Once she was dressed Jaune set about dressing himself talking about to his daughter while he did so. "You'll love my partner Pyrrha, she has the same beautiful red hair as you. She's also really strong and reliable. She's always watching out for us and makes sure we're ok when something goes wrong. Honestly sometimes I think Ozpin should've made her team leader instead of me, but when I mention it to her she tells me that I'm the best leader they could ask for. Guess I'll have to be the best father and leader I can be now. It's a lot on my shoulders, but I won't let them down and I definitely won't let you down." Jaune said as he picked Akemi up and gently kissed her cheek getting his daughter to giggle and pat his cheeks softly. Jaune set about making her a bottle and began feeding her when he heard a knock at his door, setting her down on the bed he got up and was greeted by Yang carrying a tray of food from the cafeteria with a grin. "I figured you missed dinner and thought you'd be hungry Vomit boy." Jaune rolled his eyes at the nickname and held the door open inviting her in which she wordlessly accepted setting the food on the desk and taking a seat on the bed next to Akemi who began reaching for her immediately.

Yang smiled and picked her up cradling her to her chest which Akemi snuggled into deeper. Jaune smiled at the scene and took a seat at his desk so he could eat. "Do you think you could finish feeding her Yang, I didn't realize how hungry I was until smelling this." Yang plucked the bottle from her fellow blonds hands and began feeding Akemi with ease earning a raised eyebrow from Jaune. Deciding to ask about it later he dug into the steak Yang had brought him, tearing into it with a ferocity Yang hadn't seen him eat with before. When he'd finished he saw Yang burping Akemi while staring at him with wide eyes. "What do I have something on my face?" Jaune asked as he started wiping his mouth with his hand.

Yang quickly shook her head and started rocking Akemi who slowly began to doze off. "No just never seen you eat like that before you tore into the steak like you hadn't eaten in ages Jaune. Have you been skipping meals or something?" Jaune took a seat next to Yang and thought about what she had told him. "No but now that you mention it I have been eating more than usual, like this morning I ate an entire ham with eggs and bacon."

Yang raised an eyebrow and was about to ask more about it until she felt something tickling her arm. She looked down to see Akemi fast asleep with her ears twitching every so often. Yang made to lay her down but was forced to sit with her back against the headboard when Akemi would begin crying if she tried to set her down. Jaune chuckled and took a seat next to her and they talked about what she and Ruby had done over their visit home. He started laughing when she told him how they had played a game of Remnant with their dad and how Ruby had betrayed her after they had ganged up on their dad, winning in the end.

Yang got curious and started asking questions about his home. Which he answered as best he could telling her stories about his childhood back in Arcadia and about the bullying he'd suffered as a kid who didn't have many friends because his family was so important in their city. Then Yang asked something that had been bothering her for sometime. "Jaune why don't you have a Faunus trait like the rest of your family are you adopted or something?"

Jaune went quiet and was looking at the ground with a frown that had Yang immediately trying to apologize for bringing up bad memories. Jaune waved off her apology and took a deep breathe before letting his head rest back against the head board. "It was when I was twelve years old that I lost my tail, I had been walking home from the store when I heard something in one of the alley ways. I went to investigate and was shocked at what I saw."

Flashback

A twelve year old Jaune made his way down the alley way quietly to investigate the noises he had heard. Hiding behind a dumpster he peeked around the side to see three people wearing grim masks standing over an old man who was clutching his side in pain. "Please stop, I don't know what I've done to you but I'm sorry." The man on the ground cried, but all the three men di was begin kicking him in the stomach as they laughed. The largest of the three who must have been the leader knelt down and lifted the mans head up so he could see his face. "You haven't done anything to us, but you're a human and that's reason enough for us to kill you. All you humans do is treat us Faunus like dirt and harass us for just existing, so why shouldn't we treat you the same way." Said the Faunus as he slammed the mans face into the ground.

"I haven't done anything to Faunus my employees are Faunus." Said the man as he tried to crawl away only for one of the Faunus to laugh and kick him hard enough to slam him into the wall. "Sure and I bet you underpay them like every other human scum. Your people can't be trusted you're all the same. We'll make sure all of you suffer the same fate." Said the leader as he pulled a knife from his pocket and reached for the old man who whimpered and curled up into a ball.

"Leave him alone!" shouted Jaune as he jumped out from his hiding place. The three Faunus looked at him and laughed. "Get lost kid we're just showing this human who really stands at the top" said one of the goons as he stepped towards the old man. When he reached to pick the old man up he felt something slam into the side of his head and knock him to the ground. Jaune stood with his hand outstretched as the rock he threw landed next to the goons head. "I said to leave him alone!" shouted Jaune as he tried to act brave even though his legs were shaking.

The leader laughed as he looked at Jaune and said. "I like you kid you got guts so I'll tell you what walk away now and I won't punish you for what you just did. What do you say?" Jaune glanced at the old man who was motioning for him to run away while he could. "What about the old man, are you going to let him go too?" The leader shook his head and gave a sadistic smile. "No the old man is going to die here and no-" before he could finish talking he was knocked to the ground by Jaune tackling him. He looked at the old man for a second and yelled. "Run I'll hold them here while you run and get help!" Jaune punched the leader in the face as hard as he could but felt a foot connect with his chest courtesy of the still standing goon.

The old man moved in front of Jaune and pleaded for them to let him go, that he was just a child. The leader stood up and kicked the old man to the side before he began stomping on Jaune's chest while his goons started to kick what parts of him they could get to. Jaune curled up into a ball to try and protect himself but felt himself get lifted up by his tail. He was held up so the leader could look him in the eye. Jaune saw the cracked mask fall and show a broken nose, and two red eyes full of hate and malice. "I was gonna let you live kid bit now, I'm going to gut you and spread your remains all across this ally for the rats to eat."

"Who's there?! This is the Arcadian guard come out where we can see you" shouted a gruff voice from the opening of the alley that Jaune had came from. "We need help!" shouted the old man as the goons started to try and pull their leader to escape out the back. He growled and brought the knife to where Jaune could see. "Since you love these humans so much I'll make you look more like them." Jaune felt his world become white hot pain before finally passing out from the beating he'd gotten.

Flashback end

"When I came to I was in a hospital bed wrapped up in bandages and my mother sitting at the side of my bed while Alex and our younger sisters slept on the other bed. My mom explained to me what had happened apparently the guys that were attacking the old man were white fang radicals that were on the run from the Arcadian guard. They had already killed another human and I had saved the old man from being their second victim. Though I lost my tail as a consequence, it took a year for me to get used to not having it and the phantom pains still bother me sometimes. The part that hurt the most was that I felt like I wasn't even part of my family anymore for months but they made sure I realized that thinking that was wrong." Explained Jaune.

Yang cupped Jaune's cheek and had him look at her, she smiled sadly and wiped the tear that had managed to slip out of his eye. "I'm sorry for making you remember something to traumatic, but you saved that old man's life Jaune. Akemi couldn't have gotten a better father in my book, he dad's a real hero." Said Yang with a smile that made Jaune's chest swell with pride and his cheeks turn crimson by how beautiful she looked in that moment. Jaune leaned more into her touch and relished at the feeling of her thumb rubbing his cheek.

Jaune felt his eyes widen and covered his face when Yang started to try and stifle her laughter with her free arm. "Did you just purr?" asked Yang between fits of laughter. Jaune made to get up and run but felt her grab his arm and pull him back onto the bed. "Not so fast hero, you're not getting away that easy" said Yang as she got more comfortable letting Akemi snuggle deeper into her chest. Jaune chuckled as he forgot his embarrassment and took his spot next to Yang again.

Glancing at her scroll and seeing how late it was Yang tried to pass Akemi to Jaune but quickly stopped when said red head began to whimper in her sleep. "I'll sleep on the other bed you can sleep her for tonight since I don't think she'll let you leave tonight." Said Jaune but quickly sat back down when Akemi began whimpering again. Yang shrugged and let her head rest on his shoulder as she slowly drifted off. Jaune gave a sigh of defeat and wrapped his arm around Yang so his arm wouldn't be sore in the morning. *Oh well I'll deal with a pissed off Yang in the morning.* thought Jaune as he closed his eyes.

Both teenagers slept quietly never noticing the woman dressed in a black cloak with the hood up sitting on the tree outside the window. She took off the hood letting her shoulder length blue hair flow in the breeze. She pulled down the mask that hid the bottom half of her face down showing a scar that went diagonally across her lips. She smiled at the sleeping blonds and moved to a more comfortable position on the tree for her self imposed guard duty. "You never change do you bleu?" asked a woman with black hair that barely passed her ears and green eyes that entranced bleu with their beauty.

"I don't know what you mean by that Jade." Said bleu as she looked away with a light dusting of pink on her cheeks. Jade rolled her eyes and jumped up to the branch her partner sat on and took a seat next to her. "Sure you don't beautiful. You've always been protective of your siblings especially Jaune." Bleu looked at her sleeping brother through the window and let out a sigh of defeat. "How can't I be protective of him. I know he's not, but he'll always be the scrawny little brother that ran to me whenever he needed help with bullies."

Jade let out a chuckle and pulled Bleu into a hug that she returned wrapping her arms tightly around her long time friend and partner. "I guess I can't fault you for it. Seems like just yesterday he was the little kid you introduced our team to, but now look at him. He's the leader of his own team that trusts his decisions and even has a daughter now." Bleu smiled and leaned back against the tree trunk looking at Jade with a look that had her cheeks turning red. "Thank you for keeping an eye on him for me Jade, I was worried sick about him running away." Said Bleu.

Jade smiled and gave a shrug before wrapping an arm around Bleu's shoulders. "Hey he's family to me too of course I was going to watch out for him he's like the little brother I never had. Besides I got to make sure the ring bearer at our wedding is alive to give us the rings." Said Jade making Bleu blush crimson. Before Bleu could say anything she found her lips preoccupied with Jade's.

Ok guys I'm leaving it here sorry it took so long I was stuck for a long time and even now I'm iffy about this chapter. Please leave a nice long review as they do help with the story. Also as a little surprise contest the first two who PM me the language and meaning of "Ad'ika" gets to make two characters that I'll introduce to the story as the teammates of Jade and Bleu.
