We stood in 'Madam Malkin's Robes For All Occasions' Draco had his arms out in a T position whilst I stood still, running my right hand over the writing on the parchment in my left letting my ring trace the letters onto the back of my hand when I felt another persons magic enter the shop. But I ignored it reading through my list of things:
First-year students will require:
Uniform
- Three Sets of Plain work robes (Black).
- One Plain Pointed Hat (Black) for day wear.
- One Pair of Protective Gloves (dragon hide or similar).
- One Winter Cloak (Black, silver fastenings).

I tilt my head to the left so he grabs my left and traces on it
"raise arms up" I follow the order as the assistant measures my arms and I hear a voice I don't recognise
"~he de~f"
I decide to ignore it, thinking about what to say makes it louder but oddly enough reading doesn't. I then hear Draco again
"Mo~er looki~ ~ wands"
'oooh wands'
"Wand next"
"Ye~ m~t up w~th Moth~ ne~t"
'he said yes that's all I was looking for'
I clap twice and hear Draco's voice again
"Arm~ ~p"
I move my arms back to the T position parchment still in my left hand with my eyes looking out the window blankly at all the different blurry colours going past the shop. I then hear my brother ask a question
"pl~ qui~ch ~ all"
"Play later?"
He traces on my hand
"Yeah we'll play after your therapy"I clap twice again before remembering to put my arms back up.
"~ow w~t h~use y~'ll be ~"
'House'"Slytherin"
I say as I hear Draco again
"We~ be ~ sly~in"
the next part of his sentence I'm unable to work out anything so I tilt my head again as Draco traces on the back of my hand
"Telling this boy about our family being all slytherin"I nod in understanding a big brown blob blocks the other colours In the window so I turn my head to the rows of red, yellow, green and blue lines to my far right (Draco and Harry are on her left with window in front of them. ) I hear Draco talking again but he's talking to much to quickly so I ignore him but moments later the other person who was getting their robes done left and so did the brown blob so I looked back out the window at all the colours again and I heard the woman who is working on my robes
"~ne m~ de~"
I tilt my head and Draco writes on my hand
"Done with your robes, so am I, we'll go meet mother at 'Ollivanders' then we'll meet father at 'Flourish and Blotts'"I nod my head tapping him on his hand twice as we make our way through the crowds arms linked until we reach the shop that I can feel mothers magic outside of.
After we reach mother she ushers us into Ollivanders for our wands. When the door closed behind us Draco called out into the shop
"Hello"
before he could say anything else i heard footsteps from the back of the store as another voice spoke
"Ah Mr Dr~o Mal~y ~d Mrs G~ini ~lfoy"
Draco steps forwards first as something thin and yellow? Moves around his right hand and Mr Ollivander moves back into the shop I tap Draco's shoulder
"Yellow?"
He traces my hand
"Tape Measure"I nod my head as Mr Ollivander comes back with a box
"Sycamore wood, Unicorn hair core"
Draco waves it causing a vase to shatter making all three of them jump but Ollivander says nothing and takes the wand back disappearing back into the shop when he appears back he holds out another wand
"Laurel Wood, Dragon heartstring core"
before he can wave the wand it is taken out of his hand as another is placed back into his hand
"Hawthorn Wood, Unicorn Hair Core"
Draco smirks slightly before giving it a wave causing green and silver sparks to appear.
Mr Ollivander then beckons me forwards
"wa~d h~nd"
I put my right hand out as the thin yellow tape measure appears again. Mr Ollivander then brings out a stack of boxes
"Rowan wood, unicorn hair core"
'good job I read up on wand wood names or I'd have no idea what he's been saying'
before I can wave the wand in my hand it's taken out of my hand and a new one is placed in it
"redwood, Unicorn hair core"
it's taken back again
'didn't wave it'
"Sycamore wood, Phoenix core"
I go to wave it and it's gone again.
'Let me wave it'
"Laurel wood, Dragon Heartstring core"
this one I did get to wave and I knocked over about three of his shelves by the sound of it 'good should have let me wave them' he then takes the wand back and we try again, doesn't work but I did blow up the same vase that Draco blew up earlier, we try again and I knock over about 2 more shelves I think based off the amount of boxes I hear hit the floor.
"Ebony wood, Dragon Heartstring"
this wand gives a warm comforting feeling up my arm that spreads the the rest of my body, when I wave it green and silver sparks appear.
"I~ appe~s y~u ha~ f~nd y~r w~n~"
I tilt my head and Draco translates
"it appears you have found your wand" I nod my head and we exit the shop meeting mother and father outside
"You we're taking too long so I made my way over instead of waiting."
Draco then shows off his wand and I get mine out as well as we make our way over to 'Flourish and Blotts'.
I put my wand up my sleeve and run my right hand over the parchment that's still clutched in my left:

when we go into 'Flourish and Blotts' we go upstairs where it's less crowded and I scan the shelves with my right hand luckily all the books have their titles on the spines in the same place so I don't have to search all over the spine of every book for the title. I find two of the books I need right next to each other and brand new so I cross them off my list:

Don't really know why those two are together they have nothing in common with each other. I then find 'The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection by Quentin Trimble' and cross it off my list. I then go to another aisle and scan the shelve finding my charms book and my transfigurations book crossing them off the list.

Mother nods in approval at my things as Draco snitches on me

I look in his general direction
"Not Matter"
I can feel my fathers smirk from here as well as Draco's scowl but either way mother grabs Draco another book and we pay for them all and father puts a hand on our shoulder.
"Your mother and I will get the rest of your equipment and you two can get your pets if you'd like."
He traces it on my back so I know what I'm doing we both nod and Draco links with my arm again.
As we enter the pet shop Draco goes straight towards the owls whilst I go towards the cats. There's no point in both Draco and I getting an owl plus I want to cuddle with a kitten. I run my hand over the kitten cages as one licks my hand, I reach in and pull out a white blob of fur, I then cuddle it close to my chest and see bright electric blue in the white blob
'White kitten with bright blue eyes I want it' I walk over to Draco who is speaking to the owner about the owl he's chosen. Looks like a brown blob to me that shrieks at least my kitten is fluffy. When I reach Draco and the shop owner I hold out the kitten and Draco strokes it
"Good choice Gemma"
father then appears behind use and goes up to the desk to pay for them he also tells me to go and get a collar for my kitten so I pick out an electric blue one to match the kittens eyes and I double check they match by asking Draco and father before we walk out of the shop.
I keep the kitten in my hands as we tell Dobby to put our stuff away back at the manor.
"H~ ab~t ic~ cr~am?"
I tilt my head and ask
"Ice cream?"
Draco taps my shoulder confirming that's where we're heading he also asks me what flavour I want
"Favourite, Chocolate"
