PoH walks up to Kirito, but Ronie stops him, to try to protect her Elite Desciple. Once she does, PoH pushes her out of the way, and towards Asuna. He walks up to the unconscious Kirito and inspects him.
PoH: What's this?
He kicks his leg.
PoH: Hey, Blackie. Wake up. You hear me, Mr. Black Swordsman?
Tears start coming down Kirito's eyes, realizing he failed his friends.
Ronie: Kirito-senpai kept trying to stand, over and over, during the battle.
Asuna: Ronie...
Tails: Don't you get it, PoH? Kirito fought and fought until the end, and now he's wounded! Just leave him alone! Leave Kirito alone!
PoH: Hey, hey, hey, you're kidding! That's no fun at all!
He kicks Kirito again.
Yui: Daddy...
PoH: Wake up! Stand up! Good morning!
He flips him off his wheelchair.
Asuna: Kirito!
A red knight stops Asuna by pointing his sword toward her.
PoH: So, you really are busted. The great hero's a vegetable now.
PoH grabs Kirito's arm and picks him up.
PoH: Come on, say something!
He slaps him in the face a few times.
Klein: You punk! Leave Kirito alone!
Klein tries to stand up, but a red knight stabs him with a spear.
Lisbeth and Silica: Klein!
Knuckles: PoH, you unforgiving monster!
Knuckles runs to PoH and tries to punch him.
PoH: Woah, hey now. Easy there.
A player with dark clothes rushes in and tries to slash PoH, making him drop Kirito.
PoH: Who the heck are you?
They take a look at the familiar face.
Asuna: Those dark clothes, and that hair.
Tails: It's... Eiji.
Knuckles: Eiji from OS?
Eiji and PoH attack each other. His reaction time was too fast for the leader of Laughing Coffin to handle.
PoH: You scum! Get out of my face!
PoH swings his knife hard, to pin Eiji to the ground.
PoH: He's a dirty Japanese! Don't forgive these cowardly hackers!
A dark shadow appears above PoH, and it starts to give the red knights all evil eyes. They attempt to march up to Eiji, but then, a pixie flies into the scene, and transforms into a human. The idol from Ordinal Scale, Yuna.
Eiji: Yuna?
Yuna: Sorry to keep you waiting, Eiji.
Red Knight: Yuna? Is it really her?
Ruby: Oh my gosh! Yuna!
Yang: Ordinal Scale's famous idol!
Nora: I can't believe it! It's really her!
Yuna: Let's do this, Eiji!
Eiji: Yeah.
PoH: Who the heck are you two?
Yuna's starts singing, giving Eiji strength.
Eiji: This is round two! Let's go!
The fight continues. As Yuna sings, her voice reaches the hearts of all the red knights.
Red Knight: That voice! It really is Yuna! This really is a Japanese server!
The swordsman and murderer swing swords, as the fight becomes fierce.
PoH: You punk. Who are you?
Eiji: I'm... Nautilus of the Knights of the Blood Oath!
As he charges up to PoH, his form changes to his old SAO form, in his KoB attire.
PoH: Never heard of you, scum!
He swings his knife again, but the KoB knight dodges, and kicks PoH's legs, making him trip, but he recovers.
Eiji: True, back then, I was...
He thinks of his time with Yuna back in SAO.
Eiji: A completely useless weakling.
His sword ignites red.
Eiji: But now!
He uses a Vorpal Strike, but PoH dodges.
Eiji: For murdering so many players and my other comrades in Aincrad, you're the one person...
His sword ignites blue, and he charges at the murderer.
Eiji: ...I'll never...
He jumps in the air.
Eiji: ...forgive!
They both charge at each other, and slash each other. Eiji slashes PoH's face, but PoH slashes Eiji's arm.
Yuna: Eiji!
PoH: A pathetic Japanese like you. Did you really think...
He prepares to slash the wounded Eiji.
PoH: ...you could defeat me?
Flashback from 2015 in San Francisco, America.
Vassago's mother: It's because you were born that my life is as miserable as it is! Also-ran.
Later on, he meets with his father.
Vassago's father: Good to see that you're healthy.
Vassago: Don't try to act like my dad, after not showing your face for years. What do you want?
Vassago's Father: Your older half-brother is suffering from congenital kidney failure. He needs a kidney transplant.
Vassago: So what?
Vassago's father: I've chosen the best hospital in Japan for my son. And I've secured the top surgeon in that field. All he needs is a kidney donor.
Vassago: You punk!
Vassago's father: If you refuse, I can't continue to support your mother.
Vassago: You...
He agrees to the operation, once it was finished, he wakes up from his hospital bed and walks down the hallway. He looks at his father and half-brother, with an angry look.
Vassago: Pathetic Japanese!
Years later, at the start of the SAO incident, in Vassago's apartment.
News Reporter: I'm in front of Tokorozawa General Hospital. Victims of the SAO incident have been continuously arriving. Even now, three days since the incident started, there are no solutions in sight as the death toll has reached 478, an is expected to continue rising. There are reports that Sonic the Hedgehog is also trapped inside the game, bringing a shock to the entire world. Currently, the police are rushing to confiscate the NerveGear, but there are reports of it being sold on the black market.
Vassago: That's it.
At night, he steals a NerveGear and hides away from the cops. Once he heads home, he puts on the NerveGear.
Vassago: Link start!
And so, he logs into SAO. Once he does, the system asks to enter a player name. He enters Prince of Hell, but then shortens it to say PoH. After he enters it, he arrives at the Town of Beginnings on Floor 1.
PoH: In this world, I can kill as many Japanese as I want.
The flashback ends.
PoH: Here it comes!
PoH swings his knife at Eiji, but suddenly, a yellow light speeds down from the sky, in between both of them, hitting the ground.
PoH: What?!
Eiji: Huh?
Asuna: What's going on?
?: Leave my friends alone!
PoH: Heh. You really are a pain in the butt, aren't you.
The smoke clears, revealing the fastest thing alive in his super form.
Asuna: Sonic!
Klein: Sonic!
Super Sonic: It's good to see you all again.
Mei Mei Xiang: No way. It can't be.
Moonphase: Sonic the Hedgehog is here?!
Red Knight: I can't believe it!
Jaune: About time.
Agil: What do you know.
Super Sonic: Time to tag out, Eiji. I'll take it from here.
Eiji: Okay. Thanks.
PoH: You are such a pain in the butt, hedgehog. You really are. In fact, I think I'll kill both you and Blackie here.
Super Sonic: I think you've done enough PKing. Actually, you've done more than enough.
Moonphase and Mei Mei Xiang look at the emblem on PoH's hand.
Moonphase: That emblem looks familiar.
Mei Mei Xiang: Isn't that the mark of Laughing Coffin?
Red Knight 1: Laughing Coffin?
Red Knight 2: The ones who massacred hundreds in SAO, right?
Red Knight 3: So that guy's a serial killer?
A dark aura comes out of PoH and reaches the red knights.
Super Sonic: Nope.
The speedy hedgehog raises his hand forward, and stopping the corruption from hitting the red knights.
PoH: You little... I'm gonna...
Super Sonic: You're gonna pay for what you did back in SAO!
PoH: Come at me, then!
Meanwhile, Sinon continues to fight Subtilizer. A bullet hits her leg. As Subtilizer shoots again, she dodges. Bullets collide with each other, and move aside.
Sinon: (The Hecate 2 holds seven rounds per magazine. This is my seventh shot.)
She shoots again.
Sinon: (However, the Barrett XM500 can hold ten rounds. Which means... he has two shots left.)
Subtilizer shoots at Sinon, and hits her other leg. She begins to fall out of the sky.
Subtilizer: This is it.
Sinon: Asuna, Yui, Sonic, Kirito, I'm sorry.
He shoots his final bullet at her. Meanwhile, with Leafa, Mighty, and Ray...
Leafa: HRAAAGH! Verdurous Anima!
Her sword glows green and swings it at the red knights, the crowd ahead. Three more approach her, and Mighty and Ray take them out.
Mighty: We got your back.
As the wave clears, Leafa stomps her foot down, making flowers appear from the ground, healing her.
Leafa: (The Terraria account's unlimited regeneration ability. No matter how badly I'm wounded, and how much pain I'm suffering, I can't fall. But if it were Big Brother or Sonic, he would never fall from wounds like these. So...)
She stands up and picks up her sword.
Leafa: I won't fall here. It won't be a problem to cut all these enemies down myself. Because I'm... Big Brother's... Kirito the Black Swordsman's...
She points her sword forward, preparing for a ranged Vorpal Strike.
Leafa: little sister!
She releases it, killing more red knights. She bends down her knees, and stands back up.
Mighty: Look out!
A spear flies toward her, but Mighty catches it before it hits her.
Leafa: Thanks, Mighty.
They look at all the approaching red knights.
Leafa: Here goes.
Back at the rocky mountains, Subtilizer's bullet flies toward Sinon, but it gets stopped by the necklace with Kirito's protection.
Sinon: (I won't give up. Even if my imagination's transformed my gun, its system features should still be intact. I'll never give up. I have to believe. In myself. In hecate. In Sonic and Kirito.)
Her Hecate starts glowing.
Sinon: (Solus' bow automatically absorbs resources from surroundings to recharge its attack power... the power of the Annihilate Ray.)
As her gun reaches full charge...
Sinon: Fire!
She fires a huge blast from Hecate, striking Subtilizer. She hits the ground, and then looks back up at Subtilizer. He's not dead, but he's wounded.
Sinon: I'll face you as many times as it takes.
Subtilizer: Hmph.
He leaves instead. Then, Hecate turns back into a bow. Tears begin to come out of her eyes.
Sinon: Kirito.
Back with Leafa, Mighty, and Ray, they finally defeat the last of the Americans.
Mighty: Woo! We sure put up a big fight!
Ray: We got them all, so that's good.
Leafa: Yeah... We sure did, didn't we, Big Brother?
Meanwhile, back on the Ocean Turtle, in the pressure bulkhead. Yanai has Higa at gunpoint. But then...
Rinko: Higa, watch out!
She throws a wrench down between them, making Yanai step back...
Yanai: Wha..? Ah!
He trips and falls down the pressure bulkhead.
Yanai: AHHHHHHHHH!
Higa looks down, with no sign of Yanai anymore.
Rinko: Higa, are you alright? Answer me! Hey!
Higa: Uh, well, you did startle me. I didn't know you could scream like that.
Rinko: H-How can you be so calm? Are you hurt? Were you shot?
Higa: Well, no. I'm good. I'm okay. I'll continue the operation. Keep monitoring Kirito!
Rinko: You sure you're okay? I'll take your word on it! If you're lying, I'll never forgive you!
Higa: Yes, of course! You can trust me!
Rinko: I'll head back to SubCon, then, but I'll be back here as soon as there's a change on the graph! I'm counting on you, Higa!
Higa: Uh, Rinko!
Rinko: Yes?
Higa: Well, uh...
His face turns slightly red.
Higa: When this is all over, do you want to go out for dinner sometime?
Rinko: Sure. Hamburgers, beef bowls... I'll treat you to whatever you want! So good luck with this!
She heads back to the sub control room.
Higa: What a cheap date. Actually, that line had "death flag" written all over it.
Higa takes out his laptop and connects the STL's that Asuna, Leafa, Sinon, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, and Ray are using to Kirito's.
Higa: Alright, Kirito. Time to wake up.
Back at the ruins, Sonic continues his fight against PoH.
PoH: I hate you so much, you rotten hedgehog!
Super Sonic: I don't wanna ruin Kirito's chance to shine, but I'm not letting you hurt him or anyone else!
PoH: You...
Asuna: (Kirito... I'll give you my heart, my life, my everything. Please, open your eyes. Kirito.)
Yui: (Daddy.)
Leafa: (Big Brother.)
Sinon: (Kirito.)
Super Sonic: (Kirito.)
Tails: (Kirito.)
Knuckles: (Kirito.)
Mighty: (Kirito.)
Ray: (Kirito.)
The Black Swordsman starts glowing. Inside his mind, he wakes up in a classroom, with no color.
?: Kirito.
Kirito: Hmm? What? Was it all a dream?
