"Here."Rhino places a cupcake infront of the distraught Jewel, who sat at one of the dinning tables in the cafe. Sighing heavily, after the reaction she just got from her mother. It was not what she expected at all, maybe she just high hopes. Yeah that had to be it. Looking at the cupcake, she pushes it away.

"Thank you. But...I'm not hungry."she mumbles, the others couldn't help but sympathize with the young girl. After you ran out, which was an hour and half ago. They just stuck around to keep her company. Spider-Man sat with his daughter at the table doing his best to lift up her spirits, but it seem everything he did not seem to work.

Sighing to himself, though he himself was startled by this sudden discovery of having a daughter. She looked just like the one he saw with Myles Morlas. Just older, he wondered if she figured out how to come to this time line. She was only three when saw her, and to see her grown up considering the fact he was dead in that alternative time line, not being able to see his little girl grow up. Made him feel overjoyed, but the fact that her mother, Kylie, you just ran off worried him.

He expected a different reaction from you, one of happiness and joy like him. Then he could explain everything to you, and hopefully that would bring you closer. But it seem to push you further away. Feeling dagger eyes on him, he looks to find Nova and Cho giving it to him. He just rolls his eyes shaking his head.

Turning back to Jewel. Placing a hand upon her shoulder for comfort. She looks up at him, with her blue she inherited from him with a small hint of gold in them. They where big and getting ready to cry due not understanding and feeling it was her fault. Thinking of what to say to ease her and take the blame himself. This new side just emerged from nowhere, a parental side. Finding no words he brings her into a tight tender hug.

Jewel hugs the hero back, tightly. Only a little girl, she did what any little girl did. Cry. Though she tired to conceal the noise, the others heard it. It was slightly uncomfortable and sad for them. Spider-Man holds his child tighter, not minding her crying. As a father it was his job to be there for his little girl. To let her cry and then wipe her tears away. He starts to coo, his grip on her became tighter trying to squeeze out every tear that he could. Telling her everything was going to be alright.

A figure stands over him, he looks up finding Rhino with Agent Venom. Agent Venom takes off his mask revealing Flash, he smiles softly at the web-head. Then looks to Jewel, placing a hand on the girl's back.

"Hey, don't cry."Flash tells her."Your mom didn't mean to run off like that."

Rhino nods his head in agreement."She's just scared, that's all. It takes time. Trust me, I was scared of what I became. But..."Jewel lifts up her head looking at them both. Rhino smiles at the little girl, using one of his fingers. Gently wipes her tears away."With time I know I will grow to love it. Just like your mother, will grow to love you. This place is like a family, and we're like that here."he looks at everyone, Jewel does too. The other heroes smile at her nodding their head. Rhino looks backs at her, Jewel looks up at him."And we're your family here too. So..welcome to the SHIELD Academy."he holds out a hand for to shake, hearing his words she sniffs a bit. Wiping her eyes, extending her hand into his large one.

Tenderly he shakes her's. Feeling a hand on her head, she looks to find Spider-Man. Her father. Though with his mask on, he still smiles down at her."He's right. I mean sure it's going to interesting having to raise a daughter. Let alone a super powered one. Look, I'm sorry Kylie ran off like that. But...that doesn't mean she won't grow to accept you. You still have me. Sure you could have any other father to b-"

Agent Venom smacks in him in the back of the head."Shhhh."he grunts to the web head.

Who realized he was going off topic. Rubbing the back of his head, he looks to his daughter."I mean, welcome to the Academy."

Jewel couldn't help but laugh a bit at the hero. Who chuckles a bit, Rhino holds another cupcake for the girl in the palm of his hand. Which this time Jewel took and ate it."Mmmm, this is really good!"she squeals.

In the office of Nick Fury, the man sat behind his desk going over some files, when unannounced angry person came bursting in. Looking up not the least bit surprised to see them. He remains calm as they hastily approach his desk, he could see the angry and confusion in their eyes, though more so confusion than anger. Their golden eyes demanded some sort of understanding.

Inhaling and exhaling softly, he let's his niece say what needed too."Tell me, tell me this is some sort of joke!?"you demands."I cannot have a daughter! It is impossible!" slamming her hands down on his desk, her eyes flash a blood red color when the marks under your eyes glow for a second. Realizing this, you slowly backs down."I am sorry..."apologizing to him. Looking away, Nick looks at you. He could see you trying to suppress your outburst along with trying piece everything together.

He wasn't expecting Spider-Man to say anything about the his Grand-Niece just yet. But with him many things slip out, and it seem that Jewel was just like him. Putting his is own anger on this whole matter aside, he presses something. A screen comes up."She is yours and Parker's kid. We did a full and through DNA test on her, the second she said she was. And trust me, you were not the only one surprised and angry about it."his voice darkens at the last words.

You look at the information on Jewel. Everything was there, your DNA and Peter's and it was match down to every single cell. There was no doubt now, she was yours, even if you didn't want to believe it. Thinking back to how happy Peter looked and felt, and wanting you to share the joy just as much as he was. Including Jewel, but you didn't, you felt something much different. Distance and fear was all you felt. Mainly towards Peter than Jewel. Casting your eyes down, Nick couldn't help but soften his look on you.

He stands up, walking over to his distraught niece. After all this time since she has been back, from what happen. He gives her a comforting hug. He knew things where not the same like before, she wasn't. Something that she still had to adjust to. Though she was put through rigorous training, he and she too often wonder if it was enough.

Inhaling deeply."Despite how you feel, she's your daughter. Which we are still trying to see how she came."he tells you. Looking up at to him."Your her mother, and something tells me. She's really happy to see you, and Parker. You remember what it's like to not have one around. Don't give her the cold shoulder."

Understanding his words, you just nod your head. Standing up tall, you thank him and leave. Not even a hug good-bye like you use to do.

Leaving his office Iron Fist was there waiting for you, much to your surprise. Looking to him, he could see everything you where trying to hide."She is does belong to me and...Peter. I am sorry."you apologize to him.

He walks over to you lifting up your chin to look at him."There is no need to be sorry for a life that has been created."

You ball up your fist."You say that, but do you really mean it?"

Iron Fist was quiet for a second, he inhales deeply."A part of me does not, but the other part of me knows that it has happen and I must except it, just like you must. There is a reason why she is here, and here she is. You are her mother, Peter her father."

You knew he meant Jewel, guilt came to you. Thinking back to how you ran out on her, you could only guess how she felt. Not able to bring yourself to, you shake your head no.

"So, these are the dorms."Spider-Man shows Jewel who was riding on Zabu, a room with multiple bunk-beds imbedded in the wall."So, I guess you would be sleeping here then. This is also somewhat of a training room too. There are desk for everyone. Ummmm...my bed is over here."he leads her, Rhino was with him along with the rest. Giving the tour of her new home.

Jewel smiles, jumping up and down. Pointing to her father's bed."Do I get to sleep with you?"

Everyone looks at the web head, who seem unsure about that."Well, the bed can only fit one. But you can have the one above me."he points."We're still sleeping together, just well in different beds."

Jewel was a bit disappointed. She remember back home, with her father, he would allow her to sleep him and her mother. But then again he was just a teen here. So she understood."So everyone will sleep in here?"

"Yeah."

"Even my mother?"Spider-Man goes quiet. Scratching the back of his head."Where does she sleep? Is her bed close by ours?"

"Well..."Spider-Man tries to figure out what to say.

So White Tiger jumps in."Your mother sleeps well...a couple of rows down. By herself."

"Oh..."Jewel thinks about it."Then we should move her closer, so we can be together, right Daddy."she looks to Spider-Man, everyone does. The web-head didn't really know what to say. But the look in Jewel's eyes made him nod in agreement.

He as about to say something, when the bell rang for class to start."Well, guess we better go to class. Alright everyone lets go."

"Ummm, what about her?"Cloak points to Jewel. Which Spider-Man almost forgot.

"Oh, yeah...well."he thinks about it.

"I'll come!"she tells him. Before he could say anything she tells Zabu to head off to the next class. Which the giant cat does so prompting Kaz-ar and Rhino to chase after them.

"Well..."Spider-Man was speechless.

"Yep, she's your daughter. Never sits still."Power Man shakes his head with a smile, the others laugh agreeing.

Captain America was waiting for the class, when hears a child's laughter echoing through the halls. Along with the floor shaking from Rhino's heavy footsteps. Getting ready, Jewel comes in on the back of Zabu who stops, just a few seconds Kaz-ar and Rhino comes running in. Jewel just laughed, when Rhino picks her up by her the collar of her cloak.

"You shouldn't' run off like that."he tells her.

Kaz-ar goes over to Zabu who was just fine. Looking to the little girl, with a smile."You have quite the energy."he pets his friend.

Jewel just smiles. When she felt Rhino's snort. Turning to him, he gives her a stern look. Her eyes drop remorsefully."Sorry..."

Soon the others come in, Spider-Man hurries over to her just as Rhino puts her down. He stands by her, she looks up at him. Before he could say anything, Captain America gets everyone attention."Would some like to tell me what's going on?"

"Oh, well..."Spider-Man tries to figure out what to say. He places a hand upon Jewel's head."This is Jewel...my ummm...how do I put this."

White Tiger rolls her eyes. Pushing him aside."This is Web-head's and Kylie's daughter. Future daughter."

The Avenger looks at the little girl, who looks back at him respectfully. She walks over to him with a look of awe in her eyes."Hello, Captain America...it is so wonderful to see you. Is it alright if I join the class. I'm the newest addition to the Academy. Don't worry, I won't get hurt. Besides."she smiles cheekily at him."You taught me a few things or two."

Captain was baffled by what this girl just said, but could see in her eyes she was determined. He was against her being here, since she was just a kid."I'm not sure..."

Seeing the hesitation in his eyes. Jewel gave him a pleading look."I won't be a bother. I promise!"Thinking quickly, she spots a computer panel. Rushing over there, and before anyone could tell her no. She initiates a training program. She runs off to begin the agility course. To prove her self.

"Dang!"Spider-Man hurries to web towards his daughter, who dodges incoming projectiles just in time. Jewel, sighs in relief and kept going. Ignoring her father's calls for her to stop. Not realizing the program was becoming harder. The others saw it, and hurry to her. Landing on a steel beam, high up. Jewel gets ready to dodge a metal tentacle, when one came and grabs hold of her cloak, yanking her back and cutting off her breathing. Dangling her over the side. Struggling to get out, a laser gun points itself right at her. Trying hard to get out. Her heart stops in fear, struggling only made her loose her air faster, the grip was becoming tighter, the gun gets ready to fire.

Thinking quickly, she unbuttons her cloak, and falls out. Just as the gun fires multiple shots at her. Falling fast, she felt a tingling feeling. Reacting to it, she ducks her head just as another metal tentacle comes, he grabs hold of it. Swinging herself up and over it.

Her prowelness was amazing, Spider-Man landing not to far away was even impressed. Watching her in wonderment."Wow."he smiles with pride under his mask.

His little girl, dressed in a red and purple qipao tight fitted full body suit with shorts. Silver web designs like his own across the who outfit. She wore dark silver knee high flat boots with matching elbow length gloves. Though instead of a spider in the center of her costume it was another design. He didn't have time to wonder why, he heard Jewel's screams. Snapping out of it. He looks and sees she was caught by one of the metal tentacles coiled around her, and another with a buzz-saw coming aright at her.

"Hang on!"he screams hurrying over to her.

Jewel's eyes widen in fear, the blade was just inches away from her face. She cries out trying to get out, only for the coil to constrict her more. Crushing her, the others below hurry to her. Captain America gets ready to shut off the training. The tentacle raises its saw, and comes down to strike girl. Closing her eyes tightly, screaming. Spider-Man cries out for her too.

"Kiai!"Iron Fist comes breaking both the saw and tentacle that held Jewel, along with you. You come down with a kick, slicing through the one that held her. Grabbing hold of her, you drop down with safely with her. Iron Fist right behind you. Spider-Man followed a few seconds he hurries over to you and Jewel. You set her down.

"Are you ok?! Jewel!"Spider-Man looks over her, there where just small marks. The rest of the group come over to see. Jewel kept her head down in disappointment. Before she could say anything, Captain America does.

"That young lady was reckless."He berates her."Your impulsiveness could seriously have gotten you hurt or worse. Despite your skills. There is no discipline in your skills."

"I'm sorry...I just..."Jewel stops she looks to Spider-Man, who sighs."Just wanted to show you, what I could do."

"Look, I get it and understand...but what you did was reckless."Spider-Man tells her."If Iron Fist and your mother didn't come, who knows what would have happen. You caused everyone to worry."He gets down to her level, she quickly looks to her father then away. Spider-Man sighs, standing up. He looks to you."Glad you came when you did. Guess this whole thing will take two of us, huh?"

You look to Jewel, then back to Spider-Man. You place a hand upon the little girl's back and push her towards the hero, and without a word you walk out.
