Author's Note: Sorry about the delay, I've just spent most of my free time planning my newest story 'The 5 Graces of God'. I finished reading Nanatsu o Taizai (7 Deadly Sins) a few days ago and I've gotten a story in mind. So any fans of the 7 deadly sins hopefully will want to read that sometime in the near future. If they weren't wielding miraculous right now, Paris' two heroes would probably be dead.
Ladybug could barely stand, she tilted her head around. Every normal person looked to be almost dead, their ears had exploded. Ladybug could see their expressions of immense pain, but she couldn't hear anything. Not even the rambunctious screeches of the Lord of Music. Ladybug had gone completely deaf.
Chat Noir offered Ladybug a hand, he was using his staff as a walking stick. The two struggled their way to some cover, Chat sent her a message.
Great. We are both completely deaf and no one is in good enough condition to be of any use. Any ideas M'lady?
He put us at a huge advantage by making us deaf, problem is the sound is so powerful I can feel it on my skin. If he can create a sound any louder than this there will be casualties.
Do you think our space suits will help?

The two heroes ate the respective food to give them their space suits, which they had been using a lot more as Hawkmoth's villains became tougher. It was going to be a breeze defeating the Lord of Music, they had become completely immune to-
Just as the heroes were closing in to destroy the guitar, he somehow released an even stronger sound. Ladybug looked around, some people had passed out; even though they were so far away from the battle. The two began to message each other again.
Chat! We need another hero to keep these people safe from harm!
We need to bring back Carapace M'lady! He's the only one suited to protect them!
Even if I did do that, his shields don't stop sound. Only magic and Physical attacks.
What if I gave Wayzz my power limit break cheese powerup?

Don't get me wrong, make another one when you get home but you can only use yours for dire emergencies.

I see... Let's hurry to the school before Music Lord creates a sound loud enough to deafen the entirety of France.
Ladybug summoned the Turtle miraculous, it would be dangerous bringing back Nino considering the world knows his identity. However it will make it easier to give him the miraculous.
They found all of the students hiding in the most soundproof place they could find. The bomb shelter underneath the school.
Author's Note 2: In Horrificator we actually saw this bomb shelter, it is deep underneath the school and quite large. The only plausible reason as to why this is there that I can think of, is that the school is an old building and has a bomb shelter just in case the Nazis dropped any bombs. Granted I don't know why this is even in a show like Miraculous, but hey; it suits the story. Sorry for the interruption. Enjoy!
In there, Ladybug saw some outer citizens, she even saw her parents in that shelter. Once they found Nino, they realised he wasn't deaf and could still hear them quite well.
"Nino! We need you as Carapace to help protect the citizens above ground! Come with us quick!"
Neither Ladybug or Chat Noir heard a single word of their speech, to Nino, that sounded like. 'Bino! Ye neef youh as Capazase too helbe probectb da cirisfens adove growwnde! Comb wif us chick!'
Nino somehow understood, and transformed right there in the middle of a crowd. Yet the only people that gave a damn was Chloe and Alya.
"Oh come on! Why don't you call on me too! Nino and I are a team! I thought you said no more hero time for us!"
"Ugh, they may as well just give up their miraculous now if they came to recruit him again."
Just before they exited the protection of the shelter, they tried to get Nino to eat the slice of pink cheese but he was hesitant. Instead they sent messages to the tiny miracle device hidden in his shell.
That purple cheese boosts your powers greatly, it will not only improve your abilities, but you create as many shellters as you wish. Chat Noir and I need to go fight Guitar villain while you try to put a shield over every person in Paris. Just make sure to keep us and him out of them. I have faith in you Carapace.
Carapace nodded. The bomb shelter door was opened to hear the same noise, Carapace's hood kept his ears much more protected than other miraculous. He leaped away and started bouncing on force fields he created shouting "Shellter! Shellter! Shellter! Shellter!" On and on and on.
Ladybug and Chat Noir flew up to wear the Lord of Music floated around, he had been creating enormous speakers everywhere. If he were to play a sound with all his might, it may break their suits. Ladybug threw her yo-yo in the air, "Luffy Karm!" Thankfully you can slightly mispronounce the power call and you still have powers. "Cafaklism!"
Ladybug was given something she'd never thought of before, a tiny little rocket. Lucky charms could stick to the suit if you wished them to, so she stuck it to her left forearm and prepared for a fight.
Ladybug flew down and back up at the Lord of Music, only to be flown backward by the levitating sound wave. Chat began to fight with his stick, doing his best to use his flight and stick to defeat him. All he ended up doing was look like a 7-year-old pretending to be a Jedi knight.
He extended his stick into the villains electrical hair and was given a light shock, he then hit the same spot again which he did not expect leaving the Lord of Music to topple forward in the sky. Chat quickly flew away and used both his legs to get him completely off the sound wave. Ladybug caught him, then flew him into the ground. She took his guitar and went to hand it to Chat Noir.
"Oh no you don't!"
Using sound, the Lord of Music pushed the Guitar into his hands and played.
"SUPER ULTIMATE MEGA PEIRCING SOLO!"
The blast of sound caused them to fly straight into the sky, parts of their indestructible powerup suits had cracked, there was even a hole in Ladybug's shoulder and Chat Noir's thigh. The heroes tried to fly back down, but the sound had created an unbreakable field that protecting the akuma. A tear fell from Ladybug's cheeks, she opened messages from her helmet and texted Chat Noir.
It's impossible to get to him now! Not even your Cataclysms can destroy sound! We're stuck here!
Chat looked around, noticed the rocket on her arm. He couldn't look at her, he had failed too.
No there has to be something! Surely! Chat thought
While he was looking down he could see Ladybug's yo-yo blowing upward still, then he had an idea. He texted Ladybug back.
I've got an idea. Attack the rocket to the yo-yo, then let the rocket spin your yo-yo so incredibly fast that it tears through this barrier!
That would work if we had an actual rocket. This one is tiny!
True. But it's powered by a miraculous, it has to be strong enough!
... We have no more options. Chat, get ready to hit that guitar as fast as you can.
Got it!
Ladybug attached the rocket to her yo-yo and turned it on, it began spinning so quickly it was pulling them towards the Lord of Music. Ladybug and Chat Noir used their suits thrusters to push them through the shield of sound in under a second. Chat reached out, and the Guitar was in black crumbs before the Lord of Music even noticed.
The akuma flew out, Ladybug opened her yo-yo.
"Nof mor evelding forf youh, liffle akuna! Fime to teevelidez! Gofcha!"
Ladybug released the butterfly, "Bi bi, life bufferflie."
She took the rocket off her yo-yo and threw it into the air, "Mirafulus Lageedug!"
Everybody got their hearing back, and all that were in the shellters stood up happy to be alive and not deaf.
Jagged Stone held his head in pain, as picture of Fang laid in front of him. "Oh Fang! How am I going to rock and roll anymore without you!" The man began to sob, his tears wear large and heavy. Chat knelt down beside him.
"What happened to Fang?"
Jagged wiped away a tear, "He got really sick, the vets don't think he's gonna survive!"
Ladybug knelt down next to Chat, "Well, there's a chance Fang may be alright due to the lucky charm. If Fang went deaf the magical ladybugs may have healed him."
Jagged smiled wide, "You think so!? FAANG! I'm coming for you!"
Jagged ran off into the distance just as Carapace jumped in, he got there just in time for the pound it.
"Pound it!"
Ladybug moved her shoulder back and forth, it was quite sore after having to hold a rocket yo-yo.
"Phew! That's gotta be one of the toughest akumas we've ever fought. Thanks for your help Carapace."
"Sure thing dudette and dude. Shell off."
Carapace didn't know that a powerup required two detransformation calls, so he was quite confused when that didn't work. "What the-?! Why didn't that-"
"You have to detransform twice when using a powerup. Don't worry, Ladybug won't admit it but it took her some time to get used to."
"Hey! That was you!"
"You, me, who cares! It's all the same right!"
"You and I both had trouble getting used to it."
"I guess I can agree on that."
Carapace was awkwardly touching his fingers, "I'd love to stay and chat with you dudes. But I got a school project with Alya and Ivan I need to start. Shell Off."
He handed back his miraculous with Ladybug and Chat Noir in shock. SCHOOL PROJECT?! NO ONE SAiD ANYTHING ABOUT A PROJECT!
"It was nice seeing you kitty! I gotta run."
"Me too bugaboo. See you soon!"
They both zoomed to the train station bathroom stalls they were left at, once again they just missed each other so no suspicion of identities was raised.
Adrien and Marinette met at about the same time, and tried to get back to school as quick as they could. Before Ms Bustier noticed they weren't in the bomb shelter, the two eased their way into the crowd. Only to continue their Geography class on Friday.
"Girl! Where have you been! We got attacked by an akuma! One so powerful I couldn't even film it!"
"Yeah I know. Adrien and I-" Marinette looked around, leaned in closer to Alya and whispered. "Adrien and I snuck out and got ice cream together. I made him blush!"
"Seriously girl! How?!"
"I accidentally got him to admit that he was asking people about me."
"That's great girl! Maybe he likes you!"
"Maybe. So what did I miss?"
Adrien was having this same conversation with Nino, they both said the exact same thing.
"For the project you have to design a small island or country in the ocean in a groups of 3 or 4, it's all on the task sheet I put in your bag."
Adrien raised an eyebrow. "Who am I with?"
"You're with Marinette, Nathaniel and Lila."
Marinette questioned Alya more, "Who am I with Alya?"
Alya clenched her teeth, I know you girls have a rocky relationship. You're with Adrien, Nathaniel and Lila. Sorry girl."
Marinette stood up, "WhAt?!"
Ms Bustier stared at Marinette. "Marinette if you disrupt my class one more time I will give you an after school detention! Am I clear?"
Marinette straightened up, "Yes Ms Bustier." and sat back down feeling like she needed to disappear until this project was over.
