Note: I'm not 100% sure if I'll get this done before the end of the month, mainly because I'll be working on my other stories. As a result of this, one or more chapters might be released in November. Don't worry, I'll try to make all of these as scary as possible, while having some comedic elements to them. Now, without further ado, I bring you chapter two.

The Belcher family were taking a ride on a plane to an uncharted island. Said island was rumored to be the new home of Doctor Peppy Hare: a brilliant scientist who was rumored to have gone insane years ago.

"I can't believe that we're going to a tropical island to meet this guy!" Louise, the youngest member of the family, said.

"Louise," Bob, the family's patriarch, said, "I'm sure Dr. Hare has a lot of stuff that we can do."

"I hope that he has a bar," Linda, the matriarch of the family said, "because I'm really fun when I drink!"

"I'm fun without drinking!" Gene, the middle child of the family, stated.

"Sure you are, Gene." Bob said, "Sure you are."

When the plane landed, the Belchers walked onto the shore. After they did that, they saw the infamous Dr. Hare walking towards them. Much to their surprise, the good doctor was an actual hare, complete with big ears, buck teeth, and a cotton tail.

"Hello, visitors." Dr. Hare greeted.

"Doctor," Linda was surprised, "you're actually a rabbit?!"

"Please," The old hare said, "call me Peppy, my friends."

"We could also call you Mr. Hare." Gene suggested.

"Just call me Peppy." Doctor Hare sighed.

"Do you have a bar?" Linda raised her hand, "I'm kinda thirsty."

"More importantly, do you have any horses?" Tina, the eldest Belcher child, asked.

"Tina," Bob said, "it's a tropical island, I highly doubt that there are any horses in this place."

"Actually, I have a few thoroughbred that your daughter can play with." Peppy said.

"Yes!" Tina whispered in excitement.

"Quick question: when will we go into the island?" Louise asked.

"We can go in," Peppy stated, "I just need to get my associate."

"Where is your associate?" Bob asked.

"I'll do you one better," Louise said, "who is your associate?"

"And more importantly," Gene stated, "what is your associate?"

Peppy turned his head and called out "Slippy, can you come here for a second?!"

An anthropomorphic toad ran towards the group, stopping near the Belchers.

"You must be the Belcher family," The toad spoke, "I'm Slippy Toad!"

"A talking frog," Gene stated, "are we in a fairy tale?"

"Gene." Bob sighed in annoyance.

"Oh," Slippy said, "don't worry, Mr. Belcher, I get that a lot."

"Slippy, why don't you go show our guests to their cabin?" Peppy asked.

"Sure," The toad said before leading the family deeper into the jungle.

A few hours later, the Belchers were invited to dinner by Doctor Peppy Hare. While walking down to the mess hall, Tina saw what looked like a human, but this human had fox ears, a tail, and orange fur in some areas on their body. Ignoring it, the eldest of the Belcher children continued to walk with her family. However, Bob was looking around the area, having seen odd creatures in the trees.

"What's wrong, Bobby?" Linda asked.

"I've got a bad feeling about this place." Bob said.

"I'm sure that you'll feel better when we eat dinner." Linda suggested.

"I know I will." Gene stated.

When the family entered the mess hall, they were greeted by Peppy, who had a massive feast ready for them.

"Welcome, I suppose that all of you would like to eat?" The old hare asked.

"You just read us like a book." Louise sarcastically stated.

"Quite the sarcastic one, aren't we?" Peppy asked.

"That's one of her talents, Peppy!" Linda said as the family sat down at the table.

"And she's got a lot of talents!" Bob stated.

"Can we eat now?" Gene asked.

"You may." Doctor Hare said.

After eating a great deal of the feast with Dr. Hare, the Belchers found themselves talking with the brilliant scientist.

"Don't any of y'all wish you were animals?" Peppy asked.

"No." Louise said.

"Why are you asking that?" Bob asked.

"Because it gets lonely now that Slippy and me are off of Corneria," Dr. Hare stated, "I just want to have some more people who are like me on this island."

"Why don't you just invite some people from Corneria over?" Tina asked

"Also, you're an alien?" Gene asked in surprise.

"Gene, don't ask stuff like that." Bob warned.

"Actually, your son is right, Bob." Peppy stated.

"Then why did you come to Earth?" Linda asked.

"I just like to travel to different planets." Peppy said, his voice masking a lie, "I just didn't think that I would wind up staying on a planet like this."

"Just be thankful someone from Area 51 didn't find you here." Louise remarked.

"I think that we should go back to our cabin now." Bob said, wanting to leave the area.

"Well," Doctor Peppy Hare stated, "I'll let you all go. After all, it's getting late."

"Goodnight, Doctor Hare." The Belchers said as they left the building.

"Goodnight." Peppy said.

Back at their cabin, the Belchers were getting ready for bed. However, Linda started to walk out.

"Where you going, Lin?" Bob asked.

"I'm going to the bathroom." Linda answered.

"Okay," He said, "don't take too long."

"I won't." She said as she walked out of the cabin.

After a quick trip to the bathroom, Linda found herself face-to-face with Tina.

"Tina, what's wrong, honey?" Linda asked her daughter.

"Mom," Tina said, "I saw a weird creature when we were walking to dinner. This creature looked like a fox and a person had a baby."

"Oh, Tina, I'm sure that you we're just seeing things." Linda said, "Now come on, let's go back to the cabin."

Before either of them could head back, Linda and Tina felt hands grabbing their shoulders.

"Hold on a second," Peppy's voice rang out, "Tina said that she wanted to see the horses. As such, I feel that it's necessary for us to see the horses here. Now, if you'll come with me, I will show you our animals."

Linda and Tina's screams echoed through the jungle, slowly turning into the noises made by parrots and horses.

Bob heard the screaming and walked out of the cabin, knowing that Linda and Tina were probably in danger. As he walked through the jungle, he called their names, hoping to get a response.

"Linda!" Bob screamed, "Tina!"

No response.

"Linda!" The Belcher patriarch shouted, "Tina! Guys, this isn't funny! I probably should have brought Gene and Louise along with me, they would be better at finding you guys than I am!"

There was a noise in the bushes, which startled Bob.

"What have you done with my wife and daughter, you monster?!" Bob asked, angered that some monster might have hurt or killed Linda and Tina.

"Bobby!" Linda ran out of the bushes.

"Dad!" Tina cried.

Much to Bob's horror, Linda and Tina barely resembled what they were before they left the cabin. Linda was now a human-parrot hybrid while Tina had been turned into a human-horse hybrid.

"What happened to you?!" Bob asked in shock.

"Dr. Hare is crazy!" Tina stated.

"He turned us into monsters!" Linda said.

"Okay," Bob said, "we'll go get Dr. Hare and ask him if he'll turn you back to normal. We just need to get Gene and Louise."

"They aren't with you?!" Linda squawked.

"Dad," Tina neighed, "Dr. Hare might turn them into monsters next!"

"Crap, you're right, we need to go get them before he does!" Bob said.

"Where's the cabin again?" Tina asked.

"Dammit, we're lost!" Linda cried.

"We'll find our way back," Bob sighed, "we only need to follow the path I took."

Before they could do so, Bob, Linda, and Tina saw a light coming from deeper within the jungle.

"What's that?" Linda asked.

The three family members slowly walked into the area, where they saw more human-animal hybrids gathered around a fire.

"Those must be more of Peppy's experiments." Linda noted.

"How many people has he turned into monsters?" Bob quietly asked.

The hybrids looked at Bob.

"He hasn't been turned into a hybrid?" A human-gazelle hybrid asked.

"Then that means that he will be our savior!" A human-boar hybrid stated.

"No," Bob said, "I'm only looking for my two younger children."

"Hi Dad!" Louise, now a human-rabbit hybrid, hopped near Bob.

"Hello." Gene, now a human-koala hybrid, climbed down from a tree.

"You guys are hybrids too now?!" Linda squawked.

"How?" Bob asked, "I was only gone for a few minutes, and Peppy turned you?"

"He's very fast." Gene stated.

"Well, he is a rabbit." Louise added.

"He's a hare, Louise." Bob corrected her.

A human-fox hybrid, the same one Tina saw earlier, blew through a conch.

"Everyone," He called out to his fellow hybrids, "I would like to welcome the newest members of our tribe on behalf of my advisor! With their help, we will take down the Hare who had turned us into these monstrosities!"

Peppy and Slippy walked into the area, which startled the hybrids.

"Now everyone," Peppy said, "I turned y'all into hybrids because I find that animals and humans should be closer! In fact, humanity is slowly dying everyday! With my help, you would all be saved from yourselves!"

"What Peppy is trying to say is: you need us!" Slippy stated.

"Hybrids," Bob said, "don't listen to them! Embrace your humanity! If you don't, you're doomed to remain as animals who will do nothing but eat and sleep and roll around in your own filth!"

"Bob, I think that you should reconsider!" Linda put her feathered hand on his shoulder.

"Why?! Look at what he did to all of you!" Bob cried.

"Might we make a suggestion?" Peppy asked.

A month had passed, and the Belcher family was still living on the island. However, Bob was the only member of the family who was still entirely human. In exchange for remaining human, Bob had to live on the island with his mutated family. The Belcher patriarch didn't mind, as he was still surrounded by his family. In fact, the whole family was okay with what Dr. Hare had done to them. They had decided to live on the island for the rest of their lives, even to the end of their days.

Note: Bad ending, I know. I have been working on other stories. Other than that, my birthday is coming up, as well as Halloween and the Election (I hope that Biden wins, we do NOT need four more years with Trump). I'm sorry if it took me so long to get this chapter finished, I've just been distracted. What did you guys think about this chapter? Let me know when you leave a review or give a constructive criticism. Until next time guys, peace!
