Note: As October will be over by Saturday, I can easily say that some of these chapters will be published in November. However, each of them will be published as soon as I get done with them, I promise. Now, it's time for chapter four.

While on a camping trip, Bugs Bunny was looking up at the stars in the sky while his friend, Daffy Duck, was fast asleep. As he looked at the night sky, the rabbit was unaware of the meteor that was falling to the Earth. This meteor had a green ember surrounding it, which was slowly fading as it entered the atmosphere. Upon going through the atmosphere, the meteor crashed to the ground. The noise startled Daffy awake.

"What was that?!" The mallard asked.

"A meteor." Bugs answered.

"Where did it come from?!" Daffy asked.

"From space." The rabbit said.

"Want to go check it out?" The mallard was curious.

"You should never go check out a crash site," Bugs stated, "you should report it to the police."

"Oh, what's the harm in looking at a crash site?" The duck pressured.

"I see your point." The gray rabbit sighed.

As they walked towards the crash site, Bugs and Daffy saw that Elmer Fudd was already there, wielding a strange device.

"Elmer?" Bugs asked.

"Shhh," Elmer whispered, "be very very quiet. I'm hunting aliens."

"Hate to spoil your fun, but all that fell from the sky was a meteor." Daffy said.

All of a sudden, the meteor shattered. However, the meteor turned out to be an egg, as it contained what looked like a green toad. The toad itself looked like it was made of gelatin.

"Hello!" The gelatin-looking toad said.

"Hello." Elmer said before letting out his usual laugh.

"What the hell are you?" Daffy asked.

"I'm Slippy Toad, and all of you look tasty!" The toad smiled at the three.

"Why ... did you just say that?" Bugs asked, unnerved by the creature's statement.

"Because I'm hungry!" Slippy happily stated, "Do you guys want to feed me?"

Bugs, Daffy, and Elmer ran away.

"Oh boy," Slippy slithered out of the crater, "looks like I'll have to go hunting for food!"

No matter how fast Bugs, Daffy, and Elmer ran, Slippy was immediately behind them. The toad blob just kept slithering towards the three, leaving a trail of slime behind him that he re-absorbed. While running, Elmer wiped sweat off his forehead.

"Running always makes me sweat," he said, "does anyone know how to deal with a sweating problem?"

"I'll savor you!" Slippy said as he started to absorb Elmer into him.

"Tell my friends I died fighting!" Elmer pleaded.

"Nope!" Slippy said as he digested his prey.

"Eww, that's gross!" Daffy shouted.

"Just keep running!" Bugs yelled.

The rabbit and the duck ran out of the forest as soon as they got themselves packed-up. With them gone, Slippy continued to move through the forest, coming across six campers who were around a campfire.

"This planet's like a buffet!" The blob toad smiled.

As soon as they arrived back to the city, Bugs and Daffy decided to head to the house of Bugs' girlfriend, Lola. Seeing as the yellow rabbit was studying astrophysics, the two figured that she would know something about what they saw. The two ran into Lola's house, where they found themselves running through a hallway.

"Lola! Lola!" Bugs and Daffy shouted in unison.

"I'm in the living room!" Lola's voice rang out.

Walking into the living room, the two saw that Lola wasn't the only one in the room. Near her were an orange fox, a blue and red bird, a blue fox vixen, and a human who was wearing formal clothing.

"What's wrong guys?" Lola asked.

"We saw a meteor crash in the forest." Bugs stated.

"You should be lucky to be alive!" The fox stated.

"Yeah," the bird added, "not a lot of people survive when they are near a meteor crash site!"

"Who are you guys?" Daffy asked.

"Fox McCloud," the fox introduced himself, "I have a degree in astrology."

"Falco Lombardi," the bird stated, "I have a degree in astronomy."

"Thomas Edwards," the man said, "I'm an astronomy teacher."

"Krystal Bodimead," the blue vixen stated, "I'm a student who's friends with Lola."

"We've been friends since I beat up some asshole who was harassing her." The yellow rabbit smiled.

"Good to know," Bugs said, "but we saw something inside the meteor when we approached it. The meteor even hatched like an egg."

"What was it?" Falco asked.

"It was some kind of green sludge." Daffy stated, "It looked like a Jell-O mold."

"That's star jelly." Thomas said.

"Star jelly?" Bugs curiously asked.

"It's a gelatinous material that is often found in meteorites." Fox explained.

"Isn't that stuff rare?" Lola asked.

"It is," Thomas stated, "but it's very dangerous to come into contact with it."

"Did either of you come into contact with the star jelly?" Krystal asked Bugs and Daffy.

"We got away from it before it could eat us." Daffy answered.

"But it ate Elmer!" Bugs sighed.

A vibration was heard in Fox's pocket. That vibration belonged to his phone, which he pulled out of his pocket. Upon turning it on, the vulpine looked shocked.

"What's wrong?" Falco asked.

"Six campers just disappeared out of nowhere!" Fox stated.

"The star jelly must have eaten them!" Daffy screamed.

"No doubt about it, doc!" Bugs said.

"Let's not panic," Krystal stated, "we need to get the law enforcement!"

"More importantly, the damn army!" Falco added.

"We can call them in a little bit," Thomas said, "I'm going to head to the kitchen."

"I'll head to the kitchen as well." Daffy stated.

Inside the kitchen, Daffy got out a glass and filled it with cold water. Before he could get anything else, he saw a green glob of gelatin in the sink. The mallard gulped, knowing that this was the blob he saw earlier.

"What's wrong?" Thomas asked.

"There's something weird in the sink." Daffy stated.

"I'm sure that you're just seeing things, my friend." The human teacher said.

As he looked in the sink, Thomas' head was engulfed by Slippy the blob.

"No!" Daffy screamed, "Let him go!"

The others came into the room and tried to free Thomas, but the mass that had him was too strong. The blob then consumed the teacher, his body dissolving as it was digested. Now that Thomas was gone, Bugs, Daffy, Lola, Fox, Falco, and Krystal ran out of the room.

"Wait, I just want to eat you guys!" Slippy shouted as he tried to slither out of the sink.

"Oh no, you don't!" Daffy screamed as he splashed his glass full of water on to the blob.

"No, cold stuff is my only weakness!" Slippy cried.

"Thanks for telling me!" The mallard shouted as he ran out of the house.

"Oh well, I can just slither through the city!" The blob said as he went down the drain. As he resurfaced into the city, Slippy slithered through, absorbing someone every so often. People weren't the only things that he could eat, as vehicles and buildings were also absorbed and dissolved. This was turning out to be a particularly horrible day, as there was no help in sight. It would appear that this was the end of the world.

An hour had passed, and Slippy was the size of a building. Nearly everyone in the city was dead from being consumed by him. Down in the sewers were Bugs, Daffy, Lola, Fox, Falco, and Krystal, who were waiting on something.

"Are you sure that this will work?" Fox asked.

"It has to," Daffy answered, "we can't let that man-eating blob of gelatin continue on!"

"I guess that we should cross our fingers and pray that the blob gets destroyed." Falco stated.

Out on the surface, five helicopters flew over the city with bags full of stuff. When the bags were dumped, Slippy was covered in snow.

"Ugh!" The blob screamed, "I'm so cold! I don't even think that I can survive all of this! I think I'm gonna die!"

Freezing solid, Slippy then shattered into millions of pieces. After that, the helicopters gathered up the frozen chunks of the blob and flew off with them. When the coast was clear, Bugs, Daffy, Lola, Fox, Falco, and Krystal came up from the sewers.

"Where are the helicopters taking the frozen blob?" Lola asked.

"They're being taken to Antarctica," Krystal stated, "it's where the chunks will be buried."

"Thank God, that's over!" Falco said.

"Oof, I smell like a corpse!" Daffy complained.

"I do too!" Fox stated.

"We should go get baths." Bugs said.

"Agreed." Lola stated.

The five then went off to take a bath in Lola's house. After that, they spent the night there, never having to worry about the blob again.

Note: Yeah, this one was kinda bad. However, I'm just trying to get all of these done, largely due to neglecting this one in favor of my other stories. I hope that everyone likes what I do regardless of how much I spent on each of my stories. What did you guys think about this chapter? Let me know when you leave a review or give a constructive criticism. Until next time guys, peace!
