Clark slowly lits his eyebrows as he awakens from a familiar voice.
"Clark! Thank God you're alright", Lois cries on her husband's shoulders.
"What happened?". Clark asks, rubbing his head off after taking a severe blow from his old friend, who isn't himself.
His question was answered from reports of TV. Clark is shocked to see Supergirl ridding humanity, turning them into motionless corpses from every part of every city. Clark would guess that they're zombies. 'How did Kara get her hands on something so dreadful?'. He was even more shocked when he spotted the Green Arrow. 'Why are they doing this?'. His thoughts never escaping from his head as he snaps back into reality.
"While you were out for a few hours, Kara and Oliver have been terrorising many cities. Star City was first, then National City, then Gotham. So on". Lois explains the situation to her husband. She feels for Clark, he's about to witness a whole another darkness he has never faced in many of his past heroic days. The then came to his tattoos or rather she calls it scars. "How'd you get this?".
"Batman", Clark doesn't believe Bruce Wayne was the same one he allied with and became close to for years . He knows that isn't the Bruce he knows. "Some hunch gives me this breezy feeling that this Batman is working with these duo. It's known for them to go all out at the same time. They're is a connection". With that said, Clark picks himself up but grunts feeling the rapid response his chest is giving him. "I feel so weak, I can't even use my own powers". Lois helps lift Clark up to pace forward, taking a few steps carefully. "I need to make a contact an old friend from far away. Fast".

S.T.A.R. Labs
The former members of Team Flash rally up together in S.T.A.R. Labs. After hearing reports of Supergirl and Green Arrow conquering over every union in each city they invade and infect with a virus created from the ruler himself.
"Why are they doing this?", Barry expresses his emotions on what his two closest friends have become. Barry was deeply affected by this. Seeing their dark shades left him nothing but pain. Iris and Joe tried comforting telling him that they're not them but Barry was so hurt.
"Remember what Oliver told you before". Iris trying to snap her husband's head back on scales. "No matter what happens, you do what needs to be done even if it's a friend that's close to you". Iris out of all the people man up to solve his little drawbacks. Ralph, Harrison, Joe and Wally slowly agreed. Barry just simply agreed but in the inside he knew that wouldn't face him. He used to fear of what would happen if those close to him would fall but now he's more worried about going up against the duo.
A sound alerted everyone in the room, prompting them to check on the screens to learn that the Green Arrow and Supergirl are invading Central City.
With that in mind, Barry took charge. "Listen everyone. You've gotta get as much civilians as possibly out of Central City. Joe, rally up your men from CCPD. Take as many people as you can out. Ralph. Wally. You cover the high grounds in case anyone falls to their death. Iris try to get in touch with Team Arrow and Team Legends. Harrison. Cisco. Caitlin. You trio work on a cure".
Cisco prosed that they need a sample which Barry responded that Wally will take care of it.
"What about you?". That question raised everyone's attention on Barry. Iris was more concerned on what he's getting himself into. And she knows deep down Barry's going to do the craziest stunt that'd risk his life.
"I'm gonna take on Oliver and Kara to buy you some time". Before anyone was to argue, Barry charges up his orders like a man. "This isn't up for debates. You all have a job to do. Get on with it". With that Barry super speeds to his outfit as he jumps right off the bat head on to a known area.

The Lanes
Whenever darkness rises, heroes would join forces. But in cases like this, Team Legends are really hard to keep in contact with. Team Arrow, or rather Outsiders who used to be apart of Oliver's crusade when he was sane, are unconscious in the Bunker, which is demolished like caves of rocks collapsed onto a pile of dozens.
The lanes in each roadway are pretty much occupied with millions of vehicles abandoned. Zombies, visibly seen, slowly walking with limps. Slowly and slowly the virus regenerates onto another host. Spreading itself as a plus for every human they seek.
Civilians running for their lives but their stamina has gone so low that they began to lose the inner strength in their legs to pick up the pace. Humans have limits unfortunately when it comes to circumstances like fleeing from the dead. But luckily they've got heroes by their side. Every city needs a hero. Heroes like the Flash, Kid Flash and Elongated Man.
Wally blurred himself to save a few people from running dead souls. He could only carry about 2 or 3 people but it didn't stop him from having a 10 second chance to remove a few more from the scene.
Using the needle he was given from his allies, Wally snatched a sample after knocking 10-20 deadly corpses. After leaving that union, the deceased began to rise up, mutated into genetic complications nobody can predict with this mumbo jumbo.

Another Lane
Green Arrow consists his shot of 4 arrows per round, each joint with substances that doesn't even exist on Earth. Around him are helpless victims of his that are eventually going to get turned. The doses would cash them no less than 4-5 minutes.
Supergirl, who wields a belt on her hip that's compromised of the same doses Oliver uses, throws them like grenades. One second after each ball-shaped material is thrown landing on any perimeter, a gas releases so high that it's impossibly for humans to avoid inhaling it in since holding breaths lasts for under 10-20 seconds. No one's safe from this nightmare. As soon as the gas enters their lungs, they'll reform.
With the duo's pleasure of torments, Barry speeds in to swift a circular shaped blow; his form of wind, to prevent any more contamination from ever occurring as the victims make a run for it whilst Barry takes on his two deadly enemies: Oliver and Kara.
The measures however changed because of Oliver. "He's mine". Gesturing his arm stopping Kara from taking her chance. Kara doesn't respect any human or their will other than her husband. His wife nods in approval and flies away.
As the Flash was about to superspeed to the latter to prevent her from leaving his sight, Oliver chucks two 2 explosive arrows in Bara's viewed direction. Leaving the latter pushed back from the explosion's force.
"Sorry old bud. You can't leave. This is our fight. Our battle". Oliver said, staying neutral. No hint of emotions like everything in him just flushed like dark water just pushed any clean water molecules reserved in him.
Barry tried to resist the urge to stay down. Using all the energy he has in him, Barry stands up much to his opponent's respect.
"Oliver. Please. Isn't there any part of you that has righteousness? I considered you to be one my closest friends. Not because you were a mentor and you have a back bone but the fact that you would always be there for me even when everyone turned against me". Barry recalls a grand number of memories they had together. They were more than frenemies, they were best friends. They would always hang out when most of their situations from their respective teams turns them down. Barry and Oliver would often train, mentor, talk about what's going on in their daily lives. And they would go on missions like hopping to another universe to take on villains that they've never experienced before. Now this is a battle between two friends who were close. Barry couldn't afford to lose, he needs to think about the safety of the people even his former would've agreed the same had he stayed sane. "Don't make me do this".
Oliver ignored him. He's more focused on his stance and tactics. This prompted the Flash to run, at fast speed, behind him to land a blow intending on knock him down. But something's different, Oliver shifted one point to the left at a small distance hoping that Barry would run past him.
After passing Oliver's side, Barry's confusion lies on what changed in his tactics. He cowardly moved one side to instead of taking him on with a bow boosting a hundred arrows. Quickly ignoring it, Barry returns to the will of speed and charges way ahead hoping to throw a punch jarred by the statics of chock. Just then he felt a shaky feeling he can't quite explain but tends to let it off aside. In no time, Barry lands a punch but what resulted in that collision was a surprising twist that the Flash remained shocked that the man before him is standing with one hand holding his fist.
"You really are cocky. Always thinking that with speed you can surpass me in any shape I can turn myself into". Oliver squeezes Barry's fist breaking it. Barry cries in pain. It's like his hand turned motionless with a painful drug but in this case it was his carpal bones that got smashed. It wasn't just his hand that got broken down, his entire body is turning against them. "Right at that second, I predicted your speed that'd pass through me. That's why I added a little something to my inventory. A drug that poisons your the blood in your body. One you even phase away, it's so powerful". He knew what he was saying as Barry loses his touch on being dominant. Oliver grips Barry's suit. "Consider this mercy". Finished with what he has to say to his former friend, Oliver bursts a punch that knocked the latter down.
