Chapter 2: Act 2
Meanwhile a few days ago….
Kai looking at his wrist and now to a newly awoken man says
"Nishiki's now recovered, I'll go get nemoto…"
The person leaves the room, leaving three former dojima lieutenants with the kyodai of the man who beat him. The trio and then pick up with some banter with an Omi Alliance patriarch that Nishikiyama couldn't hear.
"All he's good for is some minor grunt work."
"Kiryu did all the work when the two of them fought me and he was-"
The four say in unison "Nothing more but a shadow."
Shin Nemoto and Kai Chisaki abruptly enters the room and attempts to comfort Akira by patting and rubbing his back before asking him.
"Identify yourself and explain your ties to Kiryu Kazuma and how you got here"
"No way in hell would I- My name is Akira Nishikiyama, I am the patriarch of the Nishikiyama family-"
Kuze says to the other three "Looks like the boy's gotten a name for himself after us"
The dojima trio's respect for him increases a tiny bit while ibuchi just scoffs at this statement.
"My ties to Kiryu-san are one of a brotherhood, the two of us grew up in Sunflower orphanage. We fought on top of the Millenium tower-"
Awano says to himself "So Dojima's build project did get through after all… good to hear"
Shibusawa says to Kai "I have more important matters to attend to, I'll be heading my way"
"You do you…" Chisaki replies
Keiji leaves the room swinging the door open and making Chisaki close it behind him.
"For the stolen 10 billion yen of the Tojo Clan. And I got here because a hand grabbed me right when I pulled the trigger to make a bomb explode as an act of suicide to repent for my sins."
"What is your quirk? If you haven't picked up by now, they're superpowers. And what has your family done during your control?"
"I have no clue what my quirk is. My family was the subsidiary of the Kazama family, being a primary force of the clan where a lot of their men resided under me however the man who gave me those men, Kazama, intentionally gave me ones I couldn't control- Wait how did you do this!?"
"Good to hear… Good to hear"
"EXPLAIN HOW DID THE FUCK YOU MAKE ME DO THAT!"
"Now now calm down, its simply my quirk, it lets me make people say the truth. Though its no surprise you don't know yours, you only got here a few days ago. But it's usually a guarantee to gain a quirk from what you've said on how you got here. Those three over there got the hang of theirs after a few days of being exposed to it…" The man activates his quirk again and waves his hand at the four asking. "Kuze, Awano, Ibuchi, explain your quirks."
Kuze starts the succession with.
"My quirk allows me to assimilate my body with nearby objects, like turning my hand into metal when I come in contact with a pipe."
Next is Awano
"My quirk lets me increase the weight of my body, the more heat I have the heavier it gets"
Lastly Ibuchi
"The ability this quirk grants is to slow down my perception of time but at the cost of having to move in tandem with it. I am currently working on being able to move freely within this slown perception"
"Tch, I hate it when you do that" Kuze says as he scowls, quickly snapping out of the control.
Chisaki suddenly returns to the room with a grin underneath the mask and smugly says.
"The Dragon's rumored to back boys, guess we can start planning"
Moments before Kiryu entered his hotel room… The Hassaikai are having a meeting on what measures they can do to increase their influence.
"Boss, we attracted the attention of the police, our sources mention that this Yagami Detective Agency already has full info about our family but our whereabouts are unknown."
"Wait what?!…" Somewhat losing his composure Nishiki is tapping his finger on the table thinking of what to say and responds"Someone fill me in on this Detective agency…."
"Sir you have a phone, you do realize you can just search it up right?"
"I haven't really gotten a hang of this… 'smartphone' thing sigh… just do it for me will you?"
"Yes Sir!"
He then explains how they used to operate in Kamurocho and how Masaharu Kaito was a former member of it
"Huh so they do have connections to the Tojo… Alright so heres the plan, we get some men to kidnap this person and make him spill some information about the others an-"
A grunt blasts through the office door
"SIR SIR, WE WERE ATTACKED"
Nishiki in surprise asks "Describe."
Panicked, the man scaredly asks "What?"
He switches to a more condescending and intimidating tone saying "Describe the person…"
"Ah uhmmmmmm. He was tall, wore a grey suit with a red undershirt and I think I saw glimpses of a Dra-"
"Hm, so he really does stay here, I guess we could start an attack."
"Hold it Nishikiyama attacking immediately could risk us getting cracked down by the police. And we've just gotten reports of this new Yakuza organization that just had a sudden influx in power in the Kansai region, mainly in Osaka… They call themselves the Omi Alliance, anything ring a bell?"
Ibuchi sitting on the chair gestures to the boy saying
"The bastards I used to work for… Say, Chisaki-san, remember what I said about uniting the criminal underworld?"
Intrigued Kai looks at him
"Continue"
The man smirks and reveals his grandiose plan of "Since they're currently rising in power and we have more men than them and they're also quirkless too since you said they've been popping up just recently. Why don't we try to absorb them or put a merger with them eh? We already got declined by the remaining Tojo Patriarchs, with them on our side maybe we could put the 'Tojo' into an ultimatum. Plus this gives us control over Kansai."
The response puts his hand on his chin saying "Hmm… Not a bad idea, you're not as much of a waste as I thought. Let's rally up the rest of the bullets?"
"No, no, we bring an informant at first, who is me. You see, doing that would attract the attention of the police and plus the Omi are pretty compliant when it comes to these things, unlike those knuckleheads at the Tojo. I'll go there myself with maybe you along the board to kill a man or two to convince them"
"Alright… We're going after this meeting… " He stares accidental daggers to the Koi "Continue Nishiki."
"Kiryu is a living legend amongst the Yakuza in my world, apparently he works for UA now. The Omi might give us some leeway if we say that we have him. And knowing him he would probably want to see me around I could use it to bring him here, I think he still uses the same number. Let me try to contact him first hold on"
Kiryu was partially exhausted and nearly double sighted unable to see properly because of what was basically holding a small celebration for 1-A to where he collapsed on the bed relaxed knowing he compensated their ass whopping until….
Vrrrt vrrrt….
Vrrrt vrrrt
Beep
The man now very confused why someone would call him at that time, he can barely see the name of the contact only seeing N and A. He awkwardly puts the phone to his ear and replies "Hello?" before being abruptly interrupted with a beep.
Beep
Now even more confused says to himself "What was that…" and dozes off
Nishiki is somewhat frustrated from the response saying "So he still uses that number? He should've remembered me damnit!" Slamming the desk.
Kuze replies with "You're the one that hung up on him dumbass" smirking right after
Akira blindly says "Fuck off" Before continuing his statement "anyway as I was saying… I have contact with him, at best all we can do is waste his time since we can't let anyone know that we're after him." The boy hunches and asks
"So, what're your thoughts?"
Ibuchi replies with a "sigh sings of a naïve patriarch… what makes you think the rest of the Yakuza here still recognize him as the Dragon of Dojima here? The Omi are still rising in power as we speak and they don't have enough men to spread the word."
"We pretend that he was always here, let the Hassaikai themselves instead of my family saying he is wanted man and traitor of the Yakuza-"
Chisaki finally joins the conversation with a response of "What makes you think I'll let you do that Nishikiyama?"
Kei replies "The kid's idea ain't that bad you know? It just needs some extra steps since we still have to keep this in the shadows, like the kid you've be-"
"lets not mention that now" Kai puts his hand on his chin rubbing and thinking to approve of this or not" I'll let you use our name for your plan, but if you mess up, that's one strike of two."
The Koi filled with gratitude bows and says "Thank you sir!"
"Calm down calm down, we're gonna have the meeting with the Omi tomorrow, and you do whatever your plan is once we're done." The man then walks out of the room alongside Kei but before Ibuchi closes the door, he says to Nishikiyama.
"Kid, if the meeting fails then your plan will too since there aren't going to be enough people to convince the public that this Dragon is a threat."
"Alright"
The night ends with Nishikiyama fine tuning his plan for if the meeting fails.
The sun is yellow and the sky is blue. Today's afternoon is going smoothly as the Dragon is training the students of 1-A the Komaki Swordsmanship techniques
"Today class, this week I'm going to teach you how to do the Komaki fi- Wait a sec" He fondles the course guide realizing that what he said was going to be the lesson after. Realizing his mistake he retracts this statement with "Komaki Swordsmanship, thankfully this school has given me the privilege of borrowing some commonly used weapons by thugs and Yakuza"
Iida seemingly confused as to how handling a sword is related to hand to hand combat asks
"Kiryu-san! How is this supposed to help us fight in a close quarters situation?"
"Once again when you're in a situation where you can't use your quirks… Honestly I'm just following the course guide, the fun stuff starts next week…" Kiryu is now grasping straws on how he could keep his students from not dying of boredom and thinks of.
"Well, since this ones pretty basic compared to the next few ones. I'll be adding what I think can help…. So today is how you disarm someone while taking their weapon for yourself at the same time. First we start with the basic knife, its called the Blade Arm Mash. And we'll be going with improvised weapons combat for the week" Kazuma gestures to the pink spandexed girl "Here take this knife, I want you to try and stab me. Usually normal thugs only slash but the truly Mad ones will stab you, now-"
"Kiryu-san, I think I already learnt this from Gunhead…"
"Oh don't you worry, it isnt the same as this Gunhead's… like the man who taught me this once told me"
Bacchus: This move is a trademark of a pretty famous street fighter back in the States. He even had a saying
The man hunches back preparing to reenact this saying and says
"Knives take lives! You wanna do some harm, prepare to lose an arm!"
Bacchus: I call it the Blade Arm Mash
Kiryu: I thought the move came from that famous street fighter. How come you get to name it?
Bacchus: Aw, come on, boy. Don't get hung up on little details like that
"Alright come at me!"
The girl charges in with the knife at one hand, going for a thrusting and swiping motion. Kazuma tries his best to evade until he can get her into the position then.
CRUNCH
He starts to grab her by the wrist and shoulder then he lightly knees her elbow, making it feel more like a rough massage than anything causing her to get stunned as a swift punch square in the face knocks her down.
He gives her a hand and quickly checks to see any fractures on her arm. Fortunately there aren't any, but then the Brawler notices most of the class is in shock on what he just did to the girl.
"I might've broken your arm if I actually did knee your elbow, I'm sorry. Now the goal of this move is to break the opponents arm then immediately punching them in the face. ideally only dislocating it since I know half of you don't like breaking arms, I sure don't"
Aizawa from the back just comments to himself "Somehow he teaches as harsh as I do but gives off that All Might tinge that annoys me" Then continues to observe him
The girl lets out an audible gulp as she realizes that he only did it softly because she was a teenage girl. She nervously replies "K-Kiryu-san, that might be a bit savage for most of us… (So this is his fighting style huh… No wonder thugs fear him…)" Ochaco says as she checks her arm too if anything was damaged.
"I know… well since this isn't technically part of the course, you're free to use your quirks to enhance how to use it."
Yaoyorozu out of concern for her classmates and to question the man's competency again exclaims "Kiryu-san! You haven't explained the exact steps how to do it!(sigh sometimes I think that he can't actually teach)"
"That's the point, it's so that you can incorporate your own version of it. Since doing everything the same will just make it predictable."
Momo surprised with the response responds "Huh, I didn't think of that… That's some good advice thank you"
"No problem… Anyway, here's your pairings for this week's lessons." He pulls out a list and says
Yuga Aoyama and Mina Ashido
Tsuyu Asui and Teny Iida
Ochaco Uraraka and Mashirao Ojiro
Denki Kaminari and Ejiro Kirishima
Koji Koda and Rikido Sato
Mezo Shoji and Kyoka Jiro
Hanta Sero and Fumikage Tokoyami
Shoto Todoroki and Toru Hagakure
Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya
Minoru Mineta and Momo Yaoyorozu
"I'll continue on with other moves after a while, don't sweat it if you can't get the motion down it's up to you anyway to create your own version.. And Oh! You can ask help from me if you're having any trouble. Anyway, go!"
The class scatters again and most of the pairs don't have that much variation compared to what the Dragon showed them except for a select few.
"Looks like we're partners again Kaachan, you go first…"
"You know damn well I start with my right arm… Let's see if you can guess which one I'll start with"
Footsteps begin to emerge as Katsuki runs at him with no wind up on either arm confusing Izuku
The boy is bracing himself and mumbles to himself "He isnt winding up at all…. Guessing what by he said its probably his left(but it might also be his right), Oh boy here it comes." He preemptively evades to Bakugo's left but all efforts fail as.
A swift punch from his right hits him by the chest barely grazing him, he takes this opportunity to grab the arm he swung only to be met by a knee to his gut knocking him back.
"I'll show you what it really looks like"
Deku tries countering with a quick haymaker before
"Just like this…"
The Ash-Blonde evades his strike where he is positioned outside his body, grabbing his wrist and shoulder. He knees his elbow making him stun in pain due to its temporary dislocation and palms his hand an inch to his face, a blast goes off making the boy fly back a few meters while drawing the attention to a large portion of the class, with Kiryu concerned with his injuries. The man runs to the kid and checks on his arm.
"Midoriya-Kun are you alright!?"
He gets up from the tiny rubble and replies "Y-yeah… Its not much"
Shouta sighs to himself in the back. Kazuma says in concern
"I'll take your word for it but let me know if you're really hurt. I'll immediately bring you to the infirmary if anything breaks."
"Its alright Kiryu-san"
Aizawa notes to himself "His concern impresses me, it feels like he cares about the kid more than All Might does…. I'll press him on that once he gets back here."
The Man returns beside Eraserhead only to be immediately pressed on… right before being interrupted by Toshinori's abrupt entrance
"So, this is the teacher you were talking about? Kazuma Kiryu."
"Mhm, nearly lost faith in him but he somehow fought off all the students without even breaking a sweat."
The symbol of peace gives an introduction saying "Pleasure to meet you, Kiryu-san" while reaching his hand out for a handshake
"Wait… hold on I recognize you, you're All Might! Nice to meet you!" The man shakes his hand to the skeleton.
"Well… with this form, I do expect people to hesitate…"
"N-no that's not it, I actually have-"
"He came from another world."
"Ah, I see! So Mr Kiryu-san, What can you do or quirk?"
"Well I sort of have a quirk, but I don't know what it does yet. All I know is that its connected to my heat"
Yagi thinks of a response saying to himself "Hmm(I feel as though he is probably going to feel the same way I was when I got One for All)… considering how quirks develop in the body, it'll probably activate on its own alongside with this Heat that you mention. Anyway Kiryu-san, how's the kids?"
"I was already asking him about it…." Aizawa finally raises his question in full form.
"As I was stating Kiryu-san, why do you care about the students so much? I'm surprised considering that you've only known them for a day."
He gestures in response with him also saying "Look Aizawa-san, I used to run an orphanage of kids-"
"So you see this as redemption for leaving them behind huh?"
"No I left the place long ago. Left my daughter to run the place but she disappeared-" He is going fully unhinged reminiscing about the kids of Morning Glory, but with a major slip up as All Might asks him.
"Why do you keep implying that you're unredeemable. All the things you've said makes you more heroic, not in the way us Pro Heroes do, but in very subtle ways. Did you do something unforgivable?"
Realizing that his big secret of being a Yakuza might get revealed. He dodges the question, gesturing to the students if they needed help with Aizawa conveniently skipping over that to ask Toshinori a question.
"Anyway… All Might, what are you doing here? Checking on your child again?"
"It's not like that! Anyway, its because Komaki-kun came in storming with a poster of this Dragon of Dojima making rounds in the criminal underworld. Posters saying that he is an A-Class villain or something like that."
"And why did you bother with this at all or tell me?"
"Well you see, it's because of these posters being connected to the sudden resurgence of criminal activity. By admission me retiring partially caused it but these posters have been popping up left and right causing even more mayhem near UA for the past few hours!"
The man then brings out one of the posters, the poster clearly stating.
SHIE HASSAIKAI, LOOKING FOR A MAJOR TRAITOR, THE DRAGON OF DOJIMA.
DESCRIPTION: TALL, MUSCULAR, AN A-CLASS VILLAIN
SKETCH OF THE MAN:

"No way would the Hassaikai do that, its extremely reckless of them, plus the drawing looks like utter garbage! I think it's just some sick joke made by some misfits. Even if he was an A-Class, we would've let some investigators on this case already"
All Might refutes "I don't think that's the case Aizawa, these have been popping up like fruit flies over the past few hours. No rowdy misfits can do that."
"And also Dojima?… Daigo Dojima? Come on he runs a security company there's no way on earth he is currently connected to the Yakuza even if his organization was, they would've had a full face of this person rather than just a sketch and outline of his back. Plus A-Class Villains can only be judged by the heroes and not by some Yakuza."
Kiryu plays it off cool, not reacting to this while at the same time bewildered how there are more people who know him…
A few hours ago during a cloudy morning, Takeyama was just doing her business keeping track of the Dragon in silence with Sosuke bringing a special someone to UA…
The Nishikiyama patriarch is growing impatient of the abrupt absence that Ibuchi and Chisaki left saying "We should start putting up the posters now."
"What? We should wait for the boss to get back from Osaka-"
"To what? Wait for him to say the obvious? Of course he's going to get a merger with the Omi come on start printing now!"
"Sir this is totally reckless of yo-"
"Just do it!"
"Yes Sir!"
"But before that let me tell you. If someone asks you what you're doing, do NOT mention Kiryu."
A sudden influx of men storm the streets of Mustafu putting posters everywhere while a particular spandexed girl notices.
"I swear Kiryu-san is both unremarkable yet impre - Wait what are these people doing?"
She looks at their suits quickly realizing the context of the posters. The woman approaches the small group of men asking what they are doing…
"What's with the posters?" Takeyama asks.
One of them turns and smoothly replies
"Oh Mt Lady, we're looking for a man who used to go by The Dragon of Dojima. He was a long time running Yakuza member until he left off-"
"In fact he's been in the game for more than 20 years!" A young and enthusiastic thug inturrupts
"Wait who am I kidding, you'll have to fight us to get what you want!" The group of five thugs say as they crack their knuckles to prepare for a fight.
"(That's utter bullcrap, he hasn't even been here for more than a month…) Sure."
She abruptly grows to full size picking the group up and making them cling to each one of her fingers. Mt Lady then shrinks down to normal size dropping them from a small height.
"Did you idiots forget I can stomp you all in one step?" One of the thugs get scared and kneel to the ground as she angrily adds "Now explain!"
"O-our boss told us to look for this K-Kiryu individual, that's all we were told!" He replies hastily shaking from the fear.
"Anything else to add?"
The boy cockily smiles and replies "… Behind you" before one of the thug bonks the woman from behind on the head with a pipe. Knocking her out cold. The group of five men start kicking her knocked out body, with an incoming non-consensual insertion before-
"Mt Lady-san! Gramps, that's the girl I was taking about!"
"Looks like shes in trouble, let's give her a hand."
"Let me do it please, I want to prove to you that I can be a proper successor."
"Alright, but if you're gonna have a hard time, I'll chime in."
Sosuke sprints to the gang kicking them one of them on the head knocking one of them down. The first thug is down, the second and third one runs circles around him as the fourth and fifth one spar with him. The two hold him by the arms keeping him on lock as the fifth one jumps and knees the boy on the head, the fourth one pulls out a knife and goes for a stab before being abruptly being tapped by the old man.
"That's not how you handle a knife boy…"
He angrily slashes him with said knife, missing each slash until a powerful Tiger Drop blasts him multiple meters away to the three people holding Sosuke, knocking them down. The boy gets up panting saying.
"I'm sorry gramps…"
"It's alright boy, you tried your best."
"Thank you…" He bows to his Mentor and Parent. "Anyway… Mt Lady are you ok!?"
"Barely… take this poster and bring it to UA… Give it to All Might and tell him to give it to Kiryu..."
"(Why him?) Alright."
"I'll take the girl to a local clinic, you go to the school."
"Yes!"
He runs to the school, bumping into the former symbol of peace, handing him this poster.
"All Might-san! I've been looking for you."
"Komaki-kun… Looks like your hurt, what's wrong?"
Panting he replies "This hAh posterhh, give it to Kirhyuh-"
"Take a breath kid hold on, I'll bring it there but you've got to go to the infirmary alright?"
"Yeahh- Thank you so muchh!"
The boy limps to the infirmary to get some rest and a healing kiss. Yagi on the other hand heads to the gym thinking "Aizawa mentioned him once, I think I should hand it to him for now."

Kiryu's quirk is now complete, the main reason why I asked you guys for suggestions is so that your input can be in the fanfic. Now for the more important ones, I have an idea for Nishki's quirk but I want YOUR suggestion for a quirk ability for his.
