Adam (cutting the cake): since Dream doesn't have any teeth, her cake is ours. Everyone dig in.
Joan (laughing): Sure
(The doorbell rings. Helen tends to Dream while Joan answers the door. Joan encounters God in his UPS delivery man form.)
UPS God (handing Joan a package): Congrats, Joan
Joan (opening the package): You gave me baby clothes
God: I am sure Dream can use more baby clothes
Joan: Thanks
God: You are welcome
Joan: You knew Dream before she was born. Now that she is here, what does the future hold for her?
God (walking away): Don't worry about tomorrow
Joan (yelling behind God): What if I can't wait?
Helen (carrying dream, she approaches Joan): Who were you talking to?
Joan (shows Helen the baby clothes): The ups man dropped off baby clothes
