"Prim you look beautiful," I say as I walk up to them. "Finn you look great."

"Thanks Katniss," Prim says. "Your costume was better though."

We all walk up to the penthouse. Looks of amazement cover Finn and Prim's faces. I had forgotten that they had never been to the Capitol before.

"Ah finally. You guys are back," Effie says. I can hear Daisy crying. "Dinner is ready but I can't get Daisy to stop crying!"

"I'll take care of her," I say. "You all go to dinner. I will be in there soon."

I go to my room and Daisy is in her crib. I pick her up and feel her full diaper. No wonder she was so mad. After I change her, I just hold Daisy in my arms. She calms down and plays with my hair. Soon she falls asleep and I set her back down in the crib and head to dinner.

Peeta and the others are all talking strategy for the Games. I sit down next to Peeta and try to join the conversation.

"For the next three days you will train," Peeta says. "Please don't ignore the survival skills. They saved my life many times in the arena. Make sure you don't reveal any special strengths to the others unless you are sure you are allies. Go to the weapons you don't know and try to learn how to use them. They might just save your life."

"We will be watching. If you guys are in trouble we will try to help you as best we can," I say.

After dinner Prim takes me to a separate room.

"I have no special skills Katniss," she says as she starts to cry.

"I know Prim I know," I say and hug her. "Just try out all the weapons and see which ones you are even slightly good at. You need to know how to protect yourself."

Prim ends the hug and leaves. I just follow her and go to bed with Peeta.

*the next day*

Prim and Finn are in training. Peeta told them to try and ally with 11, 7, and 4 because of our history with the Districts. I don't know if it will work but it might be the only shot they have. I am nervous. Nervous about Prim, Nervous about what Snow has in store for her.

When they get back Prim is excited.

"The boy and girl from 11 and the girl from 7 agreed to be our allies," Prim said.

"We are going to try the boy from 7 and the two from 4 tomorrow," Finn says.

"What are their names?" I ask.

"The ones from 11 are Paislee and Layke and the girl from 7 is Halle," Prim says.

Good. They have allies. It may not be enough, but it is something to help my sister survive these Games.
