Bonnie raises an eyebrow at Rebekah as their drama teacher paired them up together to do a part from a play. It would make up 20% of their grade so Bonnie knew she had to do a good job on it, her grades were slipping on this class as is.
"Did you do this as well?" She asked the blonde who simply smirked at her. Bonnie rolled her eyes, feeling a bit of frustration set in.
"Look you don't need this, you have years of wealth on top of compulsion on top of whatever else vampires have going on but this is really important to me" Bonnie whispers to her, trying to convey that this meant a lot to the girl.
It was true her dad had money, he didn't work as hard as he did for nothing but it wasn't like she could just skate by on that alone. College was expensive. She needed to get good grades to get into the school she wanted anyways and she wasn't sure it was Whitmore college anymore.
"Bonnie this is important to me as well, I never had a normal childhood, I was on the run for centuries. I want to do this and I want to do this right" Rebekah told the girl seriously. Bonnie looked at Rebekah for a moment.
She couldn't help but see the girl in a new light. She knew the girl was lonely, after little what Elena told her of the girls life, she knew that it was hard on her. She just didn't realize how much it had taken from her.
"Alright" Bonnie concedes making the blonde smile at her. Rebekah couldn't help but want Bonnie's approval. She was a Bennett witch with a strong code, she wasn't lying about being curious about her.
"Good, now I was thinking ballet, I heard something about you taking classes not too long ago and I know you're nimble, you are a cheerleader after all" Rebekah says with a wink making Bonnie raise an eyebrow.
"Uh yea, actually that sounds pretty good" she says wondering just how much the blonde found out about her. As if hearing her thoughts Rebekah smirked.
"You tried to kill my brother, we know the color dress you wore to your 10th birthday party love" she says making Bonnie roll her eyes at the blonde. Although Rebekah saw the upturned corner of her lip. She knew she was getting through to her.
"We should start preparing at the mansion later today, after the treaty meeting" Rebekah says making Bonnie's eyebrows raise. Shaking her head vehemently Bonnie refuses.
"No, no, no, no, I am not going back there" Bonnie says making Rebekah roll her eyes at the small witch. For Bonnie ball was more than enough time there and she was already seeing Mikaelsons everywhere she turned.
"Oh come now, where else would we go? Your home?" Rebekah asks. At the face the witch makes Rebekah smirks at her. "Exactly, besides we have an actual dance studio and you'd have to come by anyway, you forgot the grimoire last night" she says making Bonnie sigh.
She supposed it couldn't hurt. She did have to go anyways and it wasn't like she was going to invite an original into her home. She shuddered at the thought. No she wasn't stupid.
"Alright you win" Bonnie says making Rebekah smile at her widely. The small witch couldn't help but smile back at her, she could tell it was genuine. Besides she would love to see the dance studio. If it was anything like the ballroom it's probably pretty perfect.
"Perfect, I will see you at cheer practice Little Wicca" Rebekah says as the bell rings. Bonnie shakes her head but agrees to it, knowing she would probably regret her decision to do so.
As Bonnie packed her things she noticed a figure at the door. Looking up she was met with the mischievous eyes of Kol Mikaelson. Walking up to him she narrowed her eyes. He'd been following her around all day and she wasn't sure what to make of it.
"Okay what the hell do you want? It's like everywhere I turn a Mikaelson is coming at me" she says her voice raising ever so slightly.
Instead of answering her question the vampire smiles and offers her a chocolate chip cookie. The innocent look on his face making Bonnie even more suspicious. Bonnie's eyes narrow even more at him.
"What do you guys want Kol" she asked making him sigh. He couldn't tell her the whole truth, in all honesty he didn't know the whole truth himself, but if his mother said she was told by The First Witch he would do as he was told. Besides as he looked at the small witch before him he knew it wouldn't be hard to make sure she was safe and guide her, he already wanted to do so
"We just want to live peacefully Bonnie, we figured the best way to peace is through you" he says honestly. He truly did believe that, whatever mission they were given wasn't something light, he knew it was important.
"That's all?" She asked dubiously. The vampire smiled at her softly, in all honesty he liked that she was wary of them and their intentions, it meant she was smart.
"Yes Bonnie, now will you take the cookie" he says holding the large cookies out to her once more. "Or maybe I'll have to throw it away, shame really it's freshly baked" She looked at him another moment before grabbing it.
"You're lucky chocolate chip is my favorite" she mutters as she bites into it, moaning softly as she does. Kol raises his eyebrows at her before throwing an arm over her shoulder.
"I am getting you chocolate chip cookies everyday" he says winking at the small witch who can't help but blush under his stare.
"Shut up" she mutters but leaves his arm where it was. Strangely it was comforting to her. She frowned at the thought having absolutely no idea where it came from.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Damon Salvatore was cranky as hell, more cranky than he'd been in a long time. At least since the last time Elena said she loved Stefan which she'd done again last night. He was more than tired of being second best.
Now he sat in Mystic Grille, the one neutral place in Mystic Falls waiting for his brother and the Mikaelson's to show up. Well his brother, the Mikaelson's and Bonnie of course.
The witch was always a good person to have around when it came to keeping him in line. She had also, apparently, been approached by all the Mikaelson's, or so Stefan said. She'd explained what happened to her at the ball, to her friends at lunch.
"No drink yet? Gotta say I'm surprised and a little disappointed" he hears and turns to see Bonnie Bennett herself. The girl looked good, dressed in a crop top and leather jacket, the high waisted jeans fit her nice and snug, complimenting her shape nicely.
"Oh it's coming, you want one?" He asks looking her up and down. He may have been in love with her best friend but Damon Salvatore knew beautiful when he saw it and Bonnie Bennett was one of the most beautiful women he'd seen in his life.
"Maybe later" she relies with a wave of her hand as she begins to shed her jacket.
"Nice jacket" he says with a raised eyebrow making Bonnie scoff, though it didn't seem entirely aimed at him.
"What is it with everyone and the way I look today?" She asks making him shrug at her, grabbing his drink from the waitress he smirks.
"You look hot" he says making Bonnie's eyes go wide. He notices her cheeks begin to color slightly. Raising an eyebrow he smirks. Interesting.
"Shut up" she mutters as she sits down, flipping her hair over her shoulder lightly, asking the waitress for a water with lemon. Before the self proclaimed eternal stud could reply he saw his brother walk in with Klaus, Elijah and Finn.
"Look alive young one" he whispers to Bonnie who immediately tenses. He smirks at her in approval, always on the defensive this one. In this case it was a good thing.
"Hello love" Klaus says as he swaggers over to them, sliding into the seat beside Bonnie. The small witch rolls her eyes but doesn't move away, only glaring at him when he moves his arm behind her chair, but didn't remove it. It was resting a bit too near her shoulder for Damon or Stefan's liking though.
"How is it that the 17 year old who just got out of school managed to get here before you?" He asks making Bonnie's head bow slightly, a self satisfied smirk on her lips.
"Well it seemed my brother pissed off said 17 year old and she set his car aflame" Klaus says making Bonnie blush. Finn raises an eyebrow at the girl whose eyes widened.
"Okay yes I set his car on fire but he was being an ass and in my defense I didn't set him on fire and he wasn't in the car, you know, yet" Bonnie says beginning to mutter towards the end before taking a sip of her water.
Elijah smirks at the young witch. She just became more and more intriguing as time went on it seemed. He knew she was a stubborn and moral little thing but it seemed she had a temper on her as well. Then again he remembered hearing of all the times she'd set Damon on fire.
"What exactly did he say to get such a strong reaction out of you?" Elijah asks her making her blush deepen. Stefan and Damon share a look, neither one entirely sure what was happening.
"He said if my ass looked as delicious out of these jeans as they did in them and in all honesty that was as far as he got" Bonnie tells them. Klaus made a mental note to break his brothers hands when he got home but just smiled at Bonnie.
"Ah a woman after my own heart" he says instead, making Bonnie turn to raise an eyebrow at him.
"What heart?" She asks him deadpan. The hybrid held onto his chest, making his head fall back dramatically.
"Ouch, that hurt little witch" he says clutching where his heart used to beat. Bonnie rolls her eyes at him but Damon saw a small upturn of her lip that had him unsettled.
"Anyways, treaty, terms, agreement" Damon interrupts not wanting to see any more of the weird, whatever was going on between them anymore.
"Ah yes of course, the terms are simple" Elijah begins finally looking at the Salvatore brothers as they talk. "We will not kill, torture or maim you or any innocents in Mystic Falls and even cease the creation of more hybrids as long as you and your friends stop trying to find ways to kill our family and my remaining hybrids" he says his voice staying even as he speaks to them.
Bonnie's eyebrows raise to her hairline as she shares a look with the Salvatore brothers. In all honesty she expected a fight being put up when it came to the hybrid situation, she even had a backup plan for it.
"You'd stop making hybrids" she asked Klaus who shrugged at her noncommittally. In all honesty he had a pack of his own, one he trusted that no one, not even his family knew about. He didn't need any more.
"Yes, I have almost everything I've ever wanted now" he says making her look at him through narrowed eyes, she looked as if she was trying to figure out his angle. Honestly the face she was making was adorable.
"Do you agree to the terms?" Finn asks making them all turn to him. Sighing Damon looked to Bonnie. The blue eyed vampire raised an eyebrow at the witch who made a face.
"How do we know you'll keep your word?" She asks them making Finn smile at her softly. He knew she was the brain of the group, even Niklaus said so on occasion.
"A magic contract" he says pulling out a script. The Salvatore brothers look at each other in confusion. Bonnie meanwhile looks at the contract in awe, wondering how they managed it.
"What the hell is that?" Damon asks while Stefan raises an eyebrow in agreement. Bonnie rolls her eyes at the brothers but looks at them with barely veiled affection.
"A magic contract is basically a soul binding contract, it makes it impossible for the terms to be broken and if somehow they are broken then, well, you're tortured for years" she says as she looks at the Mikaelsons.
"There hasn't been one made in hundreds of years" she says making them shrug.
"Well yes we know but we figured this would be the moment to" Finn days before shaking his head. "Though we did adjust it a bit" he says making Bonnie raise an eyebrow.
"Instead of being tortured for a millennia, anyone who signs this contract will know if it's been broken and the treaty gone mute" Klaus explains to them. Bonnie raises an eyebrow at him.
"Covering your tracks just in case?" She asks making him smirk at her.
"Always" he says simply as they look at each other.
"Alright, where do we sign?" Stefan asks them. After everyone present signs the contract, which included everyone's names, they nod at each other.
"Well if that's all then I'll be going" Finn says as he stands with Elijah. Damon looks at Bonnie with a raised eyebrow.
"How about that drink then judgey? Little celebration?" He asks making Bonnie roll her eyes at him, though with more affection than any of the Mikaelson brothers were comfortable with.
"I would but I actually have to get going, I need to meet up with someone to rehearse" she says standing and putting on her jacket.
"Rehearsal for what?" Stefan asks her, more than a little interested. She sighed as she pulled her hair from her jacket, the flying hair making her scent hit all the vampires.
"I have to act out a scene from a ballet" she explains going to pick up her bag. Instead she's met with Finn holding it out to her. Smiling at him she takes it gingerly. "Thanks" she says softly before turning to the others.
"So maybe another time Salvatore, see ya" she says before beginning to walk out. Finn puts a hand at her back.
"Allow me to walk you out" he says making her smile at him softly. Bonnie nods her head, moving slower than she had been a minute ago.
"What's your brother want with our witch?" Damon asks the remaining brothers who raise an eyebrow at him.
"I didn't realize you claimed the witch for yourself" Klaus says with the raised eyebrow.
Irritation rising through him at the proclamation.
"I don't think Bonnie has realized it herself, maybe someone should inform her?" Elijah asks sharing a look with his younger brother who smirks.
"Oh I think she'd absolutely love to know that little tidbit of information" he says making Stefan wince at the thought. He did not want to make Bonnie mad while her powers were growing. She didn't need her testing out new hexes on him.
"Look we just want to be sure she's safe" Stefan says making Klaus sigh at him dramatically.
"No one in the Mikaelson family will harm a hair in Bonnie Bennett's head" Klaus promises. The promise doesn't make either Salvatore feel better but they know it's the best they'll get at that point in time.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
After stopping at her home to pick up her dance clothes, Bonnie got to the mansion feeling trepidation fill her stomach. The last time she was here there were other people, she had back up. She knew they wouldn't hurt her. The magic contract prevented her from that, but if there was a way around that, Klaus would be the one to find it.
As she knocked on the door she took a deep breath. She would be fine, she had to be. The small witch needed to do it for her future, for when all this supernatural life and death crap was over.
"Miss Bennett" Finn says as he opens the door making Bonnie sigh at him. She gives him a small smile.
"I told you Finn, call me Bonnie" she tells him earning a smile in return. The eldest original son motioned for her to come in. When she does she's once again taken aback by how extravagant the mansion was.
"Of course, Bonnie" he says with a soft smile on his face. Bonnie looked at him, feeling shy all of a sudden. The only time they'd really been alone she still had the comfort of the whole town being a couple rooms away. Still she felt more comfortable with him than his other siblings.
"Um is Rebekah here? She asked me to come here once we were done, she's the one I was supposed to be rehearsing with" Bonnie says softly making him nod.
"Yes, Rebekah called to tell us, she also apologized she'll be a bit late, she told me to tell you Matt's car broke down and she was helping him" Finn explains making Bonnie sigh.
"I told him it was gonna do that" Bonnie mutters. It was just her luck that the piece of tin Matt called a car broke down now of all times.
"Well she said you could start without her, it shouldn't be long" Finn says gesturing for her to follow him as he lead her throughout the mansion. Bonnie followed, figuring she might as well stay, she was already here. No sense in leaving to come back.
As they walked through the mansion Bonnie couldn't help but be taken with all the paintings around her. It was like an art museum spit up on the walls.
"Do you like art?" Finn asks making Bonnie blush, knowing she'd been caught. She didn't realize she'd been so obvious.
"Yea, my dad used to take me to art shows out of town every summer" Bonnie explains making him nod.
"That sounds lovely" he tells her with a small smile. Bonnie nods at him, happy memories filling her mind.
"It was, how did you guys get so many amazing pieces" she asks her eyes flying to look at all of the art on the walls. Finn chuckles at the excitement in her voice.
"Well Niklaus has loved art since our human days, as we lived on his love just seemed to grow, he's collected pieces for years" he explains to Bonnie who nods at his explanation.
Before she can respond, not that she knew how to respond, they made it to the dance studio. Finn smiles at the look on her face when she sees it. It was rather large, the mirrors lining the walls were immaculate and the floor was so shiny she could see her face. There were water bottles lining a shelf at the far end and a state of the art stereo beside it.
"You are welcome to anything in here, Rebekah will be here soon" Finn tells her. Bonnie can only nod, excitement filling her as she sees the large dance room.
"Thank you Finn" she finally gets out making him smile at her. With a nod he closes the door, leaving her alone with her excitement. Smiling brightly she lets out a small happy dance at having the room to herself for a moment. She was making Matt some cookies.
After changing (see video for what she wears) Bonnie ties her hair into a small messy bun at the nape of her neck, pulling at it a bit to loosen it. Once she's ready she warms up, stretching on the stability barre she moved to the middle room. Extending herself and stretching muscles she hadn't stretched in over a year.
Cheerleading kept her flexible and in shape but ballet was demanding. She remembered Caroline complaining about it the one time they went together. It was hard work, there was a reason football players would take ballet classes, she loved every minute of it.
Once the music started Bonnie lost herself in it. She hadn't danced in so long she's forgotten how much she loved it. She spun and pointed her toes. She did her pique's letting herself feel the music. She soon felt herself lose all of her other senses.
Sliding under the stability barre she smiled as she pulled herself up, before extending herself backwards. The small witch danced around the beam, unadulterated happiness flowing through her as she did a chaine a smile on her face as she jumped in time with the beat again and again. As she landed in the fourth position she smiled at herself in the mirror.
She was sweaty and tired already, her hair stuck to the back of her neck but she couldn't remember the last time she felt that happy. It was a good feeling. As she heard clapping behind her she felt that good feeling disappear.
Spinning around she came face to face with Elijah, she let out a sigh of relief. At least it wasn't the hybrid.
"You're very good" he tells her honestly as the witch goes to grab a water bottle. He admired her frame as she did so, she was well toned with soft curves in just the right places. Shaking himself from the thoughts he focused on her face.
"Thanks, though I'm not sure I really believe you" she tells him making his lip quirk up at her.
"You should, Ive seen many plays, many ballerinas and I know you could be a sensation" he tells her. In spite of herself Bonnie felt a blush on her cheeks.
"Thank you" she says chugging some water, enjoying the feel of it going down her throat. He smiled at the small girl as he looked at her.
"Though, your fourth position should probably be more extended" he says making her raise an eyebrow at him.
"So what are you now, a dance instructor?" She asks making him smirk at her.
"I was" he says making her eyes widen for a moment. The girls eyebrows raised as she looked at him in surprise.
"Alright, then show me" she says as she gets her bearings, raising an eyebrow at him in challenge. The vampire smirked at her but nodded softly.
"As you wish" he says reminding her of the princess bride. Taking off his suit jacket and unbuttoning the first few buttons of his shirt he begins to move towards her. Bonnie feeling just a bit flustered at seeing him like that turns and gets into position.
Getting behind her, he puts a hand on her waist lightly, before moving them to her extended arm lifting it lightly. Bonnie feels herself stop breathing as he bends down.
The vampire kneels down as he runs his hand down her leg, moving it just a bit further. The small witch feels herself blush even more as his hand lingers slightly, though she wasn't sure if he was imagining it.
"There, perfect form" he says softly as he stands beside her. Bonnie looks in the mirror and has to admit it did look better.
"Alright" she mutters before moving to do a chaine. As she jumps at the end and lands in fourth position she's happy to see she landed perfectly. Walking up to him she smiled widely.
"That was great" she says happily to him. "Thank you"
Elijah looks at her with a small smile, wondering how he could have overlooked her in any way before. Then again, Elena did have the same face as his first love.
"Of course" he says happily stepping closer to her as the small witch smiled up at him.
"Alright Little Wicca, lets get started" Rebekah says stopping when she entered to see her brother and the girl standing very close to each other. One breathing heavily and sweating while the other partially undressed. Well more undressed than he was in front of most.
"Am I interrupting" she asks with a smirk as she raises an eyebrow at the couple who step apart from each other.
"No sister, I was just helping Miss Bennett with her form" Elijah explains as he walks passed her to grab his suit jacket.
"Of course you were" Rebekah says as she watches Bonnie blush before turning back to the mirror and going from fourth to fifth position.
As Elijah left Rebekah looked at the little witch with a small smirk on her lips. Bonnie pointedly did not look her way until the blonde stood in front of her.
"Soo" Rebekah says with a smirk making Bonnie roll her eyes at the original vampire.
"No" Bonnie says stopping to point at her before beginning to stretch once more.
"You and Elijah seemed very close when I walked in" she says anyways making Bonnie groan.
"No it wasn't like that" Bonnie says suddenly feeling as if she were speaking to Caroline, blonde must come with persistence.
"Of course it wasn't" she replies in a sing song voice as she moves to stretch beside her. Bonnie rolls her eyes and sighs.
"Look even if it was, it's not like anything could ever happen between us" she says looking the blonde in the eyes through the mirror. Rebekah stops and looks at her in confusion.
"Why not?" She asks Bonnie making the brunette shrug. How could they, after everything that happened between them all, how would that even work? There was so much that happened.
"Because of all the bad blood, yea there's a treaty but do you really think I could just hop into bed with him and there wouldn't be any problems?" She asks making Rebekah stand and turn to her.
"Problems for who Bonnie? You or your so called friends?" She asks making Bonnie pause and look at the taller woman.
"What are you getting at?" Bonnie asks with a raised eyebrow. The blonde sighs as she looks at the Bennett, she admired her loyalty, craved to have that loyalty come from a friend. Yet it also made her a bit sad. How much would Bonnie give for people who didn't appreciate her?
"How much of your life is dictated by what your friends think? What they want? Do they ever give you that same curtesy? Did Elena care about what you thought of her befriending Damon after he tried to rip into your neck?" She asks.
Bonnie opens her mouth to retort before she snaps it shut, her hand going towards her neck. She'd never admit it but she still had nightmares. It was the first time she realized the supernatural world wasn't all floating feathers and making candles flare it life, that it could get her killed.
"Did she care about Caroline's feelings after everything Damon did to her, used her in the worst ways. The Salvatore brothers aren't any better you barely like them and yet you'd sacrifice for them" Rebekah says making Bonnie sigh.
"Why are you saying all this?" Bonnie asks the blonde. They both noticed she didn't refute the claims against her so called friends, but Rebekah kept her mouth shut about it.
"I just think that you deserve better Bonnie" she tells the witch seriously. Bonnie can't find any words to say. She didn't remember the last time someone told her something like that. Yes she did. Her Grams.
Rebekah looked at the young girl, sad thoughts playing in her head about what could become of her if she had no guidance. Seeing that the witch was stunned she gave her a small smile.
"Alright Little Wicca, lets get started shall we?" She asks the brunette who nods at her, soon they're dancing together, making the dance routine.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
After Rebekah complained about Bonnie's stomach grumbling for the 5th time she sent the witch to get something to eat. Bonnie laughed as the blonde complained about a witch's appetite always being as large as a linebackers. In spite of herself, she found she enjoyed the blondes company.
Taking the blondes directions she makes it to the kitchen with relative ease, her mouth dropping when she sees the kitchen before her.
"Oh fuck" she breathes out as her eyes widen. "I think I'm love" she mutters as she walks in further.
"I was hoping for that reaction" she hears from inside the kitchen. Seeing Klaus around the corner from inside the fridge. He looked at her with a smirk. Bonnie rolled her eyes walking inside.
As she walks further in she feels his eyes on her form. He wasn't even trying to hide it. She felt his gaze burning her skin. She suddenly regretted not throwing on the sweatpants before she came to find food.
"So what can I do for you love?" He asks as she walks up to the counter. Looking away from him she sighed.
"Just need an apple or a banana or something, point me in the direction and I will be on my way back to Rebekah" she says simply as she looks around trying to see one for herself. She found nothing.
"Oh nonsense I head your stomach from here, you need food, sit I'll make you something" he says making Bonnie shake her head at him.
"Uh no that's not a good idea, I need to continue dancing soon, I just need something to hold me over" she says trying to get as far away from him as soon as possible.
Klaus raises an eyebrow at her the little witch wasn't going to make getting close to her easy. Looking at her a slow smirk makes its way to his lips.
"If I'm not mistaken, my sister told you not to come back until you were properly fed" he says making Bonnie roll her eyes. Of course he heard that. Fucking hybrids.
"So what you're gonna feed me?" She asks making him nod at her with a very satisfied smirk.
"That I am Bonnie" he says making the girl roll her eyes at him. Too tired to argue she nodded.
"Alright fine, show me what you got hybrid" she says sitting down at the kitchen island. Said hybrid smirks at her happily.
As the hybrid set about making her something to eat she raised an eyebrow at him. She didn't understand why they would all learn how to cook, it's not like they needed it. Then again I guess after a couple hundred years you start getting bored.
"You know I'm surprised you came back here willingly" he says suddenly, making her look up at him.
"Yea well, Rebekah talked me into rehearsing here" she tells him with a shrug, trying not to make a big deal of it. They both knew it was.
"Remind me to thank her" he says making her knit her eyebrows at him. Bonnie just could not understand him, him or his family.
"Why? I wouldn't take you as one to want an enemy in your home" she says making him sigh. Putting down the knife he was using he looked at her.
"You are not my enemy Bonnie" he says making her roll her eyes at him.
"So trying to kill me was what? Foreplay?" She asks making him smirk.
"Oh love that's the best kind, builds up an intensity besides you tried to kill me first"
"You were plotting to kill my best friend"
"My point still stands" he says making Bonnie roll her eyes at him.
"Elena is practically my sister, you threaten her you threaten me" she tells him. The hybrid nods at her, a small thoughtful look on his face. There he was, the original hybrid, who spent hundreds of years trying to find real loyalty and a true companion. Meanwhile this small teenage witch gave hers to ungrateful, unappreciative children.
"Well it doesn't matter now, there is a treaty in place. No more enemies, no more bloodshed" he says making her nod at him.
"So I'm supposed to just let bygones be bygones?" She asks with a raised eyebrow. He shrugs at her softly.
"When you've lived as long as me you learn to pick your battles" he starts but is interrupted when she let out a laugh.
"Didn't you chase Katherine for 500 years?" She asked making him shrug.
"Katerina was a special case" he says before pointing the knife at her. "Now let me speak" he says making her raise her hands in mock surrender.
"My point is we will be here for a long time, we might as well try to get along at least, make it easier on us all. You may not believe me Bonnie, but I want peace, I've been fighting for far too long" he says making her shrug. Before she can respond Rebekah walks in.
"Oh good you're here, and even getting along" the blonde says as she walks in. "There no time to finish today, not if we're gonna get ready for the football game in time" she says looking at Bonnie who groans.
"I completely forgot about that" she says making Rebekah smirk at her.
"Well you have no choice but to go unless you want Caroline to rip you apart" Rebekah says making Bonnie groan again.
"I hate headcheerleader Caroline, she's worse than coach Tanner" she says making Rebekah raise an eyebrow at her.
"Ah so you're still a cheerleader?" Klaus asked a smirk on her face as he looks at the Bennett, imagining her with her uniform on.
"Like Caroline would ever let me quite" she says making Klaus chuckle at her lightly. Before he can respond Bonnie's stomach growls making the girl blush.
"I thought I sent you in here to eat? What the bloody hell have you been doing?" She asks making Bonnie roll her eyes.
"I was just coming in here for an apple but your brother here insisted on making a whole damn meal" she says pointing to Klaus who waves at her before putting the plate in front of Bonnie.
"What is this?" She asked as she picked up the fork, putting it in the meat.
"Mini Greek style meatloafs with Arugula salad" he tells her, looking proud of himself when she lets out a low moan.
"Oh shit that's good" she mutters before looking up in embarrassment. The sibling both looked at the witch with matching smirks.
"Whatever I haven't eaten all day" she says taking another bite. Rebekah raises an eyebrow at the witch.
"What about lunch?" She asks making the witch shrug. The food they served wasn't fit for dogs but some of the teenagers seemed to like it well enough, or at least brainwashed to think it edible.
"Had to catch up on homework, I didn't have time" she says making the blonde knot her eyes together. Did the Little Wicca not take care of herself? She'd have to change that.
"Your friends didn't notice that you hadn't eaten yet?" She asks making Bonnie shrug at her.
"It's not the first time I skip lunch" she says offhandedly. As if she didn't realize that, that, wasn't a normal thing to do. Klaus and Rebekah share a look that the brunette doesn't see.
"Well eat up, we'll ride to the game together" she tells the witch who simply shrugs at her. In all honesty she didn't mind Rebekah's company. She reminded her of a bitchier version of Caroline.
"Alright but we're taking my car, Kol already said he'd be going so I can drop you off or you can ride back with him" Bonnie says before taking another bite. Rebekah smiles at the witch but nods, taking a piece of salad from the witch's plate playfully.
Klaus watched them interact, it seemed they were already getting closer than expected. Well that could very well work in his favor. Looking at the small witch he smiled, knowing soon enough she'd be his.
"Well I never thought I'd say this but um- thank you, for the food Klaus" she says as he takes her now empty plate. He smirks at the small witch lightly.
"Of course love, I'll see you at the game" he says as Rebekah grabs her arm, pulling her out of the house. Bonnie gives him a wide eyed look. At the game? What the hell was Klaus Mikaelson gonna do at a high school football game?
Looking at Rebekah who just shrugged at the witch. She knew what he was going to be doing over there, trying to get close to the witch, obviously. It wasn't like she could tell Bonnie about it though, the witch would only think the worst.
After driving home to take a quick shower and change, Bonnie got dressed in her cheer uniform. She remembered when she loved to put it on and go cheer with her friends, hopefully she could start loving it again with this treaty.
Running out the house and into the car Rebekah looked at her thoughtfully for a moment. Feeling self conscious Bonnie raised an eyebrow at her.
"What?" She asks the blonde who leans over and takes the clip out of her hair, fluffing it up a bit.
"There now you look perfect" she says as she fixes the brunettes hair, making sure no strand was sticking out. Bonnie looks at her in surprise. She definitely wasn't expecting the blonde to do that.
