I wake up and get Prim ready to go into the Games. I help her put on her clothes that consist of long cargo pants, a blue shirt, black jacket, a belt, and brown hunting boots much like my own. This outfit seems just like mine from two years ago.

When she is all dressed I lead her to the hovercraft that will take her to the arena. The hovercraft that will lead her to her death. I stop where I have to and I turn and look at her. Her face is full of fear. I give her a big hug.

"Any last advice?" she asks.

"Stay alive," I say and a tear falls down my face. "Run away from the cornucopia. Don't go to it."

She lets go of me and walks to the hovercraft. All I can do is stand there and watch until it flies away. Then I have to go get Daisy from Effie and go with Peeta to watch the Games.

All the mentors watch from a room in the mansion. We sit in front of a big television and wait for the Games to begin. We have at least an hour but it feels like days. I try to talk to the other mentors but none of them really speak. Watching kids from your District die every year really does an impact on you.

Daisy starts to cry. Everyone gets annoyed so I leave the room to calm her down. As I'm standing in the hallway I see a glimpse of another screen in the room across the hall. I see labels on the screen showing Districts 8, 5, and 10. I can't see the others but by what I'm seeing I can only guess what's on their screens. I see riots. I see fire. I see people with signs and rebelling against the Peacekeepers. The uprisings didn't stop in the Districts.

When Daisy calms down I finally go back into the room and sit down next to Peeta. I came back in just in time to see the TV come on and the tributes rise from the tubes. The arena looks similar to my first Games. Woods surrounding the Cornucopia.

Claudius Templesmith's voice can be heard saying, "Ladies and Gentleman, let the 76th annual Hunger Games begin."

The cameras show every tribute as the timer counts down from sixty. When I see Prim I can tell she is going to run into the woods like I said. Her foot is placed toward the back of the pedestal. Finn however, looks like he is going to rum to get supplies.

"Peeta what did you tell Finn about the cornucopia?" I ask.

"I told him to stay away unless it was absolutely necessary," he responds.

"He's going to try and get something," I say.

"Yeah I know," he says. "I can tell."

With that the clock hits zero and the kids run off their pedestals. The Hunger Games have begun.
