Battleships
Fight For The Fallen

Lottie had decided that she wanted to start a side project over a year ago. Cami had been on board with her idea to create and sell homemade soaps through their website. They had spent several months getting their name copyrighted and their website up and running.

Lottie was very pleased that they were able to get the sight up and running one week before the Fight for the Fallen pay per view. They had spent the last week making several batches of different scented soaps. Inside some of the soaps they had placed stones as keepsakes.

Cami was preparing the camera to make the announcement that their sight was up and running. Lottie had all of the soaps out in beautiful displays on the kitchen island. The soaps were decorated with things that described their scents. Like the rose scented soap display was scattered with pink and red rose petals while the raspberry vanilla soap was surrounded by fresh berries and vanilla beans.

Lottie had spent over an hour preparing the display. She was pleased with how it looked. She was standing in front of the island when Cami switched on the camera. She had the camera facing herself. She smiled brightly, "Hey everybody. Lottie and I have a huge announcement for all of you."

"Hi everyone," Lottie joined her sister on the camera. "We do have some very exciting news. "

"For the last several months we have been working on a very special side project and now it is complete." Cami said excitedly. "We are here to announce that we are officially opening our own line of soaps!"

"The company is called Sugar and Spice and will have various all natural, homemade soaps by order."

"But, to honor all of those we lost in the recent school shooting our grand opening will be different. We have pre made a huge quantity of soaps that you can purchase online at our website sugar and spice soaps dot com. '' Cami said

Cami turned the camera toward the island to show off all of the soaps, "We have so many scents, from rose, and raspberry vanilla to citrus and pumpkin spice."

"We hope that you all will check out the site and make a purchase if you can. For the next two weeks every order will come with a personal note from both of us." Lottie said. "And one hundred percent of the proceeds are going to go to the victims or the families of victims of gun violence."

Cami turned the camera back on them, "So go to sugar and spice soaps dot com today and get your own amazing smelling soap and a signed letter from each of us. Thank you!"

"Bye, until next time!" Lottie smiled. They both waved and Cami switched off the camera, pleased with their recording for the vlog."

Cami sat in her room, working on the website for their soaps. Ash was on her bed asleep.

She heard her phone go off. She smiled at the sender. What are you up to?

Trying to get everything situated with the website for mine and Lottie's soaps.

FaceTime?

Sure!

Cami accepted the FaceTime request from Kenny. "Hey there."

"I'm not catching you at a bad time am I?"

"Nope. I'm just finishing up some little details for the website."

"I know that I'm supposed to wait for your vlog like everyone else, but as your friend who gives you great benefits, I think you're obligated to tell me what you and Lottie are doing."

Cami laughed. "Wow!"

"You have to give me points for that."

"You're an idiot," Cami teased, rolling her eyes. "Anyways, if you must know right now, Lottie and I are selling handmade soaps."

"That's cool."

"Really? I spill the beans and that's all you have to say."

"What?" Kenny shrugged. "I think it's cool."

"Here's something else… all profits for the next two weeks are going to victims of gun violence. I know we're doing that for the pay-per-view but charities mean so much to Lottie, so she wanted to do a little something extra."

"You're doing a really good thing."

"It's Lottie's brainchild. I'm her number one supporter though."

"She's lucky to have you."

"Thank you," Cami smiled. "What are you up to today?"

"Oh you know…the usual."

"Video games?" Cami giggled.

"I'm actually taking a break to talk to you."

"I'm flattered." Cami adjusted her phone.

Kenny noticed the kitten in Cami's room. "Your kitten is cute. Not surprised you chose a black kitten to be the proud owner of."

Cami shrugged. "It adds to my witchy personality doesn't it?"

"I was just kidding."

"I'm sorry. I'm just used to getting judged for my personal tastes."

"There is nothing wrong with you," Kenny assured. "Everybody likes what they like."

"I appreciate that," Cami smiled.

"Are you ready for Fight For The Fallen?"

"Yes. It's going to be a fun event."

"Are you ready to accompany me to the ring again?"

"Oh, yeah. It's all I've been thinking about."

Kenny shot her an incredulous look. "You really know how to make a guy feel special."

"I try."

Kenny couldn't help but chuckle. "If you post the link to your website on twitter, I'll retweet it. I want to show my support."

"That's really nice of you."

"It's the least I can do for a friend."

"Your friend who gives you benefits?" She teased.

"I'm pretty sure that we're established as friends with benefits."

Cami laughed. "I think so."

"Anyways, whenever you post the link on twitter, just text me and I'll get on twitter to retweet it."

"Thank you so much."

"No problem. I'm going to go now. I'll talk to you later."

"Talk to you later." She waved, in which he reciprocated.

Lottie was lying on her bed in the hotel room she was sharing with her sister. They were in Jacksonville Florida for Fight for the Fallen. Lottie was excited for the show because the proceeds were going to charity and she loved doing things for charity.

Cami had stepped out to visit with Kenny, so Lottie had decided to curl up with her new novel. She was so into her book, she jumped when her phone chimed.

She grabbed it off the nightstand and looked at the text message.

I will be at your room in fifteen minutes, be ready.

Lottie frowned at the message from Adam.

Well someone is feeling bossy today. What if I can't be ready that fast.

Don't need to get all dolled up, just be comfortable. I have plans for us.

Lottie smiled at the response. She found it rather endearing that Adam didn't expect her to dress up. She gave herself a once over in the mirror. Deciding that her outfit, a pair of denim shorts with lace hems and a white spaghetti strap tank that said "C'est La Vie", was cute enough to go out in, she grabbed her brush and ran it through her dark hair. She then wrapped a red, blue, and white plaid shirt around her waist, just in case she wanted to put it on if she got chilly.

She grabbed her make up bag and applied some neutral eyeshadow, mascara, and red lipstick.

She had just slid on her white chuck taylors when someone knocked on the door. She grabbed her phone and tucked it into her pocket. She opened the door to find Adam standing on the other side.

"Hey there beautiful, you ready to go?"

She smiled at the compliment. "I just need to grab my purse."

She left the door open while she grabbed her small, red handbag and key card. She slid the key card into her bag and slung it over her shoulder before leaving with Adam.

Cami spent the afternoon hanging out with Kenny. Of course, they had a hookup. They were putting on their clothes.

Cami put on her white Calvin Klein sleeveless crop top. "Is it just me or does the sex get better every time?"

"You impressed me with some new moves." Kenny put on his undergarments and shorts.

"I have to keep you on your toes." Cami put on her undergarments and her gray Calvin Klein joggers.

"So I am going to post the link to the website on twitter." She sat down on the side of the bed furthest from the door.

"I'm surprised you're waiting this long to post it."

"Well, my plan was to post it during pay-per-view weekend as a little promotional boost."

"Nice business move." Kenny plopped down on the side of the bed closest to the door.

"Thank you." Cami got out her phone. She posted the link to the website for her's and Lottie's soaps onto twitter.

CamiRogers: Hey everyone! Here's the link to LottieRogers and I handmade soaps. Every profit will go to charity for victims of gun violence. Don't forget to tune in AEWrestling Fight For The Fallen tomorrow. Thanks everyone!

"Time for me to log into twitter and provide my due diligence." Kenny retweeted with comment Cami's tweet.

With Cami's tweet below, Kenny added a comment. KennyOmegaManX: Please support these two friends of mine. They're doing something so cool.

"Thank you for the kind words."

"No problem."

"I really like mine and Lottie's merch shirt for the event." Cami and Lottie had a shirt with them posing on it that said, 'sugar, spice, and everything nice.'

"I like the catchphrase."

"I'm the spice," Cami stated matter-of-factly. "Lottie is the sugar and everything nice."

"You're all of those adjectives whenever we hookup."

"Oh, gee, that's good to know." She playfully shoved Kenny.

"Just stating the obvious."

"Thanks, Captain obvious."

"I'm supposed to meet up with Matt, Nick, and Cody soon for an EVP meeting."

"I should probably head back to my room. I need to make sure that I have everything I need for the show."

"I had a fun time this afternoon."

Cami rolled her eyes. "I'm sure you did."

"I'll message you later - okay?"

"Okay, sounds good." Kenny walked her to the door. She placed a kiss on Kenny's cheek before leaving his motel room and disappearing down the hallway back to hers and Lottie's motel room.

Adam parked the rental car in front of the Main and Six Brewery. Lottie laughed when she saw the sign.

"What's so funny."

"I should have guessed that you would have brought me to a brewery." She giggled. She saw his cheeks tinge pink with embarrassment, "I like it though" She assured him. "… but, they better have something I like."

He chuckled. "I think you will be pleasantly surprised."

"Then why are we sittin here? Let's go." She nudged him with her elbow, opened the car door, and hopped out.

He shook his head in amusement before getting out of the car. He locked the doors and grabbed her hand as they walked up to the front door. He held the door open for her and they went inside.

They approached the bartender. They decided to get a flight of 4 each. Adam ordered the Big Jim California Common, Handsworth Brown Ale, Working Stiff, and the Hubbard St. Stout. Lottie ordered the Blackberry Cider, MIA Blueberry Hardwater, Silver Sunset Sour with Blackberry & Raspberry, and Staycation Blonde Ale, just so she could say she tried at least one regular beer.

They then chose a place in the outdoor sitting area. A friendly server brought their drinks a few minutes later.

"I will have to say this is both the coolest and most unique date I have ever been on."

"It's not that much different than going to a bar." Adam chuckled and took a sip of one of his beers.

"It is way different. It's more relaxed and quiet. I like it better."

"Glad to hear that."

She grabbed the blonde ale and took a sip. She wasn't sure she liked it but, it wasn't terrible either. As far as beers went she could drink it.

"Well?" He asked.

"It's not bad. I'm still not a beer fan but I don't mind it." She took another sip. "Are you excited for the show tonight?"

"Always."

"Me too. I am really excited though because of the proceeds going to charity."

"I saw your vlog about your new business." He said. "It's really cool that you and Cami are donating the proceeds for the first two weeks to charity."

"We wanted to do something special." Lottie shrugged, "And we have been planning this business for a while."

"You two are certainly busy."

She shrugged. "We like it that way."

"When you aren't working , what else do you do. . . I know you like your novels. What's your favorite movie?"

"I don't know if I really have one. I don't watch a lot of movies."

"You have at least seen the classics right?"

"I guess it depends on what you would consider the classics?" She giggled at the question. The look of indignation he gave her had her cracking up.

He began rambling off a list of movies, that much to her dismay, she hadn't watched.

"That's it you, me, movie night. No way you are getting out of it."

Lottie laughed. "Who says I would want to get out of it?"

He smirked and took a sip of his beer, "It's final then."

Lottie had already changed into her outfit for the show. She chose to wear a pair of light wash jeans over a neon lace bodysuit. She had the denim jacket she was going to wear during the show wrapped around her waist. She paired the outfit with another new pair of cowboy boots. They were black with skulls, crosses, and colorful floral designs.

She had decided to match her makeup with her attire. She wore light green eyeshadow on her top and bottom lid with black winged eyeliner. She had chosen to pair the bright eyeshadow with a light pink matte lipstick.

After completing her makeup, she left the dressing room she was sharing with Cami. Cami was looking to get ready for the show so Lottie left to give her some privacy.

Lottie decided to go outside for a little bit and get some fresh air. It was very busy in the arena and she felt claustrophobic. She snuck out the back with her phone and opened the instagram app.

"Hey everybody. I wanted to post a quick message thanking everyone who has placed orders from Sugar and Spice Soaps. Camille and I will be sending out the orders as soon as we are home. Tonight is the big night, Fight for the Fallen. Make sure you tune in!"

"Are you posting something?"

"I am live on Insta actually." Lottie turned the camera on Nick who stuck his hand up. "Look everyone, it's one of the Bucks. You know the greatest tag team in the world - or so they say."

"You know we are the greatest tag team in the world. Don't play dumb." Nick grabbed the phone from her hand, "Make sure you all tune in tonight to watch my brother and I take on the brotherhood, Cody and Dustin."

"Give me my phone back, jerkface."

"Real nice way to talk to your friend." Nick turned the camera on her and she rolled her eyes.

"Whose a better tag team Lottie, the Bucks or the Brotherhood."

"I am not picking between my Elite brothers." She countered.

"So you're not going to put your best friend first?"

"Best friend? Keep dreaming Buckaroo."

"Don't call me Buckaroo." He tossed the phone at her and she fumbled to catch it.

"I can't believe you threw my phone, you jerk."

"I can't believe you said I'm not your best friend."

"You two need to just kiss and make up. Your being annoying and we have a match to get ready for." Matt said as he approached them.

"Make your brother be nice to me." Lottie whined.

"Are you being nice to him?" Matt asked.

"I'm always nice. I'm a complete angel."

"Bullshit." Nick scoffed. She swatted him on the chest.

"Nick be nice; Lottie be nice. Hug it out so we can get ready for our match."

Nick rolled his eyes but held his arms out to hug the brunette. Lottie rolled her eyes too. She handed the phone to Matt who filmed them as they hugged.

"I am sorry I hurt your feelings, you are my best friend."

"And I'm sorry I shouldn't make you pick sides in the Elite."

"See isn't that better? Now we can get ready for our match." He turned the phone to face himself, "Make sure you watch Fight for the Fallen tonight to watch me and my brother take on Cody and Dustin." Matt handed the phone back to Lottie.

"Bye boys, good luck tonight." She waved to them as they walked away. She turned her attention back toward the camera. "Wow that spiraled out of control quickly. Anyways. Thank you all for your orders and make sure you watch the show tonight. It is going to be epic. Bye!" She blew a kiss at the camera before turning off the feed.

Adam had just defeated Kip Sabian in a lengthy match. He was favoring his bad knee and he had to use the ring ropes to get up after his victory. He looked for Lottie to celebrate but she was still outside the ring. She pointed behind him but, as he turned around a man in a dark order mask hit him with a clothesline. The masked man proceeded to kick him and punch him repeatedly. Lottie stood outside of the ring and begged the masked man to stop but he ignored her and continued to beat down on Adam.

Lottie watched helplessly as the man dragged Adam up and began to hit him with repeated knees to the face. He then Irish whipped Adam into the corner and hit him with another clothesline. The man then hit his signature move, giving away his identity to the crowd.

Chris Jericho kneeled overtop of Adam as he removed his mask. Lottie crawled into the ring to check on Adam and was kneeling overtop of him as Jericho stood up, tossing his mask to the side. He gave a devilish smirk and turned his attention back on Adam, who was being helped up by Lottie.

He made a move to attack Adam again but, referees swarmed the ring. Jericho went after the referees and shoved one out of his way. He then hit the Judas Effect on Hangman, who had shoved Lottie to the side and out of Jericho's path.

Lottie crawled over and kneeled beside Adam, checking on him, while Jericho raised his hands cockily in the air. Two referees were checking on Adam as Jericho gloated to the crowd.

Jericho once again turned around and began to trash talk Adam. Lottie stood up and got in his face, earning a smirk from Jericho. He got out of the ring and climbed up on the turnbuckle to taunt the crowd.

Lottie once again joined the referees as they checked on Adam. Jeiricho jumped down and walked to the top of the ramp as Lottie and the referees helped Adam sit up.

Lottie stood beside Adam in the trainer's room. After the segment with Jericho he had been helped to the back. The backstage interaction was being filmed for Being the Elite.

"Chris got you good, that looks brutal." Lottie frowned.

"One of his kicks busted me open." Adam informed the trainers as they checked out his eye.

The medical staff informed him that he was going to need stitches to close the wound above his eye.

"Looks like you are going to have a new battle scar." Lottie smiled halfheartedly.

"I'll repay the favor." Adam replied as the trainers prepared the items needed to patch him up.

"Why don't we just worry about getting you patched up then you can worry about Jericho and the AEW title, alright?"

"Like this is going to slow me down." He smirked.

"Of course not."

She glanced over her shoulder and saw that the trainers had almost everything ready. She took the time to end the filming for BTE and shoo him out of the room. She stood beside Adam as they patched up his eye. He had a large bruise forming around his eye. "After your segment I'll drive you back to the hotel and make sure you get there okay."

"I'm okay." He assured her as he got up off the exam table. "You don't have to worry."

"It wasn't an offer." She replied, crossing her arms.

He chuckled, "Yes ma'am."

"Much better."

"Why would I want to object to spending more time with you anyway."

"Ooh, someone's a charmer." She opened the door to the trainers room and waited for him to step out before following in him and closing the door behind her.

Kenny and Cami walked towards the tunnel. The Best Bout Machine was preparing to face CIMA. There's no doubt in anyone's mind that their match could potentially be a show stealer.

Kenny wore his black leather tights, his logos were neon green. His kickpads were neon green too.

Cami wore a neon green fishnet long sleeve crop top and a neon green bralette could be seen underneath, black denim shorts with a zipper that cascaded all the way down the shorts, and black suede lace up ankle heeled booties with neon green shoelaces and neon green spikes on the heel of the bootie.

Her black short hair was curled, her eye makeup was done with neon green eyeshadow and winged eyeliner, and she had a black and neon green ombre effect with her lipstick.

"Those are some unique shoes you're wearing." Kenny pointed to Cami's shoes. "I don't know how you're able to walk normally."

"It took a lot of practice."

"Practice does make perfect."

"It does. That's how I became perfect walking in heels."

"Props to you."

Cami laughed. "Are you doing anything after the show?"

"I'm just planning on relaxing in my motel room."

"I was wondering if you wanted some company?"

"Do you need the Kenny Omega benefits?"

Cami rolled her eyes wholeheartedly. "Actually, I was just wanting to chill."

"Sure. We can order room service and watch television."

"That sounds like a good time to me."

They made it to the production area. CIMA just made his entrance. Kenny and Cami were watching on one of the monitors. The two stood in front of the tunnel, waiting on their cue.

Kenny's entrance music blared. He and Cami fistbumped each other before going through the tunnel.

The Cleaner walked down the aisle with Cami following. The two slapped hands with fans at ringside. Cami applauded for her friend as he made his way inside the ring and did his usual spiel inside the ring.

The bell rang, and an instant classic was about to take place.

Kenny Omega had just defeated Cima with a One winged Angel. Kenny and Cami made their way to the back where Adam and Lottie were waiting for their next segment. Adam and Lottie congratulated Kenny on the amazing match and victory while Chris Jericho went out to the ring to cut his promo.

Lottie and Adam waited while Jericho cut his promo. Then Adam ran out to the ring and attacked Jericho. The two men brawled in the ring while Lottie stood at the top of the ramp. Referees ran down to break up the fight. One of the referees tried to pull Hangma off of Jericho and Hangman hit him with a right hook before going after Jericho again.

The two men continued to brawl and fellow members of the AEW roster ran out to separate the two men.

Adam broke free from the men holding him back and dashed across the ring to continue his attack on Jericho. Jericho escaped out the side of the ring. Referees and AEW talent were able to get Jericho to the ramp while Adam was kept in the ring. The two wrestlers stared each other down until Jericho was finally convinced to go to the back. Adam angrily made his way up the ramp, he made a move at a referee who was lecturing him but Lottie stepped in between them and encouraged Adam to go to the back.

Lottie kept her word and was waiting for Adam outside of the locker room when he was done getting ready. She had showered and changed into a pair of black shorts and black cropped t-shirt. She finished off the outfit with a black and yellow plaid shirt and her black chuck taylors.

She hadn't bothered to dry her hair and braided it to the side after brushing it. She had told her sister that she was going to drive him back to the hotel just to be cautious.

"Are you ready to head out?" She asked as he stepped out of the locker room.

"Yes ma'am. I have everything I need."

"Then let's get out of here." She smiled and led the way down the hall toward the back exit. She pushed open the door and stepped out, then held it open for him.

"I think I am the one who is supposed to be holding doors for you, not the other way around."

"Not when you're hurt. Then you get to be taken care of."

"Is that by everyone or just you?"

"I mean you can try it on the guys but, I don't think they'll be as sympathetic." She smiled as they walked toward his rental car. He unlocked the doors and popped the trunk for their luggage.

"That's alright. I've got all I need with you here." He said as he tossed his bag into the trunk. She did the same and he slammed it close.

"Hmm, isn't that sweet." She gave him a peck on the cheek while simultaneously grabbing the car keys out of his hand. "You might be laying it on a little thick."

"I mean it." He shrugged his shoulders. "You don't have to drive."

"I want to. Your head has to be bothering you." She walked over to the driver's door and pulled it open.

"Okay. You win." He walked over and got in the passenger seat. She got inside and started the engine.

"I think you will find that will be the case more often than not." She said as she backed the car out of it's parking spot.

Fifteen minutes later Adam and Lottie were in the lobby of the hotel waiting for the elevator. She had confiscated his bag once they had reached the hotel.

"I still don't see why I can't carry my bag." Adam frowned.

"Because I said so?" Lottie said simply as the elevator doors slid open. "Now get on the elevator and hush up."

"I don't' know if I like this bossy side of you." He obliged anyway, stepping onto the elevator and then holding the door open button for her as she got on too.

"If you would just behave and listen I wouldn't have to be bossy."

He chuckled, "When have you ever known me to behave?"

She rolled her eyes, "Well today you're going to behave. You are going to go to your room, lie down, and get some rest. Capiche?" The elevator doors opened and she stepped off first.

"I feel like a total jackass not carrying anything." He said as he led the way down the hall to her room.

"You're being a complete gentleman because you are respecting my wishes."

"That's one way to twist it." They reached his room and he got his key card out of his pocket. "Seeing I am in need of care, maybe you can hang out with me and we can watch some of those movies we were talking about."

"You want me to hang out with you in your room?" Lottie asked, wide-eyed.

He chuckled at her expression, "If you are comfortable with it. It would be nice to have some company.."

Lottie nodded, "Okay."

"Besides it's just a movie"

Lottie smiled sheepishly, "True - watching a movie sounds good."

"Great." He unlocked the door with the keycard and held it open for her.

She brought their stuff inside and sat it on the floor. She kicked off her chuck taylors and sat down on the edge of the bed. "What movie are we going to watch?"

"I have the perfect one in mind." he sat down on the bed and leaned back against the headboard. "Sit by me and get comfortable." He said as he grabbed the remote.

She moved up to the head of the bed and sat beside him, leaning against the headboard. He set up the movie, Die Hard.

"Is this a classic?"

"It's a popular one." He said.

She nodded. "I am ready to be culturally educated."

He chuckled at the comment, "First, I'm going to order us some room service. What would you like?"

"Oh, I could go for a BLT."

"One BLT coming up." He called the front desk. He ordered himself a burger and a BLT for Lottie. After hanging up the phone he turned the movie on.

Lottie watched the move quietly until Alan Rickman appeared on the screen, "Hey, Snape is in this." She said.

Adam chuckled at her comment. "Yea, Alan Rickman is in this."

There was a knock at the door. "I got it." Lottie got up and opened the door. It was the room service. She thanked the young man and brought the food into the room. She sat the tray with Adam's burger on it in front of him on the bed. She grabbed her BLT and sat down.

She opened up the sandwich and picked the bacon off.

"Why didn't you tell me you didn't want Bacon. I would have had them take it off."

"No big deal. I'm not really a fan of bacon." She shrugged and took a bite of the Lettuce and Tomato sandwich.

"Who doesn't like bacon?" Adam shook his head. He took a bite of his burger.

"Me." She shrugged.

"Well you're weird." He said as he took another bite of his burger.

Lottie threw a french fry at him in response.

"Hey!" He laughed. He picked up the french fry and ate it.

"I can't believe you would call me weird. After I came here to keep you company."

"It's okay though. I like you even if you are weird."

"Aweeee.. Well it's okay. I like you even if you are a jerk." She teased.

He smiled. They fell into a comfortable silence as they finished their meals and watched the movie.

When they were done Lottie called down and asked for the trays to be picked up. A few minutes later there was another knock at the door. The service employee got their trays from Lottie and she gave him a tip.

After he left she closed the door and walked back over to the bed. She sat back down and once again leaned against the headboard.

"How's your eye?" She asked.

"It's okay. I think I'll make it."

"Well that's good to hear. I would miss you if you died."

"I'm honored." He chuckled.

"Can I get you anything?"

He reached over and grabbed her around the waist, pulling her closer to his side. She squeaked in surrprise but didn't object once she realized what he was doing. "Nope, I'm good now."

She smiled and shook her head. She couldn't help herself. She found him completely adorable.

She leaned against him and watched the movie, leaning her head against his chest where he had his arm wrapped around her. It wasn't long before her eyes began to get heavy. She tried to fight off the tiredness but it didn't take long for her to fall asleep.

He switched off the movie when it ended, "So what did you think?"

He smiled when he realized she had fallen asleep.

He switched off the TV and the bedside lamp. Then he carefully adjusted his position so he didn't wake her and he could wrap his arms around her waist.

He placed a gentle kiss to her forehead before he, too, drifted off to sleep.

Changed into her 'Motorhead' band sleeveless crop top, rip off denim shorts, and black platform shoes, and makeup free with her short black hair down in their natural waves, Cami knocked on Kenny's motel room door.

He texted her his motel room number for when she decided to go up to his room. He opened the door, in nothing but a pair of gym shorts.

"What is it with you being shirtless all the time? I know you have an amazing body, but damn…" Cami entered his motel room.

"I am not shirtless all the time." He shut the door. He went back to the bed and plopped down on the side near the door.

"Okay, at least ninety-nine percent of the time. Cami kicked off her shoes, and plopped down on the farthest side of the bed. She crossed her legs when she was settled.

"Lately, it's been because it's hot as fuck. I can't stand the heat. "

"I didn't know fuck could be hot," Cami teased.

"Whenever we do that it is."

Cami immediately felt her cheeks go hot. She had no response to that. "...anyways, what are you planning on ordering?"

Kenny laughed at Cami changing the subject. "I'm planning on ordering the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a diet pepsi."

"I think I'll get the same thing."

"Copycatter."

"Maybe you just have good taste?"

Kenny smiled. "I'll call in our order."

"Thanks."

Kenny called the front desk, placing his and Cami's orders. He thanked them before hanging up the phone. "It'll be here shortly."

"Great. I'm starving."

"You want to set up Netflix and watch something from there?"

Cami nodded. "Sure."

"Is there any show you feel like watching?"

"I have been watching this show called Lucifer. I am addicted to it, but since it's your room, you can pick what to watch."

"It was your idea to hang out tonight. I'll let you decide."

"Okay. Lucifer," Cami decided.

"What is that about?"

"The Devil gets bored being the Lord of hell, so he relocates to Los Angeles. He forms this bond with a homicide detective."

"Sounds interesting."

"It is."

Kenny set up Netflix on the television. He put on Lucifer. As soon as he did that, their food arrived. Kenny left the tip and brought their food to the bed.

"Thanks for leaving the tip. I'll pay you back."

Kenny put up a hand to stop her. "No need for that."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive."

"Okay. Thank you." Cami dropped the subject. She grabbed her chicken sandwich and took a big bite out of it. "Mmmm…" she muttered when the sandwich made it inside her body.

"This is pretty good." Kenny took a bite out of his sandwich too, satisfied with how it turned out.

"This was a good decision."

"Thanks." Kenny smiled. He and Cami ate their food in a companionable silence while watching an episode of Lucifer.

"Are you planning on adding anything else to your collection?" Kenny and Cami were laid down in the bed. They were making general conversation.

"I really want to try making lip balms. I love lip products."

"That's cool. I bet you would be good at that."

"Thank you," Cami smiled. "What are your aspirations for the women's division?"

"I want to try to have the most diverse women's roster in the world. I want to introduce more joshi, but I also want to have interesting characters the fans can get behind."

"You've got it all figured out."

"I know that it's not all going to happen overnight, but in due time, AEW will have the best women's division."

"You're totally unbiased, aren't you?" Cami laughed.

Kenny laughed too. "Totally."

"I know you're working your ass off."

"I am," Kenny nodded. The current episode of Lucifer that was streaming was ending and they didn't even watch it. "We completely missed that episode."

Cami laughed. "It's okay. I can always rewatch it."

"What other shows are you into?"

"I really like crime drama - Chicago PD, Bones, Law&Order:SVU, and Criminal minds are my favorites."

"Nice. I like drama shows."

"I picture you more as an anime guy."

"I love anime, but I like other stuff besides that."

"That's cool. I would've thought you would watch nothing else but anime."

"Never judge a book by it's cover."

"You're right." Cami let out a yawn.

"Someone's sleepy."

"Yeah, it's been a long day."

"You can always stay here if you want."

"I appreciate the offer but whenever we finish this upcoming episode, I will head back to my room."

The episode started. Ten minutes into the episode, Kenny noticed how quiet Cami was being. When he looked over at her, she was out cold.

He laughed to himself. He turned off Lucifer, put the comforter higher over her body, and then watched something else on television until he fell asleep beside her.
