"Amy and I had a great time celebrating our first Halloween as a couple a few months ago, and it really helped us to become even closer with each other. In fact, we have become so close that Amy has invited me to spend Christmas together with her parents at their place this year. I'm honestly a bit nervous to be meeting Amy's parents, but I won't let Amy down now that she trusts me enough to introduce me to her parents." Silver narrated before the camera panned down on him walking over to Amy's parents' house dressed in a black two piece suit with a white dress shirt and a black tie along with black dress shoes, nervously smiling to himself.

"Man, I'm really happy that Amy trusts me enough that she wants to introduce me to her parents for Christmas, but at the same time, I'm also a bit nervous about it...I hope that I won't come off as too dorky in front of Amy's parents or that I do or say something at the wrong time and in the wrong place...But maybe I'm overthinking things a bit...I'm sure that everything will be alright..." Silver thought to himself as he saw Amy's parents' house come into view, and the ivory hedgehog rang the doorbell.

After a few seconds, Amy proceeded to open the door, and the pink hedgehog was wearing a sleeveless black dress along with black velvet gloves and black ankle boots and a black hairband in her hair. "Hi, Silver! I'm so glad you could make it here for Christmas! Come on in, you must be freezing!" Amy beamed as she let her boyfriend inside and closed the door behind him.

Silver chuckled. "Hey, Amy. I'm glad I could make it for Christmas myself. I appreciate you giving me your parents' address too, I'm sure I would've gotten lost if it weren't for the address, even with my psychokinetic powers." He replied with a dorky grin.

"All good, Silver! My parents are currently busy in the kitchen, so how about we talk things up a bit before dinner?" Amy asked the ivory hedgehog as she guided him towards the living room and sat down on the couch with him.

"I'd love to." Silver smiled as he sat down with Amy. "So, how have you been holding up since we last saw each other?" He asked the pink hedgehog.

"Very good! I've been spending a bit of time with Cream and Big, and Cream has recently gotten together with Charmy from Team Chaotix, so we've got another couple blossoming these holidays!" Amy beamed as she folded her hands together.

Silver smiled some more as he heard that. "Good! Glad that Charmy and Cream have found love for each other! And what about Big? Has he managed to find himself a significant other yet?" He asked Amy curiously.

"Not yet, as he still needs some time to learn about the concept of romance, but once he does, I'm sure he'll find himself a significant other before long, because who wouldn't love a sweet and lovable goof like him?" Amy replied with a smile of her own.

Silver nodded at that with a smile. "Yeah, I'm sure that he'll find his lover sooner or later. Everyone finds their lover sooner or later." The ivory hedgehog agreed with his girlfriend's words. The two hedgehogs continued talking it up for another 30 minutes before Amy's parents emerged from the kitchen together with the Christmas dinner, and Amy and Silver got up from the couch to help with setting the Christmas dinner out on the table.

Once the table was set, Amy proceeded to introduce Silver to her parents. "Mom, dad, this is Silver, my boyfriend. He comes from the future and settled down in the present day once his jouney through time was over. Silver, these are my mom Miranda and my dad Justin. They've been there for me so much in my life, especially during the time when I was heartbroken over Sonic and Blaze." The pink hedgehog introduced both parties to each other.

Silver smiled as he shook Amy's parents' hands. "It's an honor to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Rose." He told Amy's parents in a kind tone of voice.

"The feeling is mutual, dear. Amy has been telling us so many stories about how happy you've been making her since you two got together in May." Miranda told Silver with a typical motherly smile.

"Yeah, you are a boy I can trust my daughter with to settle down and have a family." Justin chimed in with a kind smile as Amy and Silver both blushed at the thought of having a family in the future. Miranda giggled and playfully pushed her husband's shoulder.

"Don't mind my husband, dear. You and Amy are free to start a family whenever you're ready." Miranda informed Silver, who smiled and nodded at her words.

"Well, with that out of the way, how about we get to eating?" Amy suggested with a smile as the four hedgehogs sat down at the table and began to eat. As they were having dinner, the hedgehogs were conversing about all kinds of matters, from how Amy's parents had been spending their time since Amy and Silver became a couple, what the latest things their neighbors had been saying were, how Amy's grandmother had gotten word of Amy and Silver becoming a couple and how proud she was of Amy, that kind of stuff.

Eventually, Christmas dinner was finished, and Amy and Silver had gathered in the living room together with Amy's parents to watch a Christmas movie together. The family enjoyed their time together at the telly, and by the time the movie was finished, Amy and Silver had fallen asleep, and Silver held Amy in his arms as the two hedgehogs slept.

Miranda couldn't help but smile at the sight. "Awwww, isn't that sweet, honey? Amy truly is happy with Silver, and he's truly happy with her." She asked her husband as she turned to him.

Justin smiled and nodded in agreement. "That they are, darling. That they are. After that Sonic boy broke Amy's heart back in February by getting together with another girl, I was just as upset as Amy was, but I'm glad she was able to find herself a way better boy who gives her so much more attention and love than that Sonic boy." He replied.

"Indeed. But even though Sonic and Amy didn't really hit it off as a couple, they at least hit it off as friends, so they're not really on hostile terms with one another." Miranda pointed out as Justin nodded once more.

"Yeah...I did have to get used to Amy still being friends with that Sonic boy after he broke her heart, but Amy really helped me warm up to the idea." Justin agreed.

"Mhm! And now we know that Silver would never dare to hurt Amy like that, so you don't need to worry about Amy's emotional well being so much anymore!" Miranda smiled and nodded back.

Justin chuckled at that. "I'm glad I married such a smart and supportive woman." He replied as he put his left arm around Miranda's neck.

"Awwww, thanks, honey!" Miranda beamed as she kissed her husband's cheek, causing him to blush and chuckle once more.
