The building was crumbling in decay it was a very unusual place to meet up and Kat could not help having an uneasy feeling about the whole situation however she had a job to do and she would do it. Picking up her remaining courage Kat charged at the door and knocked at the door and stood waiting patiently for the door to open.

Suddenly, the door swung open and a large angry man answered his eye burned with fire. "Yes can I help you?" He boomed.

"Please I'm lost can you help me?" Kat shaken asked.

"Sure little girl come on in" he smiled.

The man led Kat to a room where a few other people where waiting kat guess that these where the slayers that they needed to take down.

"Guys we have uninvited guest" the man explained before sitting down the one of the empty seats. "She says she is lost".

"Don't worry sweetheart we can help" A bright women smiled.

"Thank you" Kat shyly smiled back.

It was not long before the trio of vampires had interrupted the party there eyes glowed red fangs was blaring at the slayers this surprised the gathering party. Kat could not help but smirk she quickly ran towards Kyle ready to attack. "You are gullible slayers" kat giggled.

The slayers by now had grabbed a vast range of weapons such as garlic and wooden stakes and was getting in position to kill Kat and her friends.

"Get ready!" Jessica shouted. "Attack!".

Kat charged at the bright women who she had talked to before she knew she did not have to kill her just make her forget about the existence of Vampires. The women launched her stake towards Kat heart using her vampire strength Kat swings her hand to catch the women's arm and stake quickly Kat kicked the women's legs forcing her to the ground.
From the corner of Kat eyes she could see a full blown out fight she could not help but enjoyt his moment it took the pressures of home off her mind.

"Goodnight" kat smirked before kicking the women in the face knocking her straight out.

Quickly, Kat turn to see what the others where doing they seemed to be doing a good job of mind wiping the rest of the slayers. Kat raced over to Jessica's side she was fighting the scary looking man Kat had met earlier on he was armed with a couple of stakes and ultraviolet man threw a stake in the detection of Jessica knowing if the stake hit her she would become dust Kat ran in front pushing Jessica out of the way of the blow the stake hit grazing across Kat face making a gash on her face anger boiled through her veins causing a chain reaction a sudden surge of vampire power emerged from her a massive shock wave energy outburst causing everyone to fall to the floor.

"Enough!" Kat shouted. "Lets hurry up and mind wipe them and then get the hell out of here".she added before walking to the entrance to wait for her friends.

It did not take long before the rest of her friends had joined her there eyes gleaming in delight. "Well that was fun" Jessica smiled.

"Yes It seems that Kat is awaking her vampire a powers" Ally smiled.

The other nodded their heads while Kat was applying pressure on to her face to stop the blood.

"Did you see their faces it was so funny" Ally agreed.

"That's all fine but I'm thirsty" Kyle complained. "Lets go find somebody to bite".

"You guys go I'll see you tomorrow have fun" kat smiled at her friends.

"Are you sure?" Jessica asked.

"Yes I'll see you all tomorrow night" Kat giggled.

"At least let us walk back into town with you" Kyle protested.

"OK if it will stop you from worrying" Kat smiled at the four of them walked back towards the direction the town.

After Kat had said her final goodbyes for the night she took of in the direction of the school grounds she was determined to have a peaceful night walking and looking at the starso verhead it scared her to think that tomorrow she would be Undead.

At Garside grange Kat could not be bothered to sneak back in she also did not care about the telling off she would receive from her dad and brother. Kat made her way to the throne room she wanted to do some late reading and the best light was in the main room as it was the many candles which resided there which brightened up the dark atmosphere. Kat quickly made her way to the book case which was also in room to successfully get the book she needed unbeknown to her the count was lurking in the shadows waiting to tell her off. "Where have you been?" The count boomed.

"Out" kat replied rolling her eyes.

"First vladdy leaves a note then you decided to disappear" expressed The count.

"Good for Vlad it was time he stood up to you" Kat giggled before finding a comfortable spot on the sofa. "Where did he go?" Kat asked.

"To find that traitor Ingrid" he explained. "I don't know what I would do if i saw her again".

"I don't know why he bothers" Kat sighed clutching her arm.

It was that precise moment when Vlad bursts through the door carrying Ingrid followed by an unfamiliar blonde girl.

"Well, well, well. Look what the bat dragged in." The count remarked. " I told you not to bring her here!".

"Nice to see you too, Dad" Ingrid choked leaning on a nearby surface.

"So you found her then?" Kat quizzed looking up from her paper.

"Leave her alone." Vlad commanded. "She's sick".

"Put her out of her misery." The count smirked walking closing to Ingrid.

"You lay a fang on her " Vlad threatened standing in front of The count.

"Silence!" The count boomed.

"You can't tell me what to do anymore." Vlad smiled.

"You think you can defy me?" The count asked. " I am your father. Don't ever forget that!".

"Then what are you waiting for?" Quizzed Vlad. "Bite me."

The count slowly retreated to the shadows his hate for his oldest still fuelling his emotions.

"I'm sorry, OK? I had to save her. Vlad continued to explain. "She's family.

"Family she definitely does not know what that mean!" Kat shouted. "Family don't leave you to die and hurt you". She continued rising to her feet in fury.

"Come on she's our sister" Vlad protested.

"I don't care lets just say if she stick around she better stay away from me!" Kat fumed as she raced from the room to her bedroom.
