Two Chus and a Young Trainer

Chapter 1: The Transformation Begins
Today in the Johto region, two Trainers, Ash Ketchum and Goh were both exploring around the Ilex Forest together when then they ended up coming across a old friend of Ash's in an unexpected way. And by unexpected, I mean the boy upbeat Trainer bumped into the friend without thinking of it, startling the Honchkrow that was trailing behind her.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you like that," Ash apologized profusely.
"It's fine," she assured Ash as she dusted herself off. "I'm just glad none of my potions ended up breaking." As she looked up, she smiled upon seeing Ash and Pikachu. "Ah; Ash, Pikachu, it's nice to see you both again."
"Hi Lily, it's been a long time. How have you been?" Ash asked, while Goh walked up to Ash.
"Hey, Ash, you know this woman?" he questioned.
"Yeah. Goh, this is Lily, and she's a Poke-Witch that works on brewing potions that involve Pokemon," Ash explained. "Actually, last time the two of us met, she ended up turning me into a Pikachu."
"W-wait, hold up," Goh remarked in surprise. "You actually turned into a Pokemon?"
"Well, admittedly, it was by accident the last time," Lily explained. "My intent was to create a potion that would allow its drinker to better understand the mind of their Pokemon, but I misread part of the spell because of the page being smudged. At any rate, Ketchum, it's a good thing we bumped into each other, because I believe I managed to perfect the spell this time."
"Really? So... so I could turn into a Pikachu again for a day?" Ash asked, his face beaming with optimism.
"Actually, it would be more like a week, but I imagine you'd want to think it over first..." Lily clarified before Ash insisted to be able to take the potion immediately. "Question answered, I guess. Just promise me you'll be careful about this," Lily cautioned as Ash opened the vial and felt thick yellow smoke creep around his and Pikachu's bodies, which was strange, for sure. Suddenly, the human and his Pokemon fell asleep as Ash began shrinking and yellow fur grew all over his skin. Pikachu on the other hand grew slightly smaller and his fur became a lighter shade of yellow as his ears also changed shape into tiny diamond-like ears. Soon enough, a similar transformation happened to Ash as Goh and Lily watched the scene unfold in awe.
"Uh, I'm no expert on potion brewing or magic, but I don't think they're supposed to get that younger," Goh remarked as Lily was at a loss for words, reading over her book again. Soon the transformation ended as the both of them felt a small black tail grow out and the two now baby Pokemon woke up.
"Ash? Are you okay?" Lily asked.
"Y-yeah, tho' I doubt I'll evah get used to shrinking into a Pokemon," Ash replied, unaware of his new form and babyish lisp.
"Ash, you might wanna take a look at yourself," Goh added, holding out a mirror. Looking back wasn't a smiling ten year-old human boy with raven black hair and his signature hat, but a tiny Pichu with Ash's hairstyle clad in a ridiculously thick pamper. As expected, Ash gave a mortified scream of shock upon realizing what happened and as his Pokemon, Pikachu, waddled up as a Pichu in its own loaded diaper, giggling to himself.
"Wah! I-I'm a Pichu? I dun kno' if I should be enjoyin' how cute I is, or worried about bein' stuck in diapies?" Ash pondered out loud as Goh scooped Ash up and cuddled him.
"Well, this isn't quite what I expected," Lily admitted. "I'm going to check over my spellbook again, just to see if I missed anything in the preparations. I hope you don't mind watching over your friend while he's like this."
"Oh, no, I don't mind, ma'am," Goh responded as he tickled Ash's furry chest, getting a giggle out of the tiny mouse Pokemon. "I think we'll have plenty of fun together the next couple of days."
"Chu are a good friend, Goh," Ash sighed contentedly, but then plugged his nose with his paws and blushed as he felt that he had wet himself without knowing it!
"I honestly never expected that today would end with the thought of changing my friend's Pichu diapers," Goh sighed as he ruffled his hair with his other hand.
