The movie starts up with a movie company 'Rosebud' and a yellow flower blooming. Then smoke came into a dark background, and narration came on.
"Legend has it that it was written by the dark one's Necronomicon EX Mortes, Roughly translated book of the dead," said Narrator
The book comes on the screen with its face on the book, getting pulled by each book's end.
"Woah, that is a creepy book," said Ruby
"Blake, would you ever read that book?" said Yang
"Seeing how the narrator says the book of the dead, no Yang I would not," said Blake
Eyes on the book blink open and peer at us. Its mouth opens and emits a hideous scream and goes inside the mouth book to see a spinning vortex.
"Freaky," said Jaune
"The book served as a passageway to the evil world beyond." Various come to the screen laughing or making strange sounds "it had written long ago when the sea ran red with blood."
"Hardcore," said Nora
"Also disgusting," said Weiss
The screen shows a sea of blood and then to an open book being written "it was this blood that was used to ink the book" various drawings on the book "in the year 1300 A.D the book disappeared," then the book slam closed and flew away.
Then the title of the movie comes to screen like a smoke "Evil Dead 2,"
"Evil Dead 2? Are we supposed to watch the first movie?" said Ren
"I guess the first movie and this movie don't connect," said Pyrrha
Next, show something moving through the tunnel, and it turns out to be a car with a man and woman inside the vehicle. One was a pretty blonde woman, and the man was a handsome man with a bit of a long chin. The women hold a map.
"They look like a happy couple," said Ruby
"Seeing how this is a horror movie that won't last," said Yang
"So what's this place like?" said the woman
"Well, it's a little run-down... but, uh, it's right up in the mountains." said the man
"Are you sure it's deserted?"
"Oh yeah... I think so."
The woman giggles
"Yet they're still going to it," said Weiss
"Hey, maybe the place looks good," said Jaune
The car is then shown driving on a bridge with the wind blowing, and the couple arrives at the cabin.
"Or not," said Jaune
Then cut to the men playing the piano while the woman dances in the background like a ballerina in a football shirt and her underwear. (Yang covers Ruby eyes for that part) Then the man stops playing the piano and goes to the woman to kiss, but the woman's necklace stops the kiss.
"So what do you think, kid?" said the man
"I love it, Ash." said the woman as she and Ash finally kiss (the girls say aww) and stop. "I feel funny about being here. What if the people who own the place come home?"
"They're not gonna come back. Even if they do, we'll tell them the car broke down or something like that."
"With your car, they'd believe it."
"Hey, what do you say we have some champagne, hey baby?"
"Sure."
"After all, I'm a man, and you're a woman, at least last time I checked."
"God, that sounds cheesy," said Weiss
"ok."
Ash hummed a song that annoys the woman. Then Ash goes into another room to get the champagne but finds the Necronomicon and a tape recorder.
"Oh no," said Ruby
"Please don't let him read it," said Jaune
"Hey! There's a... There's a tape recorder here."
In the other room, the women start to change into other sets of clothes "see what's on it,"
"This is not going to end well," said Ren
Ash plays the tape
"This is Professor Raymond Knowby, Department of Ancient History, log entry number two. I believe I have made a significant find in the Castle of Candar. Having journeyed there with my wife Henrietta, my daughter Annie and Associate Professor Ed Getly."
Show a flashback of the professor, his wife and daughter, and the associate finding the book.
"Huh, never seen that place in Rement?" said Pyrrha
"We should look this up after we down," said Jaune
"It was in the rear chamber of the castle that we stumbled upon something remarkable. Morturom Demento, the "Book of the Dead." My wife and I brought the book to this cabin, where I could study it undisturbed. It was here that I began the translations. The book speaks of a spiritual presence."
Then he flashes back to the professor and his wife in the cabin, and the professor is still recording.
"A thing of evil that roams the forests and the dark bowers of man's domain. It is through the recitation of the book's passages that this dark spirit is given license to possess the living. Included here are the phonetic pronunciations of those passages."
"He shouldn't do that," said Ruby
"I got a bad feeling about this," said Nora
As the professor said in the passages, something comes toward the cabin, "Cunda astratta montoseeargrets gutt nos veratoos canda amantos canada." Then it crashes through the window of the woman, causing her to scream.
The team got a bit scared of that.
"What happened to her?" said Ruby as she ate popcorn
"Linda?" said Ash, then went into the room where Linda was and found shattered glass on the floor.
"Go find her, you fool," said Weiss getting scared
Ash searches for Linda in the woods and finds Linda, but she looks possessed and makes a maniacal cackling.
"Oh god, what happened to her?!" said Nora
"That laughter is creepy," said Jaune
"Look at those eyes and teeth," said Blake
Linda tries to attack him, but Ash uses a nearby shovel, cuts the woman's head off, and makes a makeshift grave for her.
"Did Ash just kill his girlfriend?" said Ruby
"I don't think that wasn't Linda anymore, Ruby," said Pyrrha
"Must be the evil the doctor talk about," said Blake
When the morning comes up, the evil force pushes Ash in the air, making hit tree branches and turn upside down a couple of times before landing on the ground. Then the evil force tries to possess Ash, but the sun forces the demon out of Ash, then he passes out.
"Seem like whatever evil that is in the forest do not like the sun," said Weiss
"So Ash is safe," said Yang
"For now,"
Ash wakes up and looks around for a moment. It's gone. The sun's driven it away. Yeah. For now. Gotta... Gotta blow out of here for now…"
Then Ash heard the evil forces talking to him, "Join us,"
Ash quickly gets up from the ground, runs back to the cabin, and goes to his car. He gets and tries to escape, but unfortunately, the evil forces bending the bridge apart, making Ash escape attempt to cut off, and Ash gets out of the car.
"How the hell can that evil do that to a bridge!" said Nora
"It must be very powerful," said Ren
"Ah. Oh. Oh, God. No. Oh no. No... no... No!" Ash calms himself down. "Gotta, I gotta get a grip on myself here."
Then day turns to night ("that was fast," said Yang). The evil forces come and get Ash, and he gets back in the car and tries to drive away from the evil force, but he crashes a tree stamp and goes through the window, and land on the ground ("ouch that gotta hurt," said Jaune). Ash runs back to the cabin, but the evil force is still on his tail until Ash hides for a moment and the Evil force goes away.
Then at an airport, Annie steps out of the plan, and Ed comes to meet Annie, and they kiss for a moment and stop.
"Ah, the doctor daughter," said Yang
"I wonder what she is holding in her hands?" said Pyrrha
"How'd the expedition go?" said Ed
"Great. I found the pages of the Book of the Dead," said Annie
"Great more pages from that evil book," said Weiss
"I guess she doesn't know about her father reading the book," said Ren
"Again, why would anyone read that creepy thing," said Yang
"Yeah, I got your telegram. Thanks. So what condition are they in?" said Ed.
"Telegram, what's that?" said Ruby
"I have no idea," said Jaune
"Take a look." Annie hands the pages to Ed, and he looks at the pages
"They haven't aged a day in 3000 years,"
"Men, those pages are ancient," said Yang
"There are a couple of decade old," said Blake
"Maybe longer," said Annie
Ed hands the pages back to Annie. "When do we begin the translations?"
"Tonight. Is everything all set with my father?"
"They go over to a car and put Annie bags in the trunk of the car. Well, it should be, but I haven't spoken to him in a week. There's no phone in the cabin. We'll take my car; it'll take us about an hour to get there. Annie, you hinted in your telegram that your father was onto something in the first part of his translations. What has he found in the Book of the Dead?"
"Probably nothing. But just possibly, a doorway to another world?"
"Uh, so the evil in the forest must come from another world," said Jaune
"That could be it, Jaune," said Pyrrha
Back to the cabin, Ash woke from his hiding place from a strange noise, and then the piano started playing a song that Ash played for Linda. Ash takes out Linda's necklace and cries.
"God, this evil just love torturing Ash," said Yang
"That mess up," said Jaune
Until the evil force takes some wood off the window, Ash looks to see Possessed Linda coming out of the ground and dance with her body looking rotten.
This made teens feel a bit sick and disgusted.
"God, I think I need to go to the bathroom," said Jaune
"Same," Ruby
Suddenly Ash wakes up in his chair." Ahhhhhh Ehhh... yeah, just a…" said Ash.
"wasn't all in his head?" said Ren
"I don't know," said Weiss
"When did he even sit down," said Pyrrha
But then Linda Possess' head falls to Ash's lap (scaring the team). "Hello lover." and she bites Ash's hand.
"How did it get in the house!" said Nora
Ash tries to get the handoff of him by smacking her around the room until Ash came up with an idea, "workshed,"
"Workshed?" said both Ruby and Yang.
Ash heads to the workshed when he gets there; Ash puts Possess Linda's head in a clamp.
"Finally, he can kill that digesting head," said Weiss
"Even now, we have your darling Linda's soul. She suffers in torment," said Possess Linda
"You're going down," said Ash as he goes to get the chainsaw above the cabin, but it's gone. "Chainsaw?"
Then a possessed Linda's body comes at Ash with the chainsaw ("Holy crap!" said Yang), but Ash uses a crowbar to deflect the chainsaw and goes into the body and kills it. Ash grabs the chainsaw and goes near Linda's head, and it turns back to herself.
"Please Ash... please don't hurt me. You swore- you swore that we'd always be together. I love you." Linda pleading and crying
"Oh god, is that actually his girlfriend or not," said Jaune, who began to cover his eyes
Ash looked distorted and screamed, "noo!"
Possess Linda's head comes back "Yah! Your lover is mine, and now she burns in Hell."
Ash uses his chainsaw on the head, causing blood to spill all over the shed.
The team was shocked by the amount of blood, and half of them stopped eating their snake and popcorn.
"That was so much blood," said Ruby
"And Ash technically killed his girlfriend again," said Blake
"Men, he must be losing his mind right now," said Yang
Ash gets out of the cabin, traumatized. Ash goes back to the cabin and grabs the shotgun. Then he sees the chair moving on its own and then stops when Ash tries to clear his head and goes to the mirror.
"I'm fine... I'm fine,"
Then Mirrored Ash comes out of the mirror and grabs Ash. (that made teens jump in their seat) "I don't think so. We just cut up our girlfriend with a chainsaw. Does that sound fine?" Then he chuckles and grabs his neck.
Then Ash holds his neck, and Ash looks back to the mirror to check if it happens.
"This movie is getting crazier by the minute," said Yang
"What's going to happen to Ash now?" said Ruby
Then Ash's hand gets possessed by the evil forces and turns a purplish color.
"You bastards! You dirty bastards!" Ash grabs his possessed hand and slams on the ground. "Give me back my hand! Give me back my haaaaand!
"God, his hand is disgusting," said Weiss
"It must be the bite from Linda that cause the evil to be in his hand," said Blake
"I can't imagine having no control of my own hand," said Ren
Then Ed and Annie come near the wrecked and see a worker putting down road signs. Annie and Ed get out.
"Excuse me," said Annie, and the worker ignore, and Annie walked closer to him. "Excuse me. Is this the road to the Knowby cabin?"
"That's right. And you ain't going there." said the worker.
"I don't like the look of that guy," said Nora
"I know. Look at those teeth," said Ruby
"And why not?" the worker turns on his high beam on his truck to reveal the wrecked bridge."There must be another way in. There's gotta be another road or something."
"Sure ain't no road." The three turn to see a woman in a denim jacket. "Why the hell do you want to go up there for anyway?" the worker goes to her, "Huh?"
"None of your business," said Annie
"She right," said Weiss
"Hey! I just remembered. Why, yeah... that's right. There is a trail. You could uh, follow Bobby Joe and me." said the worker
"What type of name is that for a girl?" said Ruby
"Don't know," said Yang
"Sound alright to me," said Ed
"But, it'll cost you ya."
"How much," said Annie
"Forty fi… (nudge from Bobby Joe) Hundred bucks,"
"Tell ya what, you take my bags, and you got a deal,"
"Sure," and the worker laughs.
Back to Ash dealing with his possessed hand as it tries to fight the hand as it fights back by bashing his head plate and random objects until Ash falls to the ground. Ash possesses a hand, finds a meat cleaver on the ground, and tries to get it, but Ash stabs the hand (that made the teams jump back and squeamish) and then grabs the chainsaw.
"Ah. Ah. That's right. Who's laughing now? Who's laughing now?" Ash cuts off his own hand, blood covering his face (Yang covered Ruby's eyes, Jaune went to a trash can and threw up, Nora grabbed onto Ren, Weiss passed out, Pyrrha couldn't blink, and Blake try to think of something else to keep her mind off of Ash cutting his hand off)" Yahhhh! Ahhhh!"
