If you had wings to lift you and the Second Star your guide, you'd find a place where all the seasons flourish side by side. Yet past the Summer Meadow and beyond the Autumn Wood, lies an icy land of secrets, a world misunderstood. But if your mind is open and your heart just has to know, your wings can take you farther than you ever thought you'd go.This is Pixie Hollow. It's filled with fairys of all talents from all places come together. We have hiking, animal care, water skiing, and much more. My name is Hiccup. Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. It's not like I choose it. Queen elsa and Queen Clarion does i'm a tinker fairy Hiccup! What? I'm just-Maybe they should find it out themselves. That's why we're doing this, remember? Oh, right. Sorry."

Morning Hiccup!" tinkerbell yelled at me. I ended up jumping back and falling out of my chair.I must not have heard her the first time, or else she wouldn't have yelled at me. She was laughing as I got up. Believe it or not, this isn't the first time it's happened.

I believe it.What the- Let. Me. Tell. The. Story."Morning Tinkerbell, " I said to her, dusting myself off.

"Sorry. Whatcha working on?" She asked, now looking at my table. One would look at it and assume it was a mess, but- actually, it was a mess, even by Tinker fairy standards.

"Oh, you know. Just weaving baskets. Nothing else." But even as I say that, I know she doesn't believe me. Luckily, she doesn't question me and just turns to Clank and Bobble and Jamie and Fishlegs. As she finishes her conversation with them, I quickly hide my notebooks and sketches from view. Lately I've been working on a way to cover my wings and get over the Winter Woods border. It's time for winter on the Mainland, and I wanna see the winter fairies work. I know it's forbidden, but I can't help it. Everytime I pass the woods, I feel like I need to go there.

"I can't believe we make the baskets but don't get to take them to the winter fairies. I mean, wouldn't you want to go into the Winter Woods?" Tinkerbell's question had my head shooting up. Clank and Bobble gasped and Jamie and Fishlegs eyes widening in shock understandably.

"Oh, we wouldn't last a day in the cold, " Bobble dismissed her.

"Besides, I'm afraid of glaciers, " Clank chimed in.

"Glaciers?" Tink and I ask at the same time.

"They're known for their stealth."

"He's never actually seen one, " Fishlegs said as he rolled his eyes.

"You never do!" I rolled my eyes as I finished hiding my stuff. A good thing too, as the horn sounds and Fairy Mary and Gobber comes over.

"The snowy owls!" She shouted out. Everything went still as we all looked up to see the snowy owls. They were beautiful in this light. I wish I could see them against the snow. "Places, everyone!" Gobbler yelled out before turning to Clank and Bobble and Jamie and Fishlegs "Clank, Bobble, jamie and Fishlegs get that basket up." And she flew off.

"Right! Got it, Fairy Mary and Gobber!" Clank yelled as he and Bobble tried to untangle their hands from the basket.

"Start the pulley!" I stare at the snowy owls, transfixed as they grab each basket once they reach the top of the delivery tower, graceful and strong. A quick glance at Tink and I know she's doing the same. Excitement flooded my veins. How would I be able to get in one of those baskets? That was the only way I would be able to get to the woods. "Ooh! Newcomer!" I watch the young owl as he picks up the basket. I tense as he loses his speed and stumbles.

But, after a moment he regains his composer and I breath a sigh of relief. I continue to stare for a few more seconds. But, Fairy Mary's voice breaks my trance. "The final shipment order!" I don't hear the rest.Final shipment order.I only have till tomorrow or else I have to wait an entire season. I'm not sure I could handle it.

"There's a whole other world over there, " Tink says, low enough only I can hear.

"I know," Is all I can manage to say. We continue to stare at the horizon until a familiar voice breaks our trance.

"Look out!" Fawn calls as she chases a bunny through the depot. I rush to help her, only for Kristoff get there. "Run away bunny!" The bunny knocks over multiple work places before he able to get in front of it. o put out his left hand and spread his fingers out so my palm is exposed. The bunny stops, states at his hand for a second, then closes his eyes and leans in. Ihefeel his fur on his hand for a second before Fawn and home over, glad the bunny is calm. But the happiness is short lived. then i said "Kristoff, goodwork christopher"

" it's kristoff fawn, why do you always get my name wrong?" he ask with a deadpanned. The bunny copies his movements

"You're taking the animals today?" She asks, that familiar gleam in her eyes.

"Trying to. It's time for them to cross the border, but this little guy is a handful. Which is why I need your help, Hiccup. You're the only one that can keep them calm."

"Hey, what if I help?" Fawn agreed, so we set off. The bunny tried to get away again, but Tink lassoed him. A short while later, we were racing through the Autumn Forest with the animals. Fawn and I were guiding several weasels, a few bunnies, and a marmot. Tink was trying to steer the youngest bunny by using her tinkered lasso as a leash. But, the rabbit was so fast that she kept moving along behind it instead. "Slow down! Slow down!" She begged the bunny.

"Need some help?" I asked. "I can calm him down-"

"Nope. Doing fine." But the bunny pulled again, and I knew it was her pride that made her say no. I couldn't help but laugh.

"That lasso really is handy, " Kristoff pointed out.

"Yeah," Tink strained. "Heel, Hoppy, heel! Slow down!" I laughed again, Fawn and kristoff joining me.

Tink and I had just settled her bunny down when she stopped and stared. I follow her gaze and we both gasp. It was amazing! A wide chasm separated the two seasons, and a thin curtain of soft, shimmering snow fell down the center, marking the divide. Down at the bottom of the trench, a rushing stream babbled on the autumn side. But once it reached the winter side, the water froze solid. A long bridge connected the two seasons. Half of it was a log, and the other half was ice. I've never seen anything like it. I can tell Tink was thinking the same. Suddenly, something moved in the trees, faster than a Fast Flying fairy. I stare for a minute more, but nothing else moves.Trick of the light,I tell myself.

"Wow." I breath, not taking my eyes off the wood.

"Oh, don't scared, little fellow. We'll let the weasels go first, " Kristoff said, bringing our attention to the animals again.

"Come on. Come on, " Tink strained. "Come on! So, how far do we take the animals in?"

"Yeah, how far do we get to go?" I ask, helping herd the weasels. Fawn and kristoff looked at us like we were crazy.

"Uh, guys, we don't cross the border, " She told us like it was common knowledge. Probably was.

"Huh?" Tink asked for me.

"We just help the animals cross." I frowned.

"I thought animal fairies got to cross with the animals, " I say, stopping a weasel from running away.

"Hic, it's freezing over there. Besides, no warm fairies are allowed in the Winter Woods. Just like winter fairies aren't allowed over here."

"Who made up that rule?" Tink asked.

"I think it was the Lord and Lady of Winter, " Fawn said.

"Winter has a Lord and a Lady?" Fawn ignored her and turned to the weasels.

"Alright, you guys ready?" The weasels lined up in front of the border. One by one, they crossed, their coats turning white when they hit the snow.

"Wow." Tink beat me to saying it this time.

"Pretty great, huh?" Kristoff asked us.

"It's incredible," I said, landing next to Tink.

"They get their winter coats to protect them from the cold." She chuckled before turning to the bunnies. "Your turn. Go on," Kristoff ushered them. Three of the baby bunnies hopped up to the bridge. They bounded over the border and their fur also quickly transformed from brown into brilliant white.Amazing."Go on, now. Follow your brothers, " he said to the last one. His ears perked up as he said that. Evidently, he wasn't scared since the other animals went through. The bunny hopped to the edge of the bridge and stretched out his ears until they just reached across the border and the tips of his ears turned white. Then he spun around and wiggled his tail on the winter side and it turned white. I laughed at him. The bunny put his nose in there and it turned white as he did. After a quick glance to us, he finally hopped all the way into winter.

"Bye-bye!" Tink called to him and floated closer to the boarder. What was it like over there?I wondered as I did the same.Had any fairy ever tried to cross?

"All right, big guy." Kristoff turned to the marmot and gasped. I was too transfixed to care at the moment. I was watching the tree line and-There!There it was again. That thing ruffled the trees again moving faster than anything I've ever seen before. "No hibernating yet. You do that in winter!" Fawns voice was a far off thing. Tink and I we're scanning the crisp, white snow that stretched far out on the other side of the border. It shimmered and sparkled in the winter sunlight. Tink apparently couldn't help it. And neither could I. Doing what the bunny had done, she reached her hand over the border and quickly drew it back.

"Oh..." I muttered. I glanced over my shoulder to see if Fawn and kristoff was watching. Thankfully, the sleepy marmot distracted her. Now was my chance. Gaining confidence, I leaned over the border and stuck my nose across. "Oooh," I shivered, the cold air tingling my nose. But it didn't hurt. It actually felt nice. Tink looked back at Fawn as I drew back, took a deep breath, and jumped. She jumped! "Tinkerbell!" I whisper-shouted. She didn't listen. I had no choice but to run after her.

Though the minute I stepped over, the frosty air surrounded me. We both shivered. But the snow was magnificent! Tiny flakes swirled everywhere, glistening like pixie dust. Tink opened her mouth and let one land right on her tongue. I let one fall in my cupped hands. It was deliciously cold. Tink looked around as if she could hear something I couldn't. Then, something weird happened with her wings. They lit up, so bright that I could see every detail.

"Hiccup!" Kristoff yelled as se grabbed me and pulled me back to the warm side. I never realized how warm it actually was over here. "Tink!" Tinkerbell was to far out for Fawn to grab like I was. I was still staring at the woods as Fawn and kristoff left to grab something to help. Tinkerbell had a rope around her waist not a second later and was back on this side.

"What?" She asked, still staring at her wings.

"I told you two we weren't allowed to cross. What were you thinking?" She gasped. "Your wings!" I finally torn my eyes from the forest and looked at my wings. They were frozen and now that I was back to reality, I realized I couldn't feel them. That's not good.

"I know, they were sparkling, " Tink answered, still staring.

"They're freezing! You need to get to a healer."

Tink and I were sitting on a table with a firefly lamp shining down on our wings. They decided to put us together, since they didn't have many lamps. Not many people try and cross. A healing-talent fairy was studying our wings closely while Fawn and kristoff stood off to the side. Our friends, Rapunzel, Astrid, Cassandra, Merida, Rosetta, Silvermist, and Iridessa came bursting in a few minutes after we arrived.

"We got here as quick as we could, " Raps said, looking me over for any sign of hurt.

"We did have to stop at reception, " Sil pointed out.

"Did you really cross?" Dessa asked, clearly bursting at the seems to know. I was touched that they dropped everything and came to see us. I let them know with a smile, since the healing fairy shushed them. But it seemed Dessa couldn't wait to find out. The "Well, did you?" Earned them another shushing. The healing fairy made the light brighter and moved her magnifying glass over mine and Tink's wings. Just then, Vidia and Maris sped into the room.

"Whoa," Vidi murmured, earning a shush from the rest of our friends. I bit the inside of my cheek to keep from laughing. Finally, the healing fairy backed up.

"Okay. You're all warmed up. Let's test your wings. Ladies first, " She said as Tink straightened. "Open. Close." Tink did as asked. "Try a little flap." Tink did. "And a flutter, can you give me one?" Tink passed everything, so the fairy moved over to me. She had me do everything Tink did. I passed as well. "Okay. Well, I don't see anything unusual. Your wings appears to be fine." Everyone sighed.

"What about the sparkling?" Tink asked her. The fairy shrugged.

"It must have been the light reflecting off the snow. " Tink tried to protest, but the healer shut her down. "You two should have never crossed the border. Winter is too cold for our warm fairy wings. Now, to be safe, I want you two to take two sunflower seeds and come back if there is any problem."

"Thanks, " Rapunzel said to the fairy before leading us out. It was clear everyone was relived and, if I knew my Fawn faces, Tink and I were about to get chewed out.

"We were so worried about you two, " Sil said before Fawn cut off the full conversation.

"Oh! You are so lucky nothing happened to your wings, " She steamed. I took a step back.

"Can you imagine?" Ro asked. Tink looked at them in disbelief.

"But something did happen. They sparkled!" Tink pushed.

"But you heard her," Dessa chimed. "It was just the light reflecting off the snow."

"No, it wasn't. They actually lit up. It was brighter than a thousand fireflies. You saw it. Didn't you, guys?" Fawn and kristoff shook their head.

"No."

"I did, " I said. They looked at me like I was crazy. Tink smiled. "It didn't look like light reflecting off the snow. It was brighter."

"But wings don't just light up like that, " Merida said. The others nodded and I sighed.Of course.I could tell Tinkerbell was upset.

"You don't believe me?" They all muttered their own versions of no. "Look guys, it happened. It felt like... Like... "

"Like what?" Sil asked.

"Like the Winter Woods was calling you, " I finished for her. Tink turned to me and smiled. In that instant, she knew I felt the same.

"Exactly, " She said to me. Rosetta chuckled for a second before whispering to get the doctor. Tink sighed and flew off. I said goodbye before I flew off. It didn't matter what they said. There was no way the Winter Woods was as dangerous as they said. I was still going. And it had to be tomorrow.
