BGM-Spider-Man Unlimited (Game) OST-Main Title

Spider-Man: Look out! It's your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! City was in trouble, as usual. There was a little accident in the SHIELD Helicarrier that freed Iron Queen and infected several thugs with the Extremis Virus. Luckily, I was around to stop her and cure the goons. And I suppose Sonic helped a little. What's that about Flash? He lost his legs?! Aw man, hope he's doing okay.

Issue 2: Flashpoint

Flash's Apartment (Few weeks later)

A few weeks have passed since the battle against Iron Queen. The city is enjoying some peace and everyone is happy. Well, almost everyone. Flash Thompson sits somberly on a wheelchair, having lost his legs after saving civilians during Iron Queen's attack. He looks out the window of his apartment, silently watching the adults walking around and kids playing with each other on the sidewalk, which depresses him a little. He then hears a knock on his door and shouts, "Coming!" before rolling his wheelchair towards the door, passing by several picture frames of him with legs and posing with friends like Peter, Liz, and Harry and family like his sister, Jesse, and his mother, Rosie.

Flash opens the door, revealing his girlfriend Weiss standing on the other side and holding a bag. "Hey beautiful." He greeted with a smile.

Weiss smiles before hugging him, "Hey Flash. How are you feeling this morning?"

"Fine, now that you're here." Flash says as they finish hugging. He lets her inside his apartment while noticing the bag she's holding, "What's in the bag?"

The heiress smiles excitedly while taking out one long white box, "You'll love this." She sets it on the coffee table in front of Flash, revealing the Kingdom of Solkaria symbol. He looks at it and doesn't move. "Come on, open it." Weiss encourages him.

Flash lifts the lid off the box to reveal robotic legs, much to his shock and surprise, "This is for me?"

Weiss happily nods, "Yup. Brand new, state of the art Solkarian tech. General Ironwood had Doctor Polendina working on them after he heard about the…accident." She briefly frowns, "He wanted me to tell you that you fought admirably during the Superior Empire War, and is proud of the sacrifice you made a few weeks ago. You should be too." She said sincerely.

"And I thought receiving a Medal of Honor was an…honor. Thanks." Flash replied with a grateful smile.

"You're welcome. Take them with you. You can try them out when we meet with your rehabilitation trainer." Weiss grabs the handle grips of his wheelchair and escorts him out of his apartment.

BGM-Sonic Adventure OST-Welcome to Station Square

The huntress heiress places her boyfriend in the passenger seat of her car, the Glacial Torrent. She sits in the driver's seat before driving through the streets of the city. "So how's everyone doing these days?" Flash asks her about the status of his friends.

"Fine. Everyone has been worried about you when they heard the news. We're all happy that you got over the stages of grief, even though you went through them backwards." Weiss replied.

"And what about my dad? And your dad? Is he okay that you're dating a cripple?" Flash asked.

Weiss scowls, "Oh who cares what our fathers think! My father's stubborn, and your's an alcoholic. What you did to save those people was brave. Stupid and reckless, but brave. And I love you for that." She smiles at him, proud of her brave boyfriend.

"I'm not a huntsman or a superhero, but I'm still a soldier that'll do anything to protect his country, even if it means making the ultimate sacrifice. Spider-Man taught me that lesson." Flash stated.

"And I'm sure he's proud to know by how much you've grown over the years, from a school bully to a respected soldier." Weiss responded.

The couple drove to The Bronx, where Weiss parks the car at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. She helps Flash onto his wheelchair and escorts him into the building to meet with his physical therapist. "I should stress again; I HATE your therapist." Weiss stated.

"It's not my fault. Harry and Peter found her." Flash remarks while entering the gym.

"Still jealous I dated Eugene before you, Schnee?" quipped a beautiful woman with long black hair waiting for them in the gym.

Weiss scowls, lowly growling while glaring at the woman, "Sha Shan…" She recognizes her as Flash's ex-girlfriend and physical therapist.

"Weiss…" Sha Shan exchanges a scowling glare at the heiress.

Feeling the tension between his love interests, Flash lets out a fake cough before nervously saying, "Okay, um, can we get started on my therapy session already?"

"If you're in a rush to cheat on Weiss like you did with me." Sha Shan joked smirkingly.

"If he does, I'm turning BOTH of you into ice sculptures." Weiss quipped coldly, which causes Flash to gulp in fear.

The crippled soldier tries out his new prosthetic legs and struggles to walk through a railed path with them. Sha Shan coaches him, "Come on, Eugene. You can do better than that. Put some WEIGHT on those prosthetics. Now."

"Yes, ma'am." Flash responded. He struggles with all of his might to stand on his prosthetics. He carefully takes a few steps forward, slow and steady, much to his happiness, "I'm doing it! I'm doing it!" Suddenly, he loses his grip and falls on his back, "Aw man…Wasn't even halfway there."

"We'll keep trying. Get up." Sha Shan replied, helping her ex-boyfriend back on his feet.

Weiss watches her boyfriend's therapy from the sidelines until she got a phone call. She takes out her Scroll and answers the call, "Hello? …Hi, Ruby. What's going on? …A mission with the team? What day? …Sorry. I don't think I'll make it. I have to be with Flash on that day. He's going to participate in a race for the handicapped. …Yeah. Thanks for understanding. I'll join you guys for the next mission. …Thanks. I'll see you later." She ends the call, completely unaware that Flash was listening to her conversation and sighing with guilt and regret.

The heiress then approaches her boyfriend and his therapist. "Sorry Flash, but I have to meet up with Peter and Lucina at the museum. We're checking out the new Lost Civilization Exhibit." She told him.

"That's okay. We're still going bowling with him and Yang this evening, right?" Flash asked.

"Yeah. I'll pick you up later." Weiss responded, before facing Sha Shan, "Sha, I don't like you, but I'm trusting you to watch Flash for me."

"You can count on me to keep him in line." Sha Shan replied honestly.

"Thank you. Stay safe, Flash." Weiss told him.

"I will. See you later." Flash replied, struggling to stand on his prosthetics while a worried Weiss leaves him to his exercises.

Metropolitan Museum of Art

BGM-Mega Man Star Force 2 OST-Wilshire Hills

Peter and his interdimensional classmate, Princess Lucina, are standing near the entrance to one of the world's largest and finest art museums waiting for Weiss. Standing alongside them is their two-tailed fox friend, Tails, who was the first to spot the heiress approaching them. "I see her! Hi Weiss!" Tails happily greets her with a wave.

"Tails? Didn't know you were joining us. Interested in the Lost Civilization exhibit too?" Weiss questioned the mobian fox.

Tails nods happily, "Yeah. Been looking forward to checking it out when I saw the commercials. I heard this civilization was scientifically advanced and built some incredible technology for their time."

"Hope that's true. It'll make writing my science report so much easier." Peter quipped.

"And I'm interested in learning more of this world's history." Lucina smiled.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's head inside." Weiss said, leading the group into the museum.

"By the way, how's Flash holding up?" Peter asked the heiress.

"He's recovering. He's with Sha Shan now testing out the new prosthetics I got him." Weiss replied.

Peter says, "That's good to hear. I still feel pretty responsible for what happened to him. If I knew he was in the area when I was fighting Iron Queen-."

"STOP blaming yourself for everything." Weiss interrupted. "Flash made his choice. He KNEW the risks and still went through them to help people because of YOU. You shouldn't feel bad for inspiring other people to do the right thing." She told him.

"Guess you're right. And Flash has become MY inspiration. Can't believe I just said that." Peter quips with a surprised look on his face.

Inside the museum, the group joins a larger assembly as they are about to be given a tour of the new exhibit. "Well, hello there people! My name is Rose Rosemann, and I'll be your tour guide for today. It's nice to meet everyone. Shall we get started on the tour of the Lost Civilization? Follow me then." The woman introduced herself to the group.

The Tour Guide leads her guests to an exhibit that is displaying numerous artifacts and ancient relics from a legendary civilization. "Our first exhibit is the Lost Kingdom of Chronoa." She informs the group.

"What is the Kingdom of Chronoa?" Lucina asked the tour guide.

"It was a civilization that existed long ago. Presumably over 5,000 years ago. Their advanced science would put anything we have today to shame. And the civilization that lived there were called the Chronoans!" The Tour Guide said.

Peter lightly gasps with shock, "Their science was more advanced than ours? More advanced than even Wakanda's? I've never heard of them. I've never even learned about them from my professors."

"If Chronoa even existed at all is still a matter of serious debate. According to one theory, the Kingdom of Chronoa just disappeared off the face of the planet." The Tour Guide said.

"Wow…It all sounds like a big mystery." Tails remarks in amazement, then turns to Weiss asking, "Do you think this kingdom existed in Remnant before the Convergence?"

Weiss shakes her head, "As far as I'm aware, no. The Kingdom of Atlas was always the most famous for their advanced science."

"A kingdom like this doesn't exist in my world either." Lucina commented.

"There are many artifacts found around the world that are believed to have come from Chronoa. This is an exhibition of those artifacts. Please, take your time in looking them over." The Tour Guide gestured her guests to the artifacts with a smile.

The guests took their advice to heart and took their time looking at each artifact created by the Chronoans. Weiss looks at an ancient handheld gun that's described to create cyclones. Lucina checks out a stone tablet with an inscription that is thought to be a symbol used by the Chronoa people in their writing system. Tails has a keen interest in a blue and yellow aircraft that distinctly reminds him of the Tornado. Meanwhile, Peter is snapping pictures of every other interesting artifact in the exhibit.

"For an ancient civilization, the Chronoans were highly advanced. I can tell just by looking at these artifacts. They knew their tech. Hopefully they weren't using it irresponsibly." Peter commented, complimenting the ancient kingdom's technology.

"They weren't." The Tour Guide approaches Peter, "The Chronoans were a good-natured and noble race who strived for peace and the greater good. They were devoted to peacefully controlling the world's resources. And despite their advanced technology, they lived in perfect harmony in nature." She proclaimed.

"That's almost unheard of." Weiss commented.

"How did the Chronoans build such advanced tech?" Tails asked the guide.

The Guide explains, "Allegedly, a tribe of the first Chronoans used the corpse of an ancient beast that fell from the heavens to create their first weapons and equipment, but failed to fully understand their potential. They journeyed to Earth's End for answers and found a giant Celestial being, that left them with a Living Flame that gave them language and mysterious powers. With their newfound knowledge, the Chronoa created their prosperous civilization."

"I can imagine that with their powerful science that the Chronoans were the targets of many rivaling kingdoms." Lucina remarked.

The Guide nods, "Yes. Most notably when they were targeted by The High One, who seeked to covet their power for their own purposes."

"The High One. You mean En Sabah Nur…Apocalypse." Weiss remarked, as she is familiar with the immortal mutant, "I can imagine him wanting to steal the Chronoans' technology for world domination."

"Apocalypse waged a great war against the Chronoans. A majority of their race died in battle, and Apocalypse was only defeated when the remaining Chronoans pleaded to their Eternal Sun God, who then unleashed the Flames of Disaster upon the Eternal Pharaoh." The Guide said.

"The Flames of Disaster…Must've been terrifyingly powerful if it defeated Apocalypse." Peter commented solemnly.

"Now…Let's move on to the next exhibit. This is an exhibit of OOPArts, and it's the pride of the Museum." The Guide leads her guests towards a distinct display case in the museum.

Inside the display case is a long silver and golden metal blade consisting of several gear-like parts, a blue gem resembling a stopwatch within a gear acting as a pommel, and a small silver spike protruding from the top of a semi-gear. Peter's group stands before their Guide, as she stands near the OOPArt and prepares to talk about it.

"And this exhibit over here is the star of the Lost Civilization exhibit, the OOPArt." The Tour Guide proclaimed.

"OOPArt?" Lucina questioned.

"It stands for Out Of Place Artifact. It refers to artifacts that don't seem to belong to the place where they were found." Peter explained to the Ylisse Princess.

"Correct." The Guide smiled, "And the OOPArt in this exhibit…It is believed to have been made by the Chronoans. They called it 'The Chronoblade'." She gestured to the ancient sword.

"This is an OOPArt? It doesn't look that different from the other relics on display." Weiss commented.

The Guide says, "Ah, but this OOPArt contains a secret. When the composition of this artifact was analyzed…Our scientists here were unable to determine what it is made of. It's composed of something unknown to present-day science."

"Unknown to science? How can that be?" Peter questioned.

"When it was being analyzed, they found that it bears a striking resemblance to something Doctor Doom has in his possession. It has properties uncannily similar to that of a time machine!" The Guide stated, much to the shock of her guests.

"What!? The Chronoans had technology that can manipulate time itself?! All the way back in ancient times?" The shocked Peter reacted.

"I know that this is hard to believe, but the fact remains that this was dug up during an excavation. Scientists are still scratching their heads over this one." The Guide stated.

"Another mystery of life, isn't it?" Weiss remarked.

Tails took out his Miles Electric to personally analyze the OOPArt himself for answers. What he quickly learned about it surprised him like never before. "H-Hey, Peter! Look at the energy readings I'm picking up from the OOPArt!" He told his friend.

Peter looks at his handheld and gets surprised by the energy readings, "Whoooa! These energy readings are through the roof! This baby is running on quantum energy, on a scale that makes the Arc Reactor look like a triple A battery! And it's only over thousands of years old!"

"What exactly is this…thing?" Tails stares in awe at the mysterious Chronoblade.

"A powerful weapon that can manipulate time, and a dangerous tool of destruction in the wrong hands. How exactly was tech like this even POSSIBLE back then…?" Peter wondered deeply.

Later tonight, at Bowlmor Times Square…

BGM-Sonic Unleashed OST-Empire City (Night)

"STRIKE!" shouted Yang Parker, scoring a strike at the bowling alley while she and Peter are on a double date with Weiss and Flash. She jumps with joy, "Woohoo! Parkers in the lead! Let's see you beat us now, Weiss!" She taunts her friend.

"I am almost TEMPTED to embarrass you with my glyphs." Weiss smirks slyly while grabbing the next bowling ball.

"No powers, Ice Queen. Those are the rules." Peter quipped.

"And how do I know that you aren't breaking them with your 'Peter Tingle'?" The annoyed heiress points a finger at Peter, accusing him for secretly using his Spider-Sense to cheat.

"Peter Tingle?" Flash questioned with a curious expression on his face, while his girlfriend throws her ball at the pins.

Peter nervously lies, "I'm working on a…device that works like a handheld quantum computer that can predict possible outcomes. I don't have it with me. It's still in the prototype stages, 'cause I still have no idea how it works."

"So it's like a…Spider-Sense?" Flash guessed.

"Something like that, I suppose." Peter lied, getting more nervous.

"And you're calling it the Peter Tingle?" Flash chuckled.

"That's what Weiss calls it, and I hate that nickname." Peter quipped.

"I dunno…" Yang flirtatiously sits next to her husband and gives him a seductive shoulder hug, "I think it's the perfect nickname when you can sense that we're gonna be alone tonight." She flirted.

Peter chuckles, "I do look forward to THOSE kinds of tingles."

"Would you two stop being disgusting for one minute so Flash can win this game for us?" Weiss quips with an annoyed frown at the married couple, as its Flash's turn to bowl on his prosthetics.

"Aw, don't be jealous, unless you and Flash already had a 'special' tingle." Yang quipped.

An embarrassed Weiss blushes red, sternly looking away while folding her arms in annoyance, "That is NONE of your business!"

"Knowing Flash, those special tingles wouldn't last long." Peter joked.

"Very funny, Parker." Flash says sarcastically, grabbing a ball and glares at the pins across from him, "That's the encouragement I need to FLASH this victory to me and Weiss!" Just as he's about to throw the ball, he trips and falls to the ground since he's not used to his prosthetics, causing the ball to slowly roll down the lane and knocking down only one pin. He sighs frustratingly, "Damn it…We lost."

"Flash!" Weiss hurries to his side alongside the others to help him rise back onto his feet, "Don't feel bad. It was a good game regardless, and we all had fun." She said to comfort him.

"I guess…" Flash says somberly.

"Don't feel bad, man. You'll get used to those legs eventually. It took WEEKS for Yang to get used to her metal arm." Peter comforted him.

"Isn't that because it's made of vibranium?" Flash questioned.

Yang flexes her cybernetic arm, "Metal is still metal. You'll get the hang of those legs eventually. And remember, we're here for you if you need us." She said sincerely.

"Thanks guys." Flash said, seemingly feeling better. "Shall we get something to eat before calling it a night?"

Just then, Peter receives a crime alert on his cellphone that'll require him to suit up and stop the criminals, "Sorry. Gotta go. Need to take some pics for the Bugle. We can reschedule. Valentine's Day IS almost here."

"Alright. Just take some awesome pics of Spidey if you see 'im." Flash smiles, sharing a fist bump with his former victim.

"Will do. And you'll be the first to get the exclusives." Peter returns a smile to his former bully.

BGM End

After the double date, Peter and Yang went to do their own thing while Weiss drove Flash to his apartment in Brooklyn and personally escorts him and his wheelchair to his front door. "I can handle things from here, Weiss." Flash told her.

"You sure?" Weiss asks, worrying about him.

"Yeah. Thanks for everything today. I'm feeling a lot better." Flash grinned.

Weiss forms a little smile on her muzzle, "Okay, well, take care of yourself. Call me if you need anything."

"I will." Flash replied.

The heiress kisses him on the cheek before walking out of the building. Flash uses his key to unlock the door and rolls himself into his dark living room. He searches the wall for the light switch, and when he finds it, he turns it on. But to his shock, he learns that he's not alone in the apartment. Instead, he's accompanied by a mysterious man standing in the shadows and facing the open window. Flash quickly takes out a gun from his pocket and points it at the mysterious figure.

The mysterious figure then calmly speaks, "Eugene 'Flash' Thompson. Midtown High's star quarterback. Corporal in the United States Army. War hero in the Superior Empire War. AND, president of the Spider-Man Fan Club. It's on your FBI file, did you know that? Sacrificed your legs for the greater good. You are JUST the man that I've been looking for, Thompson."

"Who the hell are you?" Flash asked, still pointing his gun at the man who seems to know everything about him.

The mysterious figure promptly walks out of the shadows to reveal himself as, "Nick Fury, Director of SHIELD."

Utterly shocked by this unexpecting meeting with the legendary soldier himself, Flash slowly puts away his gun while his eyes widen and simply remarks with a, "…Huh."

"I'm here to talk to you about Project Rebirth 2.0." Fury said ominously, having plans for the crippled soldier.
