Sonic: I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog! Just after I helped Beast stop the Brood and gain another Chaos Emerald, Eggman Nega suddenly showed up! He robbed me of my two Emeralds and then disappeared. He has 3 and I have zero. He may have the advantage now, but I'll never give up! Heard he was retreating to New Vale to steal the OOPArt. Keep that thing safe, Spidey!

Issue 11: Doom of the Future

Manhattan, New Vale City

BGM-Spider-Man Unlimited (Game) OST-Gameplay B

"Where're we headed?" asked Miles, swinging alongside Peter through the city.

"To city hall to close another Time Rift! Lucina's already there. She called me about clues on Venom." Peter replied, as he's on the trail to find the new Venom, believing that he could lead him to Eggman Nega.

Miles looks down and notices scared civilians screaming and running away from something mysterious, "What the heck are they running away fr—Oh my god!" He lands on the street with Peter and confront a small army of undead soldiers from another timeline.

"The Risen?" Peter recognizes them as threats from Lucina's timeline, "Haven't fought these things in years. Doubt Lucina is thrilled if she's fighting these things again." He somersaults a Risen, defeating it before delivering multiple acrobatic slidekicks through a squadron of them.

"You two fought zombies?" Miles punches down a Risen, then swiftly avoids a slash of another's weapon and knocks it down with a webstrike.

"Zombies that follow an evil dragon from another world." Peter pulls himself forward using a web zipline, knocking down all zombies in his path. "And since they're zombies, don't feel bad killing 'em 'cause they're already dead." He then swiftly shoots a pair of webs behind himself, pulling up a chunk of earth and hurling it to kill a Risen Tactician.

Miles charges himself with electricity while in the middle of a crowd. He burst upwards, knocking the Risen into the air and knocking their lights out while they're electrocuted from his Venom Blast. Peter attempts a webstrike on a Deadlord but was swiftly knocked down by their lance. "Oof! You're a tough one!" Peter quipped.

BGM End

The Amazing Spider-Man lunges at the Deadlord again, but before he attacks them, it gets surrounded in a cyan aura and is smashed into an abandoned police car, much to Peter's surprise.

BGM-Team Sonic Racing OST-Team Ultimate: Silver

"Mind if I cut in?" Suddenly, Silver the Hedgehog appears next to the Spiders and psycho-kinetically pushes away the remaining Risen, killing them in the process.

"Silver! We HAD that, man!" Peter quips with a grin behind his mask.

"S-Sorry. I didn't mean to step on your toes." Silver apologizes sheepishly.

"It's cool. Glad you're here." Peter replied.

"Wait. This is Silver?" Miles points at the white hedgehog that he has never met before until now.

"Yup. Our favorite dorky psychic hedgehog from the future." Peter jokingly introduces the hedgehog to his protégé.

"Heeey. Who says I'm dorky?" Silver retorts, a tad annoyed by his joke.

"Sorry 'bout that, man. I'm Spider-Man from another dimension. Nice to meet you. Cool powers." Miles introduces himself, shaking hands with the time traveler.

"Thanks. You too." Silver happily accepts Miles as his new friend.

BGM-Spider-Man Unlimited OST-Subway

"I'm assuming you're back in the past to save the future again?" Peter asks the psychic hedgehog, as the three heroes head for city hall.

Silver uses his psychokinesis to fly alongside the web-swinging Spider-Men, "Yeah, because of these time distortions. They're affecting my era, causing things like dinosaurs and World War I biplanes to suddenly show up and wreck everything, damaging the space-time continuum. I pinpointed the source of the timestream anomaly to this point in the Heroic Age, so I'm here to fix it."

"Good, 'cause the guy ruining the timeline is your old sparring partner, Eggman Nega." Peter says, as he swingkicks himself into city hall and knock down the Risen that were attacking the building.

Silver gasps in utter surprise, "Eggman Nega?! I KNEW he had to be behind this! Where is he? What's he planning?"

"Trying to control all of time using the Chaos Emeralds and the Flames of Disaster." Peter says while pummeling Risen.

"Flames of Disaster…Why does that send an ODD chill down my spine?" Silver mutters, psychically throwing debris at the Risen while getting the feeling that he's encountered the Flames once before.

"Weird to get chills about a fire god." Peter quips while dodging a swing from a Risen Knight, then blasts them and several other zombies away with a Concussive Blast. "Anyways, Lucina's here and she might have clues on Nega's whereabouts." He informs the hedgehog.

"I see her!" Silver points to the interdimensional swordswoman up ahead, who is wielding her Falchion to protect civilians from an army of Risen. "HEY! Lucina!" He happily waves to get her attention.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Kingpin Henchmen (Red Suit)

Lucina smiles happily to see her friends coming to her rescue, "Silver! It is nice to see you again! And the Spider-Men! Thank the gods you are here! I need help to protect the mayor and the civilians from the Risen!" She says before quickly blocking the sword of a Risen Thief.

"Righto! Lookie to the Fallen, Risen!" Peter puns from the air, delivering a fast diving kick to knock a Risen Bow Knight off their horse. The amazing webslinger pulls a chunk of the earth with his webbing, then fiercely spins it around towards multiple Risen before smashing them together with two large web mallets. Silver paralyzes several Risen that was charging at him, allowing Lucina to kill each of them with a single fast swing from her sword.

Several Risen rush towards Mayor Stan Lee and the hostages but were quickly blocked by Miles, who immobilizes them with sticky webbing. "It's safe now! Get outta here!" Miles told the hostages.

Mayor Lee smiles, "Much appreciated, youngling. I'm glad there are TWO Spider-Men on the case to stop this time-bending catastrophe."

"You can count of us, Mr. Mayor. Now GO!" Miles shouts while assaulting the webbed zombies.

"Nuff said." Mayor Lee nods, as he escapes the building alongside the other civilians.

Meanwhile, there is just one Risen remaining, and it's being confronted by Amazing Spider-Man from one side, and Lucina from the other. Spidey shares a nod with Lucina before summoning the Chronoblade into his hand and dashes towards the Risen, just as Lucina does the same from her side with the Falchion. The Risen roars and stands helplessly, as it is quickly killed by a simultaneous slash from the swordsmen. The Risen roars again, this time as it dies and vanishes into smoke.

"Cool sword." Silver casually points out the OOPArt.

"Thanks. It was stolen by my ex." Peter quips while holding the relic.

"Wha?" Silver remarks with innocent confusion.

Lucina sheathes her sword, "Were the civilians escorted to safety?"

"Yeah." Miles nodded.

Lucina smiles in relief, "Thank you. The Risen was a nightmare that once plagued my world. Now they have returned in this world to do the same."

"Not for long. We just need to find the Time Rift that's spawning them and close it." Peter replied.

"That won't be enough! No matter how many Rifts we seal, more continue to appear. The only way to stop this madness is by stopping the source of these Rifts." Lucina remarked.

"Which is Eggman Nega." Peter said with a serious tone. "Lucina. You called and told me that you located Venom. Is that true?" He asked the princess.

Lucina nods with a serious look on her face, "Yes. While fighting one of the being that spawned from the Rifts, I spotted what appeared to be a 'Black Spider-Man' approaching City Hall. As I called you, I followed him here and found him against the Risen, fighting like a soldier wielding with guns and tendrils. But before I could confront him myself, I was forced to protect the mayor from other Risen."

Peter raises a curious eyebrow, "Guns? That's not very 'Venom-like'. And why was he fighting the Risen? Isn't he and Nega working together on this disaster? Where is he now?" He asked her.

"It wasn't that long ago when I spotted him. He should still be in the building." Lucina answered.

Silver glances ahead looking for anyone suspicious, until he seemingly spotted Agent Venom walking out of a corner. "I think that's him! OVER THERE!" Silver points at Venom, who was surprised and instantly became aware of the heroes.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Black Cat Chase

'Ah crap.' Agent Venom cursed in his head, before immediately swinging away through the building while being chased by Spider-Man's group.

"Slow down! We just wanna talk, ask you some questions, and then MAYBE punch your lights out!" Peter jokingly says while pursuing his revived nemesis.

Agent Venom doesn't listen, remaining silent while evading his pursuers. "He's not stopping!" Miles noted.

"And neither are we!" Silver retorted.

"We must remain vigilant! He is not slowing US down, so he may be leading us to a trap!" Lucina thinks.

Nearing a glass window, Agent Venom tosses down a smoke bomb, which explodes to cover his escape as he jumps through the window and turns on his camouflage ability outside. Soon after, Spidey's group jumps out of the window and coughs from the smoke that blinded them to Venom's escape route.

"Where did he go?! We were right behind him!" Silver frantically glances for any sign of the escaped symbiote.

Peter exasperates in annoyance, "He must've camouflaged himself."

"Like me?" Miles remarks, as he wasn't aware that symbiotes also have camouflage powers similar to his own.

"Yeah. And symbiotes are also invisible to my Spider-Sense, making them tricky to track down." Peter stated.

BGM-Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds OST-Theme of Dr. Doom

Strangely enough, both he and Miles feel that familiar tingling sensation in their heads. "You sure? 'Cause my Spider-Sense is warning me about somethin'." Miles quipped

Suddenly, the heroes were painfully electrocuted by a mysterious force from the sky and were blown away across the streets, landing near a Time Rift. They recovered and look to the sky, spotting a man wearing Doctor Doom Armor that is silver-colored but wears a blue cloak and has menacing red eyes. "Who DARED to summon Doom back to this primitive era?" Doom menacingly asked the heroes.

"I-Is that Doctor Doom? I can't believe it! I've only heard stories about him! We're being attacked by Doctor Doom. I'm both honored and very terrified." Miles remarks, both surprised and scared to be confronted by Doctor Doom.

"I recognize that Doom. He's from 2099!" Silver stated.

Peter sighs, "2099? You've gotta be-HOW is that possible?! How is Victor von Doom still alive in the FUTURE?! It must be a recolored Doombot or something."

"I assure you, insect, I AM Victor von Doom. Allow me to boast my legitimacy." Doom 2099 fires an extremely powerful mystic beam at Peter, smashing him into a building, "The sands of time have no control of me. Instead, they have been splattered across realities. Causing anomalies in space-time that are distorting my era. If the timeline is to be preserved, Doom is to take action by any means necessary." He boasts while slowly killing Amazing Spider-Man.

"Not like this!" Lucina shouted, prompting Silver to hurl debris at Doom, knocking him down and interrupting his attack on Peter. Lucina rushes with her blade in her hand to strike Doom, but he deflects her swings before blowing her away with a burst of destructive power.

"None shall touch President Doom!" Doom retorted.

"PRESIDENT Doctor Doom? Sounds so utterly ridiculous that it's fitting." Miles quips while dodging his blasts, then counters with a punch, a roundhouse kick, a backflip kick, and then a double dose of Venom Blast.

"Insolent child." Doom warps to Miles' blindspot and blast him away.

Suddenly, Doom gets knocked away in the back by a recovered Peter, "You're probably a better president than Donald Trump at least, not by much, but you're still getting impeached." He stuns him with electric webbing before using the OOPArt to uppercut him to the sky near Silver, "Silver, next time you visit 2099, tell Miguel to not vote for Doom and pick someone related to Reed Richards."

"I'll keep that in mind!" Silver telekinetically slams Doom to the ground before burying him with large chunks of debris. But after a quick moment, the debris rumbles and gets obliterated from beneath, ensuing a smokescreen. Through the smoke, Doom blasts Silver with a mystical beam, burning his energy and absorbing it for himself as the smoke disappears.

"Your strength is mine!" Doom sears Silver's flesh with a painful blast of conjured lightning, knocking him out of the sky as he lies on the ground and left nearly unconscious.

"Getting weak in your old age, Doomsie?" Peter zips at Doom, who prepares to blast him for the insult. With the OOPArt, Peter dashes through his blast and appears behind him.

"What trick is this?" A confused Doom asks, as he turns around and attempts to blast Peter, who jumps over his attack.

"Not a magic trick, that's for sure." Peter webs his face, blinding him as Lucina rushes forward and sends him flying with a single, powerful blow. As he touches the ground, Doom skids backwards and rapidly fire bolts of magic at Peter and Lucina, both who are doing their best to avoid his attack.

Peter tries jumping into the air to avoid his conjured barrage, but Doom was prepared for this. "You will not escape! Sphere Flame!" Doom 2099 makes a sphere oof energy and shoots it upward, which burst and rains down energy bolts that zaps Peter to the ground, knocking the OOPArt out of his hand and lands near Doom, who picks it up to wield for himself. "Hmm…This tool is not of this era. Its science is mysteriously advanced, and has the properties to wield time like a weapon. Quite interesting." Doom analyzed the Chronoblade, taking an immediate interest in its power.

"VERY interesting. So would you be so kind to hand it back and we can research it together? Please? Pretty please? With cherries on top?" Peter jokingly asks him to return the Chronoblade to him before he uses it for evil.

"No." Doom retorts calmly, using the OOPArt to open a time warp and teleport destructive projectiles to hurt his enemies, "You should have realized sooner the true potential of this relic. Clearly, no other being is WORTHY of such vast temporal power." He phases to another reality and leap forward a short distance, striking each of the four heroes away with a single slash, temporarily stopping time on them before creating a field that increases the force of gravity on them, slamming and pinning them to the ground as they struggle to even stand on a knee. "You will bow to me, or you will die. Before this day is ended, mankind shall grovel helplessly at my feet. Doctor Doom will be master of Mobiant Earth!" He boasted.

But then, just when it looked like Doom is about to kill the heroes, he was ambushed by a shot from a high-powered sniper rifle from a secret distance. The shot staggered Doom, forcing him to lose his concentration and stop his attack on the heroes, relieving them from the gravitonic field. "We can move again!" Miles exclaimed as he stands alongside his friends.

"Yes, but, how can that be?" Lucina questioned.

"SHOW YOURSELF! Doom demands that you reveal your cowardice upfront!" Doom shouted angrily at the mystery person who shot him.

Hiding at a nearby rooftop, it was Agent Venom that shot Doom and saved the heroes. 'I just shot Doctor Doom. Easily the greatest day ever. Been meaning to do that since he kidnapped me in high school while I was dressed up as Spidey. Payback's a BITCH.' Flash mentally quipped.

BGM-Sonic Rush OST-Kick the Eggman

"Still hiding your miserable existence? Once you are found, Doom will show NO MERCY in your punishment!" Doom unknowingly threatens Agent Venom from afar.

"And I thought I talked too much." Peter quips, as he web-yanks the OOPArt away from Doom's distracted hands.

Doom gasps, "The relic?!"

"Is mine once more!" Peter quips, as Miles binds Doom with webbing, then allows Silver to psychically blast the mystical monarch closer to the Time Rift. Wielding their respective legendary blades, Peter and Lucina dashes towards Doom, then leaps to deliver a simultaneous downward slash. But, Doom was quickly able to conjure a mystical barrier to block and struggle against their united strike.

"You will not defeat Doom! I rule the future! I AM THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!" Doom boasted arrogantly.

"Consider yourself impeached!" Lucina quips, as the heroic duo breaks through his barrier.

"Good one." Peter compliments her joke, spinning his sword alongside her, as the duo slash Doom 2099 into the portal.

"FAILURE IS BENEATH DOOOOOM…!" He screams, returning to his own proper place in time, just before Peter seals the Time Rift to prevent him from returning to the past again.

"That was so SICK! I just beat up a future version of Doctor Doom, from an alternate dimension! Can't WAIT to tell Ganke about this when I get home!" Miles remarks as he is extremely overjoyed to have helped defeat Doctor Doom 2099.

"Yeah! That was totally awesome!" Silver smiled, extremely happy himself from their victory over the future tyrant.

"What's NOT so awesome is that we lost track of Venom while tangling with metal face." Peter quipped.

Almost immediately, Silver looks down and depressingly rubs his right arm, "Oh, forgot. Sorry."

Peter smiles, "But it's not a reason to damper the mood. We'll find Venom again. The two of us share a weird connection, so it probably won't be long 'til we find him and his giant teeth." He shrugged.

Then out of nowhere, the Spider-Men feel that tingling sensation in their heads as a massive shadow casts over the group, almost as if the entire sky just went dark. "Huh? Spider-Sense tingling? And where did this shadow come from? Venom's not THAT big, and my Spider-Sense shouldn't be able to pick him up, so what's the deal?" Peter jokingly asks while glancing his surroundings for answers.

Lucina turns around and looks to the sky, with a horrified expression on her face. "Spider-Man! Above!" She points him to stare at the sky.

BGM-Sonic Adventure OST- Egg Carrier: A Song That Keeps Us on the Move

The Grand Egg Imperial flies over New Vale City, much to the surprise of many that lives in the city. "What the heck is THAT?! That's not the Helicarrier!" Peter commented.

Suddenly, a tractor beam hits the Spider-Men and the OOPArt and starts sucking them towards the battleship. "HEY, WHAT'S THE DEAL?!" Peter shouted while being sucked into the ship.

"I DON'T LIKE THIS ONE BIIIIIIIT!" Miles yells, trying to swim himself out of the tractor beam but fails spectacularly as he too is sucked into the fortress.

"NO!" Silver shouted in complete surprise.

"SPIDER-MEN!" Lucina screams after watching her friends get kidnapped by Eggman Nega.

"SPIDEY!" Agent Venom shouted in shock from seeing his favorite hero being kidnapped. The Grand Egg Imperial starts flying out of the city while Flash growls angrily, "I won't let him take you! I'M COMING TOO!" Flash quickly forms a slingshot with his webbing, then launches himself at incredible speeds through the skies until he clings onto the battleship.

Silver levitates to the sky before facing Lucina, "I'm going to save Spidey! You call someone to help us out!" He ordered.

"Understood! Hurry!" Lucina nodded, as she watches Silver flying towards the Grand Egg Imperial on a one-man mission to rescue the Spider-Men and potentially face Eggman Nega, and Agent Venom, himself.

BGM-Sonic Adventure 2 OST-2-Player Select

KFX Here: Silver the Hedgehog returns to the series just as we approach the turning point chapter. The Spider-Men have been kidnapped by Eggman Nega, with Silver AND Agent Venom onboard to save them. Meanwhile, Sonic and Tails are still unconscious. The main heroes of this story are finally gonna converge in one exciting chapter. Don't miss it!
