The City of Townsville, is a place where there is serious, serious, serious trouble. Day after day and month by month crime, lawlessness, and evil ran rampant terrorizing the innocent citizens of this city. But when the city's citizens began to lose all hope and become utterly helpless for Townsville bracing itself to enter an Age of Anarchy, Professor Utonium who witnessed the endless anarchy of the city, he has created what was called the greatest creation that brought upon the birth of three superheroes that brought peace, justice, and hope for all of Townsville's helpless citizens. They are called Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup and together they are THE POWERPUFF GIRLS!
With powers beyond anything, they have dedicated their lives to fight crime and the forces of evil bringing hope for all of Townsville and its people have found peace. But from a faraway city called The City of Manhattan or New York City for short, an unstoppable force who is a cop of the NYPD, but a mentally uncontrolled monster after his imprisonment and his unexpected mutilation, and death at Sing Sing who hunts criminals and kills them all on sight with no mercy that may or may not bring justice but bring terror to all of the crooks of NYC. And his name is Matthew Cordell.
Where he is now, he is walking his way to Townsville itself just to see if the crime and lawlessness are still uncontained. He walked around the streets of the city hunting for his common prey; criminals. He heard a shriek of an elder woman. He rushed to the distress and he found that she is surrounded by the GanGreen Gang the most wanted criminals in Townsville in form of Ace who is the leader along with his partners Snake, Grubber, Big Billy, and Lil' Arturo. He approached the gang as they now became aware of his presence.
They turned around and took a look at Cordell and his very beefy build. What they also saw is his deformed face and they cringed at the sight.
"Ace. Who is this guy?" asked Snake.
"I don't know. But he's a cop. Cops don't scare me." he said.
Cordell then took a few steps forward to the gang with heavy breathing that made the gang feel uncomfortable. Then he pulled out his baton and made his fighting stand.
"You lookin' for trouble?" said Arturo.
"You are my Problem!" Cordell said in a savage tone.
"Say boss, shall we get him?" asked Big Billy.
Then that idea popped in Ace's mind in a sinister way that may have driven Cordell on his last nerve.
"Yeah. GET HIM BOYS!" he shouted.
"Here we come!" said Grubber as they charged at Cordell.
Cordell made his first move by unsheathing his baton's hidden blade and decapitated Billy. As the gang saw it Ace was shocked of his partner's death and he looked at Cordell with deep rage.
As they continued to assault Cordell, he continued the carnage as he stabbed Arturo in the brain, slit Grubber's throat, and used his 6-bullet revolver gun and gave Snake a headshot. In all the chaos, Ace looked at the dead corpses of his gang and looked at Cordell with a face of pure rage.
"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM KILLING MY GANG!?" he yelled.
"You and your gang have the right to remain silent." He said as he drew gun at Ace's head.
"FOREVER!" said Cordell as he pulled the trigger and gave Ace a headshot. The GanGreen Gang is no more. As he sheathed his baton blade back in and stowed his gun away, he came to the woman and said, "You are safe now. Go on home."
"Thank you and who are you?" she asked.
"Matthew Cordell or Matt for short. But where I come from people call me, Maniac Cop." He answered.
