Hello! I am back! CrazyRedQueen, thank you for the review (if you write fics yourself, which I'm sure you do, you know the high of getting a review), and I hope I fixed the misgendering problem from last chapter. Gibraltar calling Bloodhound "Bruddah" I see as an exception to it cause, well… he calls everyone bruddah. But that's just me. Anyway, Bloodhound has now landed on Apollo, or at least, they will be this chapter. Enjoy!

Chapter Two

Harmony was one of the Hunter's favorite planets. It was much more attuned to nature than many other planets, without being left in the dust technological wise. The Hunter may be out of place, but they're fame kept the people from asking questions, more so admiring them. Finally, they came back to the landing pad and the pilot, smoking a cigarette, eyed their bags.

"Uh… I got plenty of supplies on the ship, ya know that right?" He asked, eyeing Bloodhound's mask.

"They are not for your ship. They are for my journey," Bloodhound replied, walking past the pilot. The pilot shrugged and tossed his cigarette away, walking in and bringing up the ramp. Bloodhound placed the bags on their bed in their room, pulling the items out. The pilot leaned in the doorway watching. The contents were simple, packaged foods, whetstone, and fire starters. Bloodhound pulls a backpack from under their bed and begins to stuff things into it. Without looking up from their task they speak to the pilot.

"Yes?" They asked. The pilot put up his hands in a placating gesture and walked away, saying "Just curious," as he did so. Bloodhound walked over and shut their door. They sat on their bed and lay down. The PA system crackled to life and the pilot's voice filtered through.

"Alright, Apollo… trip time… a full day left. Hang on," the ship 's slipspace drives whirred to life and Bloodhound's vision distorted.

Bloodhound was in the storage area. Even from here they could hear the wicked wind howling. On their right arm was a GPS with a pinging circle. The ship was also shown on it, steadily getting closer. The ship lurched and Bloodhound rocked with it. They readjusted the shoulder straps of their pack and hit the button, lowering the ramp as the ship lowered.

"Alright, this is your stop. Was a pleasure having you. Good luck!" The pilot said over the PA system. Bloodhound nodded and jumped from the ramp, landing in a crouch on the ground. Snow fell all around them and the snow below them crunched. The trees were bare of leaves and the mountain in front of them was grey and foreboding. They trekked slow and sluggish through the snow to the base of the mountain, on other planets, a twenty minute trek, on Apollo it took the Hunter about an hour. Finally, they reached the base and the pinging stopped. They were here. This part of the mountains was suspiciously smooth. They ran their hand along it until the found an inset. Bloodhound tugged on it slightly and it moved ever so slightly. Pulling harder, the Hunter pulled the large mechanical door open. The inside was pitch black, but they knew it descended down into the old IMC test facilities. Digging in their backpack a bit, they pulled out a lantern. Clicking it on, it cast a light blue, artificial glow down the stairway, leading to another door. Stepping inside, Bloodhound placed the lantern down and turned around to pull the door back shut. It automatically closed, trapping the Hunter. The PA system crackled to life.

"I do not know who you are, or why you are here, but I wish you luck. Your transport is gone. You are now, regrettably, stuck down here with me and my… experiments. Again, I say, good luck. And be wary of the light," the PA system broke down and Bloodhound picked up their lantern.

"May the Allfather bless this hunt. For this may be harder than I initially realized," Bloodhound started their descent into the tunnels.

So, I got this chapter out a lot quicker than a lot of other stories. But, that's normal, when you start a new story, you're excited to continue it. But that will be all for now, as I said before, please let me know if I misgendered Bloodhound at all and any criticism is appreciated. Also, this chapter was a lot shorter than the first I'm just now realizing. Anyway, buh-bye!
