Now, let's get into it.
"Excuse me what?" Izuku responded to All Might with a very dumbfounded face. Momo and Ochako in the meantime were having a very hard time keeping their laughter from coming out of their mouths.
"Look kid, to receive One For All, you gotta take in some of my DNA…" All Might responded scratching the back of his head, looking to the side feeling embarrassed now that this epic moment has been ruined.
"O-Ok….." Izuku reluctantly took the piece of hair and swallowed it, this is a new low. All the while Momo and Ochako burst out into laughter which was very upsetting to Izuku.
"I don't feel any different at All Might." He said to the pro as he deflated.
"That's because it's gonna take at least three hours for you to fully digest it, once that happens you should be able to use One For All." All Might told his successor
"So, Midoriya-kun do you wanna train until you digest it? And then we can see what you can do and then we go home!" Ochako said with her usual bubbly personality.
"I think that's a good idea." Momo said while looking at Izuku and All Might.
"Alright, you go get a good workout Young Midoriya!" All Might said while slapping the back of his successor.
"Y-Yeah alright!" Izuku went with a stinging pain on his back.
The three trained for the three hours with All Might overseeing everything. Now with the time finished, All Might, Momo, and Ochako lined up on the beach to watch Izuku try to do a smash, nothing special, no pressure, he's got this.
"You got this Midoriya-san!" Ochako and Momo both said, arms raised in the air, trying to encourage him since he looked VERY nervous.
In his defence All Might said that he could potentially blow his arms off when he first started his training so his nervousness was justified.
"You got this Young Midoriya!" All Might said cupping his hands around his mouth to make himself louder now in his deflated form.
'Alright, you got this, just gotta let out a punch and see what happens then, let's go' Izuku said to himself "Alright!" Izuku cocked his arm back and aimed it towards the ocean. "Smash-" Izuku threw his fist forward and very anticlimacticly nothing happened.
"Ahhh, All Might, can you help me out?!" Izuku asked his mentor. Holding his fist up and staring at it intensely.
"Just clench your buttocks and yell out with everything you have Young Midoriya!" All Might screamed his advice.
'How is that supposed to help' both Momo and Ochako thought as they stared at All Mi-
"SMASH!" Izuku screamed, splitting the ocean in half with the amount of wind and force that was produced by his One For All powered punch.
"IT WORKED!" The girl screamed in sync, shocked as All Might's advice was….not the best.
"It always works out for me so I figured it would help." All Might said with a smirk as the three stared at the split in the ocean that Izuku had created, speaking of the greanette.
"All Mighttttttt!" Izuku screamed holding onto his now broken arm.
"Ah, Midoriya my boy!" All Might ran over to Izuku and held him, keeping Izuku from falling onto the ground since that was all he wanted to do right now. "Don't worry you'll be fine!"
"Are you sure!" Ochako screamed
"That looks really bad, All Might!" Momo said to the pro.
"He'll be fine! We need to get him to UA, there's someone there that can help!" All Might said to the two.
"Why would someone as UA be able to help?!" Izuku asked, still holding his arm.
"That doesn't matter right now Young Midoriya." All Might said to the boy that was having a hard time keeping tears from coming out.
"I'll call my limousine!" Momo told them as she pulled out her phone to call someone.
"No that'll take too long!" All Might said as he buffed up cradling Izuku in his arms. "We're heading to UA, try to get there soon!"
"Alright, All Might!" Ochako said.
"Yes sir!" Momo responded.
With that said All Might leaped into the air crossing over the town with a lot of wind being knocked around. With that wind Izuku's arm flopped like a noodle.
While soaring through the sky Izuku surrounded his arm in concrete, locking it in place so that it didn't flop in the wind like a wet noodle. It still hurt like hell but he could keep it in place now.
They soon arrived at the school and ran past some of the dorm buildings and training gyms. Many of the students looked confused as why would the Number One Hero be carrying a child through the UA campus? Many people tried to follow but All Might was just too fast for them to keep up, he successor was in a great deal of pain at the moment.
"How are you feeling Young Midoriya?" All Might asked the boy in his arms.
"I-I'm go-good!" Izuku responded, shaking around as All Might was moving too fast.
"We're about to reach Recovery Girl's office, don't worry you'll be fine!"
Soon as he finished that sentence they entered the heroine's office, and a very small looking lady stepped off of a stool, walked to the door and closed it and locked it.
"Alright what happened?" The old woman dubbed Recovery Girl said to the pair as she smacked the larger one on the head with a cane, that looked like a syringe and overall really matched her nurse attire and then had All Might set the boy on a bed and then him on the forehead seemingly healing his broken arm.
"Go...smash...and...arm go…..boom….." Izuku said before he fell asleep on one of the bed's in the nurse's office.
"Ah well I saw this kid on the beach with a broken arm, it seems he over exerted his quirk and ended up injuring himself…" The pro said, forming a LOT of sweat on his face. And his trademark smile being tugged at causing him to have more of a neutral face.
All he got in return was another smack on the head. "Toshinori, you fool. You can't lie to me. You finally got around to picking a successor and he's it isn't he?" the old woman smacking All Might again on the arm this time though.
The man's shocked expression was all the evidence Recovery Girl needed.
"Ah, so I was right, I'm assuming he didn't use One For All correctly?" the heroine asked, staring at the sleeping boy.
"Yes, that's correct, but he's a smart kid I'm sure he'll get. Plus we still have five more months until the entrance exam!" All Might said, cracking a smile on his face and giving the older heroine a thumbs up.
"I hope you're right about that." Recovery Girl answered.
"Oh I'm sure he is." A small rat, bear, mouse? Looking thing responded from behind the two pro heroes.
"Ah, Principal Nezu what are you doing here?!" All Might asked the small creature shocked that he was in the room since Recovery Girl locked the door.
"Well when I heard that All Might was running through my school I had to come see you for myself." Nezu said with a smile and a small chuckle "So, this is the next Symbol of Peace, huh?" the three all stared at the sleeping figure of Izuku.
"Yes, he is sir!" All Might said almost like a proud dad.
The trio had been working hard for the next 3 months each improving in their own ways. Some of Momo's creations that she would use often now didn't need thoughts to materialize. Ochako, while still getting nauseous when using her powers on herself, could lift more with her powers and could lift herself for a couple of seconds before getting nauseous.
Izuku made minor improvements. His elemental powers had gotten boosted when he obtained One For All but he still couldn't use the strength quirk to its full extent. He had been able to put a limit on the quirk but he still was too slow to fight both Momo and Ochako at the same time, which is what they would do after they finished cleaning the beach.
After losing for the millionth time Izuku decided to spend a whole day on simply thinking about an optimal way to use One For All.
"Ahhhh I'm not getting anywhere, maybe I can meet up with All Might and ask him for some help…" Izuku pondered as he sat in his room very frustrated as he couldn't think of anything that could help his situation.
He'd been up since 4:30 and it was almost 2:00 in the afternoon, and he still hadn't gotten anything with One For All.
"Izuku! There's someone here to see you!" Inko Midoriya, Izuku's mom, yelled from the kitchen.
"Alright, coming mom!" Izuku put on his slippers and walked out to the living room.
"Ah, hello there Young Midoriya!" All Might in his true form said to his student.
"Al-Yagi-sensei what are you doing here?" Izuku asked covering up his slip up as fast as he possibly could.
"Do you know this man Izuku?" Inko asked as she walked into the living room.
"Y-Yeah, mom this is Yagi-sensei, Yagi-sensei this is my mom. He's been helping me train for the UA entrance exam for about eight months now." Izuku said to his mom then to All Might then back to his mom.
"Oh, well please do sit and eat." Inko said as she gestured for All Might to sit at the table. Along with giving him a bowl of katsudon. And a cup of tea.
All Might ate the whole thing, how he did that without a stomach I have no idea. "Thank you Ms. Midoriya, the meal was very delicious, but if you don't mind may I talk with Young Midoriya in private?"
"Call me Inko and of course, I had to go buy something anyway, I'll see you later Izuku." Inko told the duo as she left the apartment.

...
"So, Young Midoriya how long have you gotten along with One For All?" All Might asked his successor from across the table while holding onto and sipping some of his tea that Inko had made for him.
"N-Not that far…..It's so different from my quirk I-I have no idea how it works…." Izuku said with a very sad look on his face. He'd been trying for months to find a way to get One For All to work. But nothing ever seemed to do anything, yeah he didn't break his limbs now but he still felt like something was wrong and he couldn't fix it.
"That's because One For All isn't like your quirk, think instead about how I use it." All Might said while still holding onto his cup of tea.
"You rush in and punch things with unstoppable force, All Might! You stop all the criminals and villains no matter what, everything is always ok when you're around!" Izuku said as he bounced up and punched the air, his fanboy was showing.
"No, not that Young Midoriya! What else do you notice when I use One For All?" All Might asked his pupil, staring at him intensely.
"Well you turn into your buff form but what does tha-'' Izuku struck gold "If your buff form is you using One For All then it's you transferring One For All throughout your entire body as opposed to just one area like I'm doing. One top of that you have it on constantly, I'm just using it whenever, is that what you meant by that All Might!" Izuku shot out of his seat looking very happy and excited.
"Looks like you got it!" All Might said with a smirk.
"I gotta go try this out All Might!" Izuku told his mentor. "I'll leave a note for my mom and we can go to the beach!" He told All Might, before his teacher could even respond Izuku wrote a note and left it on the kitchen table, grabbed All Might's hand and rushed out towards the coast.
"You were in a pretty big hurry Young Midoriya." All Might said as they arrived at the beach.
"S-Sorry I just got really excited and wanted to try this out!" Izuku said as he rubbed the back of his neck since that was very strange behavior for him to take.
"No no, it's fine Young Midoriya, I'm glad you made this break through, now go try it out!" All Might said pointing a finger to the spot where he had previously broken his arm some time ago.
"Alright!" Izuku ran out to the coast of the beach and stood there in a squat position, arm kept close to him and fists closed. All Might looked at the boy and was praying in his head that Izuku would get this first try. Also that he wouldn't have to take Izuku to go see Recovery Girl again.
Izuku in the meantime had his eyes closed and was searching for One For All inside himself. It took him a moment but he eventually found a familiar warmth, kind of like when the sun comes out on a cold winter day. He tugged at the warmth and he could now feel the better surging through him.
By instinct it enveloped his arm, but Izuku focused on more than that, not just one arm but both arms, his other limbs as well, also his bones and organs too. Making everything stronger, more durable, more powerful. And finally his eyes shot open.
He looked around him and saw wind keeping up some sand, small pebbles floating around him, the water of the ocean was now wild with little bits of water floating alongside the pebbles, sparks of fire were coming from the ground. And lightning sporadically danced around his figure. He looked towards All Might to see the man grinning like crazy, like a proud dad when his son does really good in a sport. Then the pro proceeded to buff up.
"Good Young Midoriya, Now come at me!" All Might told his pupil getting into his signature arm flexing pose.
"You got it!" Izuku yelled back to his mentor.
The two jumped towards each other and spent the day sparring. Izuku found that while using the new state his elemental powers were improved. And that he could potentially do a lot with them now. He actually managed to stop All Might using his earth powers, coat him in water, and then give him a nasty shock. All Might powered through it though….
The two finally got tired and decided to go sit down. Except Izuku just made some chairs out of the sand and was able to turn the sand into concrete. Since when could he do that? Well he could now and he wasn't complaining. The two sat down and finally rested.
"S-Sorry it's not the most comfortable." Izuku apologized for the roughness of the chairs
"No-No it's fine Young Midoriya! So let's call it a day then you show this new power boost to your friends. And you train for the last two months that you have. Got it?" All Might related to his pupil.
"G-Got it All Might!" All Might smiled at his pupil's answer. "Th-Thank you for your help today!"
"Well, you're the one who got it, so thank yourself Young Midoriya."
"O-ok, thank you me!"
"I didn't mean literally kid…"
"I-I kn-e-ew that!" Izuku didn't know that
They sat there, admiring the sunset completely silent for at least half an hour. It was calm and soothing. It was nice to relax like this after a long workout.
"Alright!" All Might stood up from the chair Izuku had made. "So what are you gonna call this new power up Young Midoriya!"
Izuku hadn't honestly thought about it but giving it a couple of minutes, a bit of murmuring, and a karate chop to the head courtesy of All Might, he finally got a name.
"One For All: Full Cowling!" Izuku told his sensei, looking really excited. "Because a cowl is what some pro heroes use when they go to fight crime, and it covers my entire body." Izuku said a complete one eighty from his previous enthusiasm, now looking bashful and scratching his cheek.
"I like it Young Midoriya! So you said you could use roughly 5% of One For All, this should be more than enough for the Entrance Exam but you still gotta train you understand, or else you'll get behind!"
"Yes All Might, I understand!" Izuku told his mentor back to his enthusiasm.
"Alright, now go home and rest, you deserve it Young Midoriya." Izuku stood up to meet All Might.
"Yes, I do!"
"Good, see you Young Midoriya." All Might said as Izuku was walking off.
"See you All Might." Izuku said with a smile and a wave goodbye as he began to jog home. All the stress of finding a better way to use One For All now gone. And he could finally focus and get stronger not just for the entrance exam but also for everything that comes after it as well.
Izuku had texted both Momo and Ochako last night and told them that something super cool happened. Momo asked if he got another piece of All Might merch and Izuku quickly swatted down that idea. Ochako asked what it was and all Izuku said was that he would show them tomorrow. And now tomorrow has come.
"Ok, so Midoriya-kun, what did you want to show us?" Momo asked the boy who had now passed her in height, standing at about an inch taller than her.
"Yeah Izuku-kun, you made it seem really important." Ochako told the greanette with a worried face.
And while the Izuku part caught Izuku off guard he kind of liked it. So he decided to just continue with what he was gonna do and question it later. Still being called by your first name from a girl still gave him a little blush.
"J=Just watch, ok?" He asked the duo, shaking off what Ochako had said, they nodded in response. "One For All: Full Cowling!" Izuku looked at the two as they gazed in awe at Izuku.
Ochako pointed out how cool and awesome it looked while Momo pointed out how much more effective it would be than using One For All the way he had been using it. Very on brand for the both of them
Izuku released Full Cowling and walked over to the two. "All Might said that it will be more than enough to get me through the entrance exam but that I should still train." Izuku said as he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Then let's make the most out of these last two months, alright you two!" Ochako energetically threw her right arm up while making a fist with the other and smiling towards the two.
"That would be the best course of action for you two, so let's do it!" Momo agreed with Ochako's statement.
Izuku smiled as they each got into position. Of course as always Ochako and Momo both went after Izuku but this time he could see their movements more clearly and while he didn't all of them he did dodge at least half.
The trio trained and Ochako and Izuku studied for the entrance exam. Of course Momo didn't need to take the entrance exam but she still found the training useful as she was much stronger now. Ochako could hold a lot more weight now, about half a ton and could use her quirk on herself for about half a minute before getting nauseous.
Izuku had managed to get Full Cowling to 7% over the last two months and saw a great increase with his powers. He could alter the states of certain elements. For example he could change his earth into metal and now could move metal too, also he could make ice from water, though whenever he tried to move the ice it would turn back into water, that would be useful.
Izuku and Ochako were now ready for the UA University Entrance Exam, though they were still nervous as hell, they're teenagers of course they would be.
And I'm ending it there, we're finally at the entrance exam!
I'm super excited since I've been thinking of different scenarios for this thing for a while but I've got my heart set on one. I hope you're all excited.
As for the one person that wants me to change a male character into a female, how about Kirishima, I know that's a popular one and I could do KiriBaku with it.
Also, another person asked if this was gonna be a harem thing and yes that is the plan, we'll see how good I can write something like that.
