Sorry, but this isn't going to be a chapter, more like a reply to some questions regarding the Teaser I posted earlier. Still, you can spend some time reading it if you're bored XD.

Perseus12: I'd say the Saderan Empire made a mistake for challenging and antagonizing them, and I'd say that they (Saderans) are DEAD MEAT!

A: Dead? No doubt. But Singapore has never been in a major war before, and her people has a (more or less) peaceful mentality. On the other hand, the Saderans fought for centuries, hungers for conquests, and has an inherent stubbornness that refuses to surrender.

Victory is assured, but it wouldn't come easily.

BluewallBaron: Vivian Balakrishnan ? oh yeah your from Singapore. Nice meeting another of my brethren in the Fanfiction sites, I didn't realize you would put our minister of foreign affairs into this teaser. swee swee oh (beautifully perfect if you know some Hokkien dialect). Also Ekornes , isn't that like one of those reclinless stressless chairs that we build and import in our country? Also the Asha Sueh and Edwin Wright characters are made up right, because tried searching the names , assistant came up with nothing , but the professor character is kind of real , since there are only a few with that name plus some actor too. And good thing you wrote about our government's opinion on that we will negotiate options without backing off till the negotiating party have their backs to the wall without any safeguard for them (if I can recall , man politics is so complicated). SLAVERY, even sexually? Man these guys are morons should they continue with the mindset of them thinking they are the superior race of monsters they are . I abhor slavery by a flipping majority . if we were to repeat this slavery thing from a 150 years ago then humanity is doomed to repeat a dark leg of the past .

Also Saderian empire trying to scare Singapore... these fucking bootlegged backwards motherfkers for Romans think they can scare us ? HELL NO our military firepower would wipe them all over the floor. Besides we have allies to fight off these barbaric assholes, ASEAN and the global superpowers would have sided with us to stampede these fake roman forsaken empire into the ground. also with the apostles and god threat , how would we Earth people deal with it ? also might be trippy for the religious peeps to dive in into Falmart's religion .

also nice teaser , try not to stress yourself into getting this story done . Plus the coronavirus lockdown situation , its ridiculous try and wear surgical mask when you are in public alright my fellow man of the country ? have a good one

A: Haha, nice to meet you too my fellow countrymen. Yup, both Vivian and Ekornes are real life people and company that I added into my story to make it more realistic. I made up Asha and Edwin though. I hope I got PAP's stance correct, as I believe that we would try and explore every option, but never back down. (mainly because we don't have the land to take a step back lol)

I agree with banning slavery, but keep in mind that we once were the same too. Ask the blacks. The Saderan were basically us a thousand years ago.

And since these guys don't even know what a HDB (a type of low-cost flat that most Singaporeans live in) is, they probably think that a small island like our home would have a population of around... 100? That's a lot considering the population density back in the BCs. So Godason probably thought it'd be a pushover with his 2000 marines.

Ha.

Talking about allies, there'd be no outside help, mainly because the whole nation, and only our nation, was teleported into the world of Falmart. So yeah... no ASEAN, no Commonwealth, no India, no China, no Five Power Defense Agreement (actually a little), and only some Americans (later on in the story).

This will be our story.

.

Just a Crazy-man: Very nice.

A: I guess that's an improvement from 'Nice' ? XD

.

last admiral: Hey, would you please write what if Gate opened during the rise of Malacca, especially during Hang Tuah is around? That would be so could as firearms is still there.

Also, why wouldn't Zorzal didn't know what historian is? I know he a 'bit' of dumb, but considering how he keep quoting how empire endure and make a comeback from the war against the barbarian north, i'm surprised if he didn't learn that from a tutor. Surely it just a mistake in translation then?

A: I must say, the story of Hang Tuah is quite fascinating. However, I'm afraid that if the Gate spawned then, the whole world would be screwed. We haven't even mastered gunpowder. Slavery's the norm. Heck, we weren't that much better, both technologically and morally, than Romans back in the 15th century.

On the other hand, the Saderans had Wyverns, to which humans then have no way of countering. They also had a large, highly centralized army - something only the Tang Dynasty and Ottoman Empire had at the time. Lastly, their mages would be devastating, acting as portable cannons and possibly even converting the peasants to Hardy or some other Falmart gods since they can perform 'miracles' and stuff.

The sad truth is that any nation before industrialization would be screwed if they fought the Saderans, and only starting from WW1 did we have a solid chance against them. Any story based before that will have to have really thick plot armor, and lots of heroic power fantasy stuff. If you really want a story about Hang Tuah, try writing it yourself! Creating your own story is much better than reading someone elses.

As for Zorzal, he's way more than 'a bit dumb'. He has probably has only three brain cells called 'whoring', 'ego' and 'idiocy'. I bet during his childhood he was like: 'No, I don't need a tutor. I'm the fucking prince, you peasant! I know more sex positions than you know constellations, so get the fuck out of my room before I shove myself in you too!"

...

Yeah. Plus, scholars, historians, linguist, mathematicians, biologists, astronomers, are all pretty much lumped together as 'Smart folks' during ancient times, so the Saderans probably didn't have a specific word for Historians.

.

Gyre: This happened before the gate opened?

A: Well yes, but no actually. Let me explain myself.

In this storyline, a whole nation was teleported into the world of Falmart. There's no Gate. The whole country, with everything inside it, was moved to a new world. Curious? Follow them as they adapt to a new world, encounter enemies, make allies, and more!

Guest: One big question:

How strong is the Empire? What technology level are they at?

If they are technologically advanced, they can easily crush a small modern nation. I'm not sure, but I've heard that Singapore relies on Malaysia for water and food. Wouldn't they starve to death. An it would be hard for a single city to defend itself right. Cause their army is small. Like Hong Kong. And they have no experience in war.

Ps. What's that Top Ten

A: Good question.

In my version of the story, the world of Falmart would have a varied degree of technological development, from pre-civilization to WW1. The 10 strongest countries on the planet is known as the Top Ten, and are all Superpowers of their own regions. The Saderan Empire happens to be in the list, albeit not the strongest, due to their large pool of manpower, magic, and wyverns.

In terms of military strength, I'd put them at around 1.5 million active servicemen including front-liners, support, desk jockies and all other branches. The most dominant however, would be the Legions who form the core of the Saderan Army. The Air Force is next, with close to a thousand wyverns. They have a Navy too, and although it is not the most prestigious institution, it still boast of numerous large warship of Roman Era construction.

As for economical strength, they'd be rather weak as the nation's leaders value military development over civilian infrastructure. Most of the nation's funds are directed to the army, whom in turns frequently conquer and subjugate neighboring countries to bring in more wealth. When a defeated nation is drained of all resources, the Saderans move on to search for another country to attack. The concept of working on the fields is regarded as a disgrace, and the warrior lifestyle is the way of life for them.

Finally, you'll have to read on to find out if the protagonists starve to death. I must say though, that Hong Kong does not have a military of its own, while Singapore do have a sizable army despite our small population. Some of our soldiers have experience in fighting Somali pirates, others participated in Operation Gallant Phoenix, and we conduct regular drills with multiple nations such as USA, Taiwan, Malaysia, Britain, Australia and others. We aren't the best army out there, but I'm sure we can hold our own against some ancient army.

I hope this answers your questions on the Teaser. Hope to see you guys again soon!

And stay safe, Corona is making a comeback it seems.
