Just a quick announcement, I don't own My Hero Academia, I know shocker.

Anyways, thank you for coming back and thanks for reading this new chapter.

Nabe-Chan: I know, this is my first story, so there are bound to be some mistakes, if you and others want I can make a rewrite of Chapter 3. I have a poll up if anyone wants me to. And with Endeavor's thing, if Touya actually ended up "dying" I feel like that would at least prompt some change in him. But, thank you for the constructive criticism. I will try to make my writing better, but for now it'll still probably be shitty.

Izuku was walking through the halls, and the final match between Itsuka and Tetsutetsu had begun. He knew one way or another Tetsu was going to win, after all he and Eiko still had a rematch to get to. And Tetsutetsu didn't seem like the kind of guy to go back on his promise, he'd either win with brute force or tenacity against Itsuka.

So here Izuku was wandering through the halls. He needed to clear his head. He beat Shinso but it didn't feel accomplished, and then he made the boy promise he'd get in the hero course, with a promise of helping him work out. And that's when he heard it, sobbing?

It was just around the corner, it wasn't loud at all, more like someone was trying to hold back tears. But by the sound of it they were failing miserably. Izuku poked his head around the corner and saw Momo crying, sitting against the wall with her knees in her chest, he quickly brought his head back around, luckily she didn't notice him.

'Well isn't this a sticky situation.' Kokoro commented, 'So what are you going to do kid?'

'I DON'T KNOW! Tamada please help me out!'

'I am a wise sage Midoriya, not a love guru'

'W-What's that s-s-supposed to m-mean' Izuku said as he began to blush a bit, he needed to comfort a friend, he didn't need love advice!

'In other words, you're on your own kid!' Kokoro faded out of his mind, laughing while doing so.

'Tamada?' Izuku said hoping that the nicer one didn't leave him too

'Good luck Midoriya.' Tamada soon also fading out, leaving Izuku all by his lonesome to figure out what to do. 'Alright Izuku, you can do this, you comforted Shoko earlier. I got this!'

Izuku took slow and steady breaths before he rounded the corner.

She was still there, looking down trout. He willed all of his courage into a ball and decided to step into the hall.

"H-Hey Momo." Izuku remembered when Ochako asked him to call Momo that. It was such a weird but welcomed experience. He loved saying the girl's name, but he would admit, Yao-Momo was a cute nickname.

Said girl looked up from her knees, he could see her eyes were all puffy, and he could see that her cheeks were stained with tears. "I-Izuku…"

It hurt Izuku to see his longest friend like that. His eyes lost the light that was always present in them. Neither of them said anything as Izuku went over and sat down next to her, it was both calming and awkward at the same time.

"Want to talk about it, w-what's bothering you I mean?" He asked, he turned to her and gave her a smile, it wasn't anything grand, just a small simple smile that warmed her heart by just a bit.

She turned her head forward and dug into her knees with her chin "I'm…. alright…" She said. Izuku looked forward, they returned to their silence before he not so elegantly scooted closer to her. Izuku turned to him and raised a brow "Izuku…. what are you doing...?" She asked. She was met with silence when Izuku put his arm around her, his face matching a tomato.

"N-Nothing…n-n-nothing at a-all" He stuttered out.

Momo was surprised by the action, and amused that the old Izuku came out for a second. Yeah he still had a little bit of a stutter but nothing as grand as that 'He must really be worried, stepping out of his comfort zone this much just to help me' With new found happiness she leaned into the embrace, embarrassing the greanette even further, a small smile on her lips. "Getting a little bold aren't we, Izuku?" She teased.

Izuku started sweating bullets, "I-It was the o-only thing I c-could think of….I've h-heard that p-physical contact l-l-like a hug c-can help, a-and w-well I c-can't really hug at this angle" He said as he slowly got more comfortable as well. "A-and I've known you for almost a year, I thought it'd be ok." His voice slowly got more coherent.

"Ok? Izuku this is wonderful." Her words made Izuku's blush worse, and his heart skipped a beat, but it also made him very happy. He remembered the fun they had when they first met, and their trips around the city to get Momo familiar with the place. It was all very nice and heart warming. Momo was his first ever friend, and there was no way he could ever repay her for that.

Izuku soon laid his head on Momo's and they fell into comfortable silence. Neither feeling bad about their previous woes.

"Midoriya! Yaoyorozu!" The two heard the voice of Iida call out to them. Iida was a good friend, funny without meaning to be and overall very helpful. But god damn it he had terrible timing!

"L-Looks like we're gonna have to cut t-this short Momo." He stuttered out. The embrace was only for a short while, but it still felt amazing. He was both relieved and sad that Iida had come to interrupt their special moment.

"You are right." Momo definitely seemed a lot happier than when he arrived, and he was happy about that. The duo stood from their slouched positions on the wall and somehow ran into Iida. He of course asked where they had been and they both said they were in the bathroom and happened to run into each other on the way heading back.

The next round of the tournament had been announced. And Izuku had a chance to talk with Ochako. The trio ended up coming across the gravity girl in the halls, she was apparently going to get ready for her next match which was apparently going to be against Bakugo, so he wanted to talk to her and either give her encouragement or a strategy to fight the ash blonde.

So after bidding Iida and Momo goodbye he headed with Ochako to the waiting room that she was going to wait in until Eiko and Tetsutetsu's match was over.

'Good luck Ochako' Momo thought as she and Iida fell into a conversation.

They entered the room, Izuku closing the door after the both of them entered. He turned from the door to see Ochako doing breathing exercises. "Nervous?" He asked, a small smile on his face.

"Yeah, jus a bit." The gravity girl responded. She flashed him her own smile until she decided to sit down at one of the nearby tables.

"I know that Kacchan is really tough, he's one of the strongest people I know actually." Izuku thought back to how he and Bakugo grew up together, sometimes people would try to fight Bakugo since he was the top of their school and every time they'd lose.

"You already thinkin' I'm gonna lose?" Ochako raised a brow, a cheeky smile on her face.

"N-No of course not Ochako! W-What I meant is that Kacchan is strong, but he's not invincible. You d-didn't let me finish!" He stammered out.

"I know I know Izuku, I was jus messin' with you!" She gave him a smile. That little interaction seemed to calm her nerves for the next round. She was still nervous but not as much.

"So ummm, I kinda have a couple notes on Kacchan." Izuku, seemingly, pulled a notebook out, from where? No one knows. "I could help you come up with a strategy, if you'd like." He chuckled nervously at the end.

"Thanks." Ochako started, before she paused and looked down "But I needa do this on my own Izuku. As much as I'd love to beat Bakugo, it wouldn't feel right if I jus took your cheat to do it"

"M-My cheat?" He tilted his head at the term. It was just a plan, so how was it a cheat? Everyone had to make plans, heroes, police, normal people, heck even villains (sometimes) made plans.

For a second Ochako fonded over the cuteness that Izuku produced before deciding to answer his question, "Yeah, you're strategies are too overpowered! It's like a walkthrough when playing a video game." She responded.

"I didn't know you play video games Ochako." Izuku was surprised. In the months leading up to the entrance exam she had never once mentioned that she played video games. He assumed she couldn't because of her family's money situation.

"Oh I don't, but Mina and Tsuyu have been talking about them recently, apparently Mina and Eiko go to the arcade a lot or they used to since we've been busy and Tsuyu's little brother likes playing video games." She replied. Now that made more sense. "Anyways, I think their match is just about to end, I should get ready."

The two turned to the TV in the corner of the room. In the time since Izuku and Momo had their...moment, Eiko had started her next match against Tetsutetsu apparently.

It was displaying Eiko and Tetsutetsu's match, the two looked ragged, incredibly tired and about to pass out. A mirror image of the match the two had before the Sports Festival. "I'm not gonna give up!" They both yelled in sink. They ran at each other one final time, both taking lazy steps with their fists drawn back.

The two inched closer and closer, lion against lion. Blood, sweat, and manly tears dripping from both of them. Their fists connected. Eiko's hardening cracking and Tetsutetsu's steel skin losing its shine and becoming dull and brittle. Their fists reverted back to their normal states and slid off of the others. Eiko's fists connected with her opponent's jaw while Tetsutetsu ended up hitting Eiko in the chest.

The two bounced back as they recoiled from each other's punches. They both were panting loudly and randomly, obviously out of breath and exhausted. Tetsutetsu tried to activate his quirk for one last attack, steel covering his right arm however quickly retracting back into nothing. 'Crap, I didn't eat enough iron!' he thought as he looked back up to Eiko.

Her quirk didn't have that kind of drawback as she readies herself again. She flexed her right arm, it hardened and became jagged. She slowly brought it up, she was now in a fighting stance. Her arm was killing her right now, immense pain from her muscles and tendons. 'Even if it hurts, I have to push it! To go beyond my own limits, to embody Plus Ultra!' She ran towards Tetsutetsu, pushing past the pain and numbing that was in her legs. She drew her hand back and clenched her fist "To always win! Just like Katsuki! Red Gun Turret!" She screamed as she threw her arm forward, knocking Tetsutetsu in the gut.

Said boy gasped for air and was launched a few feet away, rolling as he hit the ground. After a few seconds of the boy not moving Midnight called the match. Eiko Kirishima was the winner. She approached her opponent, even with all the pain, and offered her hand. The boy took it and was helped up by Eiko.

Midnight gushed over the show of sportsmanship.

"THE HARDENING QUEEN OF 1-A, EIKO KIRISHIMA IS THE WINNER!" Mic announced after the two headed towards Recovery Girl to replenish their energy with her magical gummies.

00000

Izuku smiled at the scene. He knew that this was only one fight that would be in the continuous rivalry of the two heroes-in training. But it was encouraging to see that Eiko pushed herself past her limits in the fight. He had no doubt that Bakugo was really happy also, though he couldn't know for sure, he'd have to ask Mina about it later.

He shook himself out of his thoughts and turned to Ochako. "So, are you ready?" He asked with a smile. He knew she was nervous but he knew that she could win if she did her best. So he tried to give encouragement through little things like smiles.

"As ready as'll ever be!" She chirped up. She bounced out of her chair floating slightly, accidently, before releasing her quirk and falling to the ground. She ran up to Izuku and crashed into him, quickly wrapping her arms around him, but making sure that he didn't accidentally float. "Thanks for the good luck Izuku, I'll do my best!"

Izuku blushed at the contact, but Ochako left before he could respond. Leaving him all alone to get ready for his next match against Ibara. 'First Shoko, then Momo, and now Ochako, what's going on?'

'Oh kid, you are in for one hell of a ride.' Kokoro teased.

00000

Bakugo had just arrived at his waiting room for the tournament. He had a bit of time and was watching Eiko's match. She ended up winning in the end and, somehow, a smile made its way onto his face. If anyone asked, he was thinking of the first time Deku ate spicy katsudon and ended up having to drink a gallon of milk. The loser had encouraged him to talk to Eiko, and now that he thought about it Deku was really the only friend that he had before U.A. Yeah there were his cronies but they were just extras and nothing more. He sometimes had fun with Deku, playing video games and laughing when he tried to use his quirk for something other than charging his phone by like 2%. (Izuku was not bullied)

But Eiko gave him a feeling other than being happy and laughing because something funny happened to Deku. It felt like genuine happiness, he felt light, weightless. Even though he had a lot of fun beating up villains at the USJ, seeing her smile was the only memory that now brought a smile to his face from that event.

Before he could think about it any longer they ended up calling for the next match. His match. Against Round Face. He smiled as the thought of a fight came to his mind. Emotions? Not so much. Beating the shit out of someone in a brawl? That he could do.

He went to the door and opened it up to see a panting Eiko in front of it.

She was gasping for air before she said "Katsuki!" with a bright smile.

First of all, why was she here? Second of all, "THE FUCK, YOU SHOULD BE RESTING, WHY ARE YOU RESTING EIKO!" The name came out without a thought and he ended up doing a double take. 'Shit, did I just-'

Eiko squealed, much to Katsuki's chagrin. "You said MY name! And I didn't even have to ask this time! ALSO I came to say good luck" Her voice then became a lot softer "But don't go too hard on Ocha, ok? That wouldn't be manly at all!" She said and added with a pout at the end, trying to convince him.

Katsuki stopped for a second. "NO WAY I'M HOLDING BACK." He yelled.

"WHAT?! Why not Katsuki?" She asked, she was a little mad, she'd seen how he destroyed all the villains during USJ. And she didn't want that to happen to Ochako too. The girls had become some of her best friends during her time at U.A and she didn't want one of them getting hurt. But she was also mad that her pout didn't work. Mina said it was the most effective way to convince a man to do something, maybe it was because she didn't really seem like a woman with all her talk about manliness and her hard muscles.

"We're all here striving to do our best, Round Face is gonna give it her all to beat me." He said, he gained a slight blush that was barely noticeable at the next thing that popped into his head. "It wouldn't be manly of me if I half-assed it when she's giving it her all." His head was turned away during the sentence so he slowly turned it back towards Eiko after he finished.

Eiko had stars in her eyes, not only did Katsuki talk about manliness. 'THAT'S MY THING AND HE DID IT! MAYBE IT COULD BECOME AN OUR THING!' She thought. After that she then focused on his face and noticed the slightest tint of red on it. 'He's adorable when he's embarrassed!' She quickly refocused herself. "Well then Katsuki, that is a very manly thing of you." She had a genuine smile on her face. "But you won't be able to fight her if you don't head to the stadium."

He quickly let out a 'shit' and turned to run down the hall. He got a few away before he stopped, due to Eiko calling out his name.

"Just wanted to say good luck again!" She yelled with a wave. The boy gave a smirk and went towards his entrance tunnel getting ready for the next match. 'What I really wanted to say is I love you, but I chickened out at the last moment. Not manly at all' She thought with a small smile.

00000

The ash blonde and the brunette soon entered the stadium. Ochako rushed him as soon as Midnight announced the battle began. She tried to get in close and touch Bakugo but the boy either evaded her swipes or exploded her away.

The cycle was rinse and repeat for what felt like forever.

Eventually Present Mic let his two cents be known. He opposed what Bakugo was doing. He was just slaughtering the girl, not even letting her the chance to breathe. He was quickly berated by Aizawa for choosing a side. They were commentators; they were supposed to be neutral in these sorts of things. However the crowd quickly joined Present Mic in booing Bakugo.

Up in the stands Inko was feeling bad for the boy. She knew her nephew was a little rough around the edges but he was also hard to understand, he truly did care about people in his heart though, she figured that out when Izuku tried to climb a tree and fell. Katsuki was there to help his friend up.

Ochako almost touched him once when she left her jacket in a smokescreen but sadly Bakugo guessed where she was and exploded her away again. She was tired and started to get nauseous. But not from fighting the boy entirely.

"Come on, just end it already!"

"Stop messing with her!"

"U.A. really thinks this kid can be a hero!"

"Just get on with it!"

"Look at that face! It's so mean!"

Were just a couple of things that were screamed throughout the stadium. The shouts were slowly escalating, getting louder and louder. Aizawa decided to intervene, saying that he wasn't holding back because it would be rude to look down on his opponent. Shaming both the pro heroes and civilians in the stand.

As soon as he finished that Ochako relented her attack and shakily stood up.

She put her hands together and let out a shaky "release".

'The hell is she releasing-'

Bakugo looked up to see all of the debris that he had kicked up throughout the fight, 'Either this is fucking Deku's idea or he's rubbing off on her!' He quickly brought his hands up as Ochako rushed him one final time.

She was inches away from getting the boy however he let off an immense explosion. One that rivaled his softball throw from the Quirk Assessment Test. All of the debris, all of Ochako's hard work, was gone. The girl herself was blown away from the ash blonde due to his explosion.

She landed near the end of the ring and slowly brought herself up one more time. She got ready to fight Bakugo

Before she passed out.

Midnight ended up calling the match, announcing Katsuki Bakugo the winner.

Bakugo stood there for a couple seconds before doing something that Eiko would deem pretty manly. She turned towards Ochako's body, now being put on a stretcher, and bowed.

He turned and went back into the hall that he entered the stadium from and was surprised when he found Eiko there smiling like a little goblin.

She quickly ran up to him and hugged him, startling the blonde a little bit, and making him blush. "You did go a little hard on Ocha, but you were really cool too." She said it softly, making it seem a lot more genuine. Bakugo blushed at both her touch and her words.

He was about to hug her before she back peddled out of his chest. 'Damn it, I was too slow!' His blush soon died down as the two walked back to the stands.

00000

Chizome Akaguro, otherwise known as the Hero Killer, was currently hunting down another fake. Well hunting down wasn't the right word, you could hardly call it that with how easy this "hero" was to catch.

Now all that was left was to finish the purging of the fake. The hero "Ingenium" was at his feet. He didn't know if the hero was scared or not. The gaudy helmet obscured his view of the hero's face.

He drew his sword from its sheath, the shining katana almost glowing along with Stain's crimson eyes.

"This is all for a greater world" He brought his blade down on the hero's back, even with the armor he was wearing, his katana cut right through it. Nothing but tissue paper to him and his vision. "Spread the word, spread my word. You're not entirely a fake. Tell the others for me, Ex Pro Hero Ingenium."

The villain brought his sword back up and walked away before a portal opened up in front of him. Leaving the hero to either bleed out or be saved by an ambulance. He didn't care he'd likely never walk again.

He turned towards the purple and black mist that was forming in front of him. Out from it emerged a rather scrawny looking man with light blue hair and a hand on his face? Ok that's weird.

"Hero Killer Stain, you're a hard man to find." The man said. "I was hoping we could have a talk." He couldn't see it but the man smiled, just a bit. "I'd appreciate it if you followed me" The man gestured to the portal behind him.

"And what are you doing to do once I walk through? Stab me, shoot me, or maybe you're gonna have someone use their quirk on me, ain't gonna happen kid." He didn't have time for this, more heroes were most likely on the way, and while he didn't mind killing more fakes, he'd done enough for tonight.

"You want to rid the world of heroes, don't you? We have a common goal, just come for one talk, after all Ingenium is rather popular, a number of others will soon arrive to assist him. Wouldn't it just be easier to vanish from this place." The masked man said.

To have someone who shares his ideology was very convincing, but there were other people who had also said that to him, and now, they were dead. He figured, why not, the kid didn't look special so he could just kill him if he didn't like him. "Fine."

"Good good, now come on." The man steps through the portal, and Stain follows suit, hands ready to grab any of his many knives, if needed.

00000

Izuku decided to visit Ochako in the infirmary, he approached the door and tensed up, 'Breathe, just breathe, it's not weird at all that you came to check up on her.' He took deep breaths as he closed his eyes, he took ten breaths before he opened up his eyes and knocked on the door.

He didn't get a response however, he decided to open the door to see if either Ochako or Recovery Girl were inside, he didn't see the latter but he did seem the former.

She seemed to be partially healed, with a couple bandages here and there, Recovery Girl probably couldn't do everything since Ochako had just finished a long fight. He noticed that the girl seemed to be on the phone. He overheard a couple words and it seemed like she was on the phone with her parents.

"Y-Yeah, I know...b-but I just wanna help ya guys.." She sobbed out. "I love you too Dad." She smiled as she hung up. Even if she couldn't do it now, she'd get stronger and she would become a hero.

"O-Ochako?"

The girl stilled as she heard the voice, she turned around to see Izuku looking worried. "I-Izuku?" She said quietly, She looked down as she held her hands close to her chest, after putting her phone away. "I-I didn't want to see anyone….I did really bad though, didn't I?" She had her talk with her parents, for them it was ok, but for Izuku she thought it wasn't. She wasted his time encouraging her and then she lost. "I should've taken your strategy."

Izuku seemed hesitant at first but after hearing the hurt in her voice he ran and wrapped his arms around her, almost knocking her over. The girl was shocked at the sudden movement.

"Don't do that. Don't talk down about yourself. Your fight was amazing, you did exactly what I was going to suggest anyways." His voice sounded so calm and assertive. "All my life, everyone has always tried to be equals with Kacchan, but they've always lost and he's never bat an eye to them, he bowed after your match, you did amazing Ochako, even Kacchan can see that." He said.

He lightened his grip and was going to let go fully until Ochako hugged him back, "T-Thank you." She said quietly, she dug her head into his chest.

Izuku decided to tighten his grip, "Anytime Ochako, anytime." He had a smile on his face. "You did amazing, never forget that, plus you still have a lot more room to grow."

"As much as I love this, don't you have a match to get ready for?" She asked as she backed up, leaving the embrace.

"I don't want to go, I don't want to leave you alone." He said.

"Izuku." The girl said somberly, "I'll go with everyone to watch your match, I just gotta get Recovery Girl to patch me up, I'll be fine, I promise."

Izuku didn't want to go, but he trusted her. "Ok….Ochako…"

The girl decided to hug him one more time before he left. "Good luck, but I don't think ya need it."

"Thanks Ochako." They separated and Izuku went to the door, he hesitated as he grasped the doorknob, he turned his head and smiled at the girl before leaving, he decided to head back to his waiting room.

'So kid, good job, and don't worry. Dumpling cheeks will be alright!'

'While I don't approve of the nickname, I would trust Uraraka. She seems like she'll be alright.'

'T-Thanks you guys….'

'Anytime Midoriya'

'No problem Kid.'

Izuku did some breathing exercises that Tamada taught him. Thinking of things that he could do to win against Ibara. Fire would be too gruesome, after all her vines were her hair. Air would work, he could make a Wind Scythe and cut the vine. Lightning was also a choice, he could speed past the vines and knock her out of the ring with an Earth Gauntlet.

Izuku got ready for his next match preparing to leave the room. He exited and was met with Iida entering. "Ah Midoriya, I did not know that you were going to be in this room as well." The boy said as he chopped his arm.

"Yeah, what a small world, anyways I should get going. My match is about to start." Izuku said as he moved passed to let Iida walk into the room. "See you Iida." He waved

"Bye Midoriya, good luck!" Iida's attention was taken from his friend when his phone rang, Izuku out of earshot and sight did not see the look of sadness and pain that painted Iida's features. "I-I'll be on my way mother."

Izuku kept walking until he reached his entrance tunnel. The screams of both Present Mic and the crowd making him almost go deaf.

'Ready kid?'

'As I'll ever be.'

'Good answer Midoriya.'

"WE HAVE THE MEAN GREEN BEAN OF 1-A WHO WON THE OBSTACLE COURSE AND WENT SOLO FOR THE CAVALRY BATTLE, SOMEONE YOU ALL PROBABLY GOT YOUR EYES ON, IT'S IZUKU MIDORIYA!" Present Mic yelled throughout the stadium. Many people in the crowd got excited as he announced this.

Inko herself got very excited with the announcement. Her baby boy made it so far into the Sports Festival. She was so proud and thanks to Toshi she got to watch the fight first hand. THIS WAS GREAT. Of course, some tears were shed as her overly emotional heart got too excited at some points, but that was to be expected. Surprisingly she hadn't fainted yet either. And if she did she trusted Toshi to wake her up.

"So Young Midoriya is entering the ring once more. This is getting exciting." The gaunt man said with a small smile. It was nice to see the overly boney man could produce such a heartwarming face.

"You know Toshi." Oh here we go with that nickname again! "I'm sure Izuku would want you to call him by his first name." She added.

Toshinori blushed at the statement. He didn't respond to the statement, too embarrassed to do so, "The match is about to start, we better pay attention."

The woman smiled, she realized that the man had changed topics since he was cornered. She didn't mind, and so they both decided to see what Izuku was about to do.

00000

'Hey kid?' Kokoro interrupted Izuku's thinking as Present Mic announced Ibara entering the arena.

'Kokoro, not now, the match is going to start.'

'Well I just thought of a way to beat her is all.'

'Really? I don't believe you.' The woman seemed all gung ho, her actually coming up with a strategy, or parts of one, seemed a little alien to him. Make fun of people and kick ass, basically Kacchan.

'HEY, THE FUCK IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN.' His point stands proven.

'N-nothing, so what'd you have?'

'Well, she's religious and all that stuff right?'

'Yeah?'

'And you have light powers, right?'

...

'I- you- that's stupid.'

'HEY, AT LEAST GIVE IT A TRY IT'D BE FUNNY AS SHIT'

'Tamada back me up here'

'I don't know Midoriya, seems like a rather interesting idea to me' Why? Was the only thought in Izuku's head. Why had Tamada forsaken him.

'You know what, fine.' Izuku thought as Midnight asked if they both understood the rules, "Yes!" Izuku yelled as he stared down Ibara.

The girl herself gave a small, "Yes, ma'am."

"Then let the match BEGIN!" Midnight announced with a crack of her whip.

Ibara assumed a praying position, her eyes closed, the hair on her head growing into insane volumes.

Izuku himself put up his right arm and opened up his hand. 'Visualize what I want.' Izuku thought, his mind racing for what seemed like the perfect weapon in this scenario. 'A sword'. He thought simply 'The handle to be double my hand size so I can use it with two hands. The handle to the the size of my foot, not having too much attention drawn to it. And finally the blade, about the same size as my entire arm, maybe a little bigger.'

Ibara rushed her vines at her still opponent. Going underground and then coming back up and striking. She knew that Izuku had fire powers, but he didn't seem like the kind of guy to use it in this situation, especially considering that her vines were her hair.

She waited for the feeling of her hair to wrap him up but the feeling didn't come. She opened her eyes and to her shock Midoriya had cut through her vines with… a sword….made of 'What is that?'

"WOAH, MIDORIYA STOPS IBARA'S ADVANCES WITH A SWORD! HOW'D HE FREAKING DO THAT!" Present Mic yelled out. He turned to his co commentator for an explanation.

"I have no idea, this is the first time I'm seeing something like this." He responded.

"Oh, you're no fun."

"We're heroes Hizashi, not clowns."

Now that Izuku thought about it, he should name this technique too. After all he did have a collection of all of the things he's been able to do so far. He smirked as he finally came up with something. "Light Style: Excalibur!" He held the blade with both hands and pointed the end towards Ibara.

Izuku effortlessly cut through Ibara's vines, as if Ibara wasn't paying attention to the match, and while it was weird using a sword that basically had no weight to it, he managed. However 'Gotta hurry, light constructs are harder than wind ones.' He quickly started running forward, amplifying his speed with 5% of One For All.

Ibara tried, and failed, to use more vines on Izuku, however she was entranced by the sword that Izuku made.

In the end Izuku got too close and, like all classic swordsmen would do, pointed the end of his blade to Ibara's eyes. It was just an intimidation tactic, nothing serious.

However Ibara ended up falling backwards, in awe at the blade.

'Told you it'd work kid' Kokoro commented as Izuku dropped the sword and ran to catch his opponent. He threw his hand around Ibara's waste as the girl seemingly passed out.

Her head fell back and she wasn't saying anything.

"Ibara?" Izuku said nervously. He looked towards Midnight and, after gushing about how adorable it was, announced that Izuku won. The reason, Ibara was deemed unconscious.

Izuku sighed as he tried to wake up Ibara. She eventually snapped out of it and seemed to have no idea where she was. He had to break the news that she was kind of out of it during their match, however she easily understood and actually apologized that she didn't fight Izuku at her best. Izuku, of course, said that it was fine and they'd have plenty more chances to compete with one another. And finally they both headed back to their separate seating areas.

"TRAITOR!" Ibara was bonked on the head courtesy of Kendo. Said orange haired girl had a pout on her face. "You're really loving thy neighbor, aren't you?" She yelled.

Ibara rubbed the stop on her forehead where Kendo had hit, "I have no idea what you are talking about Kendo." She said, and she didn't, she passed out when Midoriya grabbed onto her so she didn't remember it.

Yanagi soon intervened and showed Ibara a picture that she took of the two using her quirk to lower her phone near the stadium at the end. It was a perfect shot that showed Izuku holding onto Ibara. The vine haired girl blushed a bit.

"We caught you in the act Ibara, you're even blushing!" Kendo said.

Ibara tried to defend herself but it fell on deaf ears.

"So anyone gonna ask what 1-B's yelling about?" Kaminari asked as they heard shouts of two girls.

"I would, but Monoma doesn't like me very much." Izuku said as he rubbed the back of his head. "Anyway, does anyone know when Iida and Shoko's match is gonna start?" He'd been waiting for a while. He was obviously rooting for both of them and he had no idea who would win, though Shoko did seem like the favorable outcome.

"Actually, I won by technicality." Shoko said, out of nowhere, as she appeared at the top of the stands and walked down to join her classmates.

"Shoko, what do you mean by that exactly?" Momo asked with a raised brow.

"Iida left." She said bluntly.

"WHAT?!" Most of 1-A screamed.

Mineta, of all people, decided to jump in "What do you mean he left? We're in the middle of THE SPORTS FESTIVAL! Does he know how much this means?!"

Shoko shrugged, "Midnight-sensei just told me that Iida told Mic and Aizawa-sensei that he was leaving, so I automatically got the win." She walked down to sit next to Izuku, Momo on his right. and Ochako on Shoko's left.

"Wait, did they tell you the matchups?" Eiko asked as she bounced out of her seat.

"No, Midnight-sensei said that they'd announced it when I got back to my seat-"

"EXCUSE ME ALL SPORT FESTIVAL WATCHERS!" Present Mic yelled, cutting off Shoko. "TENYA IIDA HAS LEFT, MEANING THAT SHOKO TODOROKI HAS WON THEIR MATCH!" Many people seemed a little mad and bummed at the announcement, Iida's Recipro Burst was amazing and Shoko was a powerhouse, that would have been an amazing match to watch. "SO WE WILL HAVE A SHORT LUNCH BREAK FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ARE IN THE SEMI FINALS TO GET THEIR ENERGY BACK BEFORE WE END IT ALL, THE MATCHES WILL BE EIKO KIRISHIMA VS KATSUKI BAKUGO AND IZUKU MIDORIYA VS SHOKO TODOROKI! SEE YOU IN 30 MINUTES FOLKS!"

Class 1-A let the information sink in, Eiko had a sad look on her face. She didn't want to fight Katsuki but if she had to, she'd do her best! That's the most manly thing you can do after all! Bakugo was a little pissed at the "random" results, 'This shit had to be staged' he thought. Izuku and Shoko looked at each other, both a little downtrought.

"Guess we won't be meeting in the finals, huh?" Shoko asked, a little sad.

"Looks like it." Izuku said with a small smile, it soon grew however, "So let's make the best out of this next one, alright Sho?" He asked. Shoko smiled a bit in response. "Good it, Izu."

Some of the class cooed at the interaction. Others were jealous, ehemineta, and others tsked at it.

"We get to go to lunch again!" Eiko jumped up after everyone finished.

"Yeah, I'm starving!"

"From what, getting your ass kicked by Bakugo in the first round?"

"JIRO, NOT COOL!"

To say Stain was angry, was an understatement. All this man was, was a man child. Nothing but an overgrown baby that didn't like All Might. They had nothing in common. "Stop wasting my time." The Hero Killer said as he prepared to leave.

"Oi, I was talking!" Tomura didn't like to be ignored, not one bit. He went to reach out for the Hero Killer, not kill him, but get rid of one of the MANY blades that covered the man.

The Hero Killer turned around and dodged the swipe that Tomura did, he then jumped back towards the door and knocked over a stool to try and trip the young villain. However Tomura backed up when he saw the chair fall over, unfortunately for him his attention was taken away by the seating device as Stain threw a knife and it embedded in Tomura's shoulder.

"AHH!" Tomura yelled as he grabbed the blade, it quickly turned to dust.

He turned back to back to attack the Hero Killer but as soon as he did the man was gone.

"KUROGIRI, WHY DIDN'T YOU DO ANYTHING?!" He yelled.

The mist man turned towards him, "You seemed like you had everything settled earlier, Sensei told me to let you handle things, I thought you could."

The young man tsked as he got up and left the bar. Heading to repair his damaged shoulder. "Damn you Hero Killer, damn you All Might!" He yelled, but soon he thought of one more person, 'Damn you Midoriya, if you hadn't killed my Nomu everything would be fine!'

'I'll kill you, or-' Tomura paused, he hunched over in the hall still holding his right shoulder 'There's only a small chance, but even if we don't get him, I'm sure Stain will go back after all he has his strange attack pattern, we'll at least get some students, after all their internships are coming up.' Tomura's face split into a crusty smile as he began to laugh. "KUROGIRI, PREPARE THE NOMUS!" The boy straightened up, 'With the added effect of drawing attention to where the Hero Killer will be, and adding to our own fame, GAME OVER STAIN'

That's it, I had a bit of fun with this chapter, sorry if you don't like it, I'm still new to writing and I'm sorry.

Anyways, I'm now responding to reviews so if you have any criticism I'll happily respond to it! Also, I feel a lot happier about Eiko and Katsuki than I do about Izuku's relationships, and I feel really bad about that. I tried to give Izuku more interactions in this chapter and I'm not sure if they were good or not. Counting on Nabe-chan to let me know.

I think that's all and I hope you come back for the next chapter!
