Aliya POV

The last week flew by in a flash and before Aliya knew it they were all boarding the Hogwarts Express to go home.

Aliya walked into a compartment with Harry, Ron and Hermione and sat down. She was sitting next to Hermione who had Crookshanks on her lap.

It was raining outside. Aliya could hear the loud rumbling of thunder and every now and then there was a flash of light.

"So. Are you guys excited for next year?" Ron asked grimly.

"I don't even think I'm going to go. I'm going to go and search for the rest of the horcruxes." Harry said.

Aliya sighed. She didn't want to go back now either. Dumbledor had just died only a few weeks ago and now Snape was the new headmaster.

"I don't think I'm going to go back. I'll go with you Harry." Aliya said, looking out the window.

"I'll go with you Harry." Hermione said.

"Me too. You can't do this on your own you know." Ron said.

"Yeah I know. The thing is I don't even know where to start." Harry said, looking at the fake horcrux in his hands.

"Somewhere." Ron said.

"What?" Harry asked, looking at Ron.

"Somewhere. You need to start somewhere."

"Yeah. But where is somewhere?"

"Some place."

"You're a genius Ron."

"I know. With my help we will have this mission done in no time."

"I wish that were true.

"Oh! Does anyone want anything? The trolly witch is making her rounds." Ron said, opening the door.

Aliya stood up along with Harry and Hermione and moved over to the door.

"Anything from the trolly?"

"I'll have some Berty Botts every flavor Beans please." Ron said as he pulled out some money.

"I'll have a chocolate frog." Harry said.

"I'll have a sugar quill." Hermione said, handing the witch her money.

"I'll have a licorice wand." Aliya said.

Once they all had their candy they sat back down and shut the door.

Suddenly everyone heard a crack of thunder then the lights went out but the Hogwarts express kept going.

Aliya stood up, opened the door and stuck her head out and looked around. She saw other kids looking around as well. Then she pulled her head back in, closed the door and sat back down.

"Did you figure out what happened to the lights?" Ron asked.

Aliya shook her head.

"No. Everyone else seemed just as confused as us." She said.

"That's odd. Maybe something happened down in the car that Ginny's in." Hermione said.

"I'll go see. What one is she in?" Aliya asked.

"She's in the last compartment. Watch out for the Slytherins." Hermione said.

Aliya nodded.

"Lumos." Aliya said, the tip of her wand lighting up.

She opened the door then headed out into the darkness. As she walked down the hall Aliya made sure to keep an eye out for Slytherins.

After what felt like forever Aliya finally made it to the last car. She walked down the hall until she spotted Ginny, Neville and Luna in a campartment across from Cho Chang and her friends.

Aliya walked over and opened the door to their compartment. Luckily it was not locked.

"Hi." Ginny said, looking up.

"Hi. Sorry to barge in like this I was just wondering if anything happened down here that caused the lights to go out. I was only wondering about down here because all of the kids in the cars ahead of us seamed just as confused as I was." Aliya asked.

"No. Nothing happened down here that I know of." Ginny said.

Aliya nodded then walked out of the campartment and shut the door.

As she walked down the hall she passed a compartment with steam or smoke coming out of it. Aliya stopped walking and squinted, looking into the compartment.

Aliya saw Seamus, Dean and Cormac Mclagan. Seamus was covered in what looked like soot.

"Seamus? What happened? And how are you covered in soot?" Aliya asked.

"It's a long story." Seamus said.

"Did you cause the lights to go out?"

"Yep."

"Oh. Well try to be more careful."

Then she headed back to her compartment. Once she got there she sat down and told Harry, Ron and Hermione what she was told.

It continued to rain for the rest of the ride to the station. Once they got there Aliya hitched a ride with the Weasley's and headed home.

Once they reached her house she pulled her trunk out of the car and was about to leave when she remembered a question she never had answered.

"Hey Ron?" Aliya asked.

"Yeah." Ron said, turning to face her.

"What ever happened to Fred and George?"

"They had enough with Umbridge so they left."

"They just left?"

"Of course not. They made it memorable of course."

"What do you mean by that?"

"They set fireworks off in the great hall during exams and set a swamp bomb off in a corridor then they left on their brooms."

"A swamp bomb?"

"Yeah. It turned an entire corridor into a smelly swamp, drove Umbridge insane."

"Well that's Fred and George for ya. Tell them I said hi."

"Will do."

Aliya watched as Mrs. Weasley drove away into the distance.

Remembering she was home Aliya whirled around and ran inside. She dropped her trunk by the door and sprinted into the living room where she found her parents sitting reading.

"Mom! Dad!" Aliya yelled, running towards them.

Aliya's parents looked up in shock as Aliya hugged them. Once they pulled away Aliya's mom spoke.

"What happened?! Where were you?!" Her mom asked.

"I got transported to another world and got to go on an adventure!!" Aliya said, happily.

"I'm so glad you're back!" Aliya's dad said, throwing his arms around her.

"We're so happy you're back and unharmed." her mom said.

"Where's Mittens?" Aliya asked.

"She's in your room." Aliya's dad said.

At hearing this Aliya ran out of the room and bulted up the staircase to her bedroom. She opened the door and saw her kitten named Mittens sleeping on her bed.

Mittens was a small white fluffy kitten with small grey paws that looked like little mittens.

"Hi kitty." Aliya said, scooping up the small kitten.

Mittens gave a small meow and rubbed her head up against Aliya.

Aliya smiled and carried Mittens down stairs.

"So do you want to tell us about this adventure that you went on?" Aliya's dad asked.

"Yes!" Aliya half shouted, due to excitement.

"You'll have to tell us in the kitchen though." her mom said, standing up.

"She will?"

"I will?"

"Yes she will, otherwise no one will get dinner." her mom said, walking into the kitchen.

Aliya and her father followed her mom into the kitchen. Aliya and her dad sat down at a table close to where her mom was making dinner.

"Now you can tell us." Aliya's mom said.

Aliya told them everything and by the time she finished they had already finished dinner.

"So.. what are hobbits? And how many meals do they have?" Aliya's dad asked.

Aliya sighed.

"Dad. The answer hasn't changed since last time. They are small people with big feet and they have seven meals a day." Aliya said.

"Where did you get that necklace?" her dad asked.

"Dad! I already told you! I got it from Legolas."

"Who's Legolas?"

"Alright now you're just messing with me."

"Who? Me?"

"Do you have short term memory or something?"

"No. I'm just messing with you."

Aliya rolled her eyes.

"I'm going to head to bed." Aliya said standing up.

She gave both her parents huggs then headed off to bed.

Aliya laid in bed happily. She was so happy she was home.

Legolas

POV

Legolas lay in bed awake. He gave up on trying to stop himself from thinking about Aliya. She was all he ever thought about now when he wasn't distracted.

Legolas climbed out of bed and walked onto the balcony. He breathed in the cool night air and sighed. He stared out into the distance. He needed to find a way to just fall asleep but it was harder than it sounded.

After about ten minutes Legolas headed back into his bedroom and climbed into bed. He cleared his mind and closed his eyes and soon enough he was sound asleep.
