When Marit got home
She stares at herself in the mirror and criticizes herself. She thinks her body doesn't have any shape and touches her hair. She decides to grow it out and hopes it'll help her look older. Her 6 year old bother David comes up to her as she gives him a hug and kisses the top of his head. Her mother compliments on her outfit as she walks into the family room. Marit crosses her arms and slumps on the couch. She tells her mom she wants to go shopping for new clothes.
At the store, she tries on hip-hugger jeans and crop tops. She tugs at the jeans as she asks her mom how she looks. Her mom cringes and suggests a button-up blouse. Marit says she doesn't want to look like a baby and hands her mom the halter tops.
Later that day Marit tells her mom that's she's going to bed and she responded by saying it's only 6:30 and I didn't even cook dinner yet as Marit response was "I'm not hungry" she goes to her room as her 6 year old brother follows. puts back the blouse and jeans she had on in the music video (changing her mind about the outfit) gets barefoot she sees her brother and smiles and says Hi buddy I'm actually going to bed. He asks if he can sleep with her she responds by saying "absolutely" after he ask why are you going to sleep in that she simply said I just want to. than he told her to hold on goes into his room 2 Minutes later he comes back barefoot with a brown collared shirt and a pair of black jeans and said if you're going to dress nice for bed so will I. She laughed and said ok come here kiddo picked him up then they head to her bed crawl under the white covers, lay there heads on her white ceaseless pillows, she turns off the lights as he snuggles up to her chest and she puts her arm around him and gently kisses his forehead then he tells her that he prefers her over mom she asks why he responds by saying I have more fun with you I like spending time with you, Marion and you're other friends then Marit says that's means a lot and told him that she loves him and they continue to talk until they both fall asleep. as Little David falls asleep he's curled his head as tight as he could to Marit's chest witch makes makes her smile. When they were sleeping they both smiled the entire time. An hour later her mom goes in her room to watch them sleep.
The next day Marit (still in the mirror mirror outfit) dicides she gonna spend the whole day with her 6 year old brother. They watched tv for a while, they brought in lunch, playing video games, relax on the couch in her room and watched a couple movies as he snuggled up to her with his hand resting on her feet while her arm is around him a couple minutes later he dose's off. once he knows he's asleep she grabs the blanket on the couch and puts it over him then kisses the top of his head wrapped her arm around him as she continues to watch the movie her mother walks in making sure she's ok. she said and then after she told her that she notice that she changed her mind about her outfit. She responds by saying yeah I did. Then she noticed David asleep in Marits arms she said awww, I hope you know that he loves you and you're his hero and best friend. She by saying that she knows and she loves him right back the best gift you ever gave me was him. Then she said she gonna them alone and left the room. When he woke up she taught him how to play guitar. She read to him. At one point he looks in the mirror in her room (like Marit still in the same clothes he slept in) she goes up to him and looked in the mirror and told him you're a good looking kid then tickled him. Then after the 2 spend the rest on the night laying on her bed. He said that he heard her complain about her hair. Then he told her that he likes her hair that way it's pretty and that she shouldn't worry about the way she looks because she's really pretty! Marit smiles put her hand on his foot and said thank you David! I love you so much! Then he asked why she always wears jeans. She responds "I like how they feel barefoot. That's also why I sleep in them. Then her brother asked can I sleep with you again tonight? She said of course. Then he said I'm sorry If you think it's too much. Marit looked at her little brother and said it's not. You can sleep in here with me any time you want. He then asked if he could move in she replied you sure can. He hugged her and said thank you Marit. She said you're welcome. Then after he asked if he can still sleep in the bed with her and she said if that's what you want and he said yes please while cuddling up to her body. He asked when will the music video come out? She said I get the tape tomorrow! I'll Show it to you as she tickles his stomach. Then they got int the covers told each other good night as he snuggled up to her and she put her arm around him then turned out the lights.
