( It was a sunny day in Show Town Hugo and Rita were walking by Farmer Mccoll's farm where they saw Trevor the traction engine looking glum )

Hugo: Hi Trevor you don't look very happy today.

Rita: Is there something wrong?

Trevor: ( Sighs ) Hello Hugo and Rita I feeling a little glum today earlier this morning is was taking a trailer full of apples to the juice bar when Max and Monty got stuck behind and told me to speed up but I couldn't because I can only go slow.

Hugo: Oh dear well maybe we can help you what do you need to make you go faster?

Trevor: Well something like a motor or something?

Rita: A motor well me and Hugo will go to the steamworks and see if Victor has one.

Trevor: Okay.

( Hugo and Rita got on their skateboard and rode to the steamworks )

Victor: Hello my friends what are you doing here?

Hugo: Hi Victor were looking for a motor.

Victor: A motor for what?

Hugo: For Trevor he says he wants one so he can go faster.

Victor: Oh well okay then Kevin?

Kevin: Yes boss?

Victor: Go and see if you can find a motor around here.

Kevin: Sure thing boss.

( Kevin went off to find a motor and soon he found one and came back with it )

Kevin: Here it is boss.

Hugo: Thanks Kevin but it's a little rusty though.

Kevin: Why don't you take it to Professor Fuddlehudd? He can mend things and turn them into new.

Rita: Okay thanks for the help.

( Hugo and Rita placed the rusty motor on their skateboard and rode away as Victor and Kevin got back to work Kevin crashed into a box of tools )

Kevin: Sorry boss.

( Victor rolled his eyes Hugo and Rita arrived at Professor Fuddlehudd's workshop to see if he can restore the rusty motor )

Rita: Hi Professor we were wondering if you can restore this rusty motor for us?

Professor: Hmm well I see what I can do.

( Professor Fuddlehudd got to work on restoring the motor and after ten minutes he managed to do it )

Professor: Here you go Hugo and Rita it's just like new.

Hugo: Wow thanks Professor now to take this to Trevor.

( Hugo and Rita left the workshop and returned the Trevor to show him the new motor )

Hugo: We are back Trevor and look what we got.

Trevor: Wow it's a motor and its all shiny.

Rita: Now then here's how it works first we put the motor on the back of Trevor.

( Hugo and Rita attached the motor to the back of Trevor )

Rita: And then you Trevor will start moving and it will power the motor.

Trevor: Okay then.

( Trevor started moving slowly )

Trevor: You might be right Hugo and Rita maybe this will work.

Hugo: Faster Trevor move faster.

Trevor: All right I will.

( Trevor started moving faster just then the motor on the back of him started to power up and soon enough Trevor started moving at high speed )

Trevor: Woah jumping corncobs its alive.

Rita: We told you it was better.

Trevor: Look out you two I can't control myself or stop help.

Hugo: Oh no Rita Trevor has never moved that fast lets see where he's going.

( Hugo and Rita got on their skateboard and chased after Trevor )

Hugo: Slow down Trevor.

Trevor: I can't

( Meanwhile Norman the diesel engine was pulling a goods train of stones along the train tracks when he saw Trevor coming towards him at top speed )

Norman: Huh?

Trevor: Look out Norman.

Norman: Oh my.

( Norman applied his brakes but Trevor missed him and went around Norman and ended up crashing through Norman's truck's full of stones they flew into the air and crashed onto the ground Hugo and Rita zoomed by him on their skateboard )

Rita: Sorry Norman can't stop.

( One of the stones from Norman's trucks fell down and hit him on the head )

Norman: Ow.

( Hugo and Rita were still in hot pursuit on Trevor's tracks Max and Monty were rolling along the road when Trevor zoomed by them causing them to spin around )

Hugo: Sorry Max and Monty besides now you two and Trevor are even.

( They were now in Show Town center Trevor blew his whistle like mad to warn people )

Trevor: Excuse me look out coming through.

( Trevor crashed through a rubbish bin and zoomed past Morgana and Yaya Panda )

Morgana: Huh I didn't know Trevor could go that fast.

( Trevor zoomed out off Show Town center and was heading straight towards a wall )

Trevor: ( Screams )

( Trevor's driver Jem Cole jumped clear off Trevor and Trevor crashed right through the wall Hugo and Rita soon arrived the check on him )

Hugo: All you alright Trevor?

( Trevor was completely bashed and battered his paint work was scratched and his wheel's were broken and his funnel was crooked )

Trevor: Yes I think so.

( Trevor's flywheel fell off )

Rita: Were sorry about putting a motor on you we only did that cause you said you wanted to go fast.

Trevor: Its okay you two at least the motor has stopped working but now I have to be repaired.

Hugo: I guess you prefer going slow now huh?

Trevor: Yes I suppose so.

( Soon Butch came along and towed Trevor away to be repaired a few days later Trevor was fully repaired and back in operation once again )

Hugo: So now Trevor do you prefer going fast or slow?

Trevor: Slow its much safer especially if you're a traction engine.

Rita: I guess you're right slow and steady wins the race.

( The three all happily laughed together )
