That evening, everyone had gathered for the big event outside.
"And as a reminder, anyone who does not sign their page in the Storybook of Legends will risk being erased from hexsistance," said Headmaster Grimm as he stood at the podium.
"Like he hasn't warned us about this for years now," said Cerise who was sitting next to Maddie.
"Now to begin the night, I introduce Apple White," said Headmaster Grimm. Apple then walked up to the podium, leaving Raven alone.
"Guess she'll always pick her destiny before anything else," thought Raven as she watched Apple sign the book. Her name was then called by Headmaster Grimm.
"Let's just get this over with," thought Raven as she approached the podium. The book then showed her a vision of herself giving Apple the poison apple, fighting for her life on the streets, and then Apple having her arrested.
"Can't believe she's happy about this," thought Raven as she noticed Apple smiling. She then reached out for the quill pen.
"No," said Raven in a whisper as she pulled her hand back.
"I'm Raven Queen, and I chose to make my own destiny!" said Raven as she slammed the book shut. This caused the mirror monitors to shatter and everyone in the crowd to gasp.
"What have you done, Raven?" asked Apple before running off. This made all of the Royals boo at Raven who just stood on the stage.
"I don't care if they hate me, this is what I have chosen," thought Raven before walking away.
