Naruto is sitting on the hokage mountain right now, it has been two days since he is returned from his trip, he is looking at the different places of the village, shops, residents etc. Then hokage came to his side, and he also starts looking at the village. Hokage came here because this is a place where naruto and he always met, hokage is sad now, but he has some hope because naruto has changed, but he didn't do anything wrong to anyone, kakashi didn't tell him anything about naruto, and he didn't force it, but might guy has told him some of his time with naruto.
"I heard you enjoyed your time in your trip. " said hiruzen.
" Is papers are ready?" asked naruto in hard voice. Blond didn't want to talk with hiruzen about things like that, connection between them is destroyed, he can't trust him again like every time he did in the past. And his grandfather tone makes him more angry whenever he talks to him like that, he wanted to talk with the hokage who run the village, not his grandfather play which cost him so much in his life.
Hiruzen was trying to make good connection with him again like naruto did with kakashi but from naruto's tone it is clear not to mess up with him like the last time. Hokage then give a scroll to naruto.
Naruto opens the scroll, there was a bunch of papers, he read it carefully for a few minutes.
"Property in the center of the village, one third of shopping district, this is quite unique plan you had created for me, I thought I will get some corner but you sure surprised me hokage. Still, I don't think this is going to be like the last time you placed me in the center, to make connection with this pathetic village. Dattebayo! " said naruto.
"We can always hope for best naruto. " said hiruzen.
" Of course we can. But some wounds can never heal, and some wound which was healed left scars."said kyuubi container in sad tone. His eyes are still on the peoples.
"Will you ever forgive me? " asked hiruzen sadly with regret in his tone.
" It depends." said naruto.
" On what? " asked hokage.
Naruto didn't answer his question.
" I have another mission request for you hokage? " Asked naruto looking at hokage.
" And what is it? " asked hokage.
" Well I want your ninja to remove all shopkeepers and their stuffs from uzumaki property in one week. And I want kakashi for this job." said naruto.
Hokage got still, their plan got failed, they thought increased rent will sure make things good, but naruto again did the same thing as the last time.
"Naruto it's clearly mentioned in this paper, you will get 5 percent increased rate on all this shops. Why are you doing something like this again. " said hokage.
" What I do on my property is non of your business hokage, if you can't do mission for me, ninja of other village can, and I don't think it would be pleasant site for you to see ninja of other villages throwing your people out of their shops, so what do you say? " asked naruto.
Hokage thought for a minute, he has one week given by naruto, he can sure find out solution out of this. He didn't want another chaos in the village.
" Okay, I will do it, it's not like you have given me options. It will take payment of A rank like the last time." said hokage.
Naruto throw the scroll to the hokage.
"That's your advanced payment with tip." said naruto and fly off in the burst of falcons.
Hokage came back to the council, they are meeting since past two days because Naruto has comeback from his trip, naruto is don't seen too much even if he is in the village, because he has stopped doing his pranks, and some people didn't recognize him now because he had stopped wearing his orange jumpsuit. But council knew about him they were using some long distance trackers to track his movements but it was just a waste of time because he always turns into bird every time and flew away, his movement inside the village is always like a normal people, and his time with guy was also like normal. Kyuubi container didn't do anything suspicious on his trip except talking some harsh truth which guy couldn't even speak to the councils.
Kakashi didn't tell them anything about naruto because of his deal with naruto, and nobody said anything to kakashi because they knew kakashi had made some connection with Naruto, it can be turn out good. And also their mission report was quite funny to them. Guy has written everything in his mission report and they were curious how kakashi would have looked in female dress, some of them from the council couldn't even stop themselves from laughing after hearing that. They have heard about naruto's sexy jutsu on a merchant when they were gone so kakashi being turned into a girl is more funny to them. And then Naruto he is behaving like kid who is little mature of his age but still have some joyful nature and notty tendencies. But sometimes naruto talks serious things like it is nothing. And that's not good for them.
"So how did it go hokagesama? " Asked inoichi he had read some expression of hoakge which was not good.
" Naruto has given me mission to clear all the shops for him in one week. " Said hokage showing them small scroll which they heard about from the report. Hearing about naruto learning sealing jutsu was a bit dangerous, no child could do sealing jutsu except uzumaki, and Naruto is creating his own sealing jutsu was like another level for them, but it was not surprising for because he is a son of two sealing masters, hearing about it was different but watching his creation is different thing, small black sealing scroll with two silver point at the end, it was looking beautiful.
" I can't believe he is doing this again. Why did you accept the mission hokage sama? " asked tsume.
"He would have given same mission to other village if I didn't take it. We also have one week time, so we can transfer the shop to other part of village." said hokage.
"We can't solve this problem in just a one week, we don't have any new place for them. "Said hyuga.
" I can make the new houses hokage-sama. " Said tenzo.
" That's solves one problem." said homura.
"We can't shift all of them at one place why? Because we don't have any big place for all of them." said shibi aburame.
"Can't we just put all the food shops near the akimichi clan household." said akimichi clan head.
Everyone put palms on their head on this.
"That's nice idea we will classify the shops like books store, food store, shopping stores and place them in different places of the village. And we don't need one big space for it." said nara.
"That settles things but what we are going about shopkeepers. They are not going to like this changes because we are shifting only one third of them." asked Kurama clan head.
"Yeah that's a big problem."said inoichi.
"Then we can just shift all of them. This thing can even turn out good for our village."said nara.
Everyone was shocked hearing this, shifting all of them in groups is sure not a bad idea but it will take so much time and efforts.
"We still have two other parts of shopping district which is not a part of naruto's property, we can make groups on the basis of majority types of shops, which are already present there, so not too many people have to move around. " Said hiyashi.
" But doing all this things in one week is impossible.how will we do it? " Said inoichi.
Everyone one thought for a minute. hokage's eyes spotted the scroll in front of him.
" We will shift every thing by putting them into the scroll." said hokage.
"That's brilliant idea but still we can't put everything in the scroll, even scroll has different nature according to different things. " Said advisor of hokage.
"For that we still have this naruto's scroll, I have seen him using it, its limits are more than normal scrolls. This sure going to help us out." said hokage.
"Maybe he purposely given the scroll to us to check are we smart enough to think like that, this boy is too troublesome, even my son was asking troublesome questions about him. " Said nara.
" And we still don't know what he is going to do with these properties. " said tsume.
" I hope it will not become another troublesome situation for us "said nara and putted his head on the desk and slept.
"We have to be ready for his next step, he is not greedy after money, we gave him good deal, yet he rejected it, and also last time he accepted the deal of property when he wanted money, he knew he is in loss but maybe this was his plan from the start, his past with the villagers is not good, maybe he is taking revenge but not directly. Not to forget he is also playing mind games with us hokage sama. " Said inoichi.
" That's one way of thinking about that. "Said hiruzen.

" We can't say anything about him we have to just wait and watch. And make future plans for his next move, he is unpredictable, but he is giving us some clues for solving problems. I can't believe the 11-year-old child is messing with my mind."said hiyashi annoyingly
" Don't worry we will sure sort things out like we did today, and I hope naruto and us came to good terms, my son was angry at me because he seen changes in naruto and talking about his past, and I couldn't answer him about anything. " Said tsume.
" How did he know about it? " asked hokage.
" Naruto was playing with hiyashi's daughter, and they heard them." said tsume.
"What! Hinata, when did she become friend of him? " Asked Hiyashi.
" I don't have any clue about that. "said tsume.
" Hiyashi please don't do anything against it, it is better if naruto made connection with village." said hokage.
"We don't know what he is up to hokage-sama, he is dangerous, he can use my daughter against us." said hiyashi.
"He maybe dangerous to the village, but he is not type to play with someone's emotion, he is living with ramen chef and his daughter inside his mansion, and spends millions on them, he is not going to get anything from them, he will never be going to use your daughter hiyashi, he spent his time with animals more than human, he only allowed few people around him, and he cares about them. So don't worry about that. He is not going to do anything to your daughter." said hiruzen.
Hiyasi becomes silent at hokage's words, he wanted to disagree with them, but hokage's word was reasonable, his daughter has putted him into this mess, she was not good before and now she is becoming more and more problem to him.
And Naruto, He didn't trust naruto at all, before he was idiot prankster who was pranking all the village, and then he has become genius prodigy overnight, and started threatening all the village, doing so many things against the village not directly, but he is still doing it. He didn't know what will be his next move and he has to keep check on his daughter now.
"So are we done here I am too much hungry, I need my second breakfast. " Said choza.
" Is there anything else to discuss? " Asked hokage.
Nobody answered.
" So that's it for today, I will see you next week."said hokage.
The next two day was chaos around the village because of new policies, some villagers agreed on the terms those who doesn't have to change the place while others are protesting and civilian Council were also protesting because they are losing power in the village, hokage has stopped listening to them since demon started rebelling against the village. And Shinobi Council are making all decision in the name of preparation of war civilian council don't have any say on all this matter, and they knew all this has something to do with that spawn of a demon.
On fourth day some protesters agreed to shift when they watched their new shop and also ninjas were going to help them for shifting, and others agreed because they heard they will be forcefully removed from their shops by ninjas if they don't do things peacefully, and civilian Council couldn't do anything on that if shopkeepers agreed on terms, so they stopped their protests.
Naruto come to the side of kakashi and watched everything was shifting by genins of konoha.
"Well hokage has short things out quite smartly and peacefully. " Said naruto.
" Were you expecting chaos?" asked kakashi.
"No, that was one of possibilities, I gave him idea of transporting things with scrolls by giving him my scroll. And he was smart enough to take a hint." said naruto.
" So you wanted to play mind games?" aaked kakashi with smile.
"Of course, you know my nature kakashi I like to mess with people, it would have fun watching things, if you would have forcefully removed all of them from their shops, like they throwed me all the time, but still they are sad and frustrated like I was when they kicked me out all the time. " Said naruto.
" You said you didn't want revenge yet you did this again, before you tell anything I know you didn't take directly but indirectly you did. "Said kakashi.
" Oh come on kakashi, it was not my plan on first place to get the property, it was their plan to give me property so when the attack comes I have to protect my properties, that means protecting the village indirectly, even if I like it or not. That is the reason they give me center part of village. They indirectly wanted to make me loyal of this village, but they should know that everything has a price which they have to pay." said naruto.
Kakashi listened to him he can't argue with him on this, naruto is never wrong his logic is always right, Naruto said he will never be going to become loyal to village, yet they tried indirectly and Naruto took indirect revenge.
This is some kind of Cold War between village and naruto, and copy ninja is a neutral party in this because of his deal with naruto.
"So what are you going to do with this property ? "Asked kakashi.
" I am not telling you right now it's a surprise dattebayo! " said naruto.
" That can be expected from you, I also heard there is something going on between you and the princess of hyuga." said kakashi.
"NoNoNo we are just friends dattebayo! Why are you all always thinks like that. And what about you? You are still single you can't marry icha icha series dattebayo! " shouted naruto.

" Kakashi you spoiled all of my fun but still you got a deal. I am hungry now let's go to ichiraku we will have ramen eating competition there."said naruto.
Kakashi thought for a second he always lost his bet with naruto, but this time he can win, he has to try this thing.
" Ok lets go"said kakashi and pull naruto up then placed him onto his shoulder.
"Aaah what are you doing kakashi, I am not a kid dattebayo. "Said naruto.
" Wrong you are still just a little gaki. "said kakashi and started walking.
"You will regret for this kakashi." said naruto.
People were looking at them curiously copy ninja was taking demon child on his shoulder, and enjoying time with him. Both of them reached at ichiraku, and started their competition kakashi lost another competition against blond.he has to clean all dishes of ichiraku shop now, He became sad but his sadness was gone when ayame told him how naruto got beat by hinata. All of them laughed about that when they show naruto was still trying to break her record. It was nice moment for all of them.
Two days later hinata came to naruto's house, she was really sad when she read latter of naruto that he was gone on trip for month, she was waiting for him for a month, but now when he came back her confidence is again gone back to her past self, she is really nervous.
"Oh! Hinata how are you? Come on get in i brought some gifts for you from my trip. "Said naruto and took hinata in by her hands.
Hinata surprised listening to him, she is feeling little relived that every thing is normal when it comes to naruto. Hinata has seen naruto inside the village, and she wanted to meet him every moment but her father was more angry at her these days, he was keep watching her movements, she didn't know her father finds out about her friendship with Naruto or hanabi has told him about it. She wanted to meet naruto more when her father treated her bad. For having some good time.
Naruto took her inside his palace. And gave a seat.
"I didn't know much about girls things so I told ayame neechan to buy these things for you." said naruto.
Naruto took out the scroll and put it on the table and opened it. There were some clothes, jewelry and decorative things were there, and hinata likes all things not just because they were beautiful, it was because naruto who brought these things for her.
"tttthank yyou nnaruto kkun, tthey aare rrreally beautiful." said hinata with little blush on her cheeks.
"I knew you would like it hinata." said naruto.
"ii mmade sssome cccokkiees fffor yyou nnaruto kun."said hinata and gave him bag from his other hand.
"Oh thanks hinata that's so nice of you. I will eat it later I am not hungry right now."said naruto.
" nnaruto kkun, wwilll yyou ttell mmme about youur trrip." said hinata.
"Of course I will tell you everything, so where can I start hmmm Yes, I got my clan money from the hokage and I was bored inside the village so I decided to take a trip with ayame neechan and tsuchi, I also took kakashi and might guy with me as an escort, i would have taken you also but you still go to academy every day so i changed my mind, so our journey was begun with the problem, ayame neechan took too much time we were late in the start of our trip, but when she came at the gate of the village... After that they ate cookies together and played some video game.
"I can't believe I lost again hinata, you're sure using some tricks to defeat me dattebayo! "said naruto.

" What really! It works on video game "said naruto.
" yyes nnaruto kun." said hinata.
"Well you hyugas are always best in taijutsu, but I will defeat you next time dattebayo. "Said naruto.
" iii don't ttthink yyou ccan defeat me nnaruto kun. " Hinata teased naruto with small blush and smile.
" What did you say, you will sure gonna pay for this."said naruto and started hitting hinata with pillow very hard.
"You can win against me in video game but can't win against me in this fight datrebayo! "said naruto.
"No naruto kun you will be going to lose here also byakugan. " hinata activated her byakugan.
Naruto jumped away from her.
" Hinata that's cheating you can't use dojutsu in pillow fight." said naruto.
" oof course I can naruto kun."said hinata and threw pillow on naruto right on the face.
For ten minutes they fought with pillows naruto's strike were harder but hinata easily dodge his strikes and hit precisely to him with every strike. Naruto also dodge some of her strike by his speed and instincts but against the dojutsu it is very hard to win.
So naruto gave up after ten minutes and declared hinata winner of pillow fight. Hinata laughed very hard after this, but she stopped she didn't want to humiliate naruto more.
"Sorry nnaruto kkun, I didn't want to hhurt you, ii have tto go nnow ii don't wwant mmy father tto ffind out iii ccome tto your place."said hinata.

"No you're not going alone, I will walk you home. "said naruto.

Naruto and hinata walking through the streets, most of the people were ignoring naruto and didn't recognize him, but some of them glaring daggers at him with hate, they knew the change in village policy also have something to do with the demon, otherwise hokage would have talked with civilian council before making decisions.
"You are the reason of our problems monster, why don't you just die." one fat shopkeeper shouted from behind. Now everyone got his attention in the middle of shopping street.
Naruto has ignored them every time before but today he stopped and turned around, and now he is glaring at the guy who shouted at him, everyone got chilled what Naruto is going to do next. Hinata also got afraid she had seen naruto's anger before when he was talking with the hokage. That time it was with byakugan but this time this is real.
"It is not me who is a reason of your problems it is your own hate Dattebayo! "said naruto.
"Don't lecture me about hate you demon, after killing thousands of people including my wife."Said shopkeeper.
Naruto thought for a moment he is not looking angry he is looking calm. He removed his t shirt and channelled his chakra, everyone became more serious and tensed about what he is up to, a seal appeared on the belly of naruto.
" You see this seal, it contains the nine tail fox, forth bastard sealed it in me when I was born, to save this pathetic village, but you can't differentiate between me and the fox, should I break the seal and release the fox, so you can clearly differentiate between me and the fox? " Said naruto while putting his right hand on the seal.
Everyone got tensed last time they felt the chakra of fox, but this time blond is talking about releasing the fox for real, even running away is not going to help them if the fox comes out. man in front of naruto was speechless, his eyes had fearful expression now instead of hate, the only thing he could see is his death.
And hinata couldn't belive what naruto said naruto cleared every things, she had got major pieces of puzzle now and image of naruto's life was seeming clear now, she got answer of most of her questions but she herd last words of blond so suddenly she hugged naruto from behind,and started crying.
"nnnaruto kkun, ppplease dddon't do ttthis. "said hinata while crying. Her tears were dropping on shoulder of naruto, naruto took sigh and turned around and removed tears from hinata's eyes
" Don't worry hinata, I was just messing with him, I am not doing anything please stop crying." said naruto while he wore his t shirt again and started walking with hinata on his way.
Everyone felt relived that nothing happened. Some of them got angry on that particular shopkeeper,and so many of them realized why they were told not to messed with the blond.
Next week a hundred of construction workers and some contractors came to the village and started working on their project on uzumaki property, they started demolish all the shops, and they were not using just tools they were using small paper bombs, but they were doing more destruction than normal paper bombs, everyone heard the sounds of blasts. While hokage and the council knew naruto is like always, up to something big.
Naruto is right now walking on the street going to his usual ramen shop. It has been two months since he is in the village, doing training, eating, playing like he does on usual days, his construction work is in the progress, he hided all the area with giant chakra barriers which was touching the sky,one morning every one woke up and saw giant barrier in the centre of village no one could see what works are going on the inside, only workers knows what they are making, and they were told not to tell anyone about project including their families.
Naruto was walking peacefully on his way, on one hand he is spinning kunai on his finger on other hand he is holding icha icha book, he started reading it for deciphering the code but he falls right into kakashi's trap, he liked some of the story and character while he was deciphering then he started reading it whole and now he also has became addicted to this book.he was reading it peacefully but then suddenly someone jumped and lend in front of him.And he was sasuke uchiha.
Naruto stopped reading his book put it in his back pocket. Folded his hand on his chest and looked directly in the eyes of sasuke, he didn't tell anything for a moment. All sasuke's fangirls were watching the scene they had seen sasuke training harder after naruto's meeting with him, sasuke was getting more and more angrier than before these days he usually ignores fangirls but now he even started shouting and attacking some fangirls and told them to stay away from him. Fangirls were blaming naruto for that he was between them when they were in the academy now even after he is gone from the academy he is giving trouble to them. And sasuke was always finding naruto everyday inside the village for his revenge. But he never found him for long time but now naruto is in front of him.
"Fight me naruto." shouted sasuke.
"So you didn't understand what I told you last time huh teme, I guess you need some beating to understand that not to come in my way." said naruto.
"Like you could ever defeat me dobe, you can't insult the uchiha and go away."said sasuke.
"I didn't insult your clan I told you the truth. That most people of your clan were arrogant pathetic creatures like you." said naruto.
"Narutooo "shouted sauske started running at naruto.
Sasuke punched straight left to naruto, naruto dodged it by moving his head to the right and give right hook to the sasuke, sasuke ducked the punch and give right cross punch to Naruto, Naruto blocked it gave right kick to sasuke's leg very hard, sasuke gave left hook to Naruto and Naruto returned it with his own left hook, but Naruto started continuous attack, he started punching left cross with his right hooks sasuke blocked punches with dodging and blocking it but suddenly naruto given straight kick to his stomach, sasuke flew off with that kick and lend on the ground on his back.
Sasuke threw surikens at naruto, and naruto deflected all of it with kunai in his hand.
Villager were feared Naruto more when they show how easily he is beating sasuke their last uchiha prodigy, while some of sasuke's fangirls were cheering him to defeat naruto, but other fangirls got shocked when they saw naruto is on the upper hand in the fighting who never won against sasuke in any fight.
Sasuke became more angry after the beating, he put his hands reverse on the ground and pushed his body, he came back on his leg and took out his own kunai started attacking naruto, naruto blocked the kunai with his own, there fight now has become more aggressive sasuke continued his attacked with his kunai naruto first blocked his attacks sparks were coming with every attack and then naruto started his own attacks, he also started punching left hooks with his kunai strikes when sasuke got distracted for second so naruto gone airbone and kicked sasuke with both of his leg, sasuke crossed his arm but due to force both of them gone back and got flat on the back, both of them stood up immediately sasuke started doing hand sign, "fire style fire ball jutsu" shouted sasuke and send fireball at naruto, naruto did a single hand sign "water style water bullet jutsu" said Naruto send water bullet straight through the fire ball, water bullet was larger than the fireball and it's stronger nature affinity than fire, it hit sasuke, and sasuke fall on the ground on his back again after flying few meters. This hurt him more than before. He couldn't get up, Not just his body but also his pride was hurt, because uchihas were known to do their fire jutsus,and naruto defeated him and his jutsu easily which he had practiced for years.
Naruto came near sasuke who was flat on his back.
"I told you don't spoil my peace out of your stupidity, But you didn't listen." said naruto
Blond put him up by grabbing his hair and hit him with the knee directly at the Belly , a small amount of blood came out of sasuke's mouth.
"next time beating will be more if you come in my way" said naruto and dropped sasuke on the ground and took out his icha icha book from his back pocket and started reading it again while walking past sasuke.
Sasuke was hurt, defeated, angry and in so much pain, but he didn't accept his defeat, he can't lose to the dobe, sasuke took out kunai from his pocket and threw it at naruto's back with rest of his power. But naruto sensed it coming and dodge it. naruto came in front of sasuke and this time he is looking angrier than before.
"You never learn from your mistakes Teme. That's why you can never defeat me, itachi was far stronger than you when he was your age."Said naruto and threw a kunai at sasuke's right arm sasuke cried out of pain.
" Did you feel the pain?" asked naruto.
Sasuke didn't answer and naruto threw another kunai at sasuke's left arm. Sasuke screamed again, his voice could be heard throughout the street. Some ninja were also come there to watch the scene, but they didn't do anything, they were waiting for hokage's order.
Sasuke's fan girls started coming to stop naruto from killing sasuke. But naruto did single hand sign and created few shadow clones and stopped them from interrupting.
"Tell me teme did you feel the pain? "Asked naruto while throwing kunai at sasuke's right leg. Sasuke screamed louder this time.
" Yes dobe now stop doing this aaaaaa. " Shouted sasuke.
Naruto threw next kunai at sasuke's left leg.
" You're in no position to order me sasuke." said naruto and threw another kunai at sasuke's left leg. Hokage came at that time he watched naruto throwing kunai at sasuke but it was not vital, so he didn't order anyone to stop naruto.

Everyone was listening naruto's word including hokage, But no one did anything to stop Naruto, because hokage didn't order them to stop him, hokage wanted to know about naruto to slip something, so he could know about his plan Because Naruto is building something inside the barrier he didn't know what it is, Sasuke's fangirls were crying at that time because naruto's clones had stopped them from getting near, clones are not allowing any single of fangirl to come in his way of dealing with the uchiha. Hokage got tensed naruto is not allowing him to talk, but it is very important to talk with him.

"Yes there's one thing I wanted to tell you hokage so listen carefully, there will be no fight against me, it will be a full fledged war, so choose your enemy wisely. Otherwise, there will be no konoha in the map." said naruto.
Everyone got tensed at naruto's word, he is ready to fight war against village, and saying that he will remove existence of the hundreds of year old village like it is nothing.
" Are you threatening me? " asked hokage.

"okay." said hokage and sunshin away from the shop.
Hokage than come to his office and recall every words of naruto again, and thinking about his mistakes, usually naruto says he has no animosity towards the village but today he talked about destruction of the village, hokage wanted to talk naruto about naruto's plan, they're getting aggressive day by day, he wanted to sort things out a little, he have to think what mistake he had made, he has to think about naruto's nature and his words, he had talked with naruto at ichiraku ramen before few times,all time naruto had simply ignored him but today everything become mess without even saying anything, what mistake he had made did he annoyed naruto, or did his timing was wrong, or it has something to do with sasuke.

Next day Naruto leaved konoha nobody knew where he is gone, hokage didn't like when he found out that Naruto is gone again, every time he comes back he does something bad, hiruzen wanted to know what is blond is planning outside the village, he doesn't have any information of Naruto's evolving outside the village, even jiraiya is not giving him any proper information since he finds out about Naruto's Rebellion, and he can't even send his ninjas to follow Naruto, tracking someone who can fly in different directions at the same time is almost impossible, and what is more frustrating is that his last talk with Naruto which didn't end up well, he is preparing all ninja for war and war , Naruto knows all the secret of hidden leaf village, if other nation find out about that they will definitely go to try to destroy the leaf, they can simply konoha attack konoha if they find out that nine tails jinchuuriki is not loyal to leaf, this isn't going well for the leaf he has to protect it from anything, and there's danzo who has become silent for a few months maybe naruto is a reason behind that too, otherwise he would have come already with a request of eliminating naruto, he won't be able to handle all of this alone this time, he needs both jiraiya and tsunade at his side.
Meanwhile, Naruto was flying above the clouds, and he saw a mountain, its tip can be shown on top of the cloud, naruto reached at that place it was beautiful, vegetation here is a very different from the rest, trees and plants are bigger and greener than normal ones, while fruits are giant, air is a pure and there is stream of water coming from here and there, Naruto stops near the river and release his transformation jutsu and came back into his normal form, the water was looking pure he could clearly see fishes and vegetation inside the water he took water in his hand and about to drink it but somebody came before him.
"I WOUDN'T DRINK IT IF I WERE YOU" voice came from the back of Naruto.
"What the fuck" shouted Naruto and jumped back and took out his kunai from his pocket.it was giant bull size falcon was in front of him. It's color was majorly light brown but some edges of wings were red, its eyes were sharply looking at naruto.
"DON'T WORRY I AM NOT GOING TO HURT YOU." the bird said.
Kyyubi container examined him for a while and relaxed.
"Sorry I usually don't see giant birds who can talk." said Naruto.
"AND WE ALSO DON'T SEE HUMANS AT THIS PLACE EITHER, THE LAST HUMAN WHO COME HERE WERE 300 YEARS AGO ACCORDING TO THE STORIES . I THINK YOU SHOULD COME WITH ME SO YOU CAN TALK WITH OUR GREAT FALCON SAGE." said the bird.
"You aren't making me your food, are you? " Asked blond.
" WE USUALLY DON'T EAT HUMANS AND YOU ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR JUST A ONE TIME MEAL FOR ME AND I AM JUST A KID." bird answered.
"That sounds good for me so where are you going to take me? " Asked Naruto.
"ON TOP OF MOUNTAIN." answered the falcon.
" Sorry but I don't think it's a good idea to go to the top, oxygen level will be very low on top of that mountain." said Naruto.
"DON'T WORRY THIS MOUNTAIN IS DIFFERENT JUST SIT ON MY BACK." said falcon.
"Well it looks different maybe I can believe you."
Naruto sits on the back of the falcon.
"SO WHAT'S YOUR NAME ? " Asked falcon.
" Naruto uzumaki what yours? " Blond asked.
"MY NAME IS HAYA NICE TO MEET YOU NARUTO , NARUTO HOLD ME TIGHT NOW." said falcon.
Naruto covered his eyes with his glasses which was on his forehead, and hold falcon very tight next moment haya started moving it's wings and they flew off in just a seconds, it was beautiful moment for Naruto the natural wind was touching his face, hands and every part of body, usually when he become bird, his shape becomes aerodynamic, so he cuts through wind but right now he can feel it, this kind of flying is feels more good than normal one. After a few minutes of flying they reached at top of the mountain.
