I heaved smiling, seeing him banter with Lan Zhan regarding how we met…

Wei Ying Laughed out loud at that…and rolled his eyes. He then, looked at Lan Zhan fondly and said…"Actually , Lan er ge ge… We had slept together a few times while we were …as she said, acquaintances…It was while I was in burial mounds"

This ideot really hadn't changed. I looked at Lan Zhan hiding a smile, curious to see how he would react….

Wei Ying rose his eye brows for a moment surprised, and then laughed..

"You were acquaintances too? My lovely Lan Zhan, I might have misunderstood you , that you both slept too , if I didn't knew you so well! You really should use more words.."

I shook my head …He was as oblivious as before too...

I looked at the pale Lan heir, who was staring at the ground as if did some personal offense to lips were pressed together so hard that it must have been painful...

Lan Zhan was visibly blushing but he continued, a bit stronger, "Wei Ying… I…We had a night together.."

I heaved, as the chill spread to the surroundings, and Wei Ying became quiet all of a sudden…

Seriously, The drama was too much… Yeah, what happened with me and the Lan heir was a one time deal, out of necessity back then. And he was the only man I was ok to be ignored by, the next day, after such a good time in bed. Aah, he was too embarrassed to even meet my eyes then.

Wei Ying was still quiet, till he looked at me, who was staring away absent mindedly ….. and then to Lan Zhan. He wasn't speaking anything…which didn't mean good…Talkative was his normal mode…

Daaamn….The drama was really suffocating. I heaved, deciding to do something , since it was getting really awkward..

"Well… I shall take my leave. Congratulations on your marriage, Wei GongZi, Hanguang Jun .Im really glad for the time we spent together .Stay well"

Neither responded, but Lan Zhan reciprocated my bow with a nod… I turned to Wei Ying, who still was quiet

I felt pity at his lack of speech,and said ,"Worry doesnt suit you, Wei Ying.I assure you that I only have well wishes on your union.I will not trouble you hence forth, atleast not on this matter"

Seeing him not replying, I added heaving

"If there is any need, You can contact me by the usual way, Wei GongZi. Farewell"

I said , turning as if I was unconcerned …Well, there was the matter of my pride, of course.

AAaah…. Such a waste of a fine species of men….I really wanted to bang my head in the nearest stone, or jump down the nearest valley...
