Three days had passed since the scare with the baby. Stephanie was so grateful she didn't lose the baby. She was in her hotel room. She got a text. It read.

How are you guys feeling? – Randy

We're fine. – Stephanie

Good. Just make sure you take it easy. – Randy

I am. – Stephanie

Paul walked through the door. He had something behind his back.

"Hi." He said.

"Hi." "What's behind your back?"

"A present."

"What did you get me?"

"It's not for you." "It's for the baby." He took a teddy bear out from behind his back.

"Aw."

He sat down next to her. "I figured he or she deserved a present for being so strong and brave."

"I'm sure the baby will love it."

"Are you ok?"

She smiled. "Yes." "You don't have to ask me every day."

"I know." "I'm just worried."

"I know what happened scared you." "It scared me to but the baby and I are fine."

"Thank god Randy was there to help you."

"I know."

The next afternoon Stephanie went to Randy's room and knocked on the door. He answered it.

"Hi." He said.

"Hi." "Can I come in?"

"Yeah." She went inside.

"I never thanked you for the other day." "If you hadn't been there I don't know what would've happened."

"I'm just glad you're both ok."

Suddenly she kissed him. "I'm sorry." "I don't know why I did that."

She turned to leave. He stopped her. "Don't go." They kissed.

"Randy we can't do this." She mumbled against his lips.

"I know." They went into the bedroom.

Afterwards they were laying in bed facing each other.

"I love you Stephanie." He kissed her. "I missed you."

"I missed you to but this is still wrong."

"No it's not." "I've never felt so right about anything."

"I'm married Randy."

"I know but you can't deny there's a connection between us."

She kissed him. "I have to go." She got up and started getting dressed.

"Please don't tell me this was a one time thing."

"I don't know what it was." "Bye." She left.
