My dad came and gave me a huge and a slight shock went through both of us. my dad let go of me and Cap and Nat were the next to come in for a hug the same shock went through them but this time the shock pushed them back when they touched me my dad noticed this to.
"Jarvis do a full body scan of Hunter." My dad says wondering what's going on with me.
"One second Mr. Stark." Jarvis says.
"Ms. Stark seems to be giving off a high amount of both electrical and thermal energy but other then that she is perfectly healthy even more so then usually." Jarvis tells us.
"Hun tell me exactly what happened that night that put you in this coma." my dad says.
After I tell him all about the partical accelerator he takes me to my old room so I could get some rest but then told me me we will be testing in the training room for new recruits that have powers. To see why I am giving off thermal and electric energy. My dad seems to think I have powers.
The next day
I woke up and my dad had layed out a new training outfit I met my dad at the training room. My dad had Cap bring in a manikin and left the room then turned on the rooms speakers so that he can hear me and I can hear him
"Hun we want you to focus on the manikin really hard." my dad says.
I closed my eyes my right hand pointing at the manikin I fell a surge go through me and I open my eyes a blue-ish white lightning was coming out of my hand the manikin was burnt to a crisp in seconds next thing I know the lights explode sending sparks all around the lightning was now coming out of my shoes and I was slowly rising up off the ground I took a deep breath and focused on the ground and soon I could feel the ground I look around the room the ground was covered in scorch markes. my dad enters.
"Hun you have powers! this is amazing! I think you're ready to join the Averages! I always thought it would be as Iron Maiden but this is beyond words! I'm going to call a friend from shield they know a guy that has similar powers so maybe he can help!" He says excitedly, but all I can think about is Barry.
"Dad I need to make a call all be right back." He nods. I leave the room and head to my room.
I grab my phone out of the my bag that Iris I think packed for me only to have my phone fry the second I touched it do to my new found powers I throw my phone across the room. I started to cry soon Nat came running in.
"Hunt what's wrong?" Nat asks
"I wasn't the only one that lightning put in a coma for nine months it also put my best friend who maybe my boyfriend I don't know. Me and Barry were both in a coma I just need to know that he's okay and if he has powers too, but the second I touched my phone I fried it" I tell her.
"You're going to get through this Hunt but in the meantime would you like me to call him for you?" I simply nod. She pulls out her phone and I give her his number. She puts Barry on speaker phone so that we can talk.
"Hello who is this." Barry says.
"Barry didn't anyone ever teach you how to answer a phone your supposed to say hi this is Barry who my I be speaking to." I say.
"Hunter?" Barry says in a questioning tone.
"Yes goof it's me Hunter! I wanted to know if anything weird has been happening to you to since you woke up?" I say.
"Hunter let me get to a more private area." Barry says I here a whoosh on the other end of the call.
In a few seconds I hear, "So you are a meta-human too. What are your powers."
"So that's what we are called. Well I can manipulate electricity oh and I apparently can't touch metal. How about you?" I say kinda freak.
"Super speed. You know what you should come down here help me, Caitlin, Dr Wells and Cisco stop meta-human like us who wish to use there powers for evil." Barry says.
"Barr you know I wish I could but I have no clue how to control my new abilities. I can't even touch a phone without frying it I had to get Nat to call you from her phone she's sitting next to me with you on speakerphone." I say extremely saddened by the idea that I may not see Barry for a while.
"Hunt we can help each other learn how to control." He says.
"No offence but you won't kill if you loose control of your abilities! I will but once I have everything under control I will come back. Could you tell Singh that I had a family emergency and had to go to New York?" I say,
"He still thinks that you're in a coma." Barry says.
"I have to go my teacher has arrived. Bye have fun saving Central City love you." I say.
"I love you too." Barr says and Nat hangs up the phone
"Hi I'm Lincoln So before we begin do you want to walk and talk get to know each other" he says.
"Sure" I say he reach for my hand I feel him flinch when his hand touched mine I was about to pull away but before I could he grabbed my hand in a reassuring manner.
"Hey Hey It's ok I'm okay it was only a little zap I know you didn't mean to do it, but I do think it is best we start training now so that these little accidental power flair ups don't get worse" Lincoln says. I laugh a little. Lincoln quickly pulls out his phone and texts someone.
"How are you holding your phone with out frying it and who are you texting?" I ask
"It took me awhile to learn how to control my power enough to hold a phone without a case made out of rubber you will get there just like I did." He said I get off my bed and give him a hug. "To answer your second question I was texting my girlfriend to tell the truth I'm a little bit rusty when it comes to this type of thing I also was never actually a teacher I was there to help people after the transition to a inhuman medically through acupuncture and natural remedies, but for my girlfriend this is the daily life helping powered people like us. She will actually be coming over to help out with your training" he says
"What are her powers?" I ask.
"She can create Earthquakes." He tells me.
"You know Quake could be an amazing superhero name for her I have already figured mine out it's Voltage." I tell him.
"That's a great name. Now lets start your training" Lincoln tells me.
We got off my bed and went to the when we went inside the training room was full of giant spider webs covered the place I turn around and find the source it was a man who looked around 16 years old swinging from web to web
"Excuse me Spider Boy" I say gith a giant smirk playing on my lips.
"It's spider man and who are you?" Spider Boy asks.
"Hunter Stark and soon after I learn to control my new abilities Voltage" I tell him.
"Guessing by the name you're Tony Stark's daughter and by your super name I'm guessing you can control electricity. I'm Peter Parker" He says.
"It's nice to meet you do you mind if we share the training facility?" I ask.
"No not at all." Peter Parker says.
I watch Lincoln as he sets up garden lights all over the training room.
"Okay Voltage lets begin. I want you to focus only on that light." Lincoln instructs me pointing to the garden light in the middle.
I feel electricity flow through my body and Blast out of my fingers sparks flying all around me as the sparks clear I see that I had destroyed every light except the one I was aiming for. a strand of hair that was falling in front of my face it was no longer reddish brown but pure white and my skin was ten times lighter in colour I took a deep breath feeling the electricity moving through me once I no longer feel it my hair and skin return to normal.
