A Nutski
Jack and Annie were running home from school, one day.
They burst inside the house.
Their mom looked up. "How was school?" she asked.
"Good!" the two chorused.
"Great!" said their mom.
The two headed upstairs, and Jack remembered something.
"We haven't seen the tree house in a while," he said.
"Hopefully, we get a sign," replied Annie.
As she said it, a chestnut-like creature with one yellow eye, and green wings appeared, then vanished.
Annie looked around. "Where did it go? What was that?"
"I've heard of it. It's called a Nutski, and serves the Forces of Nature, lead by the goddess of nature, Viridi," said Jack.
Annie glanced at it. "Sign of the tree house?"
Jack nodded. "Let's go!"
They headed out, and followed the Nutski, which was still appearing and disappearing.
They climbed into the treehouse.
A book was open. It said, "Skyworld"
Annie looked confused. "Skyworld? Where is that?"
"I guess we'll find out," said Jack. He pointed at the cover. "I wish we could go there!"
The wind began to blow.
The treehouse started to spin.
It spun faster and faster.
And everything was still
Absolutely still.
