A/N: All right, I'm back.

Skyworld

Jack and Annie looked out.

The treehouse had landed on some sort of...temple platform.

The place was beautiful. Gold and blue buildings stood in the sky, and the temple, glowing in the light, had a statue of a warrior woman.

A goddess, that is.

A stern voice spoke. "Who is there? Who invades Skyworld?"

Jack and Annie looked at eachother and climbed down the treehouse. Jack hadn't brought his pack, and there was no reason to bring the book. The two were wearing their normal clothes.

"Who goes there?" yelled the stern voice. It sounded feminine, and didn't sound too good.

"Relax Viridi, it's just visitors," said another feminine voice.

"I wonder if they are the ones that saw my Nutski projection," said the first one.

Jack and Annie glanced at each other.

"So that's who sent the Nutski," whispered Jack.

"Where are they, anyways?" asked the second one.

"I'll bring them in," said a third voice. This one sounded more masculine than feminine.

"Thank you, Pit," said the second female.

"No problem, Lady Palutena," said the male.

Jack figured the two would bump into the male, so he went inside, with Annie following.

The temple from the inside was also pretty nice. Blue swirled walls, a blue checkered floor, and a blue ceiling made up the hallway that Jack and Annie were going through.

"There you are!" shouted a voice.

Jack looked ahead.

A boy was flying towards him and Annie.

"Oh, hello!" Annie said.

"Hello there!" said the boy. "Pit, servant of the goddess of light at your service! We've been waiting for you!"

Pit had glowing white wings, a white tunic fastened with a white scarf and a red jewel, black shorts underneath the tunic, messy brown hair, a laurel wreath, brown cuffs, gold bands on his left forearm and right upper thigh, and sandals with brown fur.

"Nice to meet you," said Jack. "I'm Jack, and this is Annie."

"Nice to meet you, too," replied Pit.

As they walked along, Jack found himself telling Pit about the Nutski.

"Viridi sent that. She didn't know who was going to follow it," explained Pit. "But how'd you get here? Did you fly?"

"We used the Magic Tree House, a-well-treehouse that allows us to go to different places," replied Annie. "And no, we did not fly."

Pit nodded, but he launched into more questions. "Where have you gone in the magic tree house? Have you gone on many adventures? Any quests? Have you met magic people other than me? What's it like where you live?"

Jack and Annie looked at each other.

"Well...it's kind of hard to explain right now," said Jack. "But yes, we've gone on adventures and quests, and we have met magic people before. But that's a story for another time."

Suddenly, Pit stopped. "We're almost there," he said. "Be prepared. Goddesses don't take offense lightly."

Jack nodded, and the three entered a room.

Two girls were in the room. One of the two girls was casting Nutski projections on the wall. She looked up, and the projections vanished.

"Hello!" she said. "I am Viridi, the goddess of nature. We have been expecting your arrival. Come sit!"

The other one smiled. "It's nice to see you two. I am Palutena, the goddess of light!"

Jack, Annie, and Pit sat down.

"So," said Annie, "why have you called us here?"

"Me, Pit, and Viridi have all been experiencing the presence of a familiar foe. But it's not just us that can defeat it. You two have to help us with it," explained Palutena.

"What's the foe?" asked Annie.

"Hades. The true master of the Underworld."

At that moment, an explosion sounded.

A/N: Ohhh-kay? That was weird. What's coming?
