Ginny's not sure what to do. The thing about planning a wedding is that there's too many choices. Ginny, being the most indecisive person ever, isn't doing too well with all of that. For the past hour, she's been staring at different colors, trying to tell which colors she likes, which colors would go well together, and which colors her mother would approve of.
"You look like you need a hug," someone says, and Ginny looks up and blinks to see Charlie standing in front of her, holding two mugs. "Or a hot chocolate," he offers, holding up a mug.
"Both?" Ginny asks, taking one of the mugs from Charlie's hands and leaning into the hug he gives her.
"Planning going well?" Charlie asks, taking a sip from his own mug and smirking, just a little. He knows the answer full well. She hates her brother, she really does.
Ginny closes her eyes and takes a sip of her drink and she instantly feels calmer when the chocolate hits her tongue. Charlie still knows exactly how she likes it, just like when they were kids.
"Mum's trying to live vicariously through me," Ginny says, sighing and opening one eye at a time. "But what she wants isn't really what I want."
"What do you want?" Charlie asks, perching himself on the edge of the chair next to Ginny. He asks likes it's so simple, even though they both know that Ginny has no clue.
"I don't know," Ginny says, giving out a groan.
"Just don't get married," Charlie suggests. Ginny kicks him. Of course she's going to. Charlie rolls his eyes and takes another drink. "Look, I'm sure that whatever you choose Mum will be happy with. She has to be. It's your wedding."
"I know," Ginny says, because she really does. She appreciates her brother talking about it with her, though, and she already feels much better.
Now she just has to stare at more colors.
