Defeating Hades

The group returned to Skyworld. A group of warriors, and the Forces of Nature were there.

"Those warriors are my centurions," explained Palutena.

Suddenly, Hades appeared, and almost swatted Pit. Luckily, Peresa did a shield spell.

Hades roared. "You!"

Peresa's eyes were filled with angry tears.

"I thought you had no respect for mortals!" Hades shouted. "You allowed these to help you!"

"Stop!" Peresa's eyes were definitely brimmed with tears.

Dark Pit glared. "Just leave her alone! Just because she hated mortals, doesn't mean she hates them all now! She trusts me and Pit! And her own sister! Plus, she trusts our two new allies!"

Palutena put a comforting hand around Peresa. "It was not right to say that, Hades!"

"Well, I'm just gonna say, she did it because-"

Palutena shook her head. "Let the readers read the interviews instead!"

Jack nodded. "I'm with Palutena on this one."

"Me too!" added Annie.

Viridi nodded, and Phosphora glared.

Palutena lifted her staff. A thing appeared in the air.

"It's that item of the Great Sacred Treasure!" shouted Hades.

Palutena turned to the others. Her gaze was serious, but also heavenly. She loved humans, and Peresa and Viridi wouldn't let mortals down when taking down Hades.

"I will need your help," she said.

They nodded, and put one hand on the "item".

Palutena touched it with her staff. "Great Sacred Treasure, defeat Hades!" she yelled.

A beautiful light, swirling with dazzling colors, hit Hades. As he dissolved, he yelled, "You never forget me!"

When he finally dissolved, the light vanished, and the "item" vanished too.

Everyone cheered.

"Well," said Annie after the cheers died down, "I guess we say goodbye here!"

"No, you don't have to say goodbye now! Join us, for a celebration of defeating Hades!" said Palutena.

They obliged, so Palutena headed inside the temple to get ready.

One centurion wandered up to Jack and Annie, and Pit and Dark Pit.

"Well done, you four," he said.

Pit grinned. "All the hard work was worth it! Now then, let's get ready to celebrate!"

A/N: Mention of the interviews again!

Poor Peresa!

Well, almost the end.
