At Tickle Castle, Queen Bliss and Kumi were enjoying tea and sweets on the castle balcony while Gem and Jewel were playing a board game.

Queen Bliss sighed as she admired the lovely blue sky. "What a beautiful day." She took a bite of chocolate chip cookie. "These cookies Sasha made us are delicious!"

"I've never tasted something this good!" Kumi said in agreement.

"They remind me of those chuckle chip cookies I would make for my boys." said Queen Bliss.

Gem and Jewel turned to the queen with curious looks. "Chuckle chip cookies?" they inquired in unison.

"Yes, chuckle chip cookies. They're one of the most delicious desserts in the realm. But to make them, you need the laughter of a human. That's the prime ingredient to make the cookies extra tasty." Queen Bliss explained.

Gem and Jewel looked very, very excited. "Let's bake some now!" said Gem.

"Do we have any human laughter in storage?" asked Jewel.

Queen Bliss shook her head. "No, I'm afraid we're out. I gave the last of it to Risa to practice a spell."

Kumi grinned. "Finding some human laughter is no problem at all. I'll see what our favorite humans are up to." She took out her crystal ball and saw Rachel and Sasha, but they were out to dinner with Rook and Whampire. "Hmm, they're busy. Let's try Ben." She had her crystal ball show Ben. The hero was in a meeting with the Plumbers. "Oh, poo. They're all busy."

"What about Lea?" Gem and Jewel said all of a sudden.

Kumi blinked. "Huh. I haven't thought about her. Let's see..." Kumi looked into her crystal ball and to her delight, Lea was already here in the Tickle Realm, playing a game of Hide and Tickle from Jocu and Vivo. "Excellent! We have our human!"

"So that's Lea? Splendid!" Queen Bliss clapped gleefully. "I've been dying to meet her!" Her tails wagged in excitement.

Lea, having managed to escape Jocu and Vivo, went inside Tickle Castle. "Phew! That was close! No one is tickling me today!" She looked around and took in the whimsical atmosphere of Tickle Castle. Everything looked so colorful and feathery. Just looking at the place made Lea feel warm and fuzzy inside. "This castle is so beautiful!" said Lea as she wandered down a hallway. "But I do need to be careful. Something could just pop out and tickle me silly!"

"Lea," said a voice that made Lea jump. She turned and saw Kumi the Tickle Enchantress. Lea couldn't help but swallow a little. She was well aware of Kumi's tickle magic and how powerful it was. Lea had to be extra careful.

"Oh! Uh, hi, Kumi." Lea said with a friendly wave. "What's up?"

Kumi gave the girl a humble smile. "Lea, you have been summoned by Her Royal Highness, Queen Bliss to meet her in person."

Lea almost fell over. "What?! The queen?! Wants to see me?!"

"That's right." Kumi nodded. "Come, let us meet the queen immediately."

The blonde teen gulped silently while following Kumi. It's not that she didn't want to meet the Queen of the Tickle Realm. Lea just feels nervous when it comes to meeting powerful beings. From her past experiences, she would manage to make a complete fool of herself on first greets. Pretty much a long list.

"Kumi, are you sure the queen would want to meet me personally?" Lea questioned gently, rubbing her neck. "I'm not very good at presenting myself in front of magical beings. Especially royalty. I just manage to mess up somehow."

"You'll be fine, Sweetie. You just need to relax, that's all." Kumi assured the girl. But Lea didn't feel relaxed. The two arrived in the throne room. Lea was amazed by how grand this throne room really was. It was like something out of a fairy tale. Lea looked forward and gasped. There, sitting on a golden throne, was Queen Bliss herself. And she was smiling.

"Here she is, Queen Bliss." said Kumi.

Lea was taken back by Queen Bliss and her beauty. She was not what Lea was expecting at all.

"Your Majesty!" Lea exclaimed, nearly jumping back and tripping at her own feet to lose balance. "I-I, uh...It is an honor to finally meet Jocu and Vivo's mother. They have told me so much about you." She got down on one knee.

Queen Bliss stood. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Lea. I've heard nothing but wonderful things about you." She approached the human. "You may rise."

"Me? I'm not that much of a big deal. Ben Tennyson and everyone else that's been here are powerful heroes that make a difference," Lea assured, shyly standing up. "I'm just a regular teen into hockey who only knows how to be a major klutz in front of legends and myths."

Queen Bliss laughed. To Lea's ears, her laugh sounded almost...magical. "Oh, Lea. You are a lot more special than you know." Her blue eyes twinkled. "In fact, how would you like to help me with a little chore?"

"Really?! Uh, I mean, yes! Of course!" Lea said, nearly fumbling over her words.

Queen Bliss petted the human's head. "Wonderful! Follow me!"

Lea followed the queen out of the throne room. "My, it's been so long since I sat on my throne. I'm usually too busy playing with my boys or spending time with my hubby."Bliss giggled to herself.

"Really?!" asked Lea, surprised.

Queen Bliss nodded. "Yes, I may be a queen. But I'm still just a normal person who's a mother to her beautiful family." She smiled proudly. Lea was caught quite off guard. Queen Bliss is indeed royalty. But she is still a mother, a family woman. As these thoughts began to sink in, Lea finally felt relaxed around the queen.

"Here we are!" Queen Bliss opened a door to a room that blew Lea away. The walls were light blue with magenta pillars that reached out and touched the ceiling. In the center of the room was a magenta platform with a fluffy light blue bed on it. Queen Bliss patted the bed. "Lay down here, Lea."

With no hesitation, Lea laid herself flat on her back. She looked up at the ceiling and saw it was blue as the sky, but there were paintings of fluffy white feathers on it instead of clouds.

Lea sighed as she gazed at the ceiling. She felt so cozy and relaxed. And the bed was so soft, Lea didn't want to move an inch. Queen Bliss stood there, admiring the calmed look on Lea's face.

"So, how do you feel? Comfy?" Bliss asked.

Lea nodded. "Very comfy. This room is wonderful."

"Yes..." Queen Bliss then went to Lea and started massaging her shoulders. Lea practically melted from the queen's amazing massage. All the tense feelings Lea had were being swept away. "Does that feel good?" she asked gently.

"Oh, yes." Lea sighed.

"Yes, this room is very special," She stopped massaging and leaned in close to Lea's ear. "It just makes you want to stretch your arms and legs out and just relax, doesn't it?" she whispered.

Lea's mind was in such a daze, she instinctively stretched out her limbs like Queen Bliss said. Seeing Lea in the perfect position, Queen Bliss willed four fluffy magenta feather ropes to tie Lea's outstretched arms and legs firmly to the bed.

But Lea didn't even flinch. Her mind was blissfully blank. Queen Bliss looked concerned. "I guess this room's magic is stronger than I thought." She took out a spray bottle of glowing orange liquid and gently sprayed some in Lea's face.

When the liquid touched her face, Lea instantly snapped back into reality. She shook her head and screamed when she found herself tied up. "What's going on?! What happened?! How did I get tied up?!"

"It's okay, Lea. Just relax." Queen Bliss said in a soothing voice. Lea tried to struggle free, but the feather ropes were much stronger than they looked. "I know you're not fond of tickling. So I brought you to my magic calming room so I can make the proper arrangements to tickle you."

"Calming room?! That's a thing here?! Wait! You're going to tickle me?!" Lea asked in fear. She should have known better. But now, she was at the mercy of this Tickle Monster Queen.

"Now, now. Let me explain." said Bliss. "I simply want to collect human laughter to make chuckle chip cookies. A rare and delectable dessert I would make for my family. But I'm fresh out. And since you're the only human we know who isn't busy, we've decided to tickle you and collect your laughter to make the cookies!"

"But I don't like being tickled!" Lea said. She still tried to struggle free. "Besides, my laughter is nowhere near special as Ben's or the Jocklin Sisters'! Last thing I want is to ruin your batch of cookies because of me!"

Queen Risa paused before letting out a laugh. "Oh, sweetie. How could you say that? Your laughter won't ruin anything."

Lea stopped struggling. "It won't?"

"Of course not." Bliss stroked Lea's head. "Laughter is one of the greatest gifts life can give. Being able to smile and feel joy to combat against the negative feelings that eat away a person's soul. That is what we Lauhinians live for; to cheer up those who are sad and make them laugh." She stopped stroking and smiled. "And that's exactly what I'm going to do now." She tapped the tip of Lea's nose.

Lea gulped. The queen of tickle monsters was going to make her laugh herself silly! Queen Bliss grinned as she lifted up Lea's shirt. She rubbed her furry hand on the surface of Lea's flat belly. Lea closed her mouth, trying not to laugh. She squirmed as she fought the incredibly ticklish feel of the queen's hand.

"Does that tickle, Lea?" Queen Bliss cooed, smiling. "Hmm? Do you have a ticklish tummy?" She used both hands to tickle Lea's stomach.

With the tickling even worse, Lea gritted her teeth together to fight off the tickling. But it became extremely difficult.

"Don't be afraid to laugh, sweetie." Queen Bliss said gently. "Just let it out!" She used her tails to tickle Lea's ears and face, just enough to make Lea crack.

"Hehehehehehehehahahahahahahaha!" Lea laughed.

"Yes! Yes, that's it!" said the queen.

The blonde teen kept giggling at all these soft attacks. She only prayed that Queen Bliss doesn't find her worse tickle spots...Although, deep down, Lea doubted that. Her fears were realized when she felt the queen's tails brushing against Lea's underarms.

"EEEE!" Lea squealed. She burst out in full laughter. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! NO! NOT THERE!"

"Ah, the armpits. A classic tickle spot!" Queen Bliss then used one pair of arms to tickle Lea's underarms and her other pair to tickle her stomach.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! NOHOHO! STOHOHOHOP!" Lea wailed as she laughed hysterically. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Coochie, coochie, coo! Who's the little monster tickling you?" Queen Bliss sang, making Lea laugh even harder. She gave Lea's armpits and tummy a good tickle for a little longer until she stopped, giving Lea a break. "Such sweet laughter." Queen Bliss tickled Lea under the chin. "I wonder where else you're ticklish?"

"Hehehehehe! I won't tell yohohohou!" Lea giggled as her chin was being tickled. She yelped when the queen's fingers tickled down her neck and went back to her stomach. The queen dipped her finger into Lea's belly button and wiggled it around inside. She watched the child sputter and laugh.

"You don't have to tell me, Lea. It's more fun to find it on my own." Bliss said as she tickled. She looked down and saw Lea's feet. Her ice blue sneakers were still on.

The queen got a sneaky idea. Lea gasped when she saw Queen Bliss approached them. "Oh, no! Please! No!" she begged. Her face filled with dread.

"No what?" Bliss asked innocently. "I was just admiring your sneakers." she smiled as she twirled the shoe laces. "But it's not good to wear shoes indoors." She removed Lea's shoes, making Lea's heart race. "What's wrong, Lea? You look frightened."

"Huh?! I-I-I'm not frightened!" Lea lied. "Just put my shoes back-HEY!" Much to her horror, Queen Bliss had removed her socks as well.

Queen Bliss giggled. "What's wrong, Lea? Are you afraid I'll tickle your feet?" She wiggled her fingers toward the exposed feet. "Do you have ticklish feet?"

Lea shook her head rapidly. "No! No! No! Not at all!" she insisted. But she knew pretty well that the queen wasn't fooled.

"Oh? Then you won't mind if I do this?" Queen Bliss began tickling the arches of Lea's feet ever so softly and slowly. "Coochie, coochie, cooooo..."

Lea squealed and started to laugh, but forced her mouth shut. But it was so hard. The queen's incredibly fluffy fingers along with the teasing made it nearly impossible not to laugh.

"Still fighting it? Hmm?" Queen Bliss mused as she kept softly tickling the human's feet. "What if I play with these cute wittle toes while I'm at it?" She used her free pair of hands to tickle Lea's toes while she sped up the tickling on her feet.

That was all it took. Lea's walls came crashing down.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Tickle, tickle, tickle! Tickle, tickle, tickle! Who's got ticklish wittle tootsies? Who's a ticklish girl?" Queen Bliss cooed with a baby voice.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! PLEASE, STOP! I-I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Lea begged.

Luckily for Lea, Queen Bliss was a merciful queen. She seized tickling Lea's worst spot and let the girl rest. After a few minutes, Queen Bliss came close to Lea. "How do you feel?"

"Tired...really tired." Lea breathed. She heard purring and saw Queen Bliss come up to Lea's face. Lea gulped, fearing what the queen will do next.

"But don't you feel better?" asked Queen Bliss. "All that laughing made you feel better?"

Lea thought about it. Sure, she was tickled silly, but she wasn't feeling lousy anymore. "Well, I do feel a little better." She squealed when she felt Queen Bliss affectionately lick her face. She purred as she nuzzled her furry face against Lea's cheek, making Lea giggle. "That tickles!"

"Of course. Nothing wrong with a good snuggle and cuddle." Queen Bliss kept purring and snuggling. "You deserve it for being such a sweet girl!" She started giving Lea soft nibbles on her ears and neck.

"Ahahahahahahaha! That tickles even more!" Lea laughed. She laughed and giggled for a few more minutes until the queen stopped.

"You're so much fun to tickle, Lea!" said Queen Bliss. "And look at the ceiling."

Lea looked up and gasped when she saw the white fluffy feathers from the ceiling sweeping what looked like golden dust into a big, sparkly cloud. Queen Bliss took out a jar and opened it. The jar sucked up the golden dust and the queen closed the jar. "What's that?" asked Lea.

"Your laughter." Queen Bliss answered, smiling at the glowing jar of laughter. "While I was tickling you, the ceiling feathers were collecting your laughter for me to collect."

Lea's jaw dropped. The queen was collecting her laughter after all. The feather ropes untied Lea's arms and legs. She got up and stretched out. Queen Bliss put a hand on Lea's shoulder. "Let's make some chuckle chip cookies, shall we?"

Lea smiled. She was too much in a good mood to refuse. "Let's."

In the kitchen, Queen Bliss added Lea's laughter into the cookie batter and Lea added the chocolate chips. Once the cookies were put on the tray and baking in the oven, Queen Bliss prepared glasses of milk to drink.

"So, the laughter will make the cookies taste better?" Lea asked. The queen handed her human guest a glass of milk to drink.

Queen Bliss nodded. "That's right, sweetie. In this world, laughter makes everything better."

As the cookies baked, Lea smelled their delicious aroma. Lea found herself enticed by the mesmerizing smell. "Wow! They smell delicious!" She delicately licked her lips.

"The most delicious cookies you'll ever have!" Queen Bliss assured. At that moment, Gem and Jewel came in.

"Oh, hey, girls! Haven't seen you two in a while," Lea said, snapping out of her trance after seeing her friends. "How are things at the Tickle Realm?" She was caught of guard when the twins gave her a hug.

"Better now that you're here!" Gem and Jewel said in unison. They purred and snuggled into Lea's stomach, making Lea giggle.

"We smell cookies!" cheered the twins.

Kumi sniffed the air. "And judging by that smell, they must be a successful batch!"

"Yes, and I owe it all to Lea." Queen Bliss said as she took the cookies out of the oven. She promptly put them on a cooling rack.

"Queen Bliss already collected my laughter in baking the chuckle chip cookies. I just finished helping her put everything together and now waiting for them to be done," Lea explained. "Is it also true that you just got two new members of the Royal Tickle Monster family? Twin tickle monster babies?"

Kumi smiled as two lime green-furred babies crawled into the room. Lea's heart melted from sheer cuteness. Kumi picked up her babies. "Lea, this is Poppy and Ivy, my beautiful baby girls."

"Hello..." Lea said softly as she offered her finger to Poppy. The baby held the human's finger and playfully nibbled it. Lea could just cry. These babies were too adorable.

"Alright, cookies are cooled off for eating!" said Queen Bliss. "I say Lea should have the first cookie." She took a cookie and gave it to the human.

"Thank you." Lea smiled as she received her treat. The cookie was still warm in her hand. She took the first bite. Her eyes lit up with amazement. It tasted like a chocolate chip cookie, but more delicious! The most delicious cookie Lea has ever tasted! She chowed down her cookie in half a second!

Queen Bliss laughed. "Whoa! Slow down, Lea!"

"Sorry..." Lea blushed. "That cookie was...amazing." she breathed.

Everyone else dug in and enjoyed their cookies. And Lea wasn't exaggerating, they were amazing! Gem and Jewel fell in love with their cookies. It took every ounce of strength for Kumi not to eat too fast! As for Poppy and Ivy, their teeth had already grown in and they slowly and calmly enjoyed their cookies, savoring every bite. They had better table manners than the adults!

Queen Bliss softly wiped away crumbs off her mouth with her handkerchief. "See? I told you your laughter was pure, because you're pure of heart."

Lea blinked. "Really?"

"Really." Bliss tapped her nose.

At that moment, Lea realized that maybe she was special after all. She knew everyone was special in their own way, but not herself. But with these amazing creatures as her friends, Lea is happy to be reminded of being special in her own way, too.
