Molly looked down at the tiniest jumper lying on her lap, light blue with a soft pink V knitted right at the center. She could barely believe that she had made such a delicate thing. Molly Weasley knew she was a lot of things, but delicate was not one of them. Well, not until now.

She hadn't started knitting jumpers for her kids until they were five or six. Back then, when her babies were born, she didn't trust herself to make such a small thing that fit another very small thing. She also didn't have the time, since she was always running up and down trying to make sure her boys were okay. Then, Ginny came. Oh, how she wanted to make Ginny a mini-jumper, but, again, her boys wouldn't let her and she wasn't that confident herself.

Now, so many years later, she had the time and the confidence to knit not only the jumper, but matching light blue mittens that could fit in her thumb. She felt like crying. After everything she went through, after everyone she lost, Molly Weasley was rewarded with a granddaughter.

She wasn't sure if she believed in reincarnation or not, but Victoire being born on the anniversary of her baby's death had to be some kind of sign. And the way she only stopped crying when she heard the song that Molly sang to her baby boy when he was little couldn't be a coincidence either. Molly saw a lot of Fred in Victoire, but she never mentioned it to anyone else. Arthur noticed, she could tell, but he was graceful enough to bring it up.

Wiping a stubborn tear away from her eyes, Molly took the light blue jumper and mittens and wrapped them up with a flick of her wand. She also wrapped the green one with a big F down the front of it and laid the parcel down in front of the picture of her little boy. She kissed Fred's laughing face and went downstairs to the rest of her family. It was Christmas, and she was going to celebrate with those who were still there with her.
