"THE NERVE!" I almost flipped my desk to let out some of my anger, but decided against it. He thinks he can control my life. It's my life! Not his. He's infuriating!

I paced my room, the white envelope still on my bed. It was an acceptance letter from Yale, a school that I did not apply to, nor did I want to, not to mention I didn't even have good enough grades for.

An idea slowly formed for my revenge. Sometimes I loved being the chief of polices' daughter.

~two hours later~

Edward and I were cuddled up on the couch in his living room. I hadn't said anything about the letter to him. I checked the time... Right about... Now.

Right on time I heard Emmett very loudly coming down the stairs. "EDDIE!" I felt Edward instantly stiffen at the nickname while I tried to hold back my laughs.

"No, Emmett. I don't want to." Edward groaned.
"Too bad, come on. Carlisle and Esme are coming too. Don't make us drag you to hunt." Once again I was holding back my laughter conjuring up that image.

Edward sighed and got up, kissing my forehead and promising to be back soon, then they were gone. As soon as they were far enough away, Alice, Jasper and Rosalie came flying down the stairs all giggling. It was actually kinda creepy, but I didn't notice. I was already headed to the garage door.

I plucked Edward's key from the rack and walked over to his car slowly with the three vampires following. I took a deep breath and surfaced the anger from before. He had really crossed the line this time.

I started at the drivers side door, digging the key in, and dragging it all the way across to the tire. I did the same on the other side, feeling great satisfaction. Then, Alice handed me the paint, which I was kinda curious why they had laying around. I painted a hot pink heart on the size of the hood, and stuck the key right in the center of it.

As final touches, I took a hammer and smashed one of his tail lights and stepped back to admire my work.

I felt like one of those crazy girlfriends after I was done but it was worth it. This should teach him his lesson. I turned back to the three people still standing there looking at me in shock at how far I went.

"Now remember, this wasn't me," I put on my most innocent face, "because I'm the chief's daughter. And I could get arrested if I did this. And being the chief's daughter I know absolutely better." To my surprise Jasper was the first one to start hysterically laughing, and we all followed suit.

Alice stopped and picked me up, rushing me back inside and throwing me on the couch, Jasper and Rosalie quickly occupying themselves to also look innocent, while Alice closed the garage door and sat on Jasper's lap. Just as I was about to ask, the front door opened.

They were back. Thank god we have Alice or we would have all been toast. I let out a little yawn as Edward was walking over to me and he leaned down to give me a kiss, but I turned away. He looked at me with puppy dog eyes and I almost laughed.

"I got an interesting call from Charlie. Apparently, I got an acceptance letter from Yale. Which is funny, because I didn't apply, nor did I want to apply. Know anything about that?" He looked at me innocently, way too innocently.

"I have no idea Bella. But congratulations!" He tried to go in for another kiss and hug me but I refused him, scowling instead. I took a step back and told him to go get the car ready that he was taking me home. He sadly complied.

I smiled walking up the stairs, knowing any second- "WHAT THE HELL?!" my grin only got wider as I grabbed my purse and walked back down stairs, having to put on a look of panic, "Edward are you okay?" I asked as I turned off the stairs.

He was right there looking like he was about to murder someone. I took a step back as I stared into his eyes, seeing something there, rage and mischief... This can't be good..

"Bella, my love, my life, my absolute everything," He moved quickly and put his hand on the small of my back, pulling me into him and using his other hand to lift my face up so he can still look into my eyes, "what were you up to while we were gone hunting?" His lips were inches from mine and it took all my strength to keep a straight face.

"I was on the couch, watching TV with Alice, Jasper, and Rosalie. You can ask them if you want-" He growled pushing me impossibly closer to him. "Don't lie to me Isabella. Did you do that to my car?" He was using his most seductive voice. Smoother than honey and silk, trying to coax the truth out of me. But he wouldn't win this time.

Still with a straight face, "I don't know what you're talking about. Whatever happened to your car, why would I do it? I'm the chief's daughter, I could get arrested. I know better." He let out a slow breath, and closed his eyes. His eyes snapped open and he kissed me with a fire that he's never used before.

Only a minute in and I was gasping for breath as he moved down to my neck with the same fire and intensity, that was very quickly, as I am ashamed to say, was getting me very hot and bothered. He pulled away smirking and untangled himself from me, an embarrassing whimper coming from me.

"Come on, we're taking Carlisle's car." And he was gone. Damn him! It's fine. Just more reason for me to be pissed. When we were outside, Alice came out to say goodbye, acting shocked when she saw Edward's car.

"Edward what happened?" I fought hard against my smile once again and it's like he saw straight through my front as anger returned to his eyes. "Why don't you ask Bella." Alice snorted.

"Edward her dad's a cop. She could go to jail for that. I don't think it was her, she would know better." I could barley keep it in. Edward also notices this and it made him even more angry. He got in the car, slamming the door. I walked patiently over to the passenger side, and calmly got in.

He sped off so fast, I barley noticed we were already in the long winding drive way on the way to the main road.

I walked Bella to the door and almost as soon as we walked up Charlie was at the door. I smirked, ready to make Bella upset, just one last time. I turned to go, but before Charlie closed the door, I whipped around. "Oh, Bella!" Everyone stopped. "Congratulations again on getting into Yale." Charlie's eyes widened.

"Bells, you got into Yale?" I looked her dead in the eyes, foiling her earlier lie, probably just trying to get me into the garage to see the damage done to my precious car. She blushed, and stumbled over her words trying to answer him. I simply smiled and walked back to my car, driving off, knowing I was in some trouble tonight, but I hope she know, so is she.
